Hello, welcome to jasonnuland.com. My name's Jason Nuland and this is Deep Sleep Whisper Hypnosis. I do these recordings usually in my big black chair which I'm sitting in now. Sometimes I record them sitting at my table which is where I would film myself, you know, during the Let Me Pull You To Sleep videos.

I think the last Deep Sleep Whisper session was done in my bed so I'm a bit of a traveller. I like to travel around and do these things in different rooms. I've never done it in the kitchen but I'm not really sure why I'm telling you this but I've been thinking that actually because it is an ASMR whisper it's quite nice to maybe include background sounds instead of trying to edit and eliminate any kind of natural sounds that may be present outside of just my voice because then and I don't normally do that but I'm just saying the occasionally I'm gonna put my glasses down.

I've got a little table next to my chair. It's kind of one of those like tables that you can eat off of. You can push it around and put it underneath the chair or you know put the table above the chair or it could be used I suppose to eat at the bed if you were sitting up in a bed but I don't use it for that.

I just put bits, you know, maybe a cup of tea or a cup of coffee. I'll put it on the side there and it seems to turn me into a left-handed coffee drinker. I feel quite comfortable using my left hand for picking up cups of coffee or tea.

Not that I don't usually drink much tea and I only really drink coffee once a day in the morning or when I have my breakfast whatever time of the day that is. So I'm pretty much a seven cups of coffee a week person. So I should just say only listen to this or watch this if you're watching on YouTube when you can safely close your eyes.

Please like, share, comment, subscribe and all that stuff if you want to. I appreciate all of your support. The boiler here is making so much crinking and cranking.

I don't know if you remember the sound of the old printers going back, I don't know, 20 years maybe. And each page you could hear the printer going across the page and so it was doing line by line and it'd take, you know, maybe 30 seconds per page to be printed. That's what the boiler sounds like.

Luckily it's in the other room so it's not quite as pronounced as it would be if I was sitting on top of the washing machine. Not that I spend much time sitting on top of the washing machine. So I'd like to say a big thank you to those of you that are regular listeners on my podcast to these deep sleep whisper sessions because this is pretty much the popular podcast that I have and I've got lots of podcasts.

I've got relaxation podcasts, let me bore you to sleep podcasts, self-development, chronic pain relief, you know, various different ones. But these deep sleep whisper are, it's just the most popular one for whatever reason and I really appreciate your support which is why I am making more and trying to be quite regular with the new sessions because I know I should just get on with it but I'll talk a little bit further. It's the new year, it's 2019 as I record this and I quite like the idea of offering new content.

You know, I'm a bit like Prince, you know the artist, just in the sense of I like to make new content and then make it available. That's pretty much the only similarity I have with Prince, you know, he was making a hundred million dollars a year, I don't make anything so and he was a superstar but I am taller than he was. Not that that really means anything because I'm still quite short.

So, saying that, I know that we all have our favourites, there might be that one session that just does what you need it to do. You know that one session that you press play, you lay down and you never get further than maybe the first three or four minutes, maybe you don't even realise you've got through even the first minute because it's like my voice is a trigger for you to just drift to sleep safely and you can have that safe knowledge that you can always listen to the recordings before you go to bed to

make sure that you're happy with what I say and all I say really is just the same kind of stuff. It's just me whispering with the focus of both the ASMR whisper stuff knowing that some people would be listening to this to go to sleep, people that maybe struggle or have struggled in the past now found my boring voice to be a great soothing way to just let go and drift off.

There may be other people that are listening to this or watching this on YouTube because of the ASMR aspect, the tingling aspect of hearing the whisper, maybe hearing the background sounds as well as my voice whispering and because I normally make my recordings usually in the middle of the night so it's the quietest time, any background sounds you'll hear would be maybe Andre, my ferret, my little boy running around or sometimes I can hear him, he dreams and he makes these funny noises when he's dreaming or it might be the squeak of my black chair

if I move my body like that, see that bit? That's more the material making the noise and that's the squeakiness of the chair so that's more, I try to oil the metal parts underneath the chair but I think I'm in need of maybe a new chair I'm thinking of getting one which is, not to replace this but one, a separate one with like a high back where I can just sit straight and be comfortable and maybe that would be, maybe have that in the bedroom and use that as the chair for these recordings and as

I talk even though I have not specifically focused on you falling asleep there's that, it's kind of like a a thought that's there like an intention that's already there when you decide to listen to this recording and listen to my voice it's as if you've already decided beforehand what outcome you wish to achieve whether it's just to relax and feel calm, just to listen to me or whether it's to drift off into a deep sleep, feeling safe in the knowledge that when you do wake up afterwards something's changed within you allowing you to feel more

confident in your fall asleep naturally when you choose to just let go because this is your life, this is your time and this is your choice to sleep, to let go whenever you decide just how deeply relaxed you feel now, I'm actually feeling relaxed myself which I always do actually when I make these recordings I don't think I'll be able to make a recording like this if I was on an exercise bike or doing push-ups it'd be a different mindset I like the peacefulness and there's something about whispering that for me there's an intimacy about

whispering by intimacy I mean like a closer, deeper connection it kind of pushes through barriers of beliefs or opinions just allows that intention of safety and sleep and comfort to arise within you and I think that's quite a nice thing to experience I personally enjoy the sense of just noticing my brain starting and continuing to slow down realizing the needs, your attention in the future will still be there when you wake up and any sound that you hear whether my side or your side can actually be a trigger for you to drift even deeper into

that sense of safety and comfort leading to sleep now, there's also the advantage of when you listen to the same recording you start to map out in your mind particular sounds that you hear during that recording so listening back to this, a few times you'll start getting used to hearing the fridge turn itself on a few seconds ago, you'll hear me pick up a drink and just take a drink and put the drink down again into the cup holder in the arm of the chair and sometimes you may actually start to realize that you've been

listening to the same recording but you don't remember having got all the way to the point where I lifted my drink up and had a drink and mentioned it and put it back down into the cup holder in my chair and you can start to wonder that you actually fell asleep before that part of the recording so within 15 minutes of listening to my voice you've drifted and allowed yourself to let go it's as if you've given yourself permission to just go on to automatic and allowed that automatic process of sleeping deeply to occur naturally

and easily in a way that you start to get used to just how easily you allow yourself to drift off into a deep healing sleep and even though maybe at the start when you first began listening to my voice on the very first recording thinking and wondering how long would it take for you to allow yourself to trust my voice to allow me to just lead you into that sense of comfort and safety and as you follow my lead you then just slide down comfortably into deep sleep allowing your body and your mind time and

space to heal and to recover and to re-energize your body and your mind for the day ahead so that you can spend more time enjoying yourself when you're awake spend more time enjoying, feeling awake when you are knowing that you can enjoy spending the time being asleep when you are asleep and you can enjoy being awake when you are asleep separating the two in the same way as you've got the sand of the beach and the sea when you run a bath and have that bath there you only get wet when you get into the

bath once you've had the bath you dry yourself off and you're dry being wet and being dry being asleep and being awake separate things at separate times allowing you to enjoy both experiences separately without even needing to think about it but just experiencing the sensations of this very moment this moment allows you to enjoy planning a future a wonderful future where you can completely achieve and follow your dreams during the day and in sleep and enjoy dreaming when you're asleep at night or whenever you sleep you can just let go and allow nature to just

happen because sleeping deeply and safely is the most natural thing in the entire world sleep sleep sleep sleep safely sleep sleep
