Hello and welcome to let me bore you to sleep. Hi it is, oh it's saturday, it's friday okay it should be friday but it's actually saturday. A little bit late doing this but it's okay I don't mind a little bit late a little bit just a little bit late but this is Q&A Friday Q&A Q&A Q&A Friday and I haven't done one of these for a little while oh did you hear that that was my knee cracking oh dear so I was watching big brother eviction last night and I've been so busy with all of

these um um the website stuff and some other things as well but I'm gonna now get back to what I'm supposed to be doing and before I go further I'd like to say thank you to Marion for your kind PayPal gift I did post it the thank you on the uh on my Facebook group Jason Newland's boring group but I have trouble sending emails to people so I hope that you got that message and I hope you get this message so I don't I don't want people to think that if they send me a PayPal

gift that I just don't appreciate it and I'm just ignoring it because that's not the case so thank you Pauline I'm joking I'm joking so I do appreciate anyone that does that so thank you also only listen when you can safely close your eyes I want to tell you about everything that's been going on but I think I just should just get on with the Q&A Friday shouldn't I because I know what will happen I'll talk for an hour and I won't have answered even one question and I know that it won't necessarily bother people

that haven't sent a question in but those that have sent a question in you kind of want to hear your answers don't you I guess so what I'll do is I'll mention the people have asked questions first just so you know at least um mentioned you so Christine, Molly, Claire, Robin and Mike I think that's everyone yeah so Christine, Molly, Claire, Robin and Mike are the people who have left me questions for this Q&A Friday the first four how long has it been how long has it been I want to know now how when was

the last Q&A Friday I wonder if I'd put it into my Q&A Friday podcast I might have done so you might be pleased or not and there is no reason for you to be pleased but I have backdated not backdated I have why is there no date on that no date July the 13th there's no way in the world that I have not made a Q&A Friday since July that's just ridiculous no possible way July, August, September that's like three months no um I guess it's possible but I don't think so it doesn't sound like

me at all I'm going to go down prepare um let me let me look it can't have been that long I would say probably September otherwise that's ridiculous my I know time does go pretty quickly Q&A Q&A Q&A Friday come on it's difficult to find stuff when there's so many recordings to go through Whisper Wednesday and blimey we're at the end of August there it's been a while it's been a few weeks I think part of the reason is I had a couple of weeks near the end of my little run where I wasn't getting

any questions and I kind of figured that maybe people didn't want to didn't want me to do Q&A Friday anymore because there was no questions I'll get people liking it you know I'll put any questions for Q&A Friday and people would like it but they wouldn't post a question just post a quick it doesn't even have to be it's um it doesn't have to be important it's not like a it's not a test you know it's not um a serious thing it can just be a silly thing it can be anything or it can be

just what what's my opinion or something although I could get in trouble with that one what's your opinion on mass immigration no I don't want questions like that let's keep it light baby light and fluffy like my bum I can't find a Q&A Friday is it really been that long I'll be honest with you I miss I miss doing the let me bore you to sleep oh found one no way July the 26th it's over two months no way surely that doesn't sound right to me it really don't oh well well I've looked through it

I mean I've been talking while I'm doing it so I've not necessarily been giving it my full attention no no that's so however and scrolling through podcasts and lots of lists of things is something that I'm quite used to doing so I'm pretty good at seeing stuff I used to bug my friend downstairs I'd be looking for something to be it'd be next to me on the computer and I'd be like scanning down like a whole page of text and they'd be like slow down slow down I said I don't need to I know what

I'm looking for and I'll find it and I'll be skimming down like really fast um because I wasn't it's if you're looking for Q&A Friday all you've got to look is for the Q or the Friday you know I mean it's it's it's quite it's just you just pick out one word I'm a walking computer hmm so ah on Big Brother last night right there were there was a a scene from the house from the day before and they were all at the rather the the ladies were at the dressing table putting on makeup and

stuff and uh witchy says to um the old bird she's um no the old bird she says what's her name Rishul she said I like I use chat gpt what's your thing about AI is chat gpt AI is it is it is it AI is it and witchy said yes it's AI she said oh I like to use that I like to make my husband look like a monkey that was pretty much the conversation and then witchy says uh you do know that whenever you make a picture you make a picture of your of your

husband as a giraffe um you're basically just chucking a bottle of water on the floor and she said let me stop you there first of all I've never made him to be a giraffe and I don't drop water on the floor what are you talking about so one of the other people said no what she means um something which he sometimes does need translation uh into just normal language and she said oh what she means is every time you use AI uh like a bottle of water is being used up clean a clean bottle of

water is being used and Roshueli Roshueli said um said to witchy said oh where did you hear that then how did you find that out and the look on witchy's face was hilarious really because she couldn't say the next sentence without looking really really dumb because she would have found that out obviously by using AI she would have researched that using AI because I doubt you'd read a whole book and also the fact is I mean she might have seen it in a newspaper but probably read that on AI because if you're going to do

research even if you research on google you're still using AI but using AI did you did you I bet you did you know but you don't know maybe you do know I know I might not know I'm guessing adverts are now using AI sometimes instead of real humans and I can tell there's one particular one where you could just you can tell from the voices they're not because the voices on AI are not the same as human voices there's just something different about it quite often it's a bit shouty it's a little bit it's not

just doesn't have the same I don't know I'm quite an auditory person and I mean some humans just don't sound human either so that's you know ironically the creators of AI I don't know if you've got Elon Musk you've got quite a few of them that sound like androids and look like androids I wonder if they are androids because I've seen some of these AI people and have literally got no colour in their skin in fact they look a little bit like what was his name from Star Trek not Radar I'm thinking of MASH there

aren't I well um he was the android in Star Trek Next Generation that's not my first example my first example would be Logan's Run the android in Logan's Run which I would say that not Radar what was his name the android in anyway he copied if you if you put them together if you look at Logan's Run the android from the TV show and then Radar let's say call him Radar for example he had a computer name didn't he um key not keyboard not laptop keep coming back to Radar it wasn't Radar unless it was

Radar anyway if you look at them side by side in a picture the facial expressions very similar anyway that's what I find the some of these AI tech billionaires seems to look like a bit very maybe it's because they never go outside maybe because because they've really devoted their entire lives looking at a computer screen and building stuff from like a childhood which is probably true on all about all of them and so they've never been outside they haven't kind of caught any of the rays from the sun maybe well I look like I've just

literally been sitting in the sun my whole life from birth with my complexion but it's unfortunate I mean maybe it's because I'm jealous I'd love to be pale I would I'd love to be almost albino skin that's what I'd like because I'm just so pink I can't stand it I just I'm not don't like my face but I'd love to because I'm not white definitely not cocaine oh we could no I'm not honestly I'm not I don't I my body's white but my face isn't I've been very lucky I've inherited it what a lucky girl

I am so anyway what was the point of this I just found it funny just the fact that she was spurting all this stuff and then she couldn't really say where she got the information from because it would have been AI that she got that information from and then she was saying stuff about the oh other stuff like medical stuff which again you wouldn't find probably in a national paper you know it was very but it was also the way she described it was not true but she did that thing you know people that want

to be right it was most of us I guess isn't it but she mixed truth and exaggeration together so she took the facts about that medical research more medical her argument is I don't want to say the word I don't want to use the words but there's a certain thing that some men can't do at some point in their life and she said that there's more work more research and money put into that than put into the whole of females health care which is not true but there is more money put into men's stuff than

there is to female health care that's true and there is more money she must have read this thing about there's more money put into that than into a certain like female health care thing a specific thing something like I don't know menopause or whatever it is so she kind of added mixed truth and complete exaggeration together which I find people do especially when they argue about mass immigration I find it funny when I hear people talking about whatever it is maybe it's it's just like a popular subject in the UK at the moment for example

whatever it is and you hear I just hear people regurgitate the same sentences the same arguments almost word for word which means they've given it no thought whatsoever really they're just going along with it's almost like they're listening to someone and agreeing with them but then forgetting that they agree with them and starting to believe that the person that said it agrees with them now I realize I said the word them twice to make it more confusing not meaningfully so if I listen to if I was to listen to a politician for example and they

say something like oh okay for me it'd be more like if I listen to a self-help person that's more what I'm into and and they say something quite often I'll be like well I'm not sure if I agree with them or they agree with me I'm definitely at that point in life where I've read hundreds maybe thousands maybe but I've read a lot of books on personal development self-development self-help psychology philosophy religion all kinds of stuff like that and this is the end result you imagine how dumb I would be if I'd never read a

book wow so but I do sometimes like oh they agree with me aren't they clever perhaps I should write a book but yeah it gets like that sometimes I'll agree with them and then later on down the line I think maybe I'll reread it and think oh they agree with me forgetting I heard it from them first maybe who's it who said there's no such thing as an original thought guaranteed the person who said that this is guaranteed right and I would bet any money I don't have any money but I would bet any money

that this is true the person who first said that he said uh there's no such thing as an original thought truly in his own heart believed that what he said was an original thought I bet you I bet he he thought no one else had ever said that before no one else had even thought about it before therefore contradicting his own statement I feel pretty so pretty okay so should we do the I still feel I want to tell you about all I've been up to because I've been I'm still creating a website it's in

different languages and it's you know been doing that stuff but because I had a lot of problems with the podcasts got blocked from uploading anything then I deleted all of the playlists thinking that would sort it out it didn't sort it out but then I got back on I had to go through a whole process to be allowed to upload new podcast episodes and then I realized I'd lost my playlists and I hadn't actually backed them up so I had to get in contact with the podcast again and beg and plead with them please can

you re-upload my podcast playlists because I've I haven't got them backed up and eventually they did they did it so it's lovely of them and since then I've realized that I've got to be really careful and make sure that all my recordings are backed up not just on one hard drive because I know from experience recent experience that the hard drives can break the external hard drives can break well a laptop can break as well but there's no point me storing stuff on a laptop because it doesn't hold hardly enough it holds hardly any it

really is pointless it's like a fraction of the stuff I've got and so what I decided there's two things I'm doing well first all I'm organizing all the let me boy to sleeps on one hard drive external hard drive and everything else on the other external hard drive now I've already I'm using a cloud storage which I found which is I feel like 699 for one terabytes which is really good price and I have pretty much uploaded all of my recordings onto there all the ones without music so the original recordings of just my voice

so they're now all done in fact I can tell you what's on there can't you just just do the Q&A Friday can't you just do the questions you bastard no wait stop swearing and so this this is my cloud this is where I've got all my recordings so I've got I've got into folders now some of these you won't know about because they're not available for you to listen to but I've got thinking out quietly stress and pain relief stop smoking hypnosis relaxation hypnosis for stress anxiety and panic attacks relax and deep sleep hypnosis let

me bore your pain away let me bore you to sleep Jason Newland's healing hypnosis course healing words healing from the inside deep sleep whisper hypnosis daily hypnosis course chronic pain relief hypnosis breaking free from control and manipulation 30-day relaxation plan hypnosis course and seven-day cure insomnia hypnosis course now some of those you might not have heard of before oh so I realized that I'm missing sleep hypnosis and relaxation hypnosis like specific that wouldn't be in the other categories so I need to find those and put them in there as well I'm also I've got a

SoundCloud a new SoundCloud account that's kind of hidden it's not hidden hidden but it's yeah it's hidden hidden-ish and I'm going to upload all my recordings to there as a backup so it's 10 quid a month but it will save all my stuff and it's unlimited as well I think there's a limit to how much you can do at one time so it might I might have to upload my stuff over the next few months but once it's on there and I have to make a list of links to each page just so I can

find it it will be quite difficult to find stuff to be fair yeah it will won't it that's the point I suppose if I have yeah if I if I make sure that I've got the links to each one each uh yeah that should be right I'm not going to upload any of the ones with music just the original ones so that cuts down the amount so I think I've got two thousand and two thousand seven hundred and seventy four recordings all in all so far that I've um congregated that's not the right word is

it that I've consummated nope that's not the right word either that I've put together I've collected so I've got no that's the hours what am I talking about two thousand seven hundred and seventy four hours worth so how many recordings not two thousand recordings about eleven shall I find out for you no questions okay let's have a look I don't know if I tell you what I do remind me of how many recordings okay I have right I've just done a little chat GPT question wait a minute so we get one bottle of water and

pour on the floor so I've got over two thousand six hundred recordings um okay this doesn't make sense to me two thousand six hundred and thirty four recordings two thousand seven hundred and sixty hours of audio I suppose I mean I guess the average length of my let me boy just sleeps about an hour hour and twenty hour and a half and quite a lot of these recordings like especially the deep sleep whisper would be about 20 minutes so yeah I've got two thousand seven hundred and sixty hours of audio from two thousand six hundred

and thirty four recordings roughly it's good yeah yeah so that's not too bad there's probably another I reckon another hundred hours probably to add if when I start looking at some of the other stuff that is missing so that's why I've got to keep checking through it because otherwise I'll forget and it's quite important also there's another thing that a potential a potential thing with AI training that's been offered to me but I'm waiting but to hear back from them because I don't want to sign away all my stuff because there's a lot of stuff

on my old podcasts that I would say 20 years worth of stuff but a lot of stuff from the first seven or eight years I don't even use anymore because of the quality so bad so really even though I've been doing this for 20 years it's only really since 2000 I don't know 15 really so only the last 11 years I've really been using the recordings also I lost a huge amount of stuff from previous years and especially the first few years because 2008 I lost hundreds of recordings so I had them all on a

podcast I think it was freepodcast.com it's a really good podcast host I would have paid for it but they didn't ask for any money I was getting thousands of downloads a day I was like really really pleased and then they just stopped they stopped doing the stats and then a load of recordings went missing so I was trying to download them all before I lost the whole thing and the whole thing just disappeared it was so good but it was I guess it was there there was a little bubble like a podcasting bubble period and

I would say that was around the time probably 2006-2007 maybe 2005 onwards my podcasts were being done earlier than that but there wasn't much it was it became really popular and then it became unpopular again then it became really popular again and I think with the advent of things like the podcast apps for example which weren't around back then it just made it just just made things a lot easier to listen to things and also streaming wasn't so great because the internet wasn't good back then wasn't fast I mean my internet now is really fast

compared to how it was back then even though my internet's really slow but it's generally fast enough to stream stuff well audio at least I'm going to start crying in a minute I wish I had a really good or good internet I've been waiting for years and literally it's not an exaggeration years and years and years I've been waiting to get super fast broadband and these companies still keep they keep promising there's one even knocked on my door not the company that there's a man knocked on my door and said oh we've got down you're

interested in um he said is that mr new land I said yes he said we've got on our list that you're interested in signing up I said yep I'll sign up right now I'll give you my card number give your bank details right now and he said wait wait hold your horses fella I said okay so he said could you put it in the car so I put it into the bedroom because I mean horses get excited especially when they hear you know the word broadband and internet and he said uh when I'm not here

to sign you up I said what are you here for then it's just just to gain interest just to find out if people are interested I said well you already know I'm interested because I went to the field of foreman online didn't I and he said yeah but I just want to see your face I want to see if you really are interested or not I want to see the excitement in your eyes I want to see them sparkle and see whether or not when you smile that you've got dimples he didn't say that but

I was like I was semi excited I don't mean like in you know in a weird way but just I was I was kind of like I was excited but at the same time I was like oh yeah but I've heard this before I don't want to I don't want to just I've been hurt before you know I don't want to give myself away to this broadband provider and then find out that it's not what it says it is you know I would take it slowly I mean there was a time when I thought never

again but now I'm starting to open up to the idea of maybe maybe trusting again but nope I was burnt didn't hear anything for about six months and then when I contacted them they said oh no we're not doing it in your area anymore maybe they didn't have enough interest which is ridiculous if you ask me because we just the thing is I'll tell you what it is right it's this what the really fast broadband basically still uses cables we shouldn't need to use cables for fast broadband anymore I mean it's like thousands of satellites

around the planet specifically for that reason to provide fast broadband so there is one way I could get it it's the only way at the moment because I've done a lot of research here didn't use AI yeah I did a bit a little bit there's a thing called Star Starlight or Stargate and it is Elon Musk's baby it's basically not a satellite dish but it is a satellite and you attach it to the wall but it's not in the shape of a dish like a satellite television used to be and apparently you can get really

fast speeds with that but it is not cheap so maybe if I can get myself a little bit more secure financially just so I kind of know what's going on I may look at doing that because it just makes such a difference to what I do here I wasn't lying was I when I said I'll probably talk for an hour before I do the questions Q&A I can't help it once I start talking I can't stop it's literally I can't there's no skill in this at all I literally I feel the only difference between what

I do and maybe someone wanted to do this and I was starting out and I'd say start out anyway you know no one's going to be good at anything when they first start apart from those that are I mean some people are brilliant aren't they but like with comedy stand-up comedy most stand-up comedians most are pretty awful when they start or average at best then again occasionally you'll have someone come along who's he looks like the finished deal he looks like the finished article he's like or she is phenomenal straight away but then what you

quite sometimes find with those people is you see them another time and they were not so good they just had a really good night I've even had good nights and I was never very good and then there's those people as a separate group that just start off good and stay good basically improve from already being good and in the UK or you could say like Lee Evans I don't think Lee Evans ever ever died on stage like that's the term we don't do very well he never people like probably Mark Thomas or just any famous

like I'm pretty sure some comedians would have had a bit of problems like Jimmy Carr I'm sure he he was good straight away but I'm sure he he wasn't you know I mean he had his nights he had his off nights at times but he you know he's it's probably the hardest worker in Jimmy Carr in possibly the world he's like he travels the world he's he's he's broke America he's he's known all over the world as a comedian stand-up comedian and not many British comedians get to do that I mean Russell Brand broke America

I'm trying to think of any other comedians like stand-up comedians that broke America from England I mean it's you know if say UK Billy Connolly obviously he's he's you'd say like the top the top comedian that broke America from the UK arguably the top because he was just mega famous wasn't he um I was trying to think what other comedians broke America I know that um Dudley Cook and um Peter Cook and Dudley Moore they broke America but they broke America in the 60s and the 70s so they were already well established Dudley Moore was

already really famous long before he was in movies you know he was going on to the chat shows in America had tours as um Dudley Pete and Dud I think they called themselves and they would be able to ad-lib do it being Pete and Dud like these characters from the TV show I mean it was all of it would be you know I mean a lot of it would be scripted because you know they'd be writing the stuff but at the same time you could literally see that they were trying to make each other laugh

and there was nothing fake about that and I like that because they were trying not to laugh it's like you could almost see it especially because it was hard to make Peter Cook laugh Dudley Moore it was much easier for Peter Cook you just look at Dudley Moore sometimes and I think some I think it was like they knew what they were going to say next and maybe they didn't it was like it was that kind of like well what's he going to say next and they genuinely seem to find each other hilarious sometimes and

it was sometimes it was funnier when Peter Cook started laughing always trying to stop laughing because he didn't like to laugh he used to try and keep it in Dudley Moore would just let it go and it just wouldn't be able to stop and it was genuine it really seemed genuine yeah that was so good as far as a double act it was there's a different type of double act you know is it yeah it was it was kind of around the same period as Monty Python I think and so British humour became massive in

America like the Monty Python team they were just huge stars in America and I think someone also they compared it to like the Beatles but comedy they were they were the comedy version of the Beatles because they were so well known and so so popular I might have made that up I'll be be honest with you sometimes I do make things up I'm trying to think of any other comedians from the UK that became absolutely big stars in America I mean I say Jimmy Carr has definitely broke America I might just not be aware of

it because I'm not so in touch with what's going on in the comedy world as I used to be well I'm very out of touch for me it's more just what I see on TV and on Netflix and YouTube for a long time is what I was actually seeing with my own eyes and being in touch with comedians themselves and promoters and you know being in a comedy club so I kind of I knew what was going on roughly then I didn't have behind the scenes TV stuff because I was never involved in TV but

you know you'd hear on the grapevine so when Mark Lamar went from being like a headlining act on the comedy circuit to working on The Big Breakfast and The Word at the same time pretty much for Channel 4 you know everyone kind of knew about that before he was on telly that that spread around like really quickly but I could talk about Mark Lamar for hours because unless you ever saw him live I mean in his prime live it's hard to really explain how good he was can you hear that police is it an ambulance

or police I don't know it was a he's different I've never seen a comedian like him since it was all so much it was observational about what like the audience were doing there there and then he'd pick people apart and I've said this probably so many times but he literally I saw him at oh I can't remember the club it was quite a big um quite a big audience but someone I think I might have had a gig that night or I just turned up to watch the show he'd just been to see oh what

is it that what was his name that musician who did that funny dancing it was Jamaican was he Jamaican no he wasn't Jamaican it was he was American oh but he was huge huge huge star like really really really massive star and anyway he'd seen him at Wembley I think the night before so he came to the show and he was talking about that and he noticed that somebody in the front row was basically scratching his finger on the top of a table and he got 10 minutes of material out of that that was hilarious

10 minutes now I'm not saying that maybe he'd had a similar experience and he he reused some material that he'd had from a previous gig where someone was scratching their finger on a table but I don't believe that I believe just knowing what kind of a brain he had the comedic brain that that is what I would class as a a comedy genius and I think it's amazing that someone can write comedy but I think for me impressively I find if someone can someone's able to just naturally do it in the moment I mean it's

both it's it's both amazing you know if you can write amazing jokes I wish I could or if you could be funny in the moment and I wish I could do that as well but it's there's something about seeing someone just I'd say an example Tim Vine he's a comedian in the UK he's well known I did a gig with him once and he was the compere and it was going really badly like I've I've seen him hundreds of times probably in the 90s doing gigs I was at his very first gig and he's a

lovely bloke his brother is Jeremy Vine on TV and he he was doing this gig anyway and it was going really bad so he was comparing so he had to keep coming on and the audience really didn't like him and normally he'd get a really good reaction he was at this point he was doing really well in his career and he went off he came off and there was a break and he said I don't know what to do this is going really bad and we were laughing because kind of the worse it went and

funnier it was for their comedians I don't know why because I found what he was doing was quite funny so after the break he comes back on with a flower pot on his head which he must have found around the room it was in a like upstairs pub so he basically came with a flower pot balanced on his head and he said sorry about that other comedian our compere it was crap wasn't he and they loved him after that it's just I mean you know it took me about five minutes to realize it was a

different person it wasn't a different person but you know generally I was like I wonder where Tim's gone like no that is Tim he's just got a he looks different come on I wasn't always that fast I wasn't as fast as I am now anyway questions so you're supposed to answer the questions first I know there's so much to tell you there's so little time Christine yay I love Q&A Friday is your kitchen completed yet thank you for all you do love to Vinnie well thank you Vinnie's uh lying down at my feet well answer

to your question is no it's not even been started and it's been four weeks I think I've still got my fridge and my freezer in my living room because I can't really move them myself I get well not without her in my back so I'm not gonna I could pay someone to to move them but it's kind of like I feel like okay I'll move them and then I get a phone call saying yeah we're gonna come start tomorrow so I just decided just to leave things it is but they haven't got in touch with

me yet ironically my friend over the fence he doesn't live over he lives in a in a flat he's having his kitchen done he got a phone call from them so and it's two flies chasing each other around there's something on they're attached or really attracted to my laptop I don't know why they're attracted to my laptop what's going on so yeah hasn't even started yet I hope to hear from them soon because I don't know just really I was just waiting Molly asks me do you know anything about star seeds someone on the bus

told me about it what do you think about the fabric of space time are you having a laugh Molly are you having a laugh what do I think about star seeds I couldn't even have guessed that you were going to ask a question like that I don't know what star seeds are I mean I could talk to about some seeds but it's probably not appropriate for this podcast star seeds I don't know it's I don't know I mean I could yeah again what I'm thinking it's probably rude it's a star having a I don't know

um I really don't know I don't know what a star seed is what do you think about the fabric of space time okay oh I'm going to answer your question so what I think about star seeds is this I think they're really good and they're crunchy they I feel good I feel better after I've eaten some but they're quite filling so I generally don't eat too much you know take up quite a lot of space and the fabric of space time what I think about it I like it I like it a lot it's uh

sometimes I'll be walking my dog my dog Vinny I shouldn't really say my dog should I Vinny be walking the dog and uh at the moment they're the council are rebuilding the playground in the park and it's all caged off and then there's this um bit of a I say you know the big metal things they they stick together but they've kind of moved away from the park bit the the kids bit and I'm thinking what are they doing there what are they what are they doing because they've got all this like green paint sprayed

with crosses and so I guess to tell them where to dig and stuff and uh and I thought to myself hmm that reminds me of the fabric of space time yeah uh Claire asks I'm getting through these questions quickly you're asking me questions that I've got no idea about um I couldn't really expand on my kitchen not being done and is this Molly is this why you don't ask me any questions because you know that I can't answer them stop being so intelligent Claire asks love your Q&A Q&A and listening to your let me boy

to sleep podcast well thank you have you ever ran out of things to talk about not until today when I got those two questions especially the fabric time star seeds I ran out of things to talk about then I was tripped up by I'm going to look it up sorry I can't help it I have to look it up in fact what I'm going to do camera no I won't I'll just ask is star seeds star seeds that's a good thing about AI you just put it in and it'll just like assume that's what I

want usually referred to oh okay star seeds got nothing to do with stars usually refers to a new age spiritual belief that some people's souls originated from earth other planets star systems or non-earth realms and incarcerated on earth for a particular purpose people who identify as star seeds this is new to me often talk about feeling unusually different drawn to space or spirituality highly sensitive or have a sense that earth is not really home it does explain it does describe me very well common labels include play pleiadian syrian arcurian andromedan and others there's no scientific

evidence that people have literally originated through other star systems in this way so it's best to understand as a spiritual or metaphysical belief rather than an established fact if you meant star seeds in relation to your recordings tell me what you're trying to remember that I can help piece together no so okay my response to that I'll give you my real response is when I was a kid I really didn't believe that I was human and it might be because you know everyone was telling me that I was that I wasn't including my family no

I didn't I was basically waiting to become to get picked up again to be taken back to my planet because I didn't feel that I belonged to this planet and it wasn't because of anything I'd read because I hadn't read any books about things like that because I was very young I was only like seven six or seven at the time eight so I did watch science fiction things on telly but I very much knew right from an early age that I didn't I didn't feel I don't either I couldn't be myself or I didn't

feel I could be myself or I felt like I was in a in the wrong place didn't feel didn't feel comfortable didn't feel that I fitted in and I didn't fit in as time went by I think like most well I get a lot of people I learned to fit in or at least pretend to fit in and also at the same time some people just accepted me for how I was and the more people accept what I found the more people accepted me for how I was the less unusual I felt and then as

I got even older I realized that everyone's different everyone's if you break past the BS and the masks and stuff we're all we've all got our own you know every human puddle is different you know it's going to have different things in it so I mean if you think about it though we know that we get things coming into the earth all the time like rocks there's no reason to like that we are not from space I mean this whole world is pretty much wasn't it built from asteroids smashing into it from other other like

planets or broken up planets stars dead stars to make what it is now so see I've got a theory this it sounds really bad but I don't think it is bad because I just I look around the world and there's huge differences in populations like so different that I do wonder if we're just multi-planetary species from different planets that have come down and maybe at one time all got got on with each other I don't know I don't know what planet I'm from I'm from the planet knob I don't know that would be cool though

that's why I absolutely love I don't want an alien invasion you know because it's always like so dramatic isn't it sort of you know how often do we ever get friendly aliens come although there was that was it x what was that what was that tv show is it x or z or and it was about aliens that came down and they were really friendly but they were also kind of lizards you know they're kind of lizards underneath their human like skin and and they weren't as friendly as they seemed I can't remember that because

they made two two versions of it there was a one in like the early 80s or late 70s I watched and then there was one probably about 10 15 years ago and it's a really good idea it's a really interesting I remember watching it I loved it the first time around I even remember the people in it sometimes I do think to myself how do I remember things and how come I don't remember things so why do I remember the things I remember and I don't have an answer for that and I start thinking maybe

maybe it's something to do with the fabric of space-time so Claire asks me love your Q&A blah blah blah so love you I'm not going to blah blah blah but I've already said that love your Q&A and listening to let me point to sleep thank you have you run out of things to talk about no not I guess occasionally I mean if I'm not in the mood you know I'm not always in a chatty mood and if I'm not I won't make a recording or I might make a hypnosis recording because that's a little bit

easier because it doesn't entail me talking about myself or anything is very focused and usually a lot shorter as well and there's therapeutic benefit to me because if I'm doing a relaxation session or some kind of positivity recording I'm also absorbing that I'm listening to myself as I'm saying it so that can be useful to me do I have nice neighbors yeah I'm friends with neighbors downstairs I mean you might if you've been listening a while you probably you might know that but since 2005 no since 2000 I've lost three of my neighbors and so

I've kind of backed away especially losing my friend downstairs three years ago nearly and then my friend opposite uncle sausages I nearly forgot his name uncle sausages that was last summer since then I'm kind of stepped away from really being I'm all you know always be friendly but I'm not getting involved in anybody's lives and so the only person I'm like pretty close to is my neighbor downstairs and she she moved in just after my other friend left the one downstairs and we she needed my help for something and like we sort of bonded a

bit and we got on really well so we've we're pretty cool and I've got a neighbor that lives in the other block the one I told you about who's getting a new kitchen he's my friend and I see him probably once a week he'll come around we'll have a chat or I see him in the park walking and we'll have a chat or whatever he'll walk around with me and Vinnie.

Vinnie loves him sometimes he'll be walking to the petrol station so we'll walk up to the end of the park he'll go over to the petrol station and I'll try and get Vinnie to walk back to the park we'll just walk slowly so he can catch us up almost impossible to move Vinnie because all he's doing is trying to get up there and wait for him he doesn't want to move he pretends to be sniffing the grass like so he can so he'll walk with me away and they'll stop but I just want to just

sniff the grass and straight away you see him look up so he's he's very deviant devious not deviant devious it's isn't it weird two very similar words but very different meanings um crafty should we say crafty that's a nicer version isn't it I suppose perf no um so yeah the neighbors are okay they're all okay I've got no issues with them they're all right what is your favorite plant blimey what is my favorite plant I don't have a favorite plant I don't have I don't have a plant I owned I think the only time I've

ever owned plants is I had a cat um what's it called I had a bonsai tree that my granddad gave to me which he'd spent years growing and pruning and you know loving and I took a week or two to destroy it I didn't mean to but I don't have the green fingers I remember at the time trying to defend myself by saying I'm not Kermit and then I had to explain what I meant by that is I haven't got green fingers and I had a cactus at one point I can't replace when that was

I did have a cactus at one point in my bedroom and I also when I lived when I've moved here I got myself some fly eating plants they didn't work um so yeah that's it that's the only plants I ever remember having favorite plants no nothing no never I've never been interested in gardens or plants or flowers or I do like trees I just intrinsically I don't know I just it's like I know the importance of trees I feel it and I'm not being all woo-woo I just I find it hard not to respect a

tree like that tree outside it's probably older than me I found out these buildings was put together probably late 60s probably 67 1967 I was born 1970 so that tree out there has been there since these buildings were put up it might just been a sapling at the time is that the right word sapling so it's older than I am it's huge now massive tree and the neighbors over the fence they keep mutilating the branches because they don't like the fact that it's blocking their sunlight and it just so they she gets someone to come

along and just cut bits off and the previous neighbor there was another there is another tree it's pretty much ruined now but he was just chainsawing it because it was in the way it's like just the lack is I don't know I'm not I don't respect trees enough to think that somebody cuts down a tree should go to prison at all I think that's just ridiculous I don't care how old the tree is I don't care what how much of a landmark it might be as long as the tree didn't land on anyone didn't wasn't

a safety hazard didn't hurt anybody you know I just yeah I don't think people should go to prison for hurting feelings and stick them on a tag you know get them to because this happened in the UK I think last year or the year before and there was this really famous tree apparently I think it was near Hadrian's wall or something I don't know and a couple of blokes cut it down at night which was it's a dumb thing to do they were probably drunk but they became the most almost the most infamous criminals in

the country at the time it's like get a perspective baby and they were really honestly the newspapers like we want to find out who these are and they did I think they ended up going to prison like okay no sorry especially when the government are cutting down thousands and thousands and thousands of trees every year all around the country either to build new estates or just basically because it's in the way and if you own a tree in your house you can remove a tree I've got permission to remove a tree from your garden so

just trees blow down don't put the wind into prison that's my logic but I do love trees after saying that I've got a big thing for trees not a thing you know not a thing not sort of a weird kind of fetish or anything but I remember when I was living in the previous town before I moved to this one back in probably about 2006 2007 time I used to go to the pub and then walk back home but I'd walk through the park and this was at night and I'd just go and I'd hug

a tree I literally would just hug the tree well because I respect the tree and also there's nothing else to do while you're urinating is there so I'll give it a big hug as well and I just felt some kind of don't get too close because it does splash it splashes back but I just when you know that something's been there longer than you potentially maybe hundreds of years maybe thousands of years I don't know there's the wisdom there's the and also I think they're they're pretty useful for oxygen as well aren't they so you

know that's quite handy so I think trees are beautiful there's something and the roots the fact that they're underground and they're part of the earth I don't know again I maybe I sounded a little bit um a little bit like a star seed I don't know I'm going to use I want to use that word now you sound a bit like a star seed maybe I am a star seed the thing is you know my my theory is that this world is full of different aliens different star seeds from different planets so even if my

even if an alien star spaceship you know does land what's the chances of it being part of my group part of my you know from my planet I mean what's the chance of that there's no way of knowing is there oh imagine how good that would be though to be able to just be somewhere and just talk just be able to be yourself like all the time just be able to be yourself because I could do that on these podcasts I can't do it in real life I mean I do I do censor myself a

little bit you know I'm a bit more sweary in real life to be honest but and I'm a bit ruder in real life I will say stuff but I think a lot of that is because I'm maybe a little bit nervous or I don't know or I guess I'm bouncing off what the other person is saying with this I can only bounce off what I say so Robin is next thanks for all you do for others Jason well thank you what's the best piece of advice you've ever ignored that's a great question oh wow yeah

best bit of advice I've ever ignored I would say from my dad yeah when I was about 13 he said don't play with it otherwise it won't grow to its proper size no he didn't say that he said my dad right from an early age after leaving school he said get yourself on a council list and what that means for those that don't know what it means is basically we have like I'm in a council property the social housing and I got this from being on the council list and it can take depends where you

live I mean if you're in London it could take 20 25 years to get onto a get into a council place so I yeah I would if I'd have been on a council list and done what my dad said I would have had my own place 30 years ago probably but I just ignored it because I think because I was moving around so much I just didn't care I didn't have I didn't care about myself enough to be caring where I was living I wasn't able to settle down I just didn't know how to so

the idea of being in one place didn't actually didn't appeal to me I mean having my own flat appealed to me but not living in one place a flat with wheels that so I could just move it around to different parts of the country or the world or the country at that time because I've not really traveled much I still haven't really but then when I moved here into not here but into this town I got myself on a council list which was about 2007 and 2008 and then I was on and off it a

little bit I forget and then I decided back on and that and then yeah eventually got this place the thing is I had this thing that I was I was on the list and I was so far down that I was not going to get a place for years and years and years and years but you still have to bid if you don't bid you they you kind of get removed from the list and there's no point bidding at some points I was bidding for stuff that I weren't even allowed to bid for like three

bedroom houses and stuff like that it's like well I'm you know it's like what's the point what's the point in me bidding if I'm in the lowest category really I should be able to just stay on the list until I get to a category where maybe I've got a the next six months or so I can get a council flat you know that to me would make sense but anyway oh I guess it kind of all worked out I mean it's been a it's been a very weird ride living here and staying in one place

because if this had just been a normal private rented place I'd have been out of here years ago years and years and years ago so that is probably the biggest advice the best advice I ever ignored Mike why do hotel rooms curtains never quite close all the way it's so that we can get dressed and be seen by other people in the hotel opposite see there's always a reason I don't even draw the curtains closed why do refrigerators make so many different noises at night I've never understood that myself I mean there's been times when

I thought have I annoyed the refrigerator have I said something to upset the refrigerator but no I don't know it just it doesn't it's like makes a noise then it makes a different one then another one I mean I personally don't hear my refrigerator normally I say fridge why am I saying refrigerator I don't normally hear it because it's in the kitchen and the kitchen door is closed at the moment it's in a living room I can hear it all day long but when I'm in bed the living actually no the living room door isn't

closed but I can't hear it hugely from my bedroom doesn't really make like a massive amount of noise I just thought about this earlier on actually is yesterday I think so I need to get myself a fridge freezer like a tall one for my new kitchen when it's actually arrives when it gets put in and I can't really get one can't really afford to get one see the fridges come on the and then I remembered that I bought my neighbor downstairs this is the different neighbor the one moved in after my friend moved out and

permanently when she moved in and because she had nothing I bought her a fridge freezer and a bunch of other stuff to help her out and then I realized now I actually need that stuff what I should have done although I should have maybe kept the new stuff and given her my old stuff but I don't think she'd have wanted that oh well and then she moved out and she took all the stuff that I bought with her bless her so that is it I've answered all the questions there's a lot of noise now in

the garden so I'm bringing this to an end so thank you for listening remember to be kind to yourself you deserve to be happy and be gentle with yourself you deserve to feel safe so just another quick thank you to Claire Molly Christine Robin and Mike just trying to see the words I'm quite quite distance away from the laptop here so thank you everyone and that's it I shall be returning very very very very soon lots of love goodbye
