Hello and welcome. Hello Vinnie. Hello Vinnie.
Hello. Welcome to Let Me Bore You To Sleep. My name is Jason Newland and as soon as I start the recording Vinnie jumps out of his bed where he was asleep.
He's making very strange cat noises. Are you sure you're not a pussy? I know you like pussy. He's always chasing cats.
He's obsessed. Not chasing them but trying to chase them because he's on the lead so he can't actually chase them. But I think he just wants to play with the pussy.
He doesn't want to actually doesn't want to eat the pussy. He doesn't doesn't want to like attack attack or anything. I don't I don't think he's got it in him.
He's he's really staring at me like that. He's really he just loves everybody. He loves dogs.
He loves pussy cats. He loves humains. So not so sure about birds.
And you know, small animals, because he's got that instinct in him. But I told him if he ever eats a bird, that'll be it. Between me and him.
He'll have to leave. He'll have to leave home. I won't.
I like I'm a bird lover. I am. I actually prefer birds to pretty much any other animals.
I love it. I love birds. Of course I love you more than anyone Vinnie.
Of course I do. Apart from all the birds in the world. So hey, how you doing? Really? I need to put you in a bedroom.
Do I? Do I need to put you in a bedroom just to keep you quiet? Do I? I shouldn't have to do that. Should I? Come on. Come on Vin Vin.
Give me a break, please. Just give me a little bit of a, oh please, please Vinnie. Just a little bit of space to, you know, just a little bit, please.
I had to put you on pause there for a few minutes because little Vinnie insisted on going to the toilet. So I took him downstairs. He refused to go on the carpet.
So I took him downstairs and I remember him looking up at me and saying, I'm not like you. I need to do it in the garden. I was like, okay, fair enough.
So I took him downstairs and as soon as I got there, he refused to go out. It's almost like he had some kind of suction on his bum. I couldn't move him.
He refused to move because it was raining. It was raining. It's like you need to go to the toilet, but it's raining.
I don't want to go out, but you need to go out. It's not about wanting to go. I mean, no one wants to go to the toilet necessarily.
It's not particularly something that we all like long for. Well, generally, you know, but he said, uh, no, I ain't doing it. I'm not going.
No going. So I knocked on my friend's door downstairs and said, you're right. He said he, so I went in there anyway for a couple of minutes and he decides to let his dog out as well.
So as soon as I let his, as soon as he let his dog out, Vinnie followed into the garden, into the rain and did about a nine second wee wee. And then the other dog came in because didn't want to be out in the rain either. Instead of coming in, Vinnie sat under a tree and refused to move.
I was standing inside the doorway, so I didn't get wet. And he just stared at me sitting underneath while sitting on a dry patch underneath a big tree because he wasn't getting wet. So he kind of didn't care, but he didn't want to get wet coming inside.
And I was, uh, anyway, he did in the end, he came in, well, he's here now. So, you know, that was quite an anticlimactic ending to that particular story, but there you go. So the latest, the latest, the latest is that, uh, I want to say thank you to Mary for your, um, for your PayPal gift.
Thank you very much. I really appreciate it. I did send you an email.
Hope you got it. I have continued by re what changing certain things. Uh, the, the websites are still up and running at the moment, but they will be running out in the next.
I'm just having a quick look. Well, they might've already run out. I think it's a 24th of July.
Cause it's the 22nd today, but I might, I might have it wrong. I'm using a different internet to what the one I'm getting rid of just to test it. It's very slow.
I can't believe how slow it is. He was working fine before. Now it's going really slow.
It's almost like it's trying to wind me up. Okay. Right.
So analytics, analytics. Oh, that's weird. That's a new land analytics get inside about why is it doing that? I've had analytics for the whole time.
And now it's not giving me analytics. Oh, it is now all six visitors. Oh, wow.
So yeah, it's not really going to make too much difference for the getting rid of the websites, because in all fairness, I don't get a huge amount of visitors. I don't. Oh, third of August.
So it's going to run out a third of August. So there's still another two weeks, two weeks to 22nd, two and a half weeks, one and a half weeks. Third, I don't know, let's have a look.
22nd 29th. And then 12345 days. So one week in five days, and then it will run out.
So there will be no jasonnewland.com for a while. I'm still keeping the domain name. So that will still be there.
It just won't be used at the moment. Yeah, that's it really. So that's all due to cancel.
Yeah, I called up yesterday to make sure the internet so I've got my friend's internet and my internet being cancelled. So I had I was sorting out his internet for him as well. So they're both going.
So that'll reduce 80 pound off the monthly payment. I would get rid of my phone, but it can't be without a phone, can we? You know, it's just like this. So that's like 27 pound a month.
And the other internet is about 26 pound a month, something like that. I tested using the phone, just the phone internet. And it just wasn't working so well with stuff.
Maybe. Maybe there's a way of doing it. I mean, the the ends for the things that I really need it for.
As far as uploading to upload the mp3s podcast episodes. The phone's fine. I can do that with a phone.
But it is a bit easier to do with the internet because just just a little bit easier with Wi Fi because then I can use my laptop with all the you know, iPad to do it with. But uploading videos, it's just not gonna happen. It's you know, long videos.
100 gigabytes, stuff like that is I'm not gonna be able to do that. So that's going to be off the table. Another thing I've noticed since I've turned off the although I've got access to still use the upper internet broadband until the fourth of August, but I've turned it off unplugged it because I want to I want to get used to using the other stuff to see if it works.
Okay. So far, it's not working so well. And I'm unable to watch YouTube videos on my television now, which I I'd say 50% if not more probably 70% of my television viewing is YouTube.
I don't really watch much in the way of normal television. Like live television, don't really watch much of that. Stream, maybe stream live boxing, but that's kind of the only thing really.
And then Netflix, maybe Amazon Prime, you know, at times it's, you know, so it's not Amazon Prime is a bit weird, though, because they put good movies next to maybe not so good movies. And they even put the wrong date. Like 2023 for a movie that was released in 1972.
So like what? I don't understand quite where they're where they're coming from with that. And it's just, you know, it's like, how am I supposed to know which, you know, which is a good thing, because with Netflix are generally of a certain quality. With Amazon, the ones that stuff that they don't make themselves is this very varied.
They have really good movies that have been at the box office. And I don't always know what's what. So not really sure where I'm going with this.
But basically, basically, I can't use YouTube on the television. And that is a little bit of a shock to the system, if I'm honest. Because I'm used to having it there.
I'm used to being able to watch it. Now I can watch YouTube on the laptop. I can watch YouTube on the phone.
But it's not the same. I'm even struggling to mirror the phone with the TV, which I was able to do last week, for some reason, it's not working. So I don't quite know what's going on.
But I will figure it out. Oh, yes. Oh, yes.
Oh, yes. And I'm sure if I really delve into it, I'll find a way to stream YouTube on the television, like before, using the broadband or the Wi Fi that I have now. Or the Wi Fi that I'm not getting rid of.
Because that's basically a mobile Wi Fi. It's like a little about the size of a credit card. Had it for over over a year now I reckon I've had it for Yeah.
In fact, yeah, because I took it when I visited my dad. I took it there with me. And that was the beginning of the year last year, about February time, maybe March.
So yeah, so I've had it for probably a year and a half, I guess maybe longer. And it seems to be doing the trick. It's generally okay.
But you usually don't rely on it, though. It's like an extra, you know, sort of like a top up. Good for downloading usually large files, but for some reason, since I started using more than one thing, it's, it's reduced its speed.
Because before I had the sky one, sky broadband for the television, but it wasn't much use from for much else, I could still use it for the internet and doing bits. But if I was doing more than one thing at the same time, I could use that and then, you know, use the other dongle for the stuff I need speed for. But now everything's running off of just one thing.
The speed is reduced. I checked the speed on the television and it was sort of 18 megabytes a second, when normally it's about like 5060. Which still isn't like super fast, but it's still a lot faster than what I get with the other one.
Tell me if this is boring. Tell me if I'm boring you because I'll stop. No, I won't.
Let's check YouTube. Now, YouTube, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with that now, I guess. Probably just maybe share the podcasts onto YouTube.
And just let people decide if they want to, if they want to listen. If they want to, you know, then it's up to them. It's going slow.
Why is it going so slow? Doesn't make sense to me. Does not make sense at all. Not at all.
I got 1015 subscribers now. Wow. So I don't know, maybe I will just upload.
I can't make videos anymore, because that's now finished the the the site I was using there is gone. It's not gone, but I've story blocks. But that's about 85 pound a month.
So I've got rid of that. But I was able to make pretty good videos. I mean, there is a chance I could potentially make videos using the Adobe Suite.
Potentially, I'll look into it. The only other way of doing it would be if I actually video myself live and talk into the video. Talking to the video.
You knew what I meant when I said that, didn't you? You don't talk in a video. I think you mean camera. Don't you mean camera? Yeah, I did mean camera.
Not. Yeah, video, video camera. But this is a little bit more comfortable, you know, make a podcast.
I'm doing it at a different desk today. And I'm using a different mic. And I'm just I'm using the phone in fact, to record this recording.
I don't normally do that. But he finished a little bit less hassling to me than when I do over there. I don't quite know why.
I guess he's used to me sitting at this desk. This is where I do the internet stuff. When I sit over there, he knows almost not to disturb me.
So he does. It's almost like he knows that I don't know how he knows but there's something different when I sit over there for an hour. Because I don't sit over there very often.
Like during the day, this is the main place I sit is here. I sit here I sit on a settee. So the other the other chair is that's the desk for the recording.
So other than that, I've been testing out some stuff. I'm still on chat GTP, check GTP. And I'm still with the my plan is the 20 pound a month for $20 a month.
At which works out about 24 pound. 24 $20 should be less than 24 pound. But I think what it is, is this? Is it about 20 pound because $24? It's why is it $24? $24? It says $20 within few details are taxes $4 or $24.
But it's going to be cancelled on the 26th of July, which is four more days. I can still use the chat GTP. But it just won't, I won't have access to the, there's stuff you can do as a as a plus user.
And it says actually says here, our most capable model great for tasks that require creativity and advanced rezoning available exclusively to plus users. I'll be honest with you, I might have to keep it. Because it's 20 pound a month, five pound a week, five, 10.
I do use it, but part of it is part of my education, you know, because I'm also really interested in this new technology. Now a lot of it is out of my financial ability, because they do charge for some of the stuff. But also some of the stuff is like runway and other when it likes about images and creating videos and images and it's not really my thing.
Necessarily, I mean, text to image, I find interesting. I do find the, you know, making videos interesting, but just from a an interesting perspective rather than a passion for making videos. Because I'm not really that bothered about that.
I'd rather watch a video than make a video. I could rather eat a cake than make a cake. You know, some people are passionate about making cakes.
And I'm so grateful for those because that means we have cakes to eat. You know, generally, but I'm not, I'm not, I mean, trusted in how this stuff works. But I guess I'm more interested in from an educational perspective for myself.
And I'll give you an example. I mean, um, right, chat GPT has plugins. So let's have a look.
Why is it not plugin store. So there's a plugin store and there are a lot of plugins there are there's 92 pages of plugins. And each page has 12345624688 plugins on each one, apart from the last one, which has 123456.
So 92. So 91 times by eight. And then six, so whatever that is.
I don't know what a lot of the plugins do. Some of them, some of them are quite self explanatory, but I'm not sure how well they work. And really, the only way to find out is by testing them, I guess.
So you got one called YouTube summary. So you install it. And then you I think you can use up to three plugins with each search on chat GTP.
So what you do need, you need to use chat GPT used to be I had a plugin with being got together with being so you could search the internet. Which changed everything because the whole program was built from the internet, you know, from the sourced from information from the internet. But the cutoff point was September 2021.
So anything that happened after that, so for example, if you said, who is the Prime Minister of the UK, they would say, I guess, Boris Johnson, whoever was then the Prime Minister, they wouldn't say who it is now. So it's very, you know, they wouldn't give any live up to date stuff. You couldn't search websites or anything.
And then Bing came along. Well, not being but they kind of not so much partnered but being came out with their own version. Well, they basically, they incorporated chat GPT into being into their search engine.
So you could search and do stuff there. So I think they just like did the same thing. So chat GPT incorporate being into their thing.
And it really changed things. It made everything a lot better, a lot quicker, a lot more up to date. But there was something went wrong.
That somebody somewhere wasn't happy with, you know, at the top of the tree. And they took it off. They took being off there.
However, being is still working. They're still using chat GPT on their search engine. So I'm not quite sure how that's how that's all going ahead.
So we could no longer use the internet search of things. Well, that's now been changed. Because there is a Oh, blimey.
You can search. You can search the internet using web pilots. It's a pretty kind of does this is not so much it doesn't do the same as being since I don't think it's so much a search engine.
But you can when that kind of is you can search WordPage, WordPage, you can search websites and stuff like that. So it's different. I'm not quite sure how that works.
There's another one called scholar AI, which I've got, I've downloaded, unleash scientific research, search 40 million plus peer reviewed papers, explore scientific PhDs and save to reference. It's, it's just phenomenal, really. Another one I've got is ask your PDF.
Like a PDF is like a book file, similar to what you would get on a digital book reader thing, except they use the Amazon Kindle uses a different file, but you can convert a PDF into that file. But yeah, anyway, PDFs have been around for a long time, long, long time. And you can you basically save Word documents into a PDF file, and then just send the PDF file and it's a very small files.
Even a 280 page book would be a really small file. So yeah, I'm just just on a quick look. Okay.
So at the moment, I have asked your PDF, scholar AI, and web pilot. Yeah, three out of three enabled. I've got I was downloaded plugins down, but these are the only ones I've got.
So what I can do is I wanted to search through my like a PDF file, which I've got, I don't know how many books, but I've got quite a few books on PDF, you know, so proper book books that I've either downloaded for free off the internet, or paid for, you know, over the years. And let's have a look got trying to find one. Okay.
This says a lot of them aren't not books either. Some of them are sourcebook. I wonder if this is maximum influence Morton.
Okay. So if I click on that one, so I'm going to do is click on it. Right, sorry, I'm just talking to myself.
Here got hiccups as well now. So I searched saying, Oh, please check out this file. And you know, I gave the name of the file, the address of the file on my computer, and it wouldn't do it.
So if I say yeah, it won't do it because it has and I said, Well, how can I do it? Then they said, Well, you need to add it into your Google Drive or something like that. So what I did is, I didn't even know I had a Google Drive, but I do. So added, pretty much all of my PDF books into my Google Drive.
And this how many there are, how many are there? A huge amount, to be honest, there's a few, a few, how many? 70, 80, 90, 100, 100, 166 books, but this is a few, there's quite a few copies on there. So I'm probably looking about 100, I reckon. And still a few more to upload.
But what I can do now now that they're all uploaded to their each book has a link. So I can just go to the book I want to do. So I've got Ted James BBB BBB, okay, deep trance phenomena.
So if I just click on there, and I get the I know it's just yeah, highlight that one, I can get the link. So copy the link. And I can just type into chat GPT, chat GPT.
Please, I always put I always put please when I talk to the eyes, in case they do become sentient. So they remember that I'm nice, and friendly. And so please, can you plus they're learning from us.
They're learning how to speak and they're learning how to communicate from humans. Unfortunately, a lot of their learning is coming from Twitter. A lot of the horrible things that people talk about on Twitter and all that stuff.
So it's good to even it out by being friendly to it. So please, thank you all that stuff. You know, the way that it really makes a difference in society, doesn't it? You know, someone opens a door for you and they and they let you in and don't let you in.
But you know, you walk into a shop and they hold the door open for you. You say thank you if you don't say thank you. It's the other person will shout.
Don't worry about it's fine. I enjoy opening the door for people. But you know, normally you would say thank you wouldn't you or nod your head or topple your cap or maybe maybe chuck chuck a few slices of bread at them.
I don't know whatever your tradition is. Please can can you search PDF file and search list 10 relaxation 10 hypnosis hypnosis techniques techniques. So what I'll do is now techniques technique.
I've noticed that they're not that bothered about spelling mistakes either. And I want to post the drive.google.com HTTPS. So the address for that particular book.
And now I'm just waiting. So it's going to search the PDF file using ask your PDF. So it's doing that now.
It's not like super, super quick. But it's still a heck of a lot quicker than if I was going to do that. Whoa.
Okay, right, the PDF file I'm providing is a scanned document, which is not supported by the current tool I'm using. Okay, I'll find a different one, then I'll find a different book. That's interesting.
There's no way of knowing that. So let me find a different book. The big book February principles practices of practices of hypnotherapy.
So if I copy that link, so I do exactly the same thing, but just put the link of a different book in and type in the same stuff as I did before, please can you write, let's see if you can do it for this one. I have tested this with other PDF. So and all our PDF seem to have been fine.
It did say, however, you may be able to use an optical character recognition, OCR tool to convert the scan document into a text document. Blimey, I didn't know that was available. I might might look into that.
Because I was thinking of scanning all my books, all the hypnosis books, and uploading them as PDF files. Wow, it's doing it based on the information extracted from the PDF here. Here are some hypnosis techniques mentioned.
How cool is that? So this is from a book, I don't know how many pages the books got. Let me have a look, which was it called principles and practice of hypnotherapy. So there are I don't know how many I was not working because Oh, okay, he's working.
Wow, it's a big book. Seems to be quite a big book. Open with Google Docs.
Well, I'll do that. So that might make it be easier to read it. Because I think the problem is, I'm using it elsewhere.
So maybe that's why it's not opening properly. The principles and practices of hypnotis. Hypnotis.
There's a wow, it's in Google Docs, so I can actually change change it if I want. It's saying how many pages there are. 133 pages.
Okay. So even though 133 pages isn't like a big, it's not a big amount of it's not a lot of pages, it really it's not a big book. How long would it take for you to find this I'll find 10 hypnosis techniques in that book.
133 pages. Now I've done it in a minute or two minutes. I've got them listed here.
10 listed. It would take a heck of a lot longer than that, wouldn't it? And this is just basically it's scanned the PDF file, it scanned the book and looked for what I've asked for. Now if I ask for please, I don't always put please if I'm honest, please list pain relief, chronic, chronic pain, hypnosis mentioned.
So this is a bit I might not have worded that very well. Please list chronic pain hypnosis mentioned. I mean, perhaps I should have used Oh, no, it's fine.
The PDF mentions the use of hypnosis for dealing with physical discomfort, including chronic pain. Here are the relevant excerpts. So there's 1234.
There's four, four excerpts. And it's, it's quite a lot of information there. Hypnosis can help subjects deal with pain and speeding up the healing processes.
This includes stimulating the body's own self correcting mechanisms, using the amazing pharmacy of the body and the hormonal products that have a profound effect on the overall feeling of well being. And, and it's just all about other stuff. So what else could I ask? Is is NLP mentioned? So I guess if I'm searching for a specific person, let's say all I want to know if it's got, you know, a description of a certain technique.
So if I want to scan through each book, it's, yeah, so to see, the term of NLP does not appear to be mentioned in a document. It primarily focuses on various techniques and principles of hypnotherapy. Does it give the history, history of hypnosis? They don't even need to put a question marker anything like that.
It just knows it's a question. I suppose the fact that it's a chat thing, then the document provides a brief history of hypnosis mentoring, mentioning key figures and developments over time. Here's the main points.
Ancient practices, Franz Mesmer, James Braid, James Ozdell, Freud and Brewer, World Wars, modern developments. Please note this is this is a brief summary and the history of hypnosis is much more complex and nuanced. I do know.
Okay, does it mention Milton? I'm just going to put his first name, see whether or not that will come up. So I'm referring to Milton Erickson. He's one of the, yes, the document does note, does mention Milton H. Erickson.
So I didn't even say his full name, just Milton, a significant figure in the history of hypnosis. Here is the relevant excerpt. Wow.
Who's the other bloke? What's his name? Oh, what's his name? What's his name? What's his name? What's my name? What's my name? Hypnotherapy, Dave Ellman. Is Dave Ellman mentioned? Is Dave Ellman mentioned? Okay, that's another hypnotherapist or hypnotist. Very big.
He used to train surgeons and doctors. Yes, Dave Ellman is indeed mentioned in the document. Here are the relevant excerpts.
A significant contributor was made to hypnotherapy by Dave Ellman. His father had been, okay, yeah. He later worked as a stage hypnotist himself and developed his rapid induction techniques.
Later, he still became a teacher of hypnosis. Later still he became, he had no formal qualifications, yet he became the most well-known teacher of hypnosis in the USA. So he taught doctors and surgeons and dentists and things like that.
What other question could I ask? Please list references, research papers, relevant research papers. Would that be? Yeah, relevant research papers and a link to them to download free. Wow, I don't know if that's gonna, please list relevant research papers and a link to them, a link to them to download free.
Now it's using Scholar AI. Here is a relevant research paper. What it's doing is saying it's finding stuff on hypnosis now, but not necessarily in connection with the PDF file.
So Waking Hypnosis as a Psychotherapeutic Technique by W. D. Phillips. This paper discusses the practice of hypnosis for therapeutic purposes, specifically focused on waking hypnosis. It also mentions the work of Dave Ellman.
Ah, so there is that crossover isn't it? Explaining, explains that in waking hypnosis, the critical faculty, the client's sense of everyday judgment is immediately suspended and selected or and selective or new thinking subsequently established. Please note that the availability of the full text for free may vary. If you're interested, I can search for more papers, more research papers on this subject.
So if I say yes, please. And in the meantime, I'm going to click on that link to see what comes up. So it is in fact a PDF.
And it is also the full paper with references. It's a research, but it's got the whole thing. So basically introduction, abstract introduction.
And then the final, I forget what they call the final bit that was case that then the case study and implications, acknowledgements. So yeah, basically tell you everything and then references at the end. So that's 13 pages.
And I can download it for free. Download it, click download. It's done, did it done, done, done, done.
In fact, I bet. Oh, okay, I need to copy the name of it. Otherwise, it'll download is just a bunch of numbers, which isn't so good.
That's done. So I'll get rid of that. I'm sorry, but this is no additional research papers available for free.
This specifically discusses hypnosis techniques, including the works of Dave Ellman and Milton Erickson. The availability of research papers can vary and not all papers are freely accessible. If okay, so I wasn't.
They're looking for papers that talk about Dave Ellman and Milton Erickson. Please find papers. Papers that just mentioned Dave Ellman.
So I'm not sure if it will do that. And I mentioned a lot of like up to date. Wow, straight away another one does.
And then in that case, there will be loads that mentioned Milton Erickson. I thought this too came up, but there'll be you can search for more as well. So I found to hypnosis, I won't read out the reason the titles, because just they're not nice titles, you know, I mean, they're like medical things.
The waking hypnosis as a psychotherapeutic technique. So let's click on this one. And this is sleep hypnosis.org. So this isn't a this is not a as far as I'm aware, it's it's not.
Oh, what's it doing? Oh, I press print. I didn't mean to press print. I don't want to print.
No, I really don't want to print. Sorry. Can we please stop that? Please, please, please, please, please.
I don't want to print. It's trying to print out or stop it. How do I stop it from printing? I could.
Right, download. Cool. So from the looks of this.
Sleep and hypnosis. Efficacy of modafinil for dissociative identities. Wow.
Blimey. This sounds like a very technical website. It's quite cool.
So I mean, maybe. Well, what I'll do is I will collect more and more research papers. I'll have the research papers in a different file on my Google Drive to the books.
So then I can search because you can search more than more than one PDF at the same time, which is a lot easier if they're only like a few pages long rather than hundreds of pages. So so this is looks like it's all the same. Oh, no.
Oh, this one's from journals.sagepub.com. And hypnosis in a certain care discussion paper. Introduction case reports, four pages long. And from 1985.
Journal of Royal of the Royal Society of Medicine, volume 78. Blimey. So this to me, it's very interesting.
Because it's was because was quite an old paper, but it's just, you know, just wonder what else it could lead to. So I can download that as well. Wow.
Brilliant. So that's downloadable. So what I might do is I'll come out of that.
Come at it. Come at that one as well. And maybe say yes, let's say yes, please.
Yes, please. Search for 10 more. The search for 10 more papers using scholar AI.
So this is now it's still using our services have no additional research papers available for free. Okay. Search for Milton.
So even though I said search for Milton, you might think, well, how's he going to know what I mean? It seems to know that it's like it's a continuation of the conversation. So it knows automatically that I'm asking now for a version for exactly the same thing, but for Milton Erickson instead of Dave Ellman. But I didn't put in Milton Erickson, I was putting Milton.
I just, and this is actually looking, it's given me four. Here are four more research papers that mentioned mentioned Milton Erickson. Editorial Boston.
Yeah. Okay. Right.
So that's something quite recent. Milton Erickson's degree, the tapio and now conventional, not sick. So I don't know what that is.
Oh, this article places Milton Erickson's work in the scenario of transition of scientific paradigms, especially in clinical psychology. But why is it got a different language in the title, but an English description. Unless it is in English.
It's not in English at all. Oh, it's both in English. And no, it's not.
No, it's not. I don't want to do that. Why do we even have any English part of it? So strange.
So they've got a resume. Oh, and then they've got actually the abstract and the abstract is in English. But the idea.
Hypnosis. Okay, drunk. So I can't read some of this.
I just don't because some of it's not nice. It's hard to explain. But some of the titles are a bit a bit.
So 10 more, please. 10 more, please. So it's going to search for 10 more using Scholar AI.
I wonder what else I could search for. Here are four more scientific research papers that mentioned Milton Erickson. One.
Oh, it's definitely he's reached other countries. It's a lot of I don't know what language it is. I mean, this this one is got no idea what it is.
Which is a shame. It's good for those obviously, because they get to read it. But it might be worth looking because you never know it might actually be in English.
But I doubt it if it's got that much. No, it's not. Oh, yeah, it is.
It's both. It's, it's both. Wow.
I've never seen that before. So I've seen both. It's not the first time I used to have I used to have I still do have teachings of the Buddha.
Right in front of me on that bookcase, I can see it. And it's in Chinese and English. So by each page, you got one side is Chinese, one side's English.
And yes, I have seen this before kind of, but this this isn't Chinese. This is if it says what it is. Russian.
Oh, cool. So Parliament of publication, federal state budget academic institution of further professional education, Russian Medical Academy of continuous professional education of the Russian Federal Asian Health Ministry. Fundamental edition of Congress proceedings of all Russian professional psychotherapeutic league, and self regulating national organization.
Cool. So this is an internet scientific practical journal. 488 pages, blimey.
So I wonder, I wonder, I wonder, I wonder what it's I mean, there's a huge amount here. Huge amount. So it's basically in English, then it's in German.
And it's like, wow. I would never have come over this. Not even by accident.
Unless you know, I don't search the internet, I wouldn't, I don't think I'll just come across that. That's phenomenal. What's the name of it? And an anthology of Russian psychotherapy and psychology.
That's the name of it. So it's not just about Milton Erickson, it's just the name of the he's just mentioned within it. So if I do that, and follow, why is it done that I want it to copy all of it.
Not just the word anthology. That's not enough. I want the whole thing copied.
Okay, nope. I don't mind. So if I move that, if I add new file upload, if I go to downloads, downloads anthology.
It's gonna take a while to upload that. Not long really, though, it's done. So I wonder how long, how big the file is.
Now I don't want to open it. No, I don't. I'll just close, just close Google.
No, I don't want to close it. I didn't want to close it. How do I get into Google? Google Files.
I have to open up Google, don't I? Google, Google, Google, Google Drive. Okay, we go. Come on.
So hypnosis PDF. So that's it. Oh, blimey, it must be the last one I did, then must be right at the bottom.
24. Oh, house anthology. So, so I copied a link there.
I'm going to open up a new page. List 10 relaxation techniques. Technique course.
Plugins. Okay, techniques. Right, let's have a look.
See what happens. See what happens. So this is from using you ask your PDF.
So let's have a look. I realize I could have done this without talking to you while I do it. But I just like your company.
I value you. You see, I value your time. Well, obviously not because I'm wasting your time on it.
But it's nice to be with someone, you know, it's nice to spend time with you and I can share with you what I do. It's not the most exciting way to spend the afternoon on Saturday, but it's kind of exciting to me. squeaky chair.
I'm beginning to wonder if it's my bum. Because every chair squeaks. Everywhere I go the chair squeaks.
Oh, I'm sorry, but it seems there's been an issue accessing a PDF file from the provided Google driving link. This could be due to the file sharing settings or other restrictions. Because you make sure the file is publicly accessible.
Okay, let's have a look. Is it publicly accessible? Right, so look. Manage access.
Load in anyone with a link. Viewer. If I put editor, so maybe that'll make it easier.
How about now? How about now? So I've changed it a bit to see if that'll work. I'll change it so you can edit it. I don't want to edit it.
But, you know, it should be available publicly. It should be fine. Should be.
Again, it takes a while. It's not this isn't instant. But I don't mind.
Because, you know, with Google, everything's pretty instant on Google. But you've got to sift through so much stuff. Finny, what are you doing? Okay, he's destroying something.
As an alternative, you could download a PDF and upload it manually to ask your PDF. All right, okay, we'll do that. I can do that.
Ask your PDF. See if this will work. So that's just another way of doing it.
So I'll do that. So that's going to upload it to ask your P. It might be because of the size of it is so big. So it's now uploading it to ask your pdf.com. And now on and upload failed.
Or didn't tell me why. upload failed. Why? upload failed.
Upload failed number of pages exceeds your 300 limit. Ah, okay. Fair enough.
Fair enough. Didn't say that. Okay, that's okay.
