Hello and welcome to week four of this 28 day stop smoking course. I'd just like you to get yourself nice and comfortable, whether it's laying down on a soft comfortable bed or sitting in a comfortable chair. I'd just like you to get in contact with how you're feeling at this precise second right now.

How do you physically feel? How do you emotionally feel? I'd like you now to focus on each individual single part of your body as I mention it and just notice how that part of your body feels right now. Starting with your forehead. How does your forehead feel right now as a non-smoker? How do your eyelids feel now as a non-smoker? How does your jaw feel now as a non-smoker?

How does your mouth feel now as a non-smoker? How does the back of your neck feel now as a non-smoker? How does your throat feel now as a non-smoker? How do your shoulders feel now as a non-smoker? How does your chest feel now as a non-smoker? How do the tops of your arms feel now as a non-smoker? How do your elbows feel now as a non-smoker? How do your forearms feel now as a non-smoker?

How do your wrists feel now as a non-smoker? How do your hands feel now as a non-smoker? How do your fingers feel now as a non-smoker? How does your stomach feel now as a non-smoker? How does your upper back feel now as a non-smoker? How does your middle back feel now as a non-smoker? How does your lower back feel now as a non-smoker? How does your hips feel now as a non-smoker?

How do your buttocks feel now as a non-smoker? How do your thighs feel now as a non-smoker? How do your knees feel now as a non-smoker? How do your shins feel now as a non-smoker? How do your feet feel now as a non-smoker? How do your toes feel now as a non-smoker? How does your mind feel now as a non-smoker? And now that you're in touch with your body and your mind, notice how that feels.

A non-smoker for the rest of your life, completely, and in tune with your whole body and mind. Every single particle of your body in agreement, in tune with this one simple decision. You are a non-smoker.

Simple and easily remembered. Easy to remember. Each day, effortlessly and calmly as a non-smoker.

Now I'd like you just to stand up in your mind. Look into a full length magic mirror. Magic mirror right in front of you.

And what I'd like you to do is step inside that magic mirror and look out. Looking at your bedroom, your bed. Just looking out of that magic mirror.

And the reason why that mirror is magic is because when you step out of that mirror, you can leave behind any part of you that you choose. And on this occasion, when you step out of that mirror in your mind, I'd like you to leave behind in that mirror that part of you that used to be a smoker. That part of you that no longer fits in with how you now see yourself.

Indeed, how you now know yourself to be a happy, healthy non-smoker. And I'm going to ask you in a few seconds to step outside of that mirror. That magic mirror.

Stepping outside, leaving behind that old part of you. That old part that's no longer relevant to you or your life or your future as a happy, healthy non-smoker. And when you do step outside of that magic mirror, leaving behind that old smoker that you used to be, I'd like you to walk five steps away from the mirror if you can.

Or as many steps which is safe enough to be a safe distance away. And when I say now, I'd like you to step out of that mirror and walk away from it. Leaving behind that former you, that part that no longer fits in with the new you, the new happy, healthy non-smoker that you are now.

Get ready to step out. And now step out now. Now turn around and look at that mirror and see that old you, that former you that used to smoke.

That former you that no longer fits in with your self-image of who you are now. A happy, healthy non-smoker. And what I'd like you to do is look and you'll see a rock which you can use to chuck at that mirror and shatter that image forever of how you used to be.

And remember this is in your mind and it's a magic mirror. So breaking it can only cause you good luck, prosperity and a wonderful, happy, healthy future as a happy, healthy non-smoker. Get ready to throw this rock and to smash that magic mirror into millions of pieces.

That old, former smoker is gone forever. That old, former smoker that you used to be can be obliterated forever. Leaving you to just feel happy and calm and content.

And when you're ready to say goodbye, that former part that's no longer helpful for you at all, that's no longer relevant in your life, that former part that can only get in the way of your future happiness as a happy, healthy non-smoker. Get ready to throw the rock at the magic mirror. And as you do so, say the words, goodbye cigarettes, forever, now.

Get ready and chuck the rock now. Notice how that feels. To be free.

To be completely free from that part of you that used to be there. And now you know, because you've seen with your own eyes and you've caused it with your own hands, that that part that used to be here is no longer here. That part that used to be part of you is no longer able to fit in in any shape or form because you're now a happy, healthy non-smoker.

And I'd like you to just imagine in your mind a situation where you've just eaten a nice meal. Just get in touch with that feeling. Just at the end of the meal where you used to smoke.

The time where you used to light up. Just step inside yourself and notice how it feels now to be in that same situation but as a happy, healthy non-smoker. How does that feel different? Imagine yourself getting up early in the morning at whatever time you'd normally get up.

Imagine yourself in that same situation that you used to be for maybe many years with that first cigarette of the day. And how it feels now to be in a similar situation as that but to now be a happy, healthy non-smoker. How does it feel different? Now that you're really being yourself.

The true you. The true you who's a happy, healthy non-smoker. And I'd like you to imagine one more time another place, another situation where you would have in the past lit a cigarette up.

Just imagine yourself in that situation now but this time you don't smoke because you're a happy, healthy non-smoker. Because that lifestyle has changed now. Notice how it feels to be in that situation as a non-smoker.

How does it feel different? How do you feel different? So instead of stop smoking completely, become in a stressful situation, it can just be another natural process in your life. A natural process in your mind. A natural process in your body.

So between now and when you listen to this session again, when you hear my voice again, I'd like you to think about how you'd like to live your life. And how you're going to live your life as a non-smoker. And I'd like you to think about how it feels like to live the rest of your life as a non-smoker.

As you think about that now, how does it feel to have made that decision right now? How does it feel to stop smoking completely and having made that decision with 100% honesty and certainty? How does it feel to be, to now be a non-smoker? How does it feel for you as a non-smoker? I'd like you just to think about the differences that being a non-smoker will make to your life.

And maybe look at something, a healthy alternative, whether it's a hobby or something positive and healthy. That may be able to replace the energy that you used to give before you were a non-smoker.

Before you became who you are now, an honest, 100% certain, non-smoker.

Paragraph spacing and recurring name or title errors have been tidied. Because this began as a voice transcription, an occasional word or piece of punctuation may still be incorrect.
