It's a bit annoying actually because it's a bottle of Coke. What are you doing Vinnie? There's nothing else in my pocket. I've given you everything.

He was very naughty earlier. So I went to the park, I went to get something from the petrol station. I put a few of the plastic bottles in for recycling, got myself a couple of bottles of water, some breakfast cereal, a couple of little bits, that was just kind of it.

And then I came home. At least that was the intention, that was the initial task in my mind, to come home. Well, as we're walking through the park, he decides to do a poo, which is fair enough.

And just as I've picked up the poo in the bag, I'm trying to do the bag up, you know, tie the bag together. He's pulling because he wants to say hello to a couple of dogs. And I'm trying to hold him back because I'm trying to do the poo bag up.

And a bloke with a dog said, it's okay, they're friendly. I said, no, it's not that. It's I've got a bag of poo in my hand and I don't want it to go everywhere.

I'm trying to do, you know, tie it up. And he was pulling and he was pulling. Anyway, eventually I managed to do the bag up.

He says hello to the dogs. I walked to the poo bin, trying to put it in the bin. It's like those, those little stand up things, red things that were the lid.

I just described the bin. But yeah, anyway, we know what a bin looks like. Yeah, but it's specifically for poo, dog poo.

Well, I think, well, poo, I think it's dog poo, but I've never had anyone like knock on my door saying only dog poos allowed in that bin. No one's ever complained. So mind you, you need a stepladder to reach it.

If you're going to, you know, just easier to do it in your own toilet or in the neighbor's bush. So I managed to get that done. And I think, okay.

Oh yeah. On the way to the petrol station, he sees one of his friends in the park or two of his doggy friends. So he plays around with them.

And I managed to, I let him off the lead, I think for about five minutes and then I get him on to the lead again. Cause he's, he's been a little bit, a little bit naughty when it comes to getting him back on the lead. But he did it fine.

It was fine. So good. Got to the petrol station, come back.

And just as I'm walking out or getting ahead into leave the park on the way home, he's one of my neighbors and her little girl who he really adores her. Absolutely loves her. They come into the park, so they end up playing.

And once he was off the lead, he would not let me put the lead back on. I tried it. My friend tried it.

Her daughter said, her daughter is sort of two years old or eight or something and said, I can do it. And I'm like, yeah, yeah, sure. Of course you can.

We can't, but you can. And she did. He just sat there and let her put the lead on.

Looking at me, grinning. He, he was like, haha, I embarrassed you in front of everybody. And then I thought, okay, I let him off the lead.

The little girl can put him back on. So it's fine. Well, then he decided he wasn't going to let anyone put him back on the lead.

And I was chasing him around, trying to get him to submit and to lay down on his back. He wouldn't just kept biting my finger. Not like hard, but he basically got carried away.

So worked up and excited that he couldn't sit still. He was, I think he was just really enjoying it. And it was a bit of a wind up, to be honest, it was winding me up a little bit because I just, I need him in that situation.

Doesn't matter so much, but I need him to just at least do what I say a little bit for him, you know? So if there's a situation where I need to get him on the lead quickly, then he comes to me. But because he doesn't, and he seems to be getting worse at it, I just have to keep him on the lead. And it's a shame because he's got at least three friends, three or four friends that he likes to play with.

Other dogs, he likes to run around and play fight and the time of his life absolutely loves it. But, you know, we'll see. Maybe he will come around, maybe he will eventually do it.

You know, let me put him on his lead. And we'll actually put his lead on when we're indoors to take him out. And now he's pulling a cord.

One of my wires fell on the floor. You know, I don't know if it was some, I don't know what it is, but it was basically sticking in his bowl of food. So I get up, just this second I did it, get up and somehow he manages to walk right under my feet.

I tread on his foot and he screams. I didn't, it was an accident. I didn't mean to do it.

But it's like, he, I don't know where he gets stuff from. There's a pen, a pen, a pen, like a, you know, writing pen with ink. There's one of them on the floor.

I don't have any pens. Is he bringing his own stuff in? Is he? I don't know. Is he ordering it from Amazon? I don't know.

He's going to go and eat some food now. Good, good, good, good, good, good. It's weird.

It'll take it, take a mouthful out of the bowl and then drop it on the floor and eat it off the floor. But I don't seem to be enjoying that anyway. It's very fussy considering the things that he does and the things that he picks up off the floor when we're out, you know, outside.

It seems very fussy when it comes to eating food, you know, like proper food. It's very, very strange. Very, very, very, very, very strange.

Just Jason is a brilliant name. I think everyone should not everyone but if you're going to have a baby and you're not quite sure what to call the baby. Even if it's a girl, it don't matter anymore.

Jason is a really good name. I would recommend it. Wholeheartedly.

The Jason is quite a few Jason Boring. I didn't know boring was a surname. Cool.

So there's a few. Had I known, had I known that my online activity was going to take the direction it has, I possibly would have given myself that name as well. I possibly wouldn't have used my actual name.

Just put you know, use boring instead. Hmm. Well, this is my third recording today.

I did an A was it deep sleep whisper recording number 507 called feelings changing. So that's available on my podcasts. A couple of hours ago, I did a recording.

Forgotten what it's called now. What did I do? I did a new relaxation for stress and panic attacks episode. I haven't done one of those actual episodes since May 2021.

So this is number 231 10 to one technique. It's called relaxation hypnosis for stress. So it is it's a short technique, but it took me half an hour to describe it.

So you know, so there you go. It's so I've done those two recordings and now I'm doing this one as well. It's 10 to nine in the evening.

And it's a Sunday. So Sunday's always a quiet day when it comes to the stats. No, not the stats.

Yes, the stats. But what's been interesting, because I get an email, I get an email every week from my podcast host just to let me know how many downloads I've had for the week. And then how many it's gone up or down since the week previous week.

So last seven days, I think it's lower than the previous seven days. I've had 61,184 downloads. So sometimes I'll get 100,000 a week, sometimes I'll get less.

I've had 200,000 in a week, sometimes 301 369 no 100 and 250. But 61 is a bit less than normal. And today's been a quiet day.

Yesterday, Saturday and Sunday is always a little bit lower than the rest of the week. But what was weird, not weird in a bad way, but different to something I noticed. First of all, the percentage of American the United States audience, even though they're the biggest audience by a long way is a smaller percentage to how they used to be.

So I think at one point, I used to get about 80% American. Now it's 49 50%. But it's still, you know, quite a large number, like, you know, over the year.

So, United Kingdom. So this week 30,400 United States last seven days, United Kingdom was second 8634 14%. Third was Australia at 7586.

Now fourth place surprised me because I didn't think that anyone in this country listened to my podcast. But then I haven't really checked my stats properly lately. So number four, I don't think it's ever been number four before, before before for before Uganda at 5.69% 1234 fourth and 3482.

So if I look at last 30 days, the last 30 days, Uganda is 1234567 seventh to 3488 3400. So basically, it's just in the last week, people from Uganda have been watching or listening rather to my podcasts. So I look for the whole of the year.

Blimey, so I've had nine, just under just over 9000 downloads from Uganda in the last year. But the top, the top 12345 top five is kind of always around the same countries and five, six, you know, so United States always the number one amount of downloads. So 46.41% for the last year 1.867 million, United Kingdom, that's something that I really wanted to happen.

And it took quite a while, quite a while indeed. Was I wanted to, you know, I love the idea of people listening all around the world. It's a thrill.

It's a little cheap. It's a little cheap thrill of mine. And it gets me off emotionally.

Yeah, it's it. I feel good. I feel good.

I do not want to lie. It does feel nice. Like when someone sends me a message saying that what I do is useful, then I feel I feel chuffed with myself is a word we used to use when I was a kid, chuffed.

I feel good. It's nice. And the United Kingdom, I wanted more.

I really wanted more people in my own country to be listening to me. Because however lovely it was to have Australia and Canada and America, people listening from around the world. It was like, why is no one listening in my country? And it's gone up to 24% of the people listen in the last year has come from United Kingdom.

So that's just under a million 968,000. That's in last year, Australia 393,000. So that's number three, number four is Canada 256,000.

So Australia is just under 10%. Canada is just over 6%. And then you got Ireland 94,343.

Norway 35,686. Spain, South Africa, New Zealand, Sweden, Germany. So Uganda's is one, one, two, three, four, five, six from the last.

But there is also 124,000 from other countries, which is 3%. They're just not listed in the countries for some reason. So let's see the United Kingdom for the year.

791,000 from England, 126,700 from Scotland, and 28,300 from Wales, just under 10,000 from Northern Ireland, and others 11,885. So I'm guessing that would be like the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Shepney Islands, I don't know, Falkland Islands. There's quite a few, quite a few islands around the coastal area.

So United Kingdom, London, number one, then Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Sheffield, Sunderland, Slough, Taunton, Liverpool, Leeds, Nottingham, six. No one where I live, isn't it funny? No one anywhere near where I live is actually... So London 48,000. It's not a lot is it really, in a whole year.

But yeah, where I live, okay, there's one place not that far away from where I live, and that's 5,000 for the year, but nowhere else. And if I just, is that last, last 12 months? Okay, right. So that was, well, if I just do the last 30 days, last 30 days, last 30 days, last seven days, like yesterday, no, last seven days, geolocation, the United States, Washington, 3,662.

So blimey. I mean, how many different states is there in America? So 51 states, and it says under other another 39 downloads.

So I won't read them all out because that's pretty much nearly all the states, isn't it? Wow. So Washington, these are regions, is that the same as a state? And then under Washington, you've got Gig Harbor, Medical Lake, Lacey, Seattle, Pascoe, blimey. And so if you're if you're in for if you live in Gig Harbor, hello.

If you live in Medical Lake, hello. They're the two top places that listen to me top, you know, most listened to places. But in the United States is Texas, then California.

Then yeah, so Texas, and San Antonio, and Dallas, and then Denton. They're the three most listened to places. And then we've got California, Pennsylvania, Washington, Florida, North Carolina, Maine, Georgia, Ohio, New York, so I won't go through all those obviously, because it would take forever.

In California, the top city is Chula Vista. I don't know where that is. I've heard of Compton.

Alamo, heard of the Alamo, Los Angeles, North Hollywood, Visalia, Cyprus, Dixon, Elk Grove. Wow. So yeah, people listen all around the place.

So United Kingdom, I've already gone through there. Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory. So Victoria, the top one is Melbourne.

12.2,000 downloads. That's in the last 30 days. So Ballarat, Sale, Geelong, Botanic Ridge, Dali, Sunbury, Camperdown, Clyde North.

Okay, I've got no idea. I wonder, I wonder, does it, always finding out new little things about this. So if I do, yeah.

Stress anxiety, 73. Letting your body sleep, 27.7. Now the sources, where do people come from to listen to my podcasts the most? And this hasn't really changed a huge amount. The top ones, Apple Podcasts, which always has been, since I've been doing it, 90% of the people that listen to my podcasts come from Apple Podcasts, according to the stats, 2%, which is the next top one, Spotify.

And then Castbox, 2%. So the last 30 days, 253,715 downloads from Apple Spotify, 6,500 from Apple Podcasts. Let's say Apple Spotify.

Apple Podcasts, Spotify, 6,500. Castbox, 4.2,000. Then Podcast Addict, 3,351. Stitcher, 2,718.

Now Stitcher is closing in about a week's time. So I don't know what's going to happen there. My website, I've had 152 downloads on there.

It's weird the way it is. Podbean, 1,054. So I'm very, very reliant upon Apple Podcasts.

Set-top box, nothing. Others, 0.77%. And iOS, 93, so that's Apple, 93.85% compared to Android, which is 4.91%. This is just people listening according to the stats here. I thought, I thought, I thought, I thought, I thought, I thought that things like smart meters, smart speakers rather, you know, Alexa, things like that.

Sorry if I've just set your Alexa off. I turned mine off because I'd be listening to the radio and it'd say the word and it'd come on and I'd be in bed. It's like, oh, really? And or I'd be doing a recording and it'd come on while I was making a podcast.

So I won't say the word again. Is it Siri's the other one? I shouldn't say that either. But it's like this.

I turned them all off. However, it's amazing technology. But I think if I lived in a huge place and I just wanted to say, turn the lights on, let's say, Herbert, instead of the name that will make activate.

If I say out loud, Herbert, turn the lights on, Herbert, lock the front door, Herbert, turn the television on, things like that. Make me a cup of coffee, whatever it might be. I can see how that would be beneficial, both in a situation where I was living in a place where it was big.

So it makes sense to sort of, you know, turn the lights on for the stairs before I get to the stairs so I can see where the stairs are. Maybe I'm imagining living in a mansion right now. But then there's also a physical issue if I had a physical disability, which meant that I wasn't able to, or maybe I am able to get up to turn the light on, but it's difficult.

So by saying, Herbert, turn the light on, please, darling, it just makes life a little bit easier because, you know, even if you are completely, your body's fine, everything's fine. If you fall asleep, especially in the winter, I might be sitting on a settee, four o'clock in the afternoon, I fall asleep. The light's not on because it's not needed.

Then I wake up at maybe seven or six and it's pitch black in there. I can't see a single thing. It'd be much handier to be able to say, Bobby, turn the lights on, man.

And the lights come on so I could see where I am rather than stumbling and tripping over my own legs to find the light switch. So there is some benefits, I would say. But I am kind of surprised that it's not used more.

I mean, maybe it is used more, but not in a term of podcasts. Maybe it's just easier to search for stuff because, you know, if you're on the train or a bus, I wouldn't want to talk into the phone. I want to type in what I want.

You know, it's different if I'm at home and I'm on, say, YouTube and I'll go to the search box and I'll search with my voice, you know, search for the sexiest hypnotist. You know, as an example, and just sometimes I forget my own channel, so I have to try and find it a different way. I forget my own name.

A sexy hypnotist, like Jason Newland. Oh, yeah, that's it. That's the one.

And I find that's really much way, way easier than trying to type in word or letter by letter. You know, it's easier on a laptop, just it's easier to type it in, I think. Or on an iPad, just type it in.

If you've got a keyboard, it takes two seconds rather than. I'm not so into the voice activated stuff when it comes to laptops, but it's brilliant for TV. It's, you know, for searching on YouTube anyway, and also for searching on Amazon Music when I've got that.

And maybe even Netflix, you know, for searching for something, just say the words of the movie or the actor. And yeah, just an easier way to find stuff. But if it was on the keyboard, I'd probably just do it on the keyboard, you know, it's just, although I might not, because if the lights down, I might not be able to see the keyboard.

But because I'm watching television. You know, it's two different activities, isn't it? I watch television on my iPad or the laptop. Or my phone, I watch television, movies and whatever else on the television.

Because my eyesight isn't really suited for watching small screens. I can watch the odd video on my phone. Occasionally, as long as it's a short video, you know, it's fine.

But I can't just sit there constantly just staring at the phone, because the screen is too small. And the iPad screen is big enough for what I need it. I do a bit of internet stuff on there.

I do editing. And you know, that's pretty much what I use the iPad for. And a bit of research as well.

But it's hmm, you know, whatever that means, it's view. It's all right. The laptops, well, I had problems with the mute with the sound.

It's now been fixed. I fixed it. Sound kept playing up.

But it's a powerful old laptop, it's good. It's I can do quite a lot on it at the same time. And I've been making been creating 10 hour videos for YouTube.

And they've got black backgrounds. So the 10 hour podcast added on to a normal video that's been made. So mute the video, enable the sound from the 10 hour podcast, and then cut off the video after five minutes.

And just leave it with a blank screen for the next nine hours and 55 minutes. So that people can maybe if they're watching it in their bedroom, or they just want to have a black screen, you know, they don't want a light from the TV, or from their phone. It's just a more comfortable and potentially convenient way to view on YouTube.

Not that I want anyone to go to YouTube because well, they're not anyway. So the stats aren't particularly good on YouTube. It's all right, I don't mind.

I bloody do. I really, really mind. Really.

So I can't really can't really judge anyone for that. But I do wonder if I just don't not sure sometimes if it's if the people on here, because the person right, that real person. I don't know.

Because there's people that I see and they add me. And sometimes I see that literally just joined Facebook. And it's like, whoa.

Unless they joined Facebook just to become part of the group, which is cool. Why would you do that? So welcome anyone that's joined and all that stuff. It's just a it's an opportunity to get to know other people, really.

It's it's nothing particularly exciting about being in the group. But you know, when I eventually go on my world tour, you'll you'll be you'll get to you get to know about the tickets before everybody else. So when I've traveled the world and I'll probably have about 12, 13, 14 tickets per venue.

I'll be doing probably quite small rooms to start with. So maybe 15, maybe even 20. So it will really be a case of bringing your entire family with you to see me.

And it's just be prepared for disappointment, really. I mean, how would it even work? What kind of tour would I do? Even if I did, you know, want to just like, you know, like in the future, I mean, let's say I've got 100,000 downloads a day. That's pretty good.

But so if I've got a million a day, in a few years time, or however long it takes, then that's a fairly quite large audience. Perhaps I could go on a little tour. But then what would I do just stand on stage or sit on stage talking about nothing? I mean, it's just is there any would there be any point to that? I don't know.

I really don't know. So I've got I've now got 10 hours. How many videos have I got in the 10 hour ones? 19.

He was crunching the pen. Now I know he's annoyed with me now that I took the pen out of his mouth. He did let me take it, which is nice.

It just slid out nicely. But you know, things got ink in it. And it's plastic.

I don't want him getting like plastic stuck in his teeth or whatever. I have to keep an eye on the whole time. Baby, you're right.

You're okay. He's smiling. Yeah, you're happy now, aren't you? Yeah, you are.

He was naughty earlier though. You were so naughty. It was frustrating because I know it's not a huge deal.

Well, you know, he wouldn't let me put his lead on but it's hard because it's not just it makes me look silly, which it did. But I kind of can do that on my own. Anyway, I don't need help to looking silly, but he just blatantly ignored me.

But then he turned it into a game. And that's what he does. He loves to play.

And I can't fault him for that because it's, it's, it's one of the things that's lovable about him. He can turn anything into a game. He's so full of energy and he just loves life, you know, he loves playing, loves other dogs, loves other humans.

And if I could have, if I could be more like him, my life would improve. Or I would get arrested. Yeah, I suppose some of the things he does, because you know, public pooping.

I mean, he's blatant, he can just go to the toilet on someone's front lawn during the day. I have to wait till early hours in the morning when everyone's asleep. So he's, he's a good boy.

He is. I mean, I don't know if I mentioned it, he did it the other day. And he did it in front of someone's front lawn.

And I've realized I didn't have a bag. I'd already used a bag earlier because this is his double, he did a double, a double whopper. So, Burger King, please do not sue me for saying the word whopper, referring to dog poo.

I'm not talking about your food. Your whoppers are lovely. Nothing like dog poo.

That's probably not a good thing to say either, is it? Just please don't sue me. I've gotten out. I love you.

The Burger King, right, okay. I'm a vegetarian, so I don't really eat much meat, you know, it's part of the deal. But do Burger King actually cook their burgers in the shop in the actual place? Because I've always, I don't know, I haven't been in for a long time.

But I see them put it into like a microwave, the burger. I see them frying the chips, but the burger in the microwave, or in some kind of an oven thing. And because if you get a burger at McDonald's, the, the bun isn't hot.

You get a burger from Burger King, the bun is warm. And I don't think the bun should be warm in a burger, but I think it should be, not necessarily cold, but I'm gonna eat a burger now, but I'm hungry. I'm so good to do a burger.

But anyway, I, I noticed that this was the early 90s. I noticed that I just waited till now to mention it. And now he's bugging me now.

So FIFA Women's World Cup. So it's that's what they call it. FIFA Women's World Cup founded 1991 32 years ago.

Current champions. Okay, let's not just let's not focus on that because it's too soon. But it's Spain anyway.

Most successful teams United States won it four times. So here, right? We've had the there's been a lot of So, we're doing 91, 95, 99, 2003, 2007, 11, 15, 19, 23, OK, so runners up, so England played against Spain today, well, Sunday, and, you know, it didn't go so well.

I think it was, there was a European Cup and we won that, England won that, and that was back in, I think it was three years ago, two, three years ago, two years ago, and that was the first I'd really heard of the female football team, like the English football team, and this year, this week, you know, especially when England got through to the semi-finals and then through to the final, there was a lot of publicity and promotion for it, you know, getting people interested and excited and that,

I have to go all the way back to 1990, because that was the World Cup, I think, yeah, in Barcelona, and they had two national, they had two theme tunes, so I think they had Pavarotti, was the official tune for the World Cup, and that turned him into a bigger star than he was before, people that had never heard him sing, suddenly became huge fans, and he ended up doing, like, just huge concerts because of it, however, the real, the song that wasn't the official song, was, I think, I might have it the wrong way around, but the official song was the Pavarotti song, but the unofficial song, which wasn't supposed to be, was Freddie Mercury, Barcelona, the song.

I remember when, 10, 15, 20 years ago, the newspapers and television people decided that the general public should be interested in rugby, those that weren't interested already, I mean, and those that love rugby, love rugby, you know, but there's football, soccer, football, whatever you want to call it, has been the most popular game, sporting event, to watch, well, to participate in as well, I guess, in the country, for, for, forever really, it seems, football's the number one thing here, and I have zero interest in football, I love boxing, that's my sport,

that's the thing that I love, and as far as popularity goes, I'd say boxing is probably, it's way down, way down the list, football first, um, all of the, been, I reckon Speedway, and MMA, oh yeah, like UFC, MMA, that's above boxing, that's probably the second most popular sport, I'd say, after football, but I might be wrong, maybe rugby is the second one, and then you've got snooker, darts, what other sports, hockey, basketball, never, we do have basketball here, but it's not like in America, it's not huge, I think,

you've got American football and basketball, it's the two top sports in America, I think, I think, but then you've got Speedway, the F1, and that's, well, it's huge as well, and they put that on television, tennis, that's another one, Wimbledon is a massive thing, and then you've got the Olympics, that's always a huge, huge audience, I'm trying to think of any other sports that exist, there must be some, no, I think that's it, I think that is all the sports that there are, blimey, isn't it weird,

I managed to get through every single sport in about three sentences, golf, golf, that's popular, isn't it, and, but, yeah, I imagine things like golf and is probably more popular for people to play than to watch, yeah, for people that play golf, they love the golf, I've never watched it on telly, not really, no, I've seen it, I've seen Formula One on telly, but not, you know, like watched it, sat there, because I don't drive, and I'm not talking about golf here when I say that, I'm talking about, not snooker,

it's one of the most popular sports in the world, like billions of people, I reckon it's probably the most popular sport in the world, maybe after football, I wonder if we've got statistics, world's most popular sport, sport, soccer, yeah, I mean I was thinking, the reason behind soccer, or association football, is not because of England, but Europe, how lovely, my computer's making noises, but you've got Europe, and you've got South America, Africa, I'm just reading off the screen, that's just what it says there, but there's loads of countries that love football,

so yeah, I figured it would be number one, but then cricket's number two, and mainly because of Asia, and Australia, and the UK, field hockey's number three, I didn't know that, huge in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia, and number four is tennis, Europe, Asia, and America, mainly, and I click on six more rows, I wonder if boxing's even on here, it probably isn't, it's just upsetting to me, but hey, wow, estimated fans, soccer, football, 3. 5 billion, cricket, 2. 5 billion, I figured it would be in the billions for cricket, field hockey, 2 billion, tennis, 1 billion, volleyball is number five, 900 million, table tennis, 850 million, really, table tennis, what's number eight, tiddlywinks, table tennis, 850 million people watch table tennis, could you make a little bit more noise?

I've seen clips of people playing table tennis like really quickly, like, the ball looks like a fly, you can't see the ball, it's so quick, I mean, that's phenomenal, phenomenal skill, I mean, all sports take phenomenal skill, but, you know, I'm quite well known for not perhaps being the fastest moving person, including my brain, so table tennis wouldn't really be suitable for me, cricket kind of would be, but I'd have to be standing out on the field somewhere, just standing around, ideally just handing out the oranges and drinks half time, yeah, that'd be a good job for me.
