Hello and welcome to Let Me Bore You To Sleep. My name is Jason Newland. The sound of water being drunk is from my co-host Vinnie.

And please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. And what else? Oh yeah, my website is jasonnewland.com and I have a Facebook page. I have a Facebook page which is private but specifically for hardcore fans, not fans of hardcore but people that really like what I do.

It's called Jason Newland's Boring Group and you can search it on Facebook or you could go to my website and there's a link at the top of the page. Just click on there and it takes you there. It's very good.

I'm very pleased with the link. It took me hours to figure it out. On my website there is all the latest recordings as well.

Today I did a new ASMR deep sleep whisper hypnosis recording. It's number 510. I fell asleep recording this.

That's the title because I did. You can actually hear me snoring a little bit on there. And I just want to address first of all Mary.

I just want to say to Mary thanks for your message. I forgot to get back to you regarding Vinnie's flea lice situation or whatever it is. I did get him to take a tablet.

I tricked him into taking a tablet. I've also got him a flea collar. I've also put that stuff on him, on his coat, on his skin.

I forget what it's called. First protector or whatever. And now I've got, which is something I did with Andre, is I've got these bombs where they basically fumigate the rooms.

And that's the thing that really did the trick last time. I just was holding off from that because they're not cheap. But I had a spare one from last time.

So I bought two. So I've got three all together. And technically, I probably need two per room.

But I'm going to try and get to get on. I'm trying to get by with just one per room. So one for the bedroom, one for the living room, one for the hallway.

For now, if that doesn't do the trick, then I'll get I'll buy some more. And then I have to maybe look at trying to treat the carpet and I mean, once the weather starts to get cold, they'll all be gone anyway. But, you know, I don't know if they lay eggs and they sort of wait until the summertime to hatch.

I don't know. But one thing is he's hardly scratching now. But I have seen a couple of things on him.

And he just loves going into the long grass. And I didn't do myself any favours today, because I took him. I took him in the field.

So he was off the lead and he was walking. And when he's off the lead, I can't control where he's walking. So when he's on the lead in the park, I keep him away from the long grass.

And that seems to be where all these little creatures seem to sort of hide, waiting to use him as transport. But in the field, just I don't have that. And it's quite overgrown.

So yeah, he came home with a few of them on him. But they're not having the fleas, they're more just like these licey things that just sounds horrible, doesn't it? But, you know, I know fleas. I've had, I haven't had fleas, but I've seen, I've seen enough fleas in the past to know.

I've lived in houses with multiple cats occupying the house, lived with four different dogs, five, five now, I think. And Andre had fleas as well. So I know what fleas look like.

And these seem to be more like lice, more just stuff just just it's just playing with him really is using him as a carpet, I guess, using him as a using him as a little holiday away from the park. I don't know. So thank you, Mary, for your comment that you sent me a message.

So thank you. Hopefully, if you're hearing this, you get the message, you get to hear what I said. Another film to say is, Tammy said, Oh, she's not going to watch Meg too now because of my review.

And I feel a little bit bad. She sent me a message or she's posted something on the group. It wasn't in a it wasn't a message to make me feel bad.

It's just I thought afterwards. I don't want to get in the way of other people's enjoyment. And you might really enjoy it.

And it's on a big screen. It's fun. It's a fun movie.

I was you know, I don't need to remember not to take anything I say seriously when I do these recordings. Because I do. Probably I may maybe I made fun of it too much.

Made it sound like it was a bit rubbish, but it's not it's not rubbish at all. And also, bearing in mind that I could probably talk about the most exciting movie ever. And it could sound boring because I'm the one talking about it.

You see what I mean? So I have to just be a little bit perhaps be a little bit careful. But you just go and watch it. It's okay.

It's I mean, they spent a lot of money on it. $129 $139 million. And so far in the box office took $353 million.

So it's a hit, isn't it? That's a good hit. And so yeah. So there you go.

So don't take what I say. Let's see what the on the review aggravator website Rotten Tomatoes 30% of 166 critics reviews are positive. Wow, it's not good, is it? 30% and an average rating of 4.5 out of 10.

The website's consensus reads isn't without its fun moments. It's true. It's fun.

It's a fun movie. It's, you know, it. I think what it's done is it's just embellished a little bit more got a little bit more into the other characters.

So it's not based around Jason Statham. And I think that works because the other characters are funny. The three men and the woman and his daughter.

They've all got their funny moments. We've all got their little, little personalities. No, but you know, it's it works.

It's a good movie. It's it's the best movie I've ever seen ever. Perhaps I forgot to mention that it is the greatest.

No, it's all it's okay. It's good. It's a good movie.

It's, you know, it's not going to change your life, but what movie is generally and and considering it's about a huge shock. It's not even scary. You know, it's not a scary movie.

It doesn't. You know, you know, I mean, like Jaws was not now, but, you know, when Jaws came out, even though I was a kid and I couldn't watch it, but those movies were quite scary. They were quite tense.

And I do do do do do do do do all that stuff. I mean, that was tense stuff. This hasn't got any of that.

It's, you know, it's and it's a little bit different because I remember watching Jaws and seeing all the people on the beach and in the sea and thinking, oh, no, those people. But it was a different attitude this time, because it did the same kind of scene, loads of people in the beach on the sea and on the beach. And, you know, you had three sharks, huge mega sharks coming towards the shore.

And I was thinking, yeah, let the feast begin. And it's different attitude. I mean, it's not real, is it? It's not.

It's not real, is it? It's a film or as some people say, a film. It's a film. So, yeah, just, you know.

But this recording is not supposed to be about the Meg 2, The Trench. I did that yesterday. So what movie can I ruin today? And I started watching a movie called The Tusk.

Wow. Wow. Blimey.

Strange. I tell you what I did. I came over.

What was it called? Did you do dark web? Is it called? Is it dark web? Yeah, dark web. It's very, very different from, well, maybe, I mean, there are some movies with similar. Yeah, someone trying to control other people now, but it's done really well.

It's from 2000. No. So I'm thinking dark web TV show 2019.

Nope. Again, that's not the one. Dark web 2019.

TV series, number series. This is completely different. Watch dark web prime video.

No. Dark web wiki fandom is a horror from 2019. See this.

I think it's Netflix. Nope. Dark web.

Okay. A program is this. It's not.

It's nothing. It's not what I saw. I saw a very different thing.

Is dark web 2019. Gen genre horror. New single that we've received recently from long-forgotten high food.

Okay. Right. View details.

Okay. It is that, but it doesn't give any information. New single Ethan.

No, he's not. He's not single at all. He's married with a child.

So it's not that show at all. How strange. Dark web.

Horror. Taxi driver. So I can find it.

True. No. You know what? Maybe, maybe I imagined it.

How weird would that be? Dark web. No. I'm just confused.

I'm confused. It's not the first time. I mean, maybe the.

Perhaps it doesn't run. Maybe that's just a one-off episode. And in the next one, something different.

I'll have to go online to find it. Not online, but back onto the streaming service to find out where I watched it. But it's really good.

Anyway, I'm not, I'm not really. I guess I'm not selling it very well, am I? So dark web. Amazon.

Dark web prime video. Dark web. Nope.

TV show 19. I'm really confused. Episode one.

Okay, is that is dark web TV series 2019. And Ethan is the first to receive an anonymous email from a long forgotten high school friend. Containing disturbing story along with a cry for help he can't ignore.

Why doesn't it say more about? No. Anyway, that's this is too boring, even for me. So I took Vinnie to the pet shop, well to the sweet shop today.

And yet again, I'm trying to find food that he can eat. Well, not that he will eat rather, he can eat anything. I mean, he'll eat stuff out of the gutter.

But he's fussy when it comes to actually dog food. So I don't know, you know, running out of ideas. And I'm trying to take like a tin here, a packet here, rather than getting a big pack of food, just like one off just to see if he likes it.

And sometimes he likes it, and then he doesn't like it anymore the next day. But I got some, I got a couple of bowls for him to Mel Bowles. So 199 each, one for his water, one for his food.

And because I've been using dishes and decided not to use those anymore. The problem with the water, the metal bowl, I can't see if the water's in there or not. Actually, I can, but yeah, generally from a distance, I can't.

And he hasn't touched the food at all. He sniffed it, looked at it. I heard him mumble something like, oh, not that, what crap.

Why doesn't he feed me proper food and walked off in disgust. Now I was in, I could hear him, I was in the kitchen, I was listening. It's weird, but then I got this big bag of food that I've never gotten before.

It's dry food. And I got him a couple of tins of wet food, you know, like dog food. So I think my mistake was mixing dry food in with the wet food.

I think if I'd just had it just the meat, he might have had that. But I took a pocket of those, of the dry food with me and the tiny little things. And I was doing a game that we did when we go out.

I chuck it and he chases it and he loves them. So he's getting to have his dinner, he's eating, but at the same time he's playing. And sometimes I just chuck it and he catches it or I chuck it onto the grass and he gets it wet.

You know, so he had like a handful of those when we were out about a half hour ago or maybe longer. Time really, really flies, doesn't it? Unless of course you're waiting for something, then it really drags. It's weird, isn't it? You wait for a train, for a bus, a plane, or if you're in a queue, time just drips by.

But when you're really having fun, it goes very quickly. Apart from one situation, I think, that I can think of from my experience. Is it went quick and slow at the same time.

I remember I had to go to the bank during my lunch break and there was one heck of a queue. So not only was the queue really slow, but the clock seemed to be going faster than it should be. It was very strange, some weird time distortion going on there.

So everything outside of the clock was moving really slowly, but the clock itself seemed to be going faster than it should. It was like just moving. I mean, I know all clocks move.

I don't mean physically, it wasn't dancing around. I mean, you know, the hands were moving, or the arms or whatever you want to call them. And that wasn't that boring, was it, that story? Maybe I need to tighten it up a bit, give a bit of coat of paint, add some alloy wheels, I don't know, just to make it sprice it up a little bit.

So, yeah, I got him that, I got him some food, and then I got him pig's ear. I'm a vegetarian, so that's not great for me, but hey, he loves them. And I got, what else did I get? I got the two little bowls.

And then I got, oh yeah, the bomb thing for the flea, insects thing. And some treats, packet of treats. I got him a knuckle thing, so there's like a bone for him, but he'll have that later.

I'll give it to him maybe tomorrow. I didn't, he wanted everything all at once. It's a bit like that movie, everything now, everything all at once.

Do you know the movie? Do you know the one? Do you know? And I do believe it was the top movie of last year. Top movie, movie 2000, 2022. The best movies.

Oh, okay. Come on, surely. Popular 2020 movies.

Come on. Unless it was the year before, might have been. Might have been the year before.

Is it one in Oscar? Maybe it was a year before, maybe 2021. Top movies, 2021. How can it not be on the list when it was a huge hit? Well, I thought it was a huge hit.

Maybe I, I made it up. I think I made it up. Doesn't sound like me.

No, let's. Best movies to Taiwan, best movies, 2022. It's definitely less.

Well, it wasn't this year, was it 2023? No, it wouldn't have been this year. Yeah. No.

So it was definitely at least last year. Cocaine Bear. I want to watch that.

It's supposed to be good. It's supposed to be funny. But I won't do a movie review because paint.

There's a movie about Bob Russell or whatever his name is. Is it Bob Russell? Cast. Paint.

Carl Nagel, a local treasure with a soothing whisper of a voice, hosts his own painting show on Vermont Public Television. His art has attracted the attention of many women over the years, especially those who work at the station. However, when a new painter gets hired to revitalize the channel, Carl's own fears regarding his talents as an artist are brought to the forefront.

Oh, OK. I thought it was about the joy of painting. Unless I've just decided to make a movie and.

Who's Carl Nagel? Carl Nagel is an actual person. Is Carl Nagel supposed to be Bob Russell? Bob Ross. Let's be clear about one thing.

Owen Wilson is not playing Bob Ross. He's just a guy named Carl Nagel, who hosts a popular PBS painting show called Paint with Carl Nagel. Not.

Wow. I mean, OK, Carl Nagel is not a real person. According to this, and there is a picture of him and he's got well, he looks the same as Bob Ross.

He's got a big hair and everything. It's a fictional character based on Bob Ross. Actually, I did see a documentary on Bob Ross and he had a very interesting life.

They still show even now during the day or maybe during the night. I don't know when, but they played the joy of painting. They put it on TV here.

I've sat on my TV. I don't know about anyone else's, but they have it. And I like listening to him and I like watching it, but I don't like the sound of paint.

I don't like that. So I can't really watch it. By the way, here's something I did something last night.

It's not that I've never done it, but I've never done it on this scale before. Something I did in bed and I've never done it for so long. And you might be wondering why he's now gone to a different level, a different level of depravity.

No, I've listened to my recordings before, you know, the Let Me Bore You To Sleep recordings. Every now and then I have a listen. I do the editing, so I do listen a little bit.

But, you know, I was here when it happened. I heard it first, technically. But occasionally I listen to a whole episode every now and then and, you know, get relaxed and see if it if it does relax me or if it, you know, sit back on the chair and and, you know, see if it sends me to sleep.

Well, last night, I decided to listen to, and I think it was the 1038 Let Me Bore You To Sleep, Thank You For Your Birthday Wishes, and it was 10 hours long. So I listened to that all through the night. The weird thing about it is I don't remember falling asleep.

Now, I know technically we don't remember falling asleep, but at no point was I even wondering when I was going to fall asleep. In fact, I even stopped listening. It was, I don't know, I don't know what it was.

And when I did wake up, because I was, yeah, I'm a middle aged man, I have to go to the toilet in the middle of the night to do a wee wee. And, you know, sometimes, sometimes I wake up. Sometimes I wet the bed.

Whose business is it? Why? Don't judge me. I blame it on Vinnie. And I woke up and I'll be honest, I couldn't even really hear I could hear it.

But initially, I didn't even know that the recording was still playing, because it's very low, very soft. You know, once the actual recording was over, then the next nine hours is much sort of quieter, much more softer, gentle. But then I went back to bed and I could hear it.

I was straight back to sleep. Now, I'm not saying this to like, oh, aren't I good? Because I mean, you know, it's, I don't see myself the same. I am pretty good.

And I know, I mean, I, I don't really, I don't see myself, I don't experience listening to me the way I think other people do. But then I realized maybe I do. And it did surprise me because I just drifted off really quickly.

Like effortlessly, I really just didn't even know it. It was almost just I don't know, I can't explain it. It's very, very strange.

Now, some people might think, well, you've been doing this 18 years, and now you've only just actually started listening to yourself. No, I have, I've listened to my recordings in the past, I've listened to loads of my like, relaxation sessions. I haven't listened to too many of the Let Me Bore You To Sleep ones.

Because it's a bit boring. And you know, I was, the thing is, it's not that I remember what I've talked about. But I know that the relaxation sessions send me to sleep, because I fall asleep making them.

So I know that they have that effect on me. Because I'm speaking out loud, and I'm boring myself, or relaxing myself, however, whatever you want words you want to use, when I'm doing the relaxation sessions, the sleep, relaxation, hypnosis, whatever. And I really struggle to keep my eyes open and to stay awake when I make them when I record them.

Because I'm doing what I'm talking about. So I know that that works for me, I know they work for me. So I don't kind of listen to them for that reason.

Because generally, I'm I can sleep fairly easily. Anyway, I'm quite good at sleeping. The only the only thing I have to consider is little old Vinnie there.

Because if he gets disturbed, or if you hear something and start barking, and just like, Oh, please stop. So I do have music or something playing more for him. Not for me, but for him to keep him just to take away the edge of any other sounds that might be happening.

Hopefully in the future, I won't need to but you know, there, he seems to be getting more used to some of the sounds. You know, for example, the dust, people, when they come and people made of dust, the refuge people, they come and collect the rubbish. Probably 50% of the time, he doesn't even take any notice now.

And probably only 20% of the time, when he does take notice, does he go like proper bark bark. He's never gone bark bark, but you know, I mean, it's like instead of like, proper going into it, it'll be like, Oh, just a little bit. So he's getting better.

He's, he's starting, I think, to know the sounds of the building, know the sounds of the doors closing or shutting or slamming. And that doesn't bother him as much as it used to. He doesn't get excited the way he used to get excited.

Sometimes, sometimes he still does. But he's less, seems to be less interested. So yeah, that's, that's good.

And it was very weird, though, just listening to me. And I don't know how long the initial recording lasted. Let's have a look.

The initial recording. Thank you for your birthday wishes. One, two, three.

Why is, why is there three? One, two, three, four, five. One, two, three, four, five. There's two five hour ones.

That's weird. Anyway, it lasted for one hour, 23 minutes. That's strange.

I'm going to check that out. That's very, very weird. There shouldn't be one, two, three, four.

There's only four. I wonder why it's got five there. Birthday boy.

One, two, one, two, three, four, one, two, three, four. In fact, one, two, there's only ever four episodes. This, the one without music, one with music, five hour and 10 hour.

But for some reason on my website, it's saying there's four. There's five different episodes and there isn't, there's only four. There can't be five.

It's not even possible. It's never possible. One.

Oh, now there's only four. Oh, how strange. That's very unusual.

Oh, well. So what other things is there? So yeah, I mean, today I did the deep sleep whisper hypnosis recording this morning. Vinnie was still in bed.

And I thought, okay, I'll do that. But I just really, really struggled just to stay awake because I guess I was a little bit tired. But I really, really struggled to stay awake while I was doing it.

And I did fall asleep a few times during literally in between sentences. Because sometimes, well, usually, especially, especially near the second half of a hypnosis, relaxation, sleepy recording. The second half would be slower than the first half.

And then the last quarter would then be even slower. And the gaps perhaps would be longer between words, you know, so it's, it's, I mean, sometimes I've done a countdown from 20 down to one, and I've forgotten what number I'm at. And when I listen back to it during the editing, I do sometimes miss numbers out.

It's just the way it is. And I think, well, it doesn't really matter. Because if I've not noticed it, probably other people haven't either.

I've never had anyone. Actually, that's not true. One person did mention it once.

Years and years ago, they said, oh, you know, you went from 14 to three. You missed a load of numbers. But I think on that one, I was counting down from 100 down to one.

So, you know, I was practically unconscious by the time I got to about 70. And it was very difficult to keep reminding myself to say a number. So I was all over the place.

But I just figured that if it, if it affected me in a way that caused, I mean, proper relaxation, like, really, like, then, hopefully, it would have, even if it only has 50% of that effect on those listening, they will still benefit. Because I get completely zonked out. Like, really, like, whoa.

59. 58. And the longer the gap is, I start, like, 23.

92. I don't know what I'm doing. And then I start thinking, did I just say something then? Did I just mention about food in the fridge? Did I just talk about penguins? Because when I'm in that zone, I just maybe is talk.

And I do have to listen back to it. And just those parts, I'm okay, the beginning of the recording, because, you know, I'm wide awake and, you know, with it, I'm alert and everything like that. But as the time goes by, I get a bit more focused into, I guess, absorbing the suggestions and the ideas that I am, I guess, giving myself because I'm the only one here and I, even though there's a microphone.

So I basically just talk myself into a really deep sense of blah. And it's kind of weird, really. I mean, that's part of the reason why I don't do live recordings.

Recordings. Because I do fall asleep and I don't think it's useful for other people to hear me. You know, they get relaxed and maybe they're calm and feeling comfortable.

Their minds slow down and their bodies all, you know, relaxed and everything. And then you hear me snoring. That's enough to, that's enough to scare a horse.

You know, it's just, I don't know why I mention a horse, but it's enough to make an igloo melt. I don't know. It makes no sense, does it? Are we allowed to call them igloos still? I don't know.

I forgot what the rules were today. Yeah, so many rules, so many rules. What else did I do today? That's it really.

So I did the, let me, I did the deep sleep whisper. Then I did the editing and then I made an image and I uploaded them and then I, then my stomach gurgled. I shared them.

Yeah, I shared them online. So I posted them to the podcast and I did the first one and then a few hours later I uploaded the second one. And then third and fourth, I put on, you know, release in the future.

So I had one to go, the five hour one was released that I think five o'clock in the evening or in the afternoon. And the 10 hour version was released at 7pm. Yeah, that's kind of what happened there.

So and it's just is it does take quite a bit of time, the whole process and once the recording has been completed, you know, not just the editing, but all the other stuff is this quite a lot involved. It's not, none of it's really hard or complicated. I guess the only difficult part would be the making the image.

As far as once it's recorded, we're editing and making the image. Providing I mean, depends with these recordings with the boy to sleep. I do have background sounds, Vinnie doing his thing.

And I allow that. The reason I allow it is because I've had lots of people tell me they like to hear him. Now, if he was obviously if he was playing the violin or something, I'd have to I'd have to sort of a little chat with him.

Like, how did you learn to play the violin? The editing is a little bit easier on these recordings. Because you know, there's a there's a it's a little bit easier or a little bit less strict about what I allow, what sounds I allow. Because he can do what he wants.

And so I just, you know, if there's a little bit of noise in the garden, I don't worry about it. Just okay, fair enough. There's never usually anything too, too noisy or anything.

However, when I'm making a relaxed sleep session, whether it's deep sleep, whisper hypnosis, relaxing sleep hypnosis daily, you know, one of those kinds of recordings or pain relief recording, I don't want really don't want background sounds. If at all possible. So when it comes to editing those recordings, it can take a while, it can take a bit of time.

And sometimes a 20 minute recording can take like an hour to edit. You know, if there's a lot of editing needed, a lot of changes needing to be made. And I'm literally having to listen to the whole thing through a few times, just to, you know, get it done.

But once it's done, it's done. I mean, usually it doesn't take that long. Usually, I can get the editing done on a on a deep sleep whisper within between 10 and 20 minutes, usually.

So you know, the length of the recording was about how long it would take generally. Now with the Let Me Bore You To Sleep, they're all at least, usually at least an hour long, sometimes more, sometimes a little bit less. And the editing is fairly quick.

I do try and edit out really loud sounds, or at least reduce those sounds, maybe still leave them in. You know, I mean, if Finny just jumped on my lap and started eating his bone right into the camera, then that would be mildly too loud. But at the same time, I'd just be happy that he jumped on my lap, because that's not something he normally does.

It would make me pleased. I do hope he gets a little bit more affectionate. Because I get the sense that he wants to.

It's making a lot of noise, isn't it? I get the sense that he wants to just lay on my lap and go to sleep, but something's stopping him. Maybe it's the studded trousers I'm wearing. I don't know.

I really, really, really don't know what it is. But, you know, he will climb onto my legs, and he'll go to sleep on my legs, and I'll lean his chin on my legs, wind up my ankle kind of area, my shins. So he does want to be near me when I'm at the table, at the other table, this table, got two desks.

One's more over there that I use for the administration side of things, you know, like making videos and online stuff. And over here is when I do the recordings. And I do do the audio editing here.

But that's the only thing I do on this desk. So he will sit by my feet when I'm at the other desk. When I'm here, sometimes at this desk here, I know you can't see where here and there is, but this is here, over there is there.

But I guess if I was over there, over there would be here, and here would be there, I suppose. Sometimes he does sit and lean over my feet. But there's something, something about when I make a recording, nearly every single time, all I've got to do is walk up to this desk, and he suddenly appears.

It's like he could be fast asleep. I don't know if he's got a booby trapped and he's got some kind of alarm system. But as soon as I come anywhere near this desk, which I turn the equipment on, before I turn the equipment on, he's here.

Like looking at me. And I always give him one of those bones or something to hopefully distract him. So I can actually do a recording, you know, without him barking and whining and whatever.

But when I'm at the other desk, he does, he lays, lays by my feet. It'll be like that for hours. He's just sometimes he'll chew on a bone or chew on something.

Other times he'll just lay there and be asleep. He's got the flappiest ears in the world. He's walked into the hallway, now he's come back in.

I don't know what he's planning to do. Oh, now he's doing it. Now he's going to jump onto the table.

I'm waving my head no to him. Because if he jumps on the table, we're all going to hear it because the microphone is attached to the table. No, Vinnie, no, no.

He seems to be listening. He's just staring at me now. Stop staring Vinnie.

It's rude. Stop. Oh, did you know? Apparently, I don't know about where you are.

But here there's a blue moon, a full blue moon. And the next one's not till 2035 or something. And the blue moon is when you have according to the news is it's the closest the moon gets to the earth.

And because I've had two full moons this month. Go away, Vinnie. Please, mate.

Get off. Off there. Down, please.

I'll only be a few minutes. And then we can go to I think I'll buy some milk. That was exciting, wasn't it? Yeah.

So we had two full moons this month. Once one at the beginning of the month, and one at the end. And it's the 30th of August today.

Although tomorrow is the end of the month. See, listen to him. I don't know what to do with him.

He's just he's now staring. So now he's hassling me to go out. So I better go.

Blimey. All right. Okay.

Okay. I'm coming. Thank you for listening.

Remember to be kind to yourself. You deserve to be happy. And do something nice for yourself.

Whatever it is, watch a movie. Make two. I've heard it's good.

Well, have a you know, do something nice. Treat yourself. In fact, treat yourself nicely every day.

Why not? So I'm going to go. I will be back again tomorrow. With another episode of Let Me Bore You To Sleep.

I've been Jason Newland. Vinnie's been Vinnie. And that's it.

Lots of love. Bye bye. Bye bye baby.

Bye bye. I was listening to The Wanderer earlier. I'm a type of guy who would never settle down.

I'm never in one place. I roll from town to town. I'm The Wanderer.

I love that song. Anyway, Dion did that. So I'm going to go.

There was this time we, my family, we visited my stepmum's brother. And he had this big house. And it was brilliant, brilliant house.

He was the best uncle ever. Such a really lovely bloke. And we he had a jukebox.

And we found that song The Wanderer. And this was in the early 80s. This was like probably 82 maybe.

And we kept playing it over and over again and getting more and more excited. Until my uncle came in and turned the jukebox off. And chased us with a pool cue.

Maybe it wasn't that nice. No, no, it was. It was nice.

But we did push it a little bit. Didn't chase us with a pool cue. But he did turn, he did turn the thing off.

It was too much. You know, I think after the 14th time of playing, the household started to get a little bit aggravated with the song. But me and my brothers loved it even more.

Each time was a treat. It could not get enough. And it's still to this day, 120 years later, I still love that song.

One of my favourite songs ever, ever, ever. The Wanderer, hey, the Wanderer. I go around, around, around, around, around.

With my two fists of iron in them. Okay, then he wants to go out. Oh, he's got so bored hassling me, he's just decided to go to sleep.

After all that, I'm ending the recording because he wanted to go out for a walk. And now he doesn't want to go out for a walk. You don't want to go out, do you? No? He's just lying there.

And I'm saying the word walk. Oh, yeah, I've got his attention now. Okay.

Come on then, Pooh Face, let's go. Bye. Bye, bye, bye, bye.
