Hello, welcome to Jason Newland.com. My name is Jason Newland. This is a deep sleep whisper hypnosis session. Please only listen to this when you can safely close your eyes.

I'm just going to do a kind of a traditional naming the different body parts. It's kind of like a body scan, meditational kind of thing. I'm going to start at the top of your head, moving down the body.
But before I do this, I'm going to suggest that you lie down on your bed if you're wishing to fall asleep now, even though listening to these recordings at other times of the day when you can safely close your eyes and maybe you're just sitting in a comfortable supportive chair. When I say supportive, I don't mean it's saying, yeah, well done, keep going. I mean, physically supporting your body.
You can still gain benefit because it just kind of changes your brain in a positive way towards focusing and expecting to be able to drift off into a deep, healing, natural sleep. When you lay down on your bed, your head touches the pillow, your body becomes heavy and your mind starts to drift away, slowing down. And that's part of this process is the mind, slowing down everything within you, just slowing down, starting with the top of your head, your head, slowing down your forehead, slowing down your eyelids, slowing down your eyes, slowing down your cheekbones, slowing down your jaw, slowing down your mouth, slowing down your nose, slowing down your tongue, slowing down your chin, slowing down your throat, slowing down the back of your neck, slowing down your back, slowing down your front, slowing down your arms and hands and fingers, slowing down your legs, feet and toes, slowing down your brain, slowing down all the bones in your body, slowing down all the skin covering and protecting your body, slowing down and feel complete calmness throughout your entire body, feels relaxed and calm, calm, calm.
Paragraph spacing and recurring name or title errors have been tidied. Because this began as a voice transcription, an occasional word or piece of punctuation may still be incorrect.
