Hello and welcome to week 2 of this 28 day stop smoking course. I'd just like you to get yourself nice and comfortable, whether it's laying down on a soft comfortable bed or sitting in a comfortable chair. I'd just like you to get in contact with how you're feeling at this precise second, right now.

How do you physically feel? How do you emotionally feel? I'd like you now to focus on each individual single part of your body as I mention it and just notice how that part of your body feels right now. Starting with your forehead. How does your forehead feel right now as a non-smoker? How do your eyelids feel now as a non-smoker? How does your jaw feel now as a non-smoker?

How does your mouth feel now as a non-smoker? How does the back of your neck feel now as a non-smoker? How does your throat feel now as a non-smoker? How do your shoulders feel now as a non-smoker? How does your chest feel now as a non-smoker? How do the tops of your arms feel now as a non-smoker? How do your elbows feel now as a non-smoker? How do your forearms feel now as a non-smoker?

How do your wrists feel now as a non-smoker? How do your hands feel now as a non-smoker? How do your fingers feel now as a non-smoker? How does your stomach feel now as a non-smoker? How does your upper back feel now as a non-smoker? How does your middle back feel now as a non-smoker? How does your lower back feel now as a non-smoker? How does your hips feel now as a non-smoker?

How do your buttocks feel now as a non-smoker? How do your thighs feel now as a non-smoker? How do your knees feel now as a non-smoker? How do your shins feel now as a non-smoker? How do your feet feel now as a non-smoker? How do your toes feel now as a non-smoker? How does your mind feel now as a non-smoker?

And now that you are in touch with your body and your mind Notice how that feels A non-smoker for the rest of your life Completely And in tune with your whole body and mind Every single particle of your body in agreement In tune with this one simple decision You are a non-smoker Simple and easily remembered Easy to remember Each day effortlessly and calmly as a non-smoker Now think of a time when you felt completely 100% certain Certain that you've made the right decision You felt 100% right and correct Where there's

no inch of a doubt No doubt at all that you are 100% certain And you were right as well I'd like to think of a time that you were right When you knew It could be for example That you know that the sun is going to rise tomorrow And there may be different examples in your life When you felt completely certain Incongruent So now I'd just like you to think back to that time And drift back in your mind And just see yourself in that situation See yourself And notice how

you look Maybe notice some details like what you're wearing Where you are Who you're with I'd like you just to notice that and just wonder to yourself Wonder what it feels like to be me back then In that situation to feel so completely 100% certain Now you can just step inside yourself And re-experience those feelings That you experienced at the time Those certainty Congruent and complete 100% Knowing That what you believe is 100% concrete When you know 100% Just feel those feelings that you feel As you experience those sensations Being

inside Experiencing them now as if you were right there this second And as you get in touch with those feelings Allow that sense of certainty An immovable 100% Knowing Allow it to rise and become stronger And stronger and stronger And now push your left finger and thumb together And release your left finger and thumb If you're unable to use your left hand, use your right hand Now think back to that time Just get back into that experience again And let it rise and rise That certainty Complete 100% certainty As it

rises and becomes stronger And fills your whole body Push your finger and thumb together again That's right And now just relax your finger and thumb And re-do it one more time As you think back to that time As you experience, re-experience Those feelings of complete certainty 100% knowing Push your finger and thumb together And just soaking in that experience Setting up that trigger So you can actually trigger off that feeling inside yourself Anytime in the future Relax Now I'd just like you to float back Float back to now I'd like you to think about cigarettes And your decision to stop smoking completely To become a happy,

healthy, non-smoker I'd like you to think about the option of smoking again in the future And how you feel about being a happy, healthy, non-smoker And just ask that question How do I feel?

Just say, I am a happy, healthy, non-smoker Say those words I am a happy, healthy, non-smoker And push your finger and thumb together at the same time And relax And say it again I am a happy, healthy, non-smoker Push your finger and thumb together At the same time As you say it And relax And again, with me I am a happy, healthy, non-smoker Finger and thumb together at the same time And relax Again, finger and thumb I am a happy, healthy, non-smoker Relax your fingers One more time I am a happy,

healthy, non-smoker I'd just like you to notice how that feels And just say those words on their own I am a happy, healthy, non-smoker And notice how different that feels now To the way it felt before when you said it Before you'd set up this trigger Now say it again And this time I'd like to notice how you feel when you push your finger and thumb together At the same time I am a happy, healthy, non-smoker Feel that energy Relax your fingers Again, say it Pushing your finger and thumb together I am a happy,

healthy, non-smoker Relax your finger I'd like you to do this five more times And I'll keep quiet for one minute You can say it out loud or you can say it to yourself Now, now I'd just like you to notice how good that feels To have that trigger set up So you can use it whenever you wish Just to add that extra feeling, that extra energy of certainty Knowing that you are indeed now a happy, healthy, non-smoker So,

instead of stop smoking completely Becoming a stressful situation It can just be another natural process in your life A natural process in your mind A natural process in your body So between now and when you listen to this session again When you hear my voice again I'd like you to think about how you'd like to live your life And how you're going to live your life As a non-smoker And I'd like you to think about how it feels like To live the rest of your life as a non-smoker As you

think about that now How does it feel to have made that decision right now To stop smoking completely And having made that decision with 100% honesty and certainty How does it feel to be, to now be a non-smoker How does it feel for you as a non-smoker I'd like you just to think about the differences That being a non-smoker will make to your life And maybe look at something, a healthy alternative Whether it's a hobby or something positive and healthy That may be able to replace the energy that you used to give Before you were a non-smoker Before you became who you are now An honest, 100% certain, non-smoker
