Hello and welcome to Jason Newland.com My name is Jason Newland. This is deep sleep whisper hypnosis. Please only listen to this when you can safely close your eyes.
And if you're watching this video on YouTube, please only watch when you can safely close your eyes. And please subscribe. Now, I'm just going to focus on what I can hear.
I'm going to focus on my surroundings. I'm going to focus on my environment. I'm going to get in touch with now, this moment.
Can you hear the gate in the garden being closed or opened or opened and closed? I can hear the traffic in the distance. I can hear my breathing. I can hear my stomach.
Asking me for food and faintly hear the birds in the trees. I can hear somebody in the gardens somewhere doing something but not quite sure what. And what can you hear right now as we focus just on this moment? You've got both sides you can hear.
See for me, from my side, I can only hear the sounds that are happening here. Which just included Andre in the next room, scratching himself. But your side, you may have traffic, you might have neighbours, you may have other people in the house.
Plus you can hear me. And you may be able to hear some of those sounds that I mentioned faintly. None of those sounds on my side will be loud because even I'm not loud.
And by focusing just on the sounds that you can hear in this moment allows you to focus just on the present. Which means you're not worrying about the future. And you're not thinking about the past.
Or at least you weren't until I mentioned them. And now they're gone again. Noticing the temperature where you are.
So I'm in my bedroom. The air is cool, it's quiet, it's not cold but it's cool. And I can feel that coolness against my face.
When I said that, I had the feeling in my scalp, the top of my head, a sense of relaxation. As if the stress was just being released out of the top of my head. I can actually feel the energy.
Now I can feel my back. The middle of my back. I'm not sure why.
Now I can feel my chest. My throat and my jaw. My hands.
My feet. My eyelids and my eyes. My tongue.
What can you feel? As you focus just on the feelings. What's the temperature of the room where you are? If you're inside or if you're outside, what's the temperature of the air on your skin? Just how does it feel? Notice if any parts of your body seem to require your focus. And just focus on those parts.
Because I've got my eyes closed, I can't really focus on what I see. However, the only thing stopping me from seeing anything is my eyelids. And the eyelids still let some light through.
So I've got that dark, light, natural colour that comes through my eyelids. And it's different depending on the brightness outside. I'm sitting in a dark room.
Well, a darkish room. It's still lightish. There's not much visual activity.
You can focus on any smells that you can sense. Because we've all got varying amounts of ability to smell. So I personally can't really smell anything.
Apart from me. Perhaps I need to have a bath. But I can't smell anything.
Anything unusual. Or even usual. For example, if someone was cooking in the kitchen, I'd be able to smell that.
Or if someone was cooking in the building, even. Depending on what it was they were cooking. I might be able to smell it.
If Andre came in and let off one of his smells, then I'd definitely be able to smell that. Or if my friend's dog came up and let off one of his sleeping farts, I'd have to get up and open the window. The whole of the town would smell that.
It's about not so much what you can smell, or what you can hear, or what you can feel. It's about being present in this moment. Letting your body and your mind really relax.
Giving your space to let go. Giving your mind and your body the opportunity to drift off into a deep sleep. Counting from ten to one.
And with every number, you feel more sleepy. Ten. More sleepy.
Nine. More sleepy. Eight.
More sleepy. Seven. More sleepy.
Six. More sleepy. Five.
Five. More sleepy. Four.
More sleepy. Three. More sleepy.
Two. More sleepy. One.
More sleepy.
