Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland. This is relax and sleep hypnosis daily. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes.

I hope you're well. And all I'm going to do is just talk. And you can close your eyes if you want to.

Just allow my words to to just be there really. You can hear my voice. There may be other background sounds that you can hear.

Either where you are or maybe even the background here. There shouldn't be too much here. The odd train in the background which is lovely.

Very convenient. I'm just going to talk to you. And I'd like you just to notice how you start to feel more relaxed.

How your mind starts to slow down. And you may maybe even start to notice that your mind begins to drift. And this is all natural really because I'm not necessarily the most interesting voice to listen to.

And your mind might just get a little bit bored. Especially if you're listening because you want to fall asleep. Now if you're listening for relaxation your mind may take more notice of what I'm saying.

But if you're listening because you just need your mind to slow down. To stop that chitter chatter or the overactive mind which a lot of people tell me about. Then when you're listening to me that overactive mind tends to move into the background.

It's no longer really relevant to anything in this moment as you start to feel more relaxed. It's almost it's like just time itself relaxes your body. Just deciding to listen to me tends to have a positive effect.

Tends to be quite calming. And it's quite nice actually to not have to do anything. To not have to say anything or think anything.

It's almost like the whole world just comes to a standstill. And you get to take a break from all that stuff. And because the overactive mind that is called that isn't it.

But you know the excessive thinking maybe that sometimes happens or maybe you've in the past regularly. Maybe it's happened when you've been trying to sleep. That is in reaction to the world.

To your experiences and to your memories and to what's happened. You know during the day maybe or what you think may happen. But when everything comes to a stop there is no outside stimulation.

Which means those thoughts that you had in your mind can't exist anymore. It's almost like they're just frozen. Frozen in their tracks.

And then your mind gets nice and warm and those frozen thoughts melt. And then there's nothing there. There's nothing that can disturb you or disrupt you.

Nothing that can interfere with your ability to naturally relax deeply. And then any feelings of sleepiness start to grow. Maybe you had already a feeling of just needing to sleep.

But perhaps you thought that because of the thoughts in your mind that you were going to have problems. But now that those thoughts have just been frozen because because they've been disconnected. The power source has gone.

They can't operate on their own. Which just shows you that they weren't important to start with. They weren't needed to start with.

And that feeling that you can experience when you realize that your mind is calm gives you a certain experience physically that's unique for you. And you can get in touch with that feeling in your body right now. That sense of comfort.

Maybe there's a feeling of relief now that your mind has calmed and slowed down. Maybe it's the first time in a while that you've been able to enjoy the experience of calmness and peace. And it's quite natural to start looking for those thoughts.

Where are they? Where have they gone? But that's the only thoughts you have. And even those thoughts of questions of why do why do you feel so relaxed now? Why do you feel so calm? So peaceful? Just as you ask the question the question just dissolves before you even finish the sentence. Because it's unimportant.

The feeling of relaxation is more important than why you're feeling relaxed. Just being able to enjoy that calmness, that looseness that's naturally there. And it's always available to you.

Always available. Or it's just maybe we didn't realize it was available. Or maybe we've known all along but sometimes we may forget.

That the simple fact is you, you are the boss. You are in charge. So therefore you can decide when to relax and how deeply relaxed you choose to experience the sense of comfort spreading through your body and in your mind.

And then of course your mind may start to drift. Moving towards sleep. And this is also natural because 99% of falling asleep is relaxing.

That last 1% is just moving, letting go of that last 1% letting go completely and allowing your mind to drift. It's kind of like a daydream leads into a sleep. Your mind just naturally goes where it's needed.

And if sleep is what's needed, that's what will happen. Easily and naturally moving forward. Relaxing even more with every passing second.

Your body still feels so comfortable. And even when you think that maybe you've reached the point of, you know, the most relaxed that you feel. And then you'll find that you drift even more and sink even deeper into that sense of comfort.

Because all the stress and tension has just left your body. Completely left your body. It's almost like when you exercise and you sweat, that's kind of like the tension that leaves your body.

Except you can't see it. It just evaporates. Because one thing that tension and stress really doesn't like that's relaxation.

Stress and anxiety and all those negative feelings absolutely hate relaxation. So when you're relaxed, they can't be in that same space. They just have to flee, run away.

And they don't like it. Because relaxation and comfort and peace is way stronger. Way stronger than any negative feelings that you may have experienced in the past.

Because this is natural. This relaxation that you experience in your body and in your mind isn't created from outside. It's not stimulated from outside.

This is your creation. This is you just allowing it to happen. Allowing yourself to feel that sense of relaxation that is always inside you.

Deep relaxation is always in your mind. It's just whether or not you choose to allow those feelings to arise. So you can choose between positivity and negativity.

You choose. If you choose positivity, feelings of comfort, confidence, deep relaxation will arise in your body and your mind. And the more often you listen to this or any other recording that I do, you will be able to become more in touch with your personal gift that you were born with.

You were born with this ability to let go completely. Let go completely. And it's a lovely feeling.

It's a really, really lovely feeling to totally and completely relax everything. Relax every part of you. And I'm going to count down from 10 down to one.

Every number you can become 50% more relaxed in your body and your mind. And if sleeping is what you want, you will become 50% more sleepy. Now, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. One.
