Hello and welcome to Deep Sleep Whisper Hypnosis. I think this is number 40. Yeah, I think it is.
So today, as in all the other sessions, I'm going to ask you to make sure that you only listen to this when you can safely close your eyes. Only watch the video if you're watching on YouTube when you can safely close your eyes and please subscribe. Also, just to remind you that I've no longer got a website, but all my recordings are available on my podcasts on Spreaker.
That's where they're all, that's the home where they are, but they're also available on Spotify, iHeartRadio, Stitcher, TuneIn, iTunes, I don't know, different places. So ideally, get yourself into a comfortable position. I say ideally, actually do it.
If you can't get yourself into a comfortable position, then switch the off button and maybe listen to a relaxation session. Although this is relaxing, it's important for you to be comfortable. You won't get a knock on your door later on today and it'd be 10, 15 people outside holding a big award, you know, giving you this big award saying, well done for being uncomfortable for 20 minutes.
You're a hero. No, no such thing will occur. You need to look after yourself.
We're in this together. This has become a daily occurrence where I'm just whispering in your ear and we're spending 20 minutes together, taking time out of the day. And as soon as you hear my voice, you just naturally feel relaxed.
As soon as you hear my voice, you instantly feel tired. It's the natural reaction to experience in this type of scenario because the more you listen to me, the more of a positive effect my voice and my words will have on you and your life and your ability to sleep easier and more naturally. So I think today we should concentrate on the mind, that little busy bee of a mind that we have.
So maybe it's time to just calm things down. So I'd just like you to imagine a beehive. And remember, only do this as long as you're okay with bees.
If you've got an issue with bees, then press the stop button and go and have a cup of tea instead, you know. But if you're okay with bees, I like bees. They're so important to the planet and they make honey.
I like honey. I like toast as well. But this isn't really about what I like.
This is about focusing on that beehive and imagine it's inside your skull. You've got all these bees, these busy, busy bees flying around like your thoughts flying around. Busy, busy, busy, busy, busy, busy bee.
Constantly on the go. So what you can do, you can do exactly what a beekeeper would do when it needs to gain access to that beehive and he or she needs to get to the honey. But even with the suit on, the big beehive suit that looks more like an astronaut kind of thing, they still need to calm down the bees, the busy bees, the busy thoughts need to be calmed down.
So they do this by pumping in smoke, harmless smoke, so it doesn't hurt the bees, but it just sends the bees kind of sleepy. Because they wouldn't do anything to harm the bees, because they love the bees, just like you can love your thoughts. Maybe not all of them, but the ability to create thoughts, the ability to have that thinking process within your brain is an amazing thing.
But it's not always useful when you're trying to go to sleep. Just like the ability to juggle apples and bananas may not be useful if you're doing a heart surgery. It's a different skill.
Now let's focus on the bees, the busy, busy bees that were busy bees, but now with that little bit of smoke, it's starting to relax them. And it doesn't have to be smoke with your mind, you can make it anything you want, because it's your imagination. So you can just blow.
Imagine blowing on that beehive of busy, busy bees, busy, busy thoughts of your mind, just blowing gently, and that can send the bees to sleep. Or maybe hearing my whispering voice can send those bees to sleep. And you can just observe, seeing less, less activity within your mind, less thoughts, less activity, as you just observe the slowing down, the slowing down of those thoughts, the sleepiness of those bees that were busy, but are now sleepy, sleepy, sleepy bees, just relaxing and stretching, just drifting off to sleep at the sound of my boring whisper voice, or whispery voice.
I was going to say, I was going to say silky smooth voice, but that might sound weird. Just observe as those thoughts start to continue to slow down, and just stretch and relax and drift into a nice, gentle, safe sleep with nothing to do and nothing to say. You can enjoy the feelings of just being, just being, not needing anything, not wanting anything, feeling at peace, feeling relaxed.
And maybe as you observe that beehive of thoughts in your mind, although many, perhaps the majority of those bees, those thoughts have drifted off to sleep, there's still some that are active, still some that are taking their time, maybe concerned, they feel that they need to be a lookout to protect all of the other thoughts and bees that are asleep. But as they begin to realize, and you continue to realize that your mind is safe, your brain is safe, and therefore your thoughts are safe to fall asleep. The remaining thoughts can just feel satisfied that they are safe to rest, to stretch out and let go without needing to do anything, without needing to say anything, without needing to think anything.
And now I'm going to count down from 20 to 1, and with each number I count down, your thoughts will become even more deeply asleep. 20, safely asleep. 19, safely asleep.
18, safely asleep. 70, safely asleep. 60, safely asleep.
50, safely asleep. 40, safely asleep. 30, safely asleep.
12, safely asleep. 11, safely asleep. 10, safely asleep.
9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...safely asleep.
Paragraph spacing and recurring name or title errors have been tidied. Because this began as a voice transcription, an occasional word or piece of punctuation may still be incorrect.
