Hello and welcome to my grumbly stomach. I can't believe I said hello suddenly my stomach made a weird noise. I could just start again but I'm too lazy for that so I shall continue.
Welcome to Jason Newland.com My name is Jason Newland I only listen to this when you can secretly close your eyes and your mind and also um I suppose I should tell you what it is I'm doing so this is deep sleep whisper hypnosis I've been doing these a lot more regularly lately even daily at times and the idea behind these apart from the whisper aspect which is uh nice and it's intimate it's as if I'm kind of whispering in your ear and it adds a different dimension to the proceedings it feels different it's a different
experience to if I was just talking and I know that I'm using the word different quite a bit so far but it is I mean I suppose we could use the word unique it is a unique experience for each person listening because each person listening is unique so I'm gonna talk to you and while I talk to you there's a few things that may happen first is if you've regularly been listening to my whisper listener or if you watch me on YouTube remember to subscribe but if you if you regularly listen to me you may
just find that my voice is all it takes for you to just drift off into a deep sleep and I could be talking about the new Paddington movie and you could just drift off I could literally talk about drying paint on a wall that old cliche but I won't because I'm not really into painting I'm not really into decorating walls and stuff kind of a shame because I could do with more colorful walls I imagine I might look into it anyway another thing that might happen is you may just get bored because the the content
is not and it's purposely it's not super exciting although because I'm a human being because what you get with my recordings is you get me included you know I let you know a little bit about my life perhaps as I do them so therefore it's a bit boring it can be because sometimes boredom is just simply that you don't really you're hearing stuff you don't need to hear you're hearing things you know when you hear things about other people sometimes it's not that it's boring boring it's just that it's not relevant to your life so
nobody really can say that the um the wonders of surgery isn't amazing the things that surgeons can now do operations and you know brain stuff it's amazing you don't necessarily want to read about it or hear about it perhaps you know it's like yeah it's amazing but I got things to do besides I'm trying to eat my dinner I don't want to eat I don't want to see any operations thank you very much another thing is when you listen to me at the beginning of the recording you listen because you would like an outcome you're
listening because you wish to fall asleep safely and that safety is very much a part of what I do because you get to know me over time you know you can listen to any of my recordings whether you're sleepy or not just to see and hear what I say you can realize that what I say in these deep sleep hypnosis sessions is all safe it's just me talking and that trust that you have allows you to just let go to really really let go completely completely and with that expectation of just wanting to sleep expecting
to sleep gives that extra dimension because it's as if you've given yourself permission to fall asleep but you've decided to do it with me you've decided to fall asleep listening to my voice I understand there may be some people listening for the first time perhaps wondering what on earth's going on who is this person why doesn't he just talk to me normally has he got something wrong with his voice has he got some kind of volume control issue why is he whispering it's weird and admittedly if you don't know what's going on if you don't
know why I'm doing what I'm doing it probably does sound weird the thing is even though most of what I do isn't whispering this these are whispers but I do normal standard talking level when you whisper it seems to go deeper inside your brain and even saying that I can feel different parts of my brain activating and I mean physically physically I can feel certain parts of my brain at the top kind of the top back top of the scalp I can feel parts of my brain and the front of my brain now just activating
just mild stimulation and whispering goes straight into your brain and there's something a bit different between some of the other senses because physically you've got the you know the spinal cord and you know this there's a journey to get to the brain admittedly it's not a long journey but and seeing when we see things it's actually upside down so our brain has to turn it around the other way but with hearing it seems to go straight in without any filters the same as with smell you smell something and it goes straight in without any filters
it's instant and when you hear the words whispered it's instant so there's perhaps more power behind the words of sleep now when I whisper it to you then perhaps there's that word again perhaps when I just say it to you and so that's kind of why it's a whisper session because the words and the ideas surrounding the words sink deep into your mind instantly activating that part of your brain that is responsible for you falling deeply asleep falling deeply deeply asleep as you listen to my voice there isn't anything else to do it's as if
the rest of your brain has just slowed down and the only real part that is active is that part which causes you to become incredibly sleepy which causes you to drift drift to a deep sleep sleepy relaxed loose so calm with nothing to think about completely letting go go. Sleepy. Sleepy.
Counting down from 10 to 1 and each number I count down, you can feel more safely. Sleepy. Safely.
Sleepy. Now, 10. Safely.
