Hello and welcome to Jason Newland.com. My name is Jason Newland. This is deep sleep whisper hypnosis. I didn't actually make one yesterday.
I was very lazy. I was a very naughty boy. Very, very lazy.
And so I'm doing one today. They have been fairly regular most days. So please only listen to this when you can safely close your eyes as this sleep recording may cause drowsiness.
And if you're watching on YouTube, please only watch when you can safely close your eyes. Even though the idea of watching something with your eyes closed may seem mildly ridiculous. That's why I've got a video of, what have I got a video of? A candle flickering gently because you don't need to watch it.
But you might want to watch it. You might be excited about what's going to happen next. But I can assure you, nothing happens.
You may think, oh, does the light go out? Does the candle go out? No, no. Well, eventually it did, but I was the one that blew it out. I had to put my hand in front of it and blow it.
Or maybe I used my fingers. But I wetted my fingers first. I licked my fingers before putting out the wick of the candle.
Part of the reason as I know how to do that is because I used to live with nuns when I was very young and I used to go to church every day. We actually had a church in our garden. I'm not joking, it's true.
So I'd go to church every day, maybe more than once, and I learned how to put out the candles. Plus, it kind of makes sense too. Something's wet, there's less chance of any kind of discomfort depending on what the situation is.
So thank you. If you are watching on YouTube, please subscribe. What I'm going to do today is I'm going to play around with a knob.
Okay, so this knob is going to be, it will go from one to ten and it will turn clockwise. In fact, it could be zero. Might as well have a zero in it.
Nothing starts at one, always a zero, isn't it? So zero, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. So you turn it clockwise to move the mark all the way up to ten. And you move it anticlockwise or to the left.
You can imagine yourself doing that, turning it to the left, anticlockwise, all the way down to the zero. And what that knob, that special knob, represents is your tiredness. And we're going to play with that knob.
So together we're going to manipulate how you feel. So to start with, the level of that knob will go automatically to where you are right now on the level of tiredness. And we might as well go zero being completely tired.
Or should we go ten being completely tired? I should make my mind up before I started this really. I like the idea of it going down, two, one, for more tiredness. So ten will be your awakeness.
Zero will be your complete tiredness. So this level is your awakeness and tiredness, this knob. This knob that you're going to be touching is going to be moving from awake to tired.
Ten being wide awake, zero being completely tired. And just let that knob, the number on your knob, go to the particular level that you are this very moment feeling. And what we're going to do is going to move it down.
So let's say it's a number six, for example, and everybody will be at a different level. Well not everybody, some people might also be at a six. But you know, there's no way of me knowing.
So what I'm going to do, I'm going to ask you, to move it to a five, wherever you are. So move it up to a five. So maybe you feel more alert and awake, or down to five, so that you feel more tired.
Whichever way you want. Just make sure it goes to five, which is that in-between feeling, that in-between number on that knob of tiredness. Just notice how your body feels, notice how your mind feels.
As you see the number five there, maybe it's flashing five, maybe it's a big number, maybe the very front of the knob, the number comes up, so that you can see what it is. Now I'd like you to move it down to number four, so that you're more tired. Moving that knob to number four, so that you feel more tired.
Just notice how that feels. Now moving that knob up to number six, making you feel more awake, making you feel more alert and aware. You may think, why would I want to be more alert, more awake? This is a sleep session, why would I want to be more awake? This is about taking control of how you feel, because if you can feel more alert purposely, then you can also feel more tired purposely.
Moving down to number five, so you feel more tired. It's as if you're kind of letting go a bit, sort of deflating any type of tension or stress that was there before. And you can enjoy that feeling, feeling a bit more relaxed than you did when you was at number six.
You kind of want to stay there or go lower. Now, I really want to go back to number six. I'm going to ask you to do that, even though you'd rather just stay more relaxed and calm, but it will only be for a short period of time.
Moving up to number six on the dial of the knob, notice how you feel more alert, more aware, more awake, by choice, by choice. Now moving back down to number five again, moving back down to number five. You can experience those sensations in your body and in your mind, calmness and looseness, relaxation and tiredness in your body and in your mind.
And now moving down to number four, the direction that you want to be going, the direction that you're waiting to move into a sense of more comfort, more relaxation and more tiredness in your body and in your mind. And as you experience that movement of energy, all the way down to number four, you can just enjoy that sensation of relaxing even further. It's as if being at number six becomes a distant memory as you just embrace the feelings of tiredness and comfort and pleasure associated with knowing that in a few seconds you're going to be moving down to number three.
You can move that knob down to three. Now moving it to three where you can feel even more tired because you have taken control of your own ability to relax deeply, to feel amazingly calm in your body and in your mind, feels even more loose. Loose.
It's as if your mind is starting to drift. It's okay because that's a sign of drifting off into a deep, healing, natural sleep. And as you anticipate the feelings that you're going to experience when you eventually move that sleep knob all the way down to three, to two, noticing how it goes down to two, notice how much more slowly your thoughts are and how much more relaxed you physically feel.
As well as your mind letting go totally, releasing all worries and stresses from the past like butterflies flying off into the sunny sky. And as you prepare, prepare for that number one, preparing to go all the way down to zero, preparing to feel so relaxed and so calm. So relaxed and so calm and so sleepy, ridiculously sleepy, incredibly tired, moving down one zero, zero, zero.
