Hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland. Hi, how are you? Are you well? This is Monday's Boring Objects.

It really is. Hard to believe but it's true. Monday's Boring Objects.

I think that was the worst jingle yet. It's the worstest one ever. So, it's now 6.32pm on Monday the 17th of November 2025.

If I haven't said it already, please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. And if you're wondering why I've said it twice, it's because I don't even hear myself say it anymore after 20 years of saying it. I don't know that I've said it.

So Vinnie's just had his dinner, or his evening meal, and some water, and now he's probably going to just lie down on the floor and just chill out, or maybe have a little snack, have a little chew on a bone or something like that. So today, I have already made a recording, no, yeah I did, I did a recording, I did a 30 minute recording called Release Intention, just a short, well, 24 minutes and 49 seconds.

For some reason, Vinnie thinks it's okay for him to climb on the table next to the sofa.

I gave him the treats, well not treats, well they are kind of, they're his treats that he has when he goes out, but they're also his dry food, and I put some on a bowl for him, and he don't want them. Does not, or will not, he refuses in fact, to even entertain the idea of eating them. It's warm in here.

And I've got the window open. But the door's closed, it kind of has to be closed otherwise he barks. So I like, I like to have the air flowing, sorry, it's making me laugh now because I picked up on the fact that I keep mentioning on these recordings how I like to have the air flowing, and now I can't say it without just giggling to myself, like a little giggly wiggly.

So yeah, I did that hypnosis session this morning. Nice little, just a relaxing session. I actually felt quite relaxed after doing it.

I did, I did, I did. It's weird though because even though I've uploaded them, no one seems to have watched them, or listened, at all hardly, and I don't understand. I think maybe it's the stats are a little bit late.

So let's see what messages do I have that I need to read out. Let's have a look. So, thanks Tina for your comments on my YouTube channel.

Just let you know, I do have videos on YouTube. Basically, every time I upload a new podcast, all six versions get automatically uploaded to YouTube. So the six versions are ones without, without music, one is with music, there's five hours and 10 hours with and without music.

Also, I've started sharing and uploading my latest recordings via video of on both Twitter, or X rather, X, Instagram, and TikTok. And I upload videos, like for today, for example, the whole 28 minutes or whatever was uploaded. But if it's a longer than an hour, I can only release up to an hour.

So, you can see my stuff on, as I said, X, Instagram, and TikTok. And maybe follow me there on those places. The Twitter one is a new or the X, I used to call it Twitter.

X is a new account because I've basically forgot the passwords to the old ones. So it's a new account. So what I'm going to be doing every time I upload.

Yeah, I'll just upload a new video to X. And that's it. So, you know, if you want to, you can listen to me on more places now, as well as my website as well. Which is kind of my, my, I kind of would say it's my main place, but maybe it's not really it's for me is but it's wherever you listen, you can listen on Spotify or Apple Music, or Apple Podcasts rather, wherever really.

So I'd like to say thank you to Mary for your kind PayPal gift. And also, just ask you if you've got any questions for this week's Q&A Friday, which will be on the 21st of November, 2025. That's all of the introduction done, I do believe.

So it's been a bit of music started to be played, played downstairs. That's not even funny either. I think I might have the giggles.

So yeah, hopefully you can't really hear it. If you can, I apologize. Apologies all around.

Tell you what, though. Temperature. The temperatures really dropped.

I mean, like, that was me whistling, like a downward whistle. Oh, yeah, did it. Why do people is a question is it sounds like I'm like about 12.

But why do people like bass music? Really heavy bass is not not really my thing. Never has been actually. Weird considering I used to be a DJ in a so watch the boxing at the weekend.

Conor Benn and Eubank Jr. It wasn't a it wasn't it was one sided. It was one sided. Conor Benn pretty much dominated it.

I would say start to finish. I'm not even sure if I'd give one round to Eubank. Maybe give it like a draw like a 1-1 for both, you know, but I don't think I'd give one round to Eubank.

Very different fight from the one in April. Where I probably would have gone for a draw between the two of them. In the April one because Conor still did more.

I believe he still threw more punches and was more active than Eubank in the first fight. But Eubank did get in. He did get stuck in.

This time Eubank was keeping his distance and pacing himself and Conor Benn wasn't just jumping in like he did last time. So he didn't really get caught. So he was, yeah, he boxed really well.

It's, it's almost like he'd gone from being a slugger to a boxer in a few months. So if you're going to go for best improved or most improved Conor Benn between the two of them and who knows? Maybe, maybe baby. It's just a case of there.

This is the end of his career. Maybe just it's time for him to retire. 10 million pound payday.

He probably got about 10 million last time as well. So 20 million in a year. It's not bad earnings is it? It's livable.

Probably going to lose about 50% of that in tax. We won't even get that. So you go for 10 million.

He's probably going to lose from management. What's that 20, 25% and trainers, all that stuff. So yeah, I think out of the 10 million before tax, he's probably going to come out of it with maybe at the most, I'd say probably about 6 million and then get that knocked off half of that.

So you come out of it about three, three and a half. So two of those at 7 million, 7 million. It's still doable, isn't it? It's still livable.

It's still enough to just about get by. I would say that is something that I always kind of wondered about, you know, with like these bands. So a band like a boy band, for example, can get promoted and you know, they'll get a record deal.

They'll have loads of number one singles and a couple of number one albums. They'll be on the bedroom walls of lots of teenage girls and middle-aged men and they come out of it with nothing. Like they get completely ripped off and that 1 million pound contract they might've got each.

They had to pay that back because that was just money that's been spent on them to promote them. And because they haven't written the songs, the songwriter gets most of the money. Every time they perform, the songwriter gets most of the money.

It's like sometimes it keeps me up at night. It doesn't. Do you know what? That poster of those boy bands keeps me up at night.

No, that sounds wrong, doesn't it? I might get some posters. I think the last time I had a poster, I mean, I'm being serious. The last time I think I ever had a poster was 1987 and I had a picture from the newspaper, which was of Sabrina, the pop star.

Boys, boys, boys, been looking for a good time. Boys, boys, boys, your body, my body. Everybody wants my body.

Boys, boys, boys. So there's a picture of her on the beach and I think that was the last poster I ever had on the wall. And that was on my sideboard cabinet really rather than the wall because I like to wake up to her every day.

Pretended she was my girlfriend because I loved her. I actually loved her. So apparently Jake Joshua, Anthony Joshua's fighting Jake Paul in December.

That should be funny. It should be very funny. Like really funny.

Ridiculously funny. Even on Anthony Joshua's worst day, Jake Paul is easy work. So it's funny.

But what if, what if Jake Paul manages to land one? What if? I mean, wow. That would be also hilarious. So I know he's getting a bit of a bad press, why they're doing it.

How could he do that? You know, he's former two world weight, two, two world time champion, heavyweight champion fighting a YouTuber. However, when you think about it, it's not, I mean, who is Jake Paul for? Jake Paul. Vinnie's having a proper moan.

140 million Anthony Joshua's going to get. 140 million. The thing is, it's going to be on Netflix.

And I mean, they've got money, haven't they? And it'll be free to watch. They won't charge it. They don't do pay-per-view on Netflix.

As far as I'm aware, they didn't for anything else. So I'm just going to have a look at his boxing record, Jake Paul. So he fought Tommy Fury.

He lost to Tommy Fury. Most of the other people he fought was former kind of UFC or MMA fighters. Nate Diaz, Anderson Silva, Tyrone Woodley, Ben Askren, Nate Robinson.

I think they were all in. Then the unforgettable Mike Tyson. So that was a win.

He won. Did he? I thought it was a draw. Did he beat? He won.

Did he knock out Mike Tyson? Did he? So he won that one. I don't remember that. I remember the fight, but I don't remember him winning.

I thought it was a draw. And he beat Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. So he has had fights with two former world champion boxers. The most famous being Mike Tyson.

Of course. But he hasn't fought a boxer who's the only boxer that he's fought that's actually current active. I mean now would be Tommy Fury and he lost to him.

And to fight Anthony Joshua. It's going to be funny and I will watch it. I 100% will watch it if I can.

Because it'll be funny. I think just like yeah make the fight make the funny fights happen. And before anyone says, oh all this stuff is this new never used to be like this these novelty fight.

No, it has been like this before. Muhammad Ali got in the ring with a wrestler. He also got in the ring with a kickboxer.

George Foreman got in the ring and had I think four or five fights back to back. Seriously, this is in the 70s. So to say that these kinds of things didn't happen before.

Yeah, they did. It's just it's been a while. So Jake Paul and his brother kind of brought it back.

It's not a new thing. These guys it's kind of weird. I personally I would have liked to seen Javonte Davis and Jake Paul which was the original setup simply because I'm a big fan of Javonte Davis and I don't say oh big guy will be a little guy.

A good big guy will be a good little guy. So we're going to say Jake Paul is a good big guy. You know he's a good boxer.

He's not a terrible boxer. He's got he's got talent and he's he's clearly got better as he's gone on. And to be able to be a former world champion like Julius Cervantes or whatever his name is then that's good and to to be able to stand up to be able to go in the ring with Tommy Fury and not get knocked out like an active physically fit young boxer shows that he's obviously got something.

A lot of people in fact most people wouldn't be able to do that like non-boxers people haven't done it like all their life. I just Javonte Davis is a big brilliant undefeated multiple world champion still a champion world champion and I don't care what size I feel like this old Jake Paul is ridiculous.

Jake Paul's got all the advantages and would they say that if he was Inoue whose class is one of the hardest hitters pound for pound hardest puncher pound for pound and he's he's about the same weight as maybe he's even lighter than Javonte Davis he would knock Jake Paul out and I think Javonte Davis would as well doesn't matter how big he is how difference in size also speed the little guys are going to be a heck of a lot faster than the bigger guys always are always have been there's

exceptions but generally the smaller guys are faster I think he's making some weird whining noises for some reason which I'm thinking because we're doing this how about so if he needs to do a toilet he needs to come to me and say daddy take me to toilet I need a poo but he's not he's just sitting on the settee looking at himself so squeaking and I don't know why he's squeaking we've only got back a little while ago I don't know so let's have a look Monday Monday Monday Monday Monday

Monday where is it where's Monday's boring objects Monday's boring objects not very organised I'm getting more organised but I'm still not like totally there to be honest Mondays Mondays Mondays nope I can't find it I only did it a week ago I did trivia Tuesday ideas that's on there Mondays boring objects alright I'm going to talk about I can't yeah if I put down boxing that's going to be something that I just continuously talk about what is it that I have thought about recently I had a kind of things I've

stuck on the wall because I've talked about posters of my the love of my life your body my body boys boys boys yeah I did love her you know sometimes I say I loved her and it sounds flippant and like I'm just messing about no if you see me now looking in your eyes I loved her she was the love of my life and she never got to know she never got to taste this fruit my fruit never got to she never got to experience the the amazingness of the juicy

JJ never so things I've had on my wall I would say the very first thing I ever had on my wall and I've talked about this in the past was when I was 8 I had well I was 7 actually but I was before I was 8 around that time 1978 I had a picture a big poster of Bruce Lee there's no logical reason for me to have had that poster I don't think I had any interest in martial arts kung fu perhaps I did maybe kung fu was on at

the time that's why we I had it because I loved watching kung fu on TV with David Caradine who played Kane good ass hopper and maybe that's why I loved loved kung fu I'm talking like I mean technically I loved all TV shows but I loved kung fu I wanted to be kung fu he was my superhero if you'd have said do you want to be the Hulk do you want to be Spiderman do you want to be Superman or do you want to be kung fu I would say Superman

probably I would like kung fu was the grooviest but I'd probably still go Superman because that was to mean Superman he's just super isn't he but kung fu and he was so calm with it there was no I mean I didn't I don't think I even watched a Bruce Lee movie at that point and there was no like all that shouting and screaming and squeaking that Bruce Lee did I'm saying that from love by the way I love Bruce Lee I would love him forever but kung fu he didn't do

that he was very calm very focused very relaxed and he just did what he had to do someone came at him he just moved him out of the way there was no big like jumping around and screaming and squeaking and making all funny faces and like you know none of that who's next no just like there was something there was something really special about that TV show something that I tell you what I'm reminded I'm reminded of the ending of kung fu and the ending of The Incredible Hulk very similar

because they both had that ending where they'd be walking at the side of the road with like a little backpack or something maybe hitchhiking right my laptop just shut down for some reason is it because I said backpack that's weird I hope you can't hear the music in the background so yeah it's weird just the whole laptop just shut down now it's up again very strange so the bass music did close down for a bit now it's up again bless I'm ever so pleased so I'm thinking so I had this

post I had when I was 7 it had 2 sides to it like most posters I guess it's like 2 sheets yeah 1 piece of paper 2 sides it was clearly from a magazine I don't know what magazine it was from maybe it was from my own magazine because it's quite a long time ago I might have actually got it from my own magazine looking and I put it on there myself because I was a fan of Bruce Lee because I think Enter the Dragon was you know I don't know

I don't know anyway there was 2 images 1 was him where it's right at the beginning of Enter the Dragon where he is he's got a 2 big hand pads on fighting another bloke and he wrestles him and it's right at the beginning and then he takes the person to the side and he says what has he said oh yeah he takes him to the side and says something about how does something about oh yeah I want you to take your eyes off the opponent don't never take your eyes off

the opponent even when you bow and then he asks him a question and he stutters or whatever he said don't think feel it is like the finger pointing to the moon don't concentrate on the finger or you miss all that heavenly glory see that was a good impression I don't care what anyone says don't think feel and his real voice sounded different from the dubbed because a lot of his movies were dubbed and then when he kind of hit Hollywood he was using his real voice and that's some pointless information

isn't it I tell you what I didn't like though what's that movie something in Hollywood with Brad Pitt done by horses can you hear that he's literally sitting right under my chair making as much noise as he can he did this while I was doing the hypnosis recording earlier and I just he was on the settee when I started and as soon as I started talking he jumped off and started crunching on something and I just had to say to whoever's listening this is what he does so if it's going

to affect you just turn the recording off because I haven't got many choices I can put him in the bedroom where he's going to be unhappy and I don't want him to be unhappy he's also going to be more liable to bark I can make the recording with him in the background or I could just not make the recording and I chose to make the recording because if I was going to wait for it to be calm and relaxing and peaceful in here or like outside to all be quiet I'm

not hardly ever going to be able to make a recording so I decide that I'm just going to do it anyway Tarantino that's it Tarantino something in Hollywood with Brad Pitt there's a scene where Bruce Lee's showing off and Brad Pitt kind of beats him up or chucks him against a car or something and I was not I was not particularly impressed with the portrayal of Bruce Lee in that it just seemed unnecessary that's just did there is a funny bit though it says my hands are because I think Brad

Pitt wanted to have a fight with him or something he said I can't fight you because my hands are deadly weapons if I beat you to death I will get arrested and put in prison if I kill you I will go to prison and Brad Pitt says well yeah same for everyone which is quite a good line but I don't think I think Tarantino has got an issue with he can't have an issue really can he because he did those two martial art movies Kill Ted whatever it was Kill Ben

Kill Ted which did have Kung Fu in didn't he Kung Fu was in those movies Kung Fu was in that plus What's Her Name from the What's Her Name from Pulp Fiction she was in it as well I'm pretty sure make a bit more noise please Finn thanks anyway so yeah and on the other side of the poster there is an image from again Enter the Dragon where he's inside the Hall of Mirrors and he's got his like he's been yeah it's part of the movie but you see him in

there so I had this poster on my wall and sometimes I just flip it around depending you know because I used to like both sides I don't know if I had any other posters and it was all blue tack there was no no nails or pins or anything like that it was all blue tack and I'm thinking maybe I need to start putting some posters up here because at the moment and I also got some pictures I want to put up but I'm kind of in the process of potentially and

I'm going to use that word very very very lightly potentially doing a bit of decorating it's been 10 years so or nearly 11 now so maybe it's time to do a bit of decorating hmm maybe so trying to think what other because I used to get posters every week in Looking Magazine which is like a TV magazine yeah basically and but there'd also be pictures of pop stars there'd be lyrics for songs and movies a picture of movies and you know at one point there was a comic strip in Looking

which was Mork & Mindy so it's you know had a lot of different things and I loved it I had Looking and also the Dandy those were my two comics every week my older brother had if I remember rightly Whizzer and Chips and the Beano and my oldest brother had I think he had a football magazine and a war magazine you know one of those old war Spitfire kind of that used to be really popular so he had a soccer magazine soccer but yeah some football thing so yeah if I

remember because I used to get to have a look at them I can't remember if I actually put stuff on the wall though because I would have done wouldn't I I remember I did have Sharon Sharon what was her name Sharon she was an Olympic swimmer Olympic swimmer Sharon Davis she what alright Olympic achievements so read more she was in the Olympics in 1976 age 11 wow then she went back to Olympics 1980 and she won a silver medal in a 400 metre individual medley I thought she won the gold

the 400 metre individual medley I thought finishing behind oh she won silver finishing behind East Germans Petra Schneider who later admitted to doping does that mean she ended up getting gold throughout her career she competed in three Olympic games and won numerous medals including golds 1978 Commonwealth Games after retiring from competitive swimming at the age of 18 she let 18 well I had her on my wall a picture of her so I'm guessing it must have been about 1980 which is hmm well maybe when she was 17 18 I don't

know but I definitely had a picture of her on my wall I remember my dad saying something like how come everyone in a wall is in a bikini or a swimming costume I said it's not my fault he said you put them up there I said I don't know but you know I've got to go with what I've just got to go with the the main theme of the wall he said what's the main theme I said it's people I love women I love I love Sharon Davis you might think

oh yeah you love everyone no I loved her like really loved her and she became a TV star I think as well she's been around a long time she was born in 62 so she's 8 years older than me wow good on her so I'm trying to think what other people what other posters did I have I think one of the things I had one of my little issues I had with taking out the posters especially out of the middle of the magazine was the staples so I had to try

and open the staple take it out and then put the staple back because I didn't chuck away the magazines I kept them for years and years and years no seriously years and years in fact I think about 1984 I had all the dandies and all the look ins since 1978 so what's that 78 79 80 so 6 years worth of comics 2 different comics 6 years if I had kept that going I'd have a lot more wouldn't I wow do you think I should make videos I know it's a little

bit random to ask but do you think I should make videos instead of audios or maybe do both you know I still do the audios but make videos as well like for YouTube not instead of audios but I don't know it's just the YouTube videos it's never because you know YouTube started having podcasts a while back and I adopted you know I tried to adapt to that thinking ooh but I don't know because I look at the stats I mean it's going up I've currently got 1,621 subscribers it's a really

slow burner YouTube is for me but you know it's ok I don't do anything really to promote it I mentioned that I've got a YouTube channel that's kind of all I do and I would say most people go on YouTube because they want to watch videos they don't want to listen to a podcast but some people do want to listen to a podcast and I don't know what do you think what do you think man maybe it's time that I start getting back into the videos it's just for me it's

you know I just don't do I just it's being seen I don't mind being heard I think I've got an ok voice but does my voice match my face no and I don't I don't wanna I mean to be fair you can see what I look like there are hundreds of videos where I'm on there talking hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds going back nearly two decades because when I I've had this how many long I've had this channel four years now so I uploaded all the old

stuff so I've got playlists on my podcast I've got 1366 recordings on the let me pull your pain away there's 20 relaxation hypnosis stress and anxiety 239 713 Let Me Bore You To Sleep that's weird ok let's have a look the old stuff let's have a look oh yeah deep sleep whisper hypnosis 482 482 man blimey where's the old oh yeah relax and sleep hypnosis daily 217 so some of these will have me actually talking there's but really old videos 219 and I think all of them have me on camera

shaking my stuff not literally so what I need to do is just mute this so I can have a look at the videos I've got yeah going back to 2007 that's as far back as the videos go on here 2007 April so this is the 15th of April 2007 there are some before that but I just don't have them anymore well I just don't have the dates but there's one on here which has got me with the biggest beard you've ever seen in your life I'm talking huge huge like the

largest longest smelliest beard oh here it is I found it it's also called old video slash long beard tell your internal voice to shut up 2020 so this was during the yeah during the 2020 period so let me just have a look my beard I don't think I've ever ever had a beard that big before it's it's massive and I remember the lady that works in the petrol station she because at the time we were all wearing masks yeah so I went in there and she never said anything and later

on in the year so I'm trying to think when was this when was this this was I haven't got a date for it probably a few months later I think once we didn't have to wear masks anymore and I realized I was going to have people going to see me I trimmed it down and the lady in the petrol station said I'm so glad you got rid of that smelly thing she didn't say smelly but she did say I'm so glad it was awful it looked terrible and I thought wow

it's a bit rude but how could she see it I had a mask on but apparently the mask it was almost like a thong because the beard was so big it was like a a thong trying to hold trying to hide you know a thong but it wasn't it should have the mask should have covered my face but it didn't it just basically just made a a parting in the middle of the beard I was touching the skin cloth anyway there was no skid marks wow let's move on that's rude

so yeah I've got some other videos on here loads and loads and loads so I'm just going back to more things I've posted on the wall at the moment I've got a picture of me as a baby on the wall there's a certificate of rest for Andre 25th of May 2021 on the wall.

There's a happy birthday Andre card which I've got on the wall. This is when I was going through all my stuff I just that's the only things I put on there. I do have a letter from the council telling me that the gas meter is going to be checked at some point.

I can't believe it's been another year. And then also a note to myself of what I don't do. Or you know, sort of remind me for the next year coming up.

So podcasts only hear me talk about YouTube. No YouTube videos. No Shopify.

Only jasonnewland.com. No other websites. Just stick to what I'm doing and nothing else. I don't know.

I don't know. I don't know. What do you think? What are you saying? I don't know.

I know one thing. TikTok. I don't know what I think about TikTok is.

I don't think I can go live on there. I can't anyway. I don't have enough followers.

You have to have 100 followers. And I've got 52 I think. And I did some research over the weekend.

It drained me. It drained me. I was tired.

I was researching, watching stuff, just trying to get a gauge of what it's about. And I'm not sure how what I do fits into it. And I also got someone that was, I don't know whether they were trolling me or trying to um, or someone contacted me saying, asked me, you know, where do I live? I live here.

Oh, I live there as well. And they said, Oh, are you single and married? I'm single. I'm single too.

So, so I'm, I'm on here too. I said, what do you want to hear for? So I had a few of these sort of messages. What do you want to hear for? I said to promote my podcasts.

I said, Oh, I'm on here to, to meet a lovely, honest, genuine man. Why are you telling me that? That's, that's not how it works. Because this is someone that has no videos, doesn't, doesn't go live, doesn't have any videos.

If you're on TikTok, you want to meet someone, put some videos of yourself up at the very least, or go live. And then you'll probably meet someone, or make some new friends or something. But to have a completely no picture and just a, you know, it could have been, I mean, it could have just been a bot could not not even been.

I don't mean that in a good way. Bots were short for robot could be not bottom. It could just be like someone from in a call center just looking to scam.

Not there's anything they can get from me. I've got a pint of milk in the fridge. I mean, I don't think they'd want that though.

Don't think I don't think I don't think they'd want it. Yeah. So I don't know about TikTok.

I'm not sure where I'm going to go with that. At the moment, I am going to keep posting every new recording I do on to TikTok, as I will with Instagram, as I will with X as well. In fact, technically, I could probably, I might be able to post videos onto Facebook with a link to YouTube.

Yeah, maybe do that with a link to I don't know. So I had some stuff where I had YouTube videos, and then they sort of said, Oh, we're taking them off. You better, you better download them if you don't want to lose the videos.

And I never like, I think they're gone now. I don't think I have any videos on YouTube at not YouTube, Facebook, sorry, at all. Media files.

Now, Q&A Friday. There's images, videos. Nope, other than just videos I've done of me, of me.

I wonder. So if I do a video, if I download, if I go back to this, to the dashboard, I'm still watching Ozark. I'm now on the last season.

So I think I'm episode two, season four. And it's Yeah, it's been interesting. It's been interesting.

I do have a question though, without spoiling it. Bearing in mind that they, you know, they've got the two, the man and a woman married, couple of kids, and they're basically working for the mob. And they're constantly being threatened by other people.

Yet they have no security with them. Like when they're at home, when they're driving around, they're just driving around on their own. No sense of safety at all.

And in the show, they're multi millionaires. So they could have pretty much an army of people around them, protecting them. Which is not that I'm ever going to be in that position, but it's what I would do.

In fact, if I was a multi millionaire, I might just have loads of people. Anyway, just some bodyguards. Where we're going to now boss, we're taking Vinnie out to the park.

Right, you two ahead, you two behind me, and the other five, just spread yourself around the park. Yeah. So let me have a look.

I'm going to try and do this and upload a video, add photos, videos. Release intention. Okay, I'll post it.

See what happens. I don't know if there's a limit to what I can post. I didn't know.

Like time wise. Save time by sharing your posts to multiple Facebook groups with Meta and Business Suite. I've tried that in the past.

It didn't work. Did I have any posters? Your video in your post is being processed. Okay, so it should be all right, it should open up in my thing in the boring group.

So what I'll do is I'll post it on Jason Newland's boring group on Facebook. I've now got 236 members. So hopefully by the end of the year, I'll have 237.

And by the end of next year, 241. That'd be lovely. Yes.

I've tried to promote it. I just this. I don't know.

I mentioned every time I do a recording, I don't get a lot of people coming. I do know why I would just I'd imagine it's well, I can't imagine anything more exciting than visiting my Facebook group. But hey, maybe I'm wrong.

Maybe I'm in the minority for this particular thing. The video in your post is being processed. We'll send you a notification when it's finished and your post is ready to view.

Yodel yummy. What other things have I posted on the wall? I think I shouldn't have picked this subject because I don't think there is anything else. Although when I was this was 1996.

No. 19. No, it was the end of 96.

Begin of 97. I had a Yeah, I was sharing a flat with a friend. And I was going through my jokes from my journals.

And I put them all on I think post, I don't like postcards or something and stuck them on the wall. So I had loads of jokes that are on there. And I remember we had bailiffs come.

Not for us, but for the because it was a sublet. Very bad idea. Renting a sublet wasn't wasn't the brightest thing to do.

And so the bailiffs knocked on the door. Actually, it was a like intercom thing. They said, Oh, here it is.

Come to deliver something. Have you? What is it? Oh, um, it's it's a present. It's a gift.

It's a surprise. Something like that. So I just came down, open the door.

I said, You're right. He said, Yeah, bailiffs. We need to check if you got a TV.

Basically, the pre well, not a previous tenant, the tenant that was actually renting the proper tenant was living there. He wasn't living there. He was supposed to be living there, who was renting it to us.

Had taken out a TV, rented a TV, but hadn't paid for it. So I said, Well, we haven't got it. He said, Is that okay if we come in? I said, Yeah, you're gonna come in anyway, aren't you? I know you got people out there in a van.

He just laughed. I said, Just come in. We haven't got it.

We're renting this off some bloke and got no idea. All we've got is like an old TV was just bought. And he came in, looked in all the rooms, and he found one of my jokes funny.

That made it all worthwhile, really. And then he left. That's the whole story.

Wasn't that there wasn't a great story was that? I don't think it's going to win any awards. No. I'm just trying to think anything else.

I mean, since I've been here, I put stuff on the wall, just to remind me of stuff that I've got to do. Like if it's an unpaid bill. Or what I have done in the past is listed all the debts that I owe.

And you know, I don't have that anymore. But I had all these things I had to pay off and to be honest, having on the wall like that was not helpful. Because I didn't want to be looking at it every day.

In the same way as the what's the meter, the smart meter for electricity and gas. I don't have that on the side so I can look at it all day. And my friend downstairs, he got one, and he had it right under the television.

And it was doing his nutting, seeing how much money he was using. He started turning the television off and turn the heating off and sitting freezing himself. I said, look, you have to have the heating on.

I mean, he had COPD. So he needed to have the heating on. He couldn't, you know, not he couldn't go through that again, where because he previously had pneumonia, I think, two years earlier, in that flat, because he didn't have the heating on any because of his chest and stuff.

I said, No, you have to have the heating on. So in the end, he chucked the thing away, didn't chuck it, he put it in a drawer like I did. So you got to stop having kind of that in front of you all the time, because this is going to just drive you nutty.

Because that's why I didn't do it, because I knew that if it was there, I'll be watching it go up and up and up. And like that, it's not going to be conducive to any type of relaxation. In the end, he agreed.

And so there was a benefit, he got to relax, I got to be right, which is the most important thing, of course, as I'm sure you agree. Yeah. I used to have a board, it's in the kitchen now.

But you have a board that's supposed to go on the wall. It was like a whiteboard where you could draw on, well, write on with those pens that you can wipe off. And I just have a list of things I had to pay out for every month.

But back then, and it's really weird to what look at it as well, because I've got electricity and gas, which was so much lower. It's like, it's amazing how much cheaper things were, you know, when I moved in there. But everything now is direct debit that I've got.

I don't have to pay anything else. Apart from like food, groceries, things like that. But everything, all the bills, everything is direct debit.

And that suits me. Not having to make phone calls or go online and stuff. I do have to order my prescriptions every month.

But then I've got my neighbor downstairs that collected it for me. And they collect it every month for me. Because he's got a car.

It's just delivered actually about an hour ago. Delivered it, he gave it to me. Delivered it, it's like it's a job.

But he collected it for me and brought it to me. We had a little chat. And then, I still can't remember what that thing is that I had.

I had a conversation in the park. And it was so unusual. I was determined to talk about it on my podcast.

And this was a week or two weeks ago. And I still cannot recall what it was. The conversation was about all I can tell you, it was wild.

Really wild. Really, you know, a bit out there. But I can't remember.

I can't remember. But I do want to remember because it was funny. Also, I do, when I'm walking, I said the word walking.

When I'm out with my little red rabbit down there, I do think things. Although I've kind of maybe come across as being a bit slow, I've got quite an active mind actually. I don't know, I mean, I can't compare it to anybody else's mind because I don't know anybody else's mind.

I don't know really what goes on in other people's minds, but I don't know.

I think if I was younger, and I'd been a bit more self-aware, and I realized that I have the ability to, I say ability, I don't mean necessarily a good ability, but I have the, for some reason I can, I can see so many different versions of the same thing from different angles, and see lots of different outcomes, and follow whatever outcome I want, and just follow that down the line, just in my mind about what's going to happen next, including full, full-on conversations with the person involved, and the outcome, and what happens, and it's, you know, it's just, maybe, if I was younger, I could have been a window cleaner.

I don't know, maybe.

What do you think I was going to say? Maybe, I don't know, maybe like a writer, some kind of writer, writer, writing things, like storybooks, novels, things like that. But the thing is, I'm not, I don't think, well, I don't know if I'd be able to write a novel. In the correct format, without help, because I write the way I talk, and I'm not sure that's necessarily advantageous in writing the book.

I don't know, I don't know. I keep thinking about, oh, should I write a book though? Because I thought about it. I did start last week, didn't I? Or was it the week before? Started going through.

Was it last Monday? I think it was last Monday, you know. I think it was last Monday. Let me have a look.

Last Monday, Monday's boring objects. Monday's boring objects. Monday's sleeping boring objects, sleepy.

2018 diary, yeah, so I did a 2018 diary, and it kind of got me thinking. Perhaps that's what I should have done. I did a 2019 diary today.

Maybe, maybe not. I don't know. Staying alive, staying alive.

Has the Boring Group uploaded the video yet? Is my question, question. Oh, it has, it has, it has, it has. Oh, why doesn't it have? There's no, oh, okay, good, yeah.

I think I need to change this, put video, video. Maybe that's what I'll do. How long, 16 minutes ago, was it, does it have the whole 28 minutes, 24.48? Right, I'm going to do another one.

I just want to see, just want to see whether or not the, it will allow me to upload really long videos, like hours, two hours, or whatever. And if it will, oh my goodness. There's a video here.

1st of September, when, 2022. Wow. Crazy.

2022. Those were the days, la la la, la la la la. I will return to those days, so yes, in my own little way.

So that's, that's on there. I wonder if it just got added straight away. I've got another video here as well.

When was this from? Just wait, oh, okay, right. This is from the 28th of August. This, yeah, okay, that was, move on from that one.

That was Uncle Sausage's thing. And there's a video of Vinnie, jumping all over. I think it's my neighbor downstairs, his bed, yeah, it is, jumping all over her bed.

Yeah, he, oh, this is really bad, right. So my neighbor downstairs, Vinnie, she's got cats. I think she had one cat at the time, but she put the cat into the bedroom, separate bedroom.

And, or the living room or whatever. And then she said, let Vinnie in, let him have a run around and that. In fact, I'll have him for an hour.

So she did, she had him for an hour downstairs. Then she gave me a ring, said, do you want to come and get him? I said, okay. He had a lovely time.

But the first thing he did was jump on a bed and do a big wee wee. He was so excited. This, and I was like, oh, wow.

I mean, she thought it was funny, but, but it was kind of, really? So yeah, Vinnie, what did I put, oh yeah, Vinnie wee'd on my neighbor's bed. This was 11th of August last year. It's funny.

I didn't find it funny because, well, it was naughty, wasn't it? It was just like, I can't believe it. There's a video of here of Vinnie as a baby. Literally, he's a tiny little puppy.

His little tail's wagging and he's, he's still cute. I mean, he was like, this is just, it's like his tail. It's almost like his tail is doing its own thing.

I do wish I'd had him as a puppy. I know I had him at 10 months, so it's not like old, but he'd already lived in three different places before I got him. It'd have been great to have had him right from the start.

And whatever issue of him being picked up and stuff like that, he wouldn't have that if he'd been with me, because I'd have been hugging him every day, right from the start. And he wouldn't know anything else. He'd just be hugged.

And I think he'd be a bit better behaved when we went out. But that's not, he's got his tail so funny. He really, there's no control.

He's clearly very happy. He's excited. When he hears this video, because in the background, there's kids.

So this is when he was like a puppy. He was born in a house which had a couple of kids in there. So when he hears a video, he starts barking because he remembers.

It's, yeah, it's so cool. So cute. There's some other videos.

What have I got? I've got videos of him playing with toys and stuff here. Perhaps I need to post more videos. So there's one here.

This is from August last year. So this is weird. So I'm doing a video, right? 5 minutes, 25 seconds.

It's not a long one. And as I start the video, I realize there's a big stain on my t-shirt. Vinnie's all over me, which is nice.

He's kind of climbing on me. But even though I've got that big stain and my big belly just sticking out. I still carry on.

I still carry on with the video, even though there's a big white stain on my t-shirt. Near the neck. What's going on? Why would I do such a thing? I don't know.

Bless him. I'm just having a look, see what else is on there. There's another video from September, September 2022.

Again, it's just, yeah, I'm just outside where I was staying. I can't put it on play because I can't put it on. Listen to it because it's it will be what will be volume.

They'll be talking. I don't want talking. I took a few videos of me in that place.

There's another video here. What's this guy doing stuff on the wall? I'll be honest, I picked that as a subject. Things I've had on the wall and I really haven't had much on the wall.

And I just remembered something I did stick on the wall once, but I can't tell you about it. But it was, it was something that I'd used. I couldn't use it again.

But at the same time, I wanted I wanted to have it as proof to show my friend. I was just anyway, that's a long time ago. Oh, look at me.

How many one hour 35 minutes. Maybe there isn't a limit to what I can post on my Facebook group. So perhaps I can start posting the videos.

Ah, that's it. Well, it's not interesting, but it's a video of me, which I did with AI. I smile in and I had this perfect smile T for perfect.

It's basically just taken for a picture. King AI. What's weird about it is really strange.

My fingers aren't even in the image. Yet my fingers look correct. It's just strange.

I know, you know, it's not like I'm going to have different fingers from everyone else. But it looks they look like my hands. But the teeth are like bright white, like zing, zing.

And I smile, I don't normally, I'm not really a smiler. I definitely don't see that much of my teeth and smile. Because my teeth are not very big.

In fact, I would argue that my teeth are quite small, quite small teeth. I seem to have come to the end of the recording. Monday's boring objects.

Things I put on the wall. Oh, I've got something. In about 2010 19 or 20 I think it was 19 I asked people to send me Yeah, send me just like a a review, really.

So I've got quite a few of them, and I printed them out, I put them all over the flat on walls, cupboards and everything. There's still a few left. Most of them are gone to disappear over the years.

But there's a couple left is like one in the kitchen, one in the hallway, one near the front door and one in the living room. The one in the living room says, if I can read it, lifeline of a podcast. I've always struggled to sleep and find myself stringing into staring into a void on a regular basis.

Basis. I first found these on Spotify, but I'm so happy I agreed. I migrated to the website where to many more podcasts can be found.

Ever since listening to the podcast, I fall asleep so much easier. And even though if I do wake up, I just continue listening and fall back asleep into dreamland. And count Jason can't thank Jason enough for these deep sleep sessions.

You are amazing, Lydia. Thank you, Lydia. I mean, it's a good six years ago now.

I had a printer. Yeah, I did had a printer. So printed these all out.

I stuck them up with sellotape around the edges and died loads. I guess I was trying to motivate myself, I suppose. It is.

Yeah, I think it's 2019. 2019. And that I do believe is everything.

That's the end of the recording. I'm thinking. So thank you for listening.

I will be back again tomorrow with Trivia Tuesday. So thank you for listening. Remember to be kind to yourself.

Because you do need you do deserve to be happy and be gentle with yourself. You deserve to feel safe. So I'm getting a little bit distracted by the background sound, which I don't know if you can hear it, but I'm easily distracted sometimes.

So yeah, take care. Speak to you tomorrow. Lots of love.

Bye.
