Hello and welcome to Let Me Bore You To Sleep. My name's Jason Newland and please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. Before I go any further, I'd just like to say a big thank you to Lawrence.

Thank you for your PayPal gift. That's very kind of you. Very much appreciated and needed as well, so thank you.

Any other announcements do I have? The internet's going very, very, very slowly. Very slowly indeed. Very slowly.

Give me a second. I do have a big announcement actually. In my world, it's a big announcement.

My website was due, my new website was due to be I don't know. I don't know what the right word would be. Announced.

Launched. I don't know what the right word is because the thing is I've had a website on there the whole time but this is now the same domain name jasonnewland.com but a different website. It might look similar when you first go on there because the design is the same design, colouring etc because I'd already started rebuilding that website when I got kicked off, blocked and logged out of my own website because I was making too much changes to the code.

They didn't seem to like that. So that was about three weeks ago. So the last three weeks, that was loud wasn't it? The last three weeks I have been working on building the website.

Not just that but also making playlists so that you can listen easier and find older recordings. Now I had the fantasy in my head that it would all be complete by the 18th which is tomorrow. That was the plan.

That was the plan. But it's not. And in reality and probably what I've said this many times in the past actually my website realistically is never going to be complete because I'm always adding new things to it, new recordings and maybe if I have an idea of something new I might add that to it as well.

So all the playlists are not available yet because I'm still in the process of uploading recordings, creating new playlists on Spreaker, also creating new recordings because I've lost a lot of recordings over the years. So I might, I don't have like the, I'll have the short the short voice only but I won't necessarily have the long voice or the overnight voice. So I've been rebuilding those which is very time consuming to the point where I'm thinking maybe I just won't bother doing that.

But I kind of want to replace the ones I didn't have or that I used to have rather. As opposed to the first thousand or so of the Let Me Boy To Sleep recordings where I only ever had one recording. I kind of wish I'd stuck to that to be honest but there you go.

I had an idea and yeah it'd be a lot easier if I had just stuck to one recording per episode right from the start of all the different recordings I've done. It would be, it'd just be more manageable for people to find my things on the actual podcast itself. You know so if you're thinking oh I want to find what I'm recording from two weeks ago it'd be relatively easy on the podcast.

But not if I've done six recordings for each episode and I've done one every day for the last two weeks. That's a lot of scrolling. So yeah but it's fine.

It is what it is. It's how I've kind of as how it's progressed. So I thought hmm if I can make this easier for people to find recordings on my website it just you know and just play it on the website or download the recording then maybe that would be of use.

And if every time I make a new recording I mentioned at the beginning that you can you know search for all the old stuff as well and you can listen to six different versions and you can download all six different versions individually if you choose completely free. There's also a transcript that you can read. So yeah it's um I mean I'm quite pleased I mean basically instead of waiting till tomorrow it dawned on me instead of the build up because I was concerned that maybe there'd be some kind of problem connecting the ChatGPT website to

my domain name which is external to ChatGPT.

I didn't know how easy it would be and I just got the urge to do it today instead of waiting tomorrow when well tomorrow literally there would be no website at all because that cancels. So I did it and I followed the instructions ChatGPT gave me what I needed to put into the DNS controls of the domain name. It didn't work to start with but then I showed it what I'd put in and I'd missed a couple of bits out and when I did that it was up and running within minutes.

So jasonnewland.com is well and truly working both well it's working on laptops tablets and the phone. I mean most people well most people listen to the podcasts on phone so I guess a lot of people would be also going on to the website using their phone because like 99% of people on podcasts seem to use the phone it's all 95 or 6% it's a lot it's a huge amount. In fact I can tell you no yeah not the statistics yes please not again.

So if I go today so far devices okay today's not so much that's weird today's a bit of an exception so 83.24% is on phones and 16.2% is desktop and other is 0.56% operating systems ios so that'd be apple apple so if it's apple it's the iphone or ipad or iwatch maybe I'm not sure or the iMac again anyway apple and windows so apple is 79.61% windows is 14.8% android is 3.6% I thought window oh that'd be a laptop wouldn't it um ios ios isn't apple is it it is but ios is the phone isn't

it iphone operating system i think uh linux i still i don't even know what linux is really it's 1.12% mac os okay is 0.28% other so the ios is the iphone maybe it's also the ipad as well that's today so you can see majority is phone there's no tv that's weird if I go for the last 30 days the last 30 days so I'm pretty sure oh I've got it wrong I really thought it was mainly phone according to this the last 30 days 50.91% is phone desktop is 48.57% I really got it wrong didn't

I blimey maybe people are moving away from the phones and desktop smart speaker 0.11% and everything else is like really really low like tablet tv set top box ios is still the top the top operating system mac os is the second so I guess the phone would be the iphone and then the mac macintosh windows 6% android 3.92% and then you've got roku web os fuchsia whatever that is linux amazon alexa android windows I really thought I really thought that it was okay right the last 12 months sorry can't help it I have to keep

going I'd go about the next the last 10 years in a minute the last 12 months 85.45 so 85% is phone 12 just under 13% is desktop less than 0.35 is tablet smart speaker tv set all that stuff they're really they're below 1% and ios again is at the top 66.41% and then android 18.63% that's weird so that's what I thought it was because let's put it last time I looked I rarely look at the devices to be fair look at sources apple podcast is 42% for the last 12 months overcast is 21% podcast addict

is 11% edge is 6% chrome is 5% generic android app is 3% spotify is 2% but then most people my spotify is pretty much my soundcloud podcasts get listened to on spotify my website jasonnuland.com is 1% but still a couple of thousand and spreeco is 2% so people do listen on spreeco but then yeah that's good iheart radio pocketcasts 1% safari that's yeah so there's a there's a few but apple podcasts at the top the spotify i mean 2% it's still like 9 000 but it's like i'd like to have had i just i don't

know i kind of quite would have liked to have had a much bigger spotify but i don't know what i'm getting on soundcloud if i'm honest with you let's have a look the soundcloud account i've got two i've got the hypnosis for sleeping deeply and the let me boy to sleep so i've only got two podcasts on soundcloud but they're both connected to spotify and so the hypnosis is sleeping deeply since i've had this podcast i've had 2.6 million plays um 29 comments that's how interested people are 29 comments it doesn't say if i go

to insights it just it varies you know on average so the last 30 days on this one 7 486 plays but then i go through different days where i get um like 200 300 then i go down 90 241 617 on the 11th the 12th 688 378 today so far 53 you know but then yesterday 378 but on the 3rd of september 1861 plays so it's just really it's just varies it's very variable it really is and for the whole year last 12 months 83 879 so i'm averaging yeah some months it just depends like

last october i got 10 455 and march i got 9 435 but then last month 5649 february november last year 5550 so it's like halved didn't it from what i had the month before so this just really varies it really really does vary 5649 last month so far 5535 this month but we're only now on this 17th so only halfway through the month top tracks the last 12 months uh breathing relaxation as deep whisper neighbors deliveries let me boy to sleep that was the second most popular and the next martial art fair enough and the

top countries or top cities ashburn columbus and falkstein those are the most popular countries and towns so top 50 countries listening to my spotify um podcast united states united kingdom germany canada singapore australia mexico czech republic turkey japan france vietnam australia no austria sorry india hong kong brazil new zealand egypt spain ukraine united arab emirates pakistan saudi arabia indonesia netherlands poland ireland finland bangladesh iraq philippines italy malaysia argentina sweden israel south korea colombia belgium myanmar jordan hungary the page got fed up it's like that's a lot of people isn't it wow it's a huge amount

of countries um i'm struggling to keep up myanmar jordan hungary romania micronesia morocco kazakhstan venezuela norway kuwait and lithuania blimey so the top the top cities um ashburn columbus phelps stein toronto atlanta lester hi in lester this is my country singapore seattle melbourne council bluffs what does that sound familiar portland ensada mrs t mrs t dallas london again my country prague las cruces cheney eidin glenn allen prior alibaccaro albert albuquerque that's it albuquerque hood river leeds hi leeds hi everyone but i always get a little bit excited if someone from my own country chicago new

york manchester paris phoenix boardman tokyo leicestershire city of london i've already got london so there's a lot oldham hartlepool bradford adelaide auckland that's a lot and that's in the last 12 months what about brico which is the if i've got the last 12 months geolocation always america at the top always has been always has been when i was on you but i still am on youtube but you know when i was predominantly on youtube and that's what i focused on mainly back quite a few years back always america at the top and sometimes i didn't

even united kingdom wasn't even in the top five but thankfully i say thankfully i mean it doesn't matter who's listening or where they're listening from you know i'm just grateful that anyone listens i can't believe anyone listens really but and it's not like um i want english people from my country to listen it's not really about that it's just nice to you know it's if you do so it's quite nice to have your own country listening if you've got the whole world listening i got the whole world listening to my boring voice i got the

whole wide world listen to my boring voice whole world so united states united kingdom so united states 45.7 percent there was a time when the the u.s used to be like 80 but other countries have come up and uh you know for the last 12 months this isn't quite as detailed as the soundcloud one because it's got united states united kingdom australia canada australia austria japan brazil denmark ireland germany spain singapore vietnam sweden france the netherlands norway turkey india new zealand belgium philippines bangladesh south africa mexico so i like the fact that people from belgium

listen because i got a little bit of uh there's only really one person moaned at me for making fun of belgium saying it is a real country but i've said the same thing about every country in the world at some point is it a real country yes germany is a real country it's just me being silly blimey this isn't supposed to be too serious you know and i've got very very fond memories of belgium i have it was the very first foreign country i ever went to the first time i ever left these shores was

to go to belgium and i've been i think four times twice well not since um not since i turned yeah yeah i think 18 years old was the last time went there because um i think once i got to 19 what my brain started to develop and i realized no i just haven't been back i don't know why i'd like to like to go back um but i think if i went i quite like to stay over you know instead of just going for the day which is what i did it'd be nice to just

go over and maybe stay for a weekend and or if i had the resources because that'd be quite a nice thing to do i'd like to sort of travel through europe but not go by by plane just go by boat so go to belgium to start with and then just work my way around the safe parts of europe and then come home so go through france go to germany and i don't have a map of europe in my head but go to denmark go to um actually i've got a list of countries right in front

of me haven't i go to austria go to germany spain been to spain before i've been to france before but go back to france norway definitely want to go to norway it's one of my little places i'd like to go um belgium and mexico no um just anywhere on the european continent that is you know a safe a safe place to go to and let's have a look at the other countries this is quite a few isn't there quite a few different um austria and european countries austria yeah i'd like to go to austria i'd

like to go to germany definitely want to go to germany and there's a lot of um there's things i'd like to visit as a tourist and especially kind of because i'm a granddad and stuff i'd like to just visit some places have a you know educate myself a bit netherlands poland like to go to poland i've known a lot of people from poland i had a lot of friends in the past um always gotten really well with them and romanians or i'd like to go to romania because i've had quite a few romanian friends over

the years i had a romanian girlfriend at one point until she moved i thought that's when you could know if the relationship's kind of going downhill is if they move and they don't tell you where they've moved to you know get the forwarding address and you find out they're in australia married to a priest ireland and i used to live in ireland so i like to visit ireland again but that's not on you know it's a separate island isn't it hence the name i guess so i'd like to i'd like to do a bit of

a tour of ireland plus i've got a friend who's turning 80 next year not this not this come not this year now but next year and his wife has invited me to go up and celebrate his 80th birthday so i'll do that i have to get myself a passport but that's on my plan of things to do and i'd also like to go and visit um yeah where my friend uh is laid andre so i'd like to go and that as well just pay um pay my respects um finland i'd like to go to finland

iceland and greenland now i don't know i mean greenland is i think is the kind of place i'd like to visit in a boat like on a cruise ship where i've still got the comforts because i'm not sure how i've not been there but it looks like it's a very very cold place and you know in in my country where i live mine the one that i own of course um we we do have cold weather but we don't have we have hot weather i mean the weather is but we've had the hottest summer of

all time i think since records they have to say since records began don't they because i'm pretty sure a few thousand years ago or a few hundred years ago we had much hotter weather because i have to say because i've only been doing the records what for about 80 90 years maybe i wonder why they didn't do records before i wonder what that's about i've noticed the springs in my bed and in the sofa keep pinging it's almost like they're letting me know that they need to be changed we can't support your body anymore please

change us for something more sturdy maybe industrial he's listening i keep trying to you know when i hear his i don't hear i see his ears poke up and i know he's listening he's always listening for something to react to so what i do i try and distract him like hey look at that there's a turtle just he doesn't know what i'm saying anyway at least i thought he didn't yesterday i came into the bedroom turned the light off put his treat on the pillow something's pinging what is the thing keeps pinging maybe it's a

radio unless someone's checking something at the window don't surprise me around here it's a weird behavior and yes i get in bed and i put his treat on the pillow on his pillow and he's at the bottom of the bed and he's like where's my treat and i get in bed and i lie down and he's like looking at me like where's my treat where's my treat but i thought he'd be able to smell it but he didn't didn't like i guess they're not very smelly treats so they're not like proper they're just he likes

them but they're not he just didn't i've left stuff on that pillow before and it's still there in the morning if i don't you know so i said it's on the pillow vinny the treats on the pillow and he walked over to the pillow and picked it up didn't sniff nothing he just walked over to the pillow he can understand stuff more than he lets on honestly if i just said to him go and lie on the pillow if you want to have a bath he wouldn't walk over to the pillow he's having his nails

done tomorrow he's having his nails clipped tomorrow afternoon i'm looking forward to it because i've been worried about him seriously because he got his nail caught recently and well twice actually and it'd be so nice to just well to be honest i don't feel like i can leave him on his own at the moment because of that because if i'm not here to help him what's he gonna do so you know gotta make sure that it's all done and then he'll be fine mind you having a split sofa he could still catch couldn't it i

suppose there's nothing i can do about it i can't replace the sofa i've both put some duct tape over it possibly i don't know what what looks worse a ripped sofa or a ripped sofa repaired with duct tape i don't you know i'm not quite sure what what looks grottiest i don't think either are very attractive but i do have some duct tape so i might actually do that because i need to get some duct tape to put over my letter my do you know the rattler or the not what is it the knocker the

um it's like the old joke isn't about and it used to be like oh you know most people love uh dolly parton but she's got her knockers they used to be an old joke bless her you know one of my favorite old songs is um what's the name totally total eclipse of the heart bonnie tyler like all-time favorite songs ever ever ever i just love that song i don't really like listening to it which is weird yeah if you don't like listening to it and you can't love it can you i don't think it's that

so much it's just it's it's just it's the kind of song that if i was at a wedding or some kind of social event and it came on i'd feel good i feel kind of nice inside you know i wouldn't start dancing on the table especially if it was a funeral but i would i might have a little dance you know just like next to the table a little you know a little trot around a little spin and stuff but not during the funeral i'm talking you know just saying all during a wedding i'm talking

about like the the meal afterwards not that there's always a meal why do people spend so i say people but a lot of people there's a lot of people that do this spend so much money on a wedding it's really quiet here when the fridge turns off that dog over the fence isn't there today oh it's lovely honestly it almost makes my makes my boobies lactate with pleasure it's so nice just have a bit of peace and quiet so i i've never quite got my head around why i know everyone's different everyone's got their own

ideas of what's good and basically you do what you want to do it's nothing to do with me but just interested in just had a nice little interruption by vinnie barking i don't quite know why he was barking but he heard something did you hear something then did you he is he's still listening aren't you i can almost feel him thinking like please dad shut up i'm trying to listen for something to react to because i'm talking to him he's like almost like he just wants me to be quiet yeah we understood from what you

said earlier i know i'm just you haven't got to repeat yourself all the time all right wow you're a darling you're a good girl aren't you you're a good girl yes you are yes you are yes you are oh so i've got a delivery today of some food i want to say a big hello to cara and i'm gonna do a recording in about me going into hospital now i haven't been in hospital for quite a long time ago but this is cara's suggestion because some people before going into hospital they get worried and scared

and stuff which is understandable but sometimes i don't know about you i found that when i talk to people about stuff very often they seem to want to give they want to talk about the worst case scenarios you know so i'm going to hospital to have my my fingernails turned into jelly or i don't know whatever they say oh i don't know someone had that and their head fell off like why are you telling me that for so or they tell a horror story of their own and like how is that useful to me you

know so i'm gonna have a flu injection uh you know oh i know someone had that and their head fell off as well was it the same person no are you sure okay it was the same person let me ask you something how can your head fall off twice you know i didn't ask so yeah i i might do recording i've talked about it before but i had very positive experience especially the second time and uh yeah just i mean expectation is very powerful very powerful thing and and we can be influenced by other people

and their stories and i don't i don't think that when someone does tell their little horror story of something that's happened i don't think they're doing it purposely to make things worse for the person they're talking to i don't think that's the intention i think it's just maybe in their mind they think they're helping the person by preparing them so there's a thing in this country which is it's very we turn very american when it comes to um um like the hospitals and that is it was it word is it litigious lit is it what's

it litigious this lisidious you know um legal like suing and stuff like you know 30 40 years ago people generally just took whatever the doctor says as and that was it there was there wasn't really much in a way of suing a doctor or a hospital if something went wrong or um that's changed quite a lot over the decades and the way the doctors talk to the patients has changed as well and so when you go and have an operation now this is probably not going to help at all what i was just talking about

but they seem to be more honest and i don't mean it in a good way honesty is obviously good i'm not saying that honesty is a bad thing unless of course your partner comes down and says which do you like best and they're holding up a suit or a dress do you like the one on the coat hanger or the one i'm wearing now if you choose the one in the coat hanger again vinnie was barking bless her so now um yeah doctors surgeons you know pre-surgery like i tell you i personally think they give

you too much information and it's i'm not an expert it just seems to to cover themselves they have to say all the possible outcomes even the not so positive ones without realizing just how important what they say is because i would say doctors surgeons especially are probably the most trusted people probably up there with priests or the equivalent of whatever religion you're in if you're a religious person it's kind of that level of um or a parent to a very small child you know that you know that point in a child's development when i actually

look up to the parent and think that they're amazing and perfect and and can do no can do no wrong and know everything you know before they get to a stage where they realize that their parents don't know anything and then they get old and realize well the parents didn't know quite a bit then they get even older and realize that the parents um probably know even less than you thought they did when you was a teenager but you know it's it's just i'm joking partly joking a little bit joking but you know that you

know like you got like a four-year-old and they look up like mummy and daddy know everything well it's not difficult to look look intelligent next to a four-year-old is it really but it's like oh although i see six-year-olds that are more intelligent than the parents i've actually seen a six-year-old child looking at the mother having a tantrum she's having a tantrum and he's looking at like what's going on why are you shouting i always find it hilarious seeing adults have tantrums and the child just looking on like blimey because in some ways little kids are

way more intelligent than adults in some ways is generally kinder like that that natural kindness that you get a kid you know some kids give them the sweets they want it all for themselves there's honesty there but some kids will want to share them again it's honest it's just honest kindness isn't it now me i don't share if i get chocolate i eat it i hide it i ain't sharing it with no one no i find it funny i find uh oh my left shoulder's hurting i don't know why so um if a doctor or

a surgeon said to somebody this is going to be fine everything is going to go swimmingly you're going to it's going to be you're going to feel so comfortable throughout and you can recover really quickly after the operation everything's going to be really good and then after the operation saying that was the best you that was the best operation we've ever done and you were so good throughout it didn't take hardly any time at all um we didn't even have to use as much anesthetic as normal which means you'll heal and recover a lot quicker

you won't be as groggy for as long and i realize this ultimately is just lying all the way through don't don't not don't lie if it's not true in the sense of if obviously if something serious happens and you've got to tell him but if everything does go swimmingly and goes well you can exaggerate say yeah and you should yeah you'll you'll start to feel better really quickly it's gone so well and before the operation oh when it's done you'll be you'll have so much relief you'll feel so much relief once your appendix are out

um of course at that point you might say yeah but i thought i was over my shoulder fixed you know you could make sure you got a competent surgeon of course so but they're not allowed to do that they're not allowed to do what would actually help people whether they're i'm not sure if they're allowed to do it with kids that might be different as long as i told the ad the adults what the problem you know the the reality maybe they can't they can tell the kids like you're going to be absolutely fine you're

going to do that or you are a good boy well done you we could you we got your your tonsils out so easily and and we just had a cup of coffee it was and it was just lovely it just read a paper because everything was so simple with you you're the you're the easiest tonsillitis replacement removal thing we've ever had in our entire lives in fact it was so easy we got the first one out we've got the clinic to come in and get the next one out because it was so easy we just

went for for some lunch um you could just i don't know if you get away with that of a kid if you're allowed to say that to kids providing the adults know what's really going on but they'd feel better wouldn't they if you start telling them all this is going to happen then this might happen oh this is going to be this way it's going to be that way like oh brilliant and this is how it's going to be when you finish and it's going to take this amount of time and all that stuff like

that ladies and gentlemen would be i guess a use of hypnosis a very subtle use of hypnosis where people do you think about hypnosis in a sense of it's just suggestion you've got a suggestion where you're trying to get someone to do something right now you know like the stage hypnosis and you know you're trying to get them to do something and you're trying to get them to go into some kind of some sonum ballistic what they call it a state where they don't really know where they are and they just follow your instructions blindly

and yeah that that's not really i've never been interested in that but but subtle suggestions caked in i guess a lie but a lie in the sense that it's for the good of well it's a placebo isn't it i mean there's a reason why they do placebo tests for new medication because if you just give every all the people on trial the new medication some people are going to believe that it's going to work some people are going to believe it's not going to work and a belief is such an incredibly powerful thing as i

think we all know actually i think it's not something it's a new concept hugely powerful just like the other day i was talking about i was getting i got drunk on alcohol-free beer i believed i was drinking beer or lager proper lager and i was drunk now there was no alcohol in there there's no way in the world i could have been drunk i could have been merry on the surroundings i could have been high on being around people and laughing and you know it's it's not drunk there's a difference there's you know there wasn't

any reason for me to be slurring my words and and so belief is in fact i would say probably there's nothing more powerful than belief in a sense there's yeah belief is so powerful so powerful i mean my favorite um saying and i've been reading like self-help books motivational self-help books cassettes you know audios whatever since the 90s so over 30 years over 30 years i've been i still do every day nearly i listen to something so i listen to this stuff i know my way around it i'm not necessarily i don't necessarily put it

into practice but and i like to think that it's having an effect on my mind in again kind of a subtle way because having bipolar and having you know the mood swings which is out of my control it really is not not something i can control by reading a book and i've tried lots of different things and it's a it's a an organic thing but it can it can make it easier it can remind me that tomorrow or even in a couple of hours time if i go to sleep have a lie down a couple

of hours time i might feel a lot better it helps me in if someone if i'm with someone and they're getting really angry i can kind of observe without getting into the into the anger with them which is something perhaps i wasn't able to do in the past so being able to step back for myself can be useful not take myself too seriously and not take other people too seriously i mean there is uh i don't know if they still do it but when i was a kid we used to have this uh penicillin that's

it you used to have this um because you know i had three brothers so we were constantly ill with colds tonsillitis bad stomachs you name it we were just we just spread the lurgy between us knits you know especially because my little brother went because he was four he was eight years younger than me so when he started going to school when he was probably what four or five i was what 13 so he was coming home with knits he was coming home with all these new things that me and my brothers had already been

through we didn't really have them so we had to go through all that all over again which we wouldn't have had being at high school or two of brothers having left school at this point yeah lemon knits oh yes the kids back then we used to have penicillin which was strawberry flavor or banana flavor it tasted nice why can't we have that for adults why does adult medication always have to taste like just yeah yeah i mean it's i can't remember the time the last time i had adult medicine that tasted nice now you could

say it's not supposed to taste nice and you're an adult so why can't i have nice taste in medicine what changes i'm not important because i'm an adult is that is that what you're saying i mean even um what's that stuff for acids uh not elska skelska skelska whatever but it's in a bottle even that tastes like make it taste nice i wonder why they don't i wonder what the problem is at least with some of the vitamin tablets especially although i haven't had vitamins for years now i really should i should take them all

the time when i was younger this the vitamin c always had a kind of orangey taste i feel like i've come to the end of that conversation there it's like where'd you go after talking about vitamin c tablets having taste of like orange really sharp kind of orange like oh but orange ish there's nowhere to go is there that's kind of yeah that's kind of the end of that conversation i do believe so i suppose what i was just trying to kind of get at is the doctors should lie more surgeons should lie more probably

not what i was really saying but you know it's like you don't want to get medication it gives a list of stuff and i know that it means that i have got no legal comeback if you know if anything happens because i'm supposedly supposed to read this massive long list of potential side effects written in print size then and would need glasses to read it and i'm just like what am i supposed to do or does anybody read that stuff does anybody read this the the small print i mean there is a thing you know

radio shows or tv as well sometimes adverts and they'll advertise about a car or insurance or something and then they'll do like a quick thing at the end like i forget what they call it but like if you buy this car and we don't guarantee it's got brakes but really quickly now they're supposed to say slow enough that we can understand but they don't do it slow enough for me to understand what you know what i did yesterday or this morning i listened to a youtube video and this bloke speaks very fast oh the fridges

come on that's loud i'm going to bring this to an end because that's noticeable i think it's quite noticeable but this um i forget what i was saying now what was i talking about no it's gone something about adverts oh no the youtube video i went to the tv and i did the setting well i was on youtube and i did the setting so it was um 25 slower or 50 slower or 25 slower i don't know and he sounded like normal like he was talking normally and i wonder whether or not they speed themselves

up because like i could understand the speeded up version which was the normal version but when i slowed it down it wasn't i thought yeah i mean there was you could get to that but that was like really slow but just a normal the first slowest slowest session or um marker on it it sounded absolutely normal like normal normal and like is my brain that slow i remember saying that to someone once i said do you do you think i'm slow so i'm talking to him and um this was on a friday night and we

were just getting ready i was putting my coat on he was putting his coat on and i said do you feel i'm slow because i thought i just like i don't know and next thing he says to me is are you still here haven't you gone home for the weekend looks like you've been here all weekend i said uh you see i i said to him are you do you think i'm slow so while i'm waiting for him to answer he's gone home had the entire weekend at home and everything come back on a monday

morning and i'm still there waiting for him to reply um because the idea is i'm saying oh am i slow and kind of proven i am quite slow because i've not noticed he's left and he's you know he's gone home for the whole weekend and i'm still standing there with my coat so me the fridge and vinny says thank you for listening remember to be kind to yourself also remember check out my website oh it's groovy it's still a lot to do on it but it's very much uh working uh so remember to be kind

to yourself because you do deserve to be happy be gentle with yourself if you deserve to feel safe lots of love bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye
