Hello, welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland. This is Stress and Pain Relief podcast. It's basically a podcast that focuses with one recording on both reducing stress and pain relief.

Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. Now, I'm going to start by just generally allowing yourself to let go a little bit of stuff, you know, day-to-day stuff in this moment. So it's about focusing on now.

So we're just going to close our eyes, count down from 10 down to one. And after each number, we're just going to say letting go. Letting go.

Starting with 10. Letting go. Nine.

Letting go. Eight. Letting go.

Seven. Letting go. Six.

Letting go. Five. Letting go.

Five. Letting go. Four.

Three. Letting go. Two.

Letting go. One. The next thing we're going to do is to focus on your mind.

To allow your mind to relax deeply. What I'd like you to do is to divide your mind into 10. 10 bunches.

Almost like 10 codons of straw or something like that, you know. Maybe even a number them. I'm going to count from 10 down to one, saying let go of each of those bundles of thoughts from your mind.

Starting with 10. Nine. Eight.

Seven. Six. Five.

Let go. Four. Let go.

Three. Let go. Two.

Let go. One. Let go.

Noticing how your mind feels right now. I'd like you to now focus on that particular body part. Being aware of how it feels, whether it's stress, whatever the physical feeling that you're having that you'd like to reduce.

And again, we're going to focus down from 10 to one, saying let go. Let go. All the time, focusing just on that part of your body which was causing you either stress or physical discomfort before.

Starting with 10. Let go. Nine.

Let go. Eight. Let go.

Seven. Let go. Six.

Let go. Five. Let go.

Four. Let go. Three.

Let go. Two. Let go.

One. Let go. Feeling to become stronger so that your whole body and mind relaxes even more for the rest of the day.

So that you feel calm, peaceful, and safe. That brings us to the end of this recording. Remember to be kind to yourself because you deserve to be happy.

Lots of love. Bye.
