no what am i doing i'm gonna do what i normally do when i first wake up so i'll go through that with you so what i've done is i've turned on my laptop and my iPad i should have left my iPad on because i was uploading recordings to my podcasts and i forgot and i just turned it off so i'm kind of having to re-upload those like right here we do oh it's the 10th of december today 2025 i had another another cooked meal last night vegetables chicken so another healthy

meal i've only been doing it for a few days or four days now i can feel a difference i'm not quite sure how to explain it but i feel a bit more i don't know we'll see it might just be a placebo but i'll just wait and see the problem with the veg is it doesn't last like a long time the potatoes are good they're in the cupboard and they'll be fine the cabbage i don't know the cabbage i got too much cabbage i got two cabbages i didn't need two

cabbages one cabbage would last me a week so don't eat a lot of any of the veg if that makes sense but you know one cabbage is quite big it's quite a lot of cabbage there i'm aware that i said the word cabbage way too many times for a wednesday morning or for any morning really unless it was cabbage day cabbage cabbage what a weird word cabbage i mean technically the cabbage is i think it's one of the best vegetables there is to eat so maybe i should try and eat

more of it and i don't i don't dislike cabbage but what i do i don't like it what i do is i mix all of the veg together to make a mash so i got potatoes and carrots runner beans cabbage parsnips brussels sprouts that's five veg um i think that's everything so i said potatoes cabbage carrots parsnips brussels sprouts and runner beans so it's six six veg and i've decided i'm not going to use the slow cooker it just takes too long there's a joke there somewhere i don't know why

um so i used to slow um the what do you call it the air fryer the first day and i had the stuff in there for like five hours and i was fine but like kind of like a soup and i thought that's very time consuming so what i did the next time because i cooked a bunch then the next time i cooked stuff i did it i used a saucepan and i cooked the veg veg so i boiled it and then i stuck it on number one and just let

it simmer and i put the chicken in the oven but wrapped it in foil you know let some air in so it just um um i don't know not boiled broiled itself or steamed itself kind of and that turned out absolutely perfectly fine for me it's i don't mind eating cold chicken um but it's nicer when it's warm when it's when it's hot but don't really want to heat it up so i'll eat it hot on the first day like in the evening or i don't know whenever i cook it

like initially and then i'll put it into plastic containers and then stick it in the microwave so it can cool off and then put it in a into the fridge in sealed containers the veg is also put into the fridge once it's cooled down in a container this is what i don't eat on the first meal there's enough there but Vinnie now prefers to eat this than to eat his own food it's hard it's hard to blame him for that really but he needs to kind of i don't know he

won't eat his food now he just wants chicken or treats he's fast asleep at my feet right now i don't know why he got up out of bed he doesn't normally but as soon as i turn on the recording equipment it's like he can hear it and now he's by my feet underneath the desk and he's fast asleep bless him he seems happy enough i say he's fast asleep but his ears are pricked up so i think he might be pretending to be asleep he's a good boy sometimes although and

i'm not a huge fan of this but he started barking at the person who moved into uncle sausage's flat sorry Vinnie i just had to check it was recording um yeah Vinnie moved into i know he's begging see i woke him up just then but i realized that there's been times when i've recorded i've spoken for an hour and i realized at the end of the hour that i haven't recorded anything because i didn't press the right button because i was half asleep but i did press the right button so

it's fine it's all good oh yeah Vinnie's been barking at the new late the new tenants and he didn't bark before and i had the tv on this was yesterday during the day i had the tv on normal normal volume so it should cover up any sounds i had my door closed and he still heard the neighbor opening the door or going into the flat and he went from zero to a thousand i thought someone was at my door so i went on to camera to see there was no one

there so i went back and yeah it was the neighbor going into the flat i was like why Vinnie why are you doing that he's gone back to bed i think when i just woke him up then he's gone into automatic mode so he starts begging and i look at him he looks at me and and i'm kind of like what are you begging for then and he's looking at me he's like well i'm not sure actually what do you mean i said well i'm half asleep but i normally just

beg don't i for something but i said what do you want he said not nothing really i said you want food he said no do you want a treat he said of course always i said i don't have any he said i know i said what do you want to go out he said well in out there in the cold no of course not but what is it you want then Vinnie he said i'm not sure i'll get back to you so i just continued here and um oh no he's

not gone back to bed he's he's over there he's got his little bed in near the wind it's near the radiator so i think it's quite nice for him and i put down a an old coat that i found i think it was in the storage and the zip broke so i can't wear it anyway and he's very comfy oh yeah he's also on the curtain as well because the curtain's very long so he's that's his new place he likes to sleep so he's got the bed i mean he prefers

to be in the same room as me but when i'm sitting on the sofa sometimes he will just continue to lie down on the floor but most of the time he likes to lay next to me cuddle up to me so it all depends on his mood i guess the problem is when he's like pushed up against me sometimes i get an itch on my leg and all i do is go to scratch it and he like jumps up and growls at me he does not like being disturbed when he's

asleep honestly he's a proper grump so i'm trying to think i hope that he gets out of that habit of barking at the neighbor because he's been barking at both the neighbors this week which i kind of expect in a way if there's no sound in this flat and the door's open and he's in the bedroom then unfortunately he's gonna bark but when there's the tv's on the door's closed i mean how does he even hear them because i don't it's because they've got bad hearing i know but i i

kind of have the music or the tv on as or purposely as a distraction for him because you know there's times i would much prefer just to sit on the sofa with nothing no sound at all even if there's something going on in the garden just your kind of meditation but i can't do that with him because he barks the slightest little thing and it's it's not pleasant because it's so high pitched and it's very loud i don't know if that's just a jack russell thing but or just a finny

thing so loud and it's never over anything interesting although i did have someone knock on my door the other day and finny would not shut up and i didn't answer the door because i didn't want to and he wouldn't be quiet it's he's a little bit of a giveaway you know pretending to not be here and probably all they could hear was him barking him me as well shouting josh josh finney stop stop stop now why is he not answering the door then i'm not answering the door because you're just

knocking because you want to get some money from me pleasant i don't answer the door anymore generally i don't answer the door i was going to say what i do when i get up so i'm not fully awake i'm not really really not although i kind of did want to get out of bed which is a good sign if i wake up and i want to get up or if i wake up let's say to go to toilet and it's half two and i look at the clock and i'm disappointed

because it's half two because i want to get up but it's too early to get up that's a good sign if i wake up at seven in the morning and i'm disappointed because it's so late and i want to stay in bed that's not such a good sign for me i mean personally so when i wake up early and i want to get out of bed that's a positive it means i'm i've got some mental energy and i want to be awake which is a good thing personally especially if i

wake up and i want to just i want to check stuff and what on earth was that that was strange i think i just saw a subliminal thing oh man i saw this advert on Facebook and it was just it was it sickened me oh that's what i saw it was i couldn't believe it right so oh who was the actor oh blimey i've forgotten it was a famous actor um i'll tell you what Facebook is getting really silly there's so many so many absolutely ridiculous posts on there um not

by people but by these i don't know what they are i'm not sure what they are like far out magazine boxing up um historical stories boxing tv pre-visio uh classical tv moments just these groups and they post stuff the day this day in history all the mental health professionals mike dyson true fans consequences is thermo fits it's just some of its adverts some of its actually they post stuff that like i mentioned this a few weeks ago with celebrities with holding a birthday cake with happy 90th birthday and you know

they had like in the 70s or something and i've just just amazed me i saw one and even semi-legit sites ones for boxing fans because it's just automatically um created by ai so i don't think anyone even checks it before it's posted and one of them says about wilder no one thought he stood a chance of winning a world title but with his thunderous left hand he knocked out the champion and won the world heavyweight title and defended it for another however many times that's just straight off the bat deontay

wilder won the world title on points he didn't knock anyone out for the world title and that was the first time he ever went to points in any of his fights i mean he hasn't gone to points in many of his fights at all i'm not sure if he's gone to points in any other fight oh yeah he did with tyson fury didn't he in the first fight i don't think he has with anyone else i might be wrong no no i'm pretty sure he hasn't so i'm trying to think

who the celebrity was so this person was saying oh um i'm not i'm not even gonna say it out out loud because it was just really bad now it was to do the prostate men's prostate and uh as opposed to women's prostates i remember i was dating someone when i was in thailand and and uh very private very private um is it different i don't know it's different different out there private but not private so i've had girlfriends but i've never gone into the doctor's surgery with them i'll sit outside

wait for them and come home or a hospital appointment where they've had a scrape or whatever you call it and you know then i'll come home with them but i had this i mean it was only like a week-long relationship but i mean she actually invited me in when she had a prostate exam and i thought it was down your throat it's weird i remember saying to her are you okay and they're saying yeah i'm all right thanks me ass hurts so yeah so i am so there's this whole thing

about a prostate exam and it was done by this it was an advert done by a.i at steven fry and forget who the other person was basically saying that you need to take their herbal remedy and medical treatment is no good and all that stuff and i just thought how on earth i'm all for free speech but my dad's gone through that we're still going through that really he's still dealing with that and both my uncles one of which passed away through prostate and i'm kind of like okay this is

not it's it's not a subject to play with just to get people to buy some crap on the internet and i just i looked for a way to complain and there was no way to complain so Facebook needs a bit of regulation so according to this on the boxing hub tyson fury versus fabio wardley a crossroads clash the heavyweights division didn't know it needed see the rest of this is just a.i written you can tell by the way it's like it's a big long sentence i can't really complain because when

he wanted to fight usik again but i don't think anyone wants to say that and he hasn't earned i don't know has he earned it it's weird it's like has he earned it but tyson fury's he's performed better against usik than anyone else apart from jesora as a heavyweight he gave him a better fight than joshua and and dubois got knocked out twice by usik so that's a fight i'd like to see dubois and tyson fury or dubois and dionte wilder but usik has decided he wants to fight dionte wilder

next and as he's the champion and as he is the uh i think he he can do he can choose his opponents now there are i don't know quite how it all works i'm guessing that actually he had to fight wardley next if he wanted to keep the i don't even know what belt wardsley goes in a wbo so if he kept that part that belt he had to fight wardley and he didn't want to fight wardley he said he wanted he wants to fight wilder dionte wilder dionte that's not

a real name what's wrong with paul or john um so he i saw an interview of usik and they said why do you want to fight wilder he's all washed up which is probably not the best thing to say to the current heavyweight champion don't don't question him i mean make him a cup of tea or something but don't don't start questioning his decisions blimey and he said oh this is what you don't realize i'm adding my own dialogue here um so the reason he's chosen wilder is because he's beating

everyone else he feels he's beating all the top people he's beating joshua tyson fury twice dubois twice and the only other person and they're the ones that held the world titles no one else has held world titles except him in the last wow 10 years oh apart from yeah yeah i think he probably would have taken on joseph parker because he he held the world title didn't he in the past as well so basically i think usik wants to fight ever or the best of his generation and the best judged

by those that won the world title and he said wilder defended his title like 10 times and he was the biggest heavyweight star in america and outside of tyson fury and anthony joshua sorry sorry to break it to you and anthony anthony no antony unless you're a heavyweight boxer and you whatever do you want huh i was in lost tv show there was um what's those dogs those pretty really big dogs massive dogs they climb through the snow and they've got like a little bowl of brandy on their collar oh

saturday night at 10 and he's starting pronouncing nigel farage as nigel as farage he never used to say farage he used to be farage like everybody else in our world who knows him calls him nigel farage but now he's saying farage and it's jarring me because i'm in bed i'm used to like hearing the name spelled right pronounced right and i know that i pronounce names wrong as well but it winds me up it's like just say his name correctly bearing in mind he's talking about him quite a lot during

the radio show just say his name correctly i don't know why he can't just behave himself this is wednesday today i'm gonna need to go depends but i'm probably gonna need to get some more milk i guess i'm pretty cold i'm gonna need some groceries but i'll have to cook my stuff first before i get the groceries because there's no room in the fridge i miss all the cakes anyway fury versus wardley if that happened i'd be okay with that i just don't know i don't i really don't know how

it's gonna go if they do fight i don't think anyone would argue with that it's not um putting down wardley but wardley does have an equalizer with that punch he's got and he's got a heart i would say they've both got equal heart because tyson fury's got he's yeah he's been on the on the brisk the brisk the brink of defeat more than once but he's been defeated as well but he twice i think by uh was it twice with usik or did he get a draw on one of those

liberties like that with me okay i didn't say that but i think i did say oi what are you doing and i find that strange because touching someone's buttocks is quite a personal thing and the idea of anyone touching my buttocks without permission is seems weird i mean when i was a dj i had someone pinch my bum and i looked at them it was a lady and i was just like what was the point of that what was the point of pinching because pinching is not even nice is it

it's a little bit aggressive you pinch someone it hurts a little bit i mean probably it hurt less on my on my buttocks than on my shoulder well actually i don't know they'd probably struggle to do it on my shoulder because i'm so muscular yeah okay but i thought why why are you pinching my buttocks or nipping pinching nipping you know it happened a couple of times but i didn't really it like okay is this erotic or is it assault i don't know it's just annoying i didn't see the point

one thousand six hundred and twenty seven so in one thousand six hundred and one thousand six hundred and twenty six days i have one subscriber left ah well i've still got regular this is i mean some people only listen to me or watch my stuff listen to my stuff on YouTube so i'm okay with that it's it's a slow burner um it's one of those things if i just keep doing it keep uploading the podcast up to YouTube eventually it'll get more it'll get discovered and then it'll start being presented

to people that have not heard of me or what i do so then it could start to grow and i could end up with one thousand six hundred and twenty eight subscribers i'd like to have ten thousand subscribers by the end of next year um and then reach for the fifty thousand by the end of the following year just i think it'd be cool that's all yeah i'm trying to think is there anything else that i check on um soundcloud i'll just have a quick look on there see what's happening

i can tell the internet's going slow when it's working it's just not very fast oh wow okay how strange i just didn't there's just a lot more downloads than i expected right so to write this right now right now so right now i'm gonna go and get myself some breakfast then i'm gonna watch a bit of telly then i'm probably gonna uh in fact i'm really getting into ludwig which is on pbc one where it's on the pbc eye player ludwig it's really good like really good so i'm gonna go
