Hello and welcome to Jason Newland.com My name is Jason Newland and just hearing these words, the same words that you hear every time I start one of these deep sleep whisper recordings, give you that trigger which causes you to just want to lie down on your bed, touch your head against a pillow, have your body feel heavy and your mind empty. So you drift to sleep just hearing these words, the repetitiveness, just as if it's a sign, you know, as if just by hearing my voice at the beginning of this recording a button has been pressed which has on it relax and sleep. Relax and sleep on this button, this big button that's automatically being pressed.

And remember to only listen to this when you can safely close your eyes because this sleepy session may cause sleepiness, hopefully. And if you're watching a video on YouTube, again only watch the video when you can safely close your eyes. Please subscribe, leave a comment, like the video, share.

Even if you're listening on the podcast, you can leave a comment, say something nice, say hello, say hello JJ, whatever you want. And that's the thing because if you've listened to these recordings regularly, every day, even if it's a different recording, every day becomes a time when just the idea of pressing the play button on your phone or on the laptop or on your tablet or wherever it is you're playing this, your body prepares itself. And this isn't something that's necessarily psychological.

This is a physical thing that happens because it happens in all scenarios. Any situation where you regularly do something, your body prepares, your mind prepares for that situation in the same way as if you were swimming, you regularly went into the ocean, your body and your mind would prepare for the cold water. As you walked towards the water, your body would prepare as you were putting on your wetsuit or your trunks or putting grease on your body or whatever.

However, you prepare yourself for swimming the channel or your body and your mind would prepare itself for what's to come. In the same way, when you're about to listen to me, your body and mind prepares itself for feeling relaxed. Your body and mind prepares itself for that sensation of drowsiness, instantly arise probably before you even get to hear me introduce the recording because you're already thinking about hearing my voice and how you've previously felt so tired and relaxed.

Whenever you hear my voice and those familiar words, welcome to jasonnuland.com. That same sentence that I say in pretty much every recording that I've made since 2006 and some people still don't know what my website address is. Now, just get in touch with how you feel right now. Right now, you don't have to do anything.

You don't have to feel anything. You can enjoy being you. You can enjoy being aware.

Being. Just being. Just noticing.

Noticing this moment. Being in this moment. Just breathing.

Nothing to do. Nothing to feel. Being.

Here. Now. Enjoying.

Feeling. Relaxed. Sleeping.

Peaceful. Calm. Loose.

Drowsy. Drifting. Letting go.

Sleep. Sleep. Sleep.
