Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland and this is a deep sleep whisper hypnosis. Please only listen to this when you can safely close your eyes or if you're watching the video on youtube after you've subscribed if you haven't already only watch this when you can safely close your eyes. Although you may think well how can I watch it with my eyes closed and that is a good point.

Well basically the video is of a candle flickering so it's a real video and it's of a real candle that I filmed myself and so you're not missing much that's what I'm saying. There's not a lot that happens. I promise you when you've got your eyes closed you know it's a bunch of people don't come on, clowns start juggling and dancing around, there is nothing happening, you know there's no tractors, there's this really nobody comes on and breaks the world records or does the ruby cube or bounces around on a trampoline, there's no cake baking, there really is nothing, it's just a candle.

I promise you for the duration of this recording it's just the same candle with the candle light at the top flickering around you know not dancing not juggling just flickering so I just want you to feel comfortable and calm in the knowledge that when you're sleeping or when you're laying down preparing to fall asleep there isn't anything that you're missing and I know that it can sometimes feel like that and to be fair that's quite a good sign. If you are wondering you know what am I missing, what's what's she doing, what's he doing, what's happening there, what's that you know you can use that as a positive that you're interested in your life, you're interested in what's going on.

I don't personally have that going on, I really don't care what anyone else is doing not even not even when I'm awake but that's just me but there can always be that little bit of you know well is there something on television that I could be doing something instead of laying here sleeping or trying to get to sleep when actually you're still getting the benefits by lying down you're still getting the benefits of relaxation you're still getting the benefits of your mind not being distracted by the constant sound of television and the constant visual flickering of the television screen or the computer screen or the phone screen and when you're asleep laying down you can relax that part of you that maybe seems to want to look at your phone to see you know what's happening on your favorite app Facebook or Twitter or Instagram or Tinder or you know I don't know whatever your favorite app is and you can relax seeing what's going on elsewhere when all that really matters is what's going on here and by letting go of that elsewhere you shut that door in the same way that you may shut your bedroom door in the same way that I'm pretty sure and if you don't you should close and lock your front door and your back door so that you can feel safe and secure to fall asleep easily and naturally without needing to think about anything at all and that's that's a nice place to be that's a nice feeling to have when you know that you're safe and you don't have to think about anything at all nothing whatsoever there is no person controlling your brain there is no one with a remote control pressing the button check your phone check Facebook check Twitter there is no one with a remote control pressing a button which says think about what your friends are doing now think about this worry about tomorrow think about things you regret no one is doing that it's not to say that that stuff doesn't come up of course it does it means you're a human being with feelings and thoughts and emotions but the fact that you're a human being also also means that you can naturally sleep easily because you as a human being were born with the ability to sleep easily and naturally because at one point you were the same as every other baby in as much as you could fall asleep in an instant regardless of where you were or what you were doing you had that ability to just through nature just fall asleep close your eyes and just drift off safe drift off safe and although as an adult as an adult we're not talking about drifting off at random times we're just talking about falling asleep at those times that are appropriate in the same way when we were babies we just go to the toilet whenever we were now we know when it's time and we act accordingly and let nature occur naturally so that when you're lying down on your bed you'll find that actually you know what your mind no longer cares about any of that worldly stuff doesn't care because it's calm your mind is calm calm your mind is relaxed your mind automatically slows down when you lay down on your bed it's a natural standard reaction to that process of laying your body down comfortably and that trigger of putting your head and resting it on the pillow it's as if the pillow is a big button which just says the word sleep and when you push your head against it gently you activate that button and it's as if you become part of the bed because when you realize that that bed has been made specifically for sleeping and even if other stuff is done in the bed the bed was made for sleeping that's what it was designed for imagine looking from above as you lay down and you can see that pillow of yours and you can see that it says the word sleep and you can see your head gently resting on that pillow which says the word sleep and as your head rests down you can feel that pillow move down with the weight of your head supporting the weight of your head which activates that button to turn your entire bed into this sanctuary of sleep and safety supporting you your body and supporting you emotionally so that you can let go of any issues that you may have had previously let it all go and embrace embrace that sense of safety as things continue to slow down continue to relax your body and as you breathe deeply calmer in your mind I'm going to count down from 20 to one and with each number you hear you can drift off even further feeling safer and every time you listen to this or any of my recordings you can feel relaxed and positive towards the future and you can have that sense within you that you are a worthwhile person and you deserve to be happy now 20 19 18 17 16 15 14 13 12 11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 one
