Hello and welcome to let me bore you to sleep. My name is Jason Newland. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes.

I would sell to you my website but it's a bit rubbish at the moment. I changed the theme of it which has gone weird. I changed the theme which has left it almost bare.

I'm not really sure what I did. Let me see if I put in the name Jason. Oh, that's weird.

What is it? Jason Newland. That's fraudulentslip.com. Regularly update is a bit of experience. Remind me later.

What you want, look, basically, all the pages are still there with the different podcasts but the actual front page itself is just rubbish. It's got stuff for sale that isn't for sale that doesn't exist. Example product title in 1999.

Another example example product title of a shoe 1999 then one of a watch then one of a baseball no American football or rugby ball because they're similar balls aren't they? I mean a ball is round isn't it but you know I mean. So I need to work on that so probably don't bother visiting that anytime soon. I need to sort it out in it.

I didn't make a recording yesterday not even one not even one. Two reasons in the evening boxing was on from seven o'clock till well till midnight or 11 30 and I went to bed straight away after the boxing. During the day I was in a pretty I wasn't in a very good mood if I'm honest.

Just had one of those days where I was just a bit bit of a grump bit of a grump. I've been a bit of a grump today. I've I've got better but yesterday I had to just kept going back to bed just in the hope that it would wear it off.

It's strange just have days like that. I mean by the evening I probably could have made some recordings but you know I can't do that and watch boxing at the same time. I know it's very very selfish of me but when boxing's on I like to watch it.

It's my hobby I guess. Watching boxing is it is it's my hobby and I enjoy it. So to say thank you to Mary for your PayPal gift.

I really appreciate it. Very very kind of you all. Thank you all and before I go any further let's do the gratitude journal.

My gratitude journal. If you want you can play along with this. So it's Sunday the 29th of January 2023.

So the three things I'm grateful for. I this is going to be a bit random but I'm going to put my I don't know what the right word is because I'm sitting on a toilet. It's not going to be it.

I'm not going to put down doing a poo. It's not going to be in my gratitude journal. Although I remember when I was constipated last year or was it the year before.

Going for a poo would have been when I had a poo. I would have put that down. That would have been all three for about a week.

Honestly I was so happy to finally squeeze one out. I know we joke about bodily functions. I do.

Perhaps I shouldn't but I'm going to continue. But constipation was awful and without getting heavy and stuff it happened just after Andre departed. And I think my body kind of had a reaction if you know what I mean.

I suppose the grief or whatever just affected me. My stress levels or I don't know. But it was awful.

And yeah it wasn't good. Anyway let's not talk about my hairy hold on. Let's not talk about those things.

So there's bats up there you know. I couldn't believe it. So that's what the doctor said.

I there's a feeling I had earlier which was and it was it was a grateful feeling for having this thing. And I know I can't well I suppose I can. It's my gratitude journal.

I can put down what I want. I don't want to keep putting down my podcasts. It seems to me a little bit of a like an ego thing there.

But maybe there is. But for me it's not really about an old podcast ago. You know it's going well and anything like that.

It's just for me it's more that I've got something meaningful in my life for me. That's what I mean by that. And to be fair it wasn't even about the podcast.

I was thinking about YouTube and about making some more videos. And I was feeling very positive about doing that. Because I haven't made any for about two days.

I couldn't be bothered. Partly because I did one. I spent a while doing it and it just wouldn't work.

So I kind of got a bit annoyed with it. But when I was on the toilet I started thinking about making because I've got lots of YouTube videos still to do from past recordings. So basically what I'm doing is I'm converting them into YouTube videos.

But they're not just static pictures. They're actually moving images and nice graphics. So you know they're good videos.

Well as good as I'm able to do at this moment. So I just started looking forward to doing more. Because you know I'm ahead by a few days.

I'm up to I think the 4th of February or something like that. I know it's not that far ahead now because we've only got two more days left of the month after today. But I was like oh yeah I'm feeling a little bit like even when I talk about it now I'm getting this nice light relaxing feel good feeling.

Feel good feeling? Good feeling I could have just said couldn't I really. I feel good feeling of feeling good when I feel good. Yeah okay.

So I just thought oh okay. Okay okay okay okay okay okay. And yeah so I'm going to put YouTube.

YouTube videos. And I'll put making. So I'll put that in graphic in graphics in curly things.

So yeah so that's the first thing. So making YouTube videos. I've also been because of my website being a bit just really rubbish really.

It's not rubbish because if you go there you've the menu and you've got latest recordings. So all the latest stuff is there. You've also got let me bore you to sleep podcast.

So if you want to just go to individual podcasts that's there. Deep sleep whisper hypnosis that's there. Relax and sleep hypnosis dailies there.

Sleepy boring objects. Bedtime story time. Stop smoking podcast.

Stress and pain relief. And there's a contact form so you can contact me on there. And there's the link for the PayPal gift.

And there's a home. So everything is kind of on there. It's just the actual page itself.

You just check it out. It's really silly. I mean I might as well just have a picture of a a cat farting because that just be at least it'd be interesting.

So I need to sort it out. I'm just not sure what I'm going to do with the website. There's a part of me thinking hmm shall I make some new recordings that are only available on the website.

And maybe even in the future sell them. Money grabber. You money grabber.

Yeah I know. I know. Well I've got to do something to keep up the expenses of living in this palace.

My private jet doesn't doesn't run on water. You know I have fuel. It's expensive.

I couldn't even afford to buy. I was going to say. What could I afford to buy from a jet.

Probably a glass or a plate. Yeah probably a plate. But it depends on how much the plates are.

Technically it's not from a jet is it. But it might be on the jet. To serve food on.

Well you know what plates are for. Okay. So YouTube videos is the first thing that I am going to put down on my gratitude journal.

What I thought about doing is next year because that's a long time away. At the moment we're only not even through to the next. We're not through the first month yet.

But you know what. When people moan about the weather. I like to moan about the weather.

I'm English. It is my heritage. It's in my DNA to either talk about the weather or complain about the weather.

Now it might be the same where you live. But it's 100 percent in my DNA. It's.

Oh no. There's nothing I can do about it. That's more in my DNA than the genetics I've got from my dad.

Seriously. It's more. Even though I look probably like my dad and everything like that.

And my dad's got. My dad's. I'd realized a few years ago.

My dad's got a nice voice. It's got very calm. It's very well spoken.

Not like posh or anything like that. Because he's from London. He's from North London.

And I was born in North London. But I didn't. I only lived there for two years of my life.

And then. Then I moved to Newcastle. So my first real accent was Newcastle.

Because I was there till the age of about five. I was there for at least two or three years. So.

I had a proper. Geordie accent. So I was an official Geordie.

Even though I wasn't born there. But that was my first accent. And then I moved to Southend.

Which is in Essex. So south east of the country. It's not far from London really.

And. I think I still had. A Newcastle accent.

Even then. Because it's a very strong accent. I knew people.

I have met people that haven't lived in. Let's say Glasgow for example. They've not lived there since they were 10.

And they're now 50 or 60 or whatever. And they've still got a strong Glasgow accent. I went to school with someone who was from.

I think it was from Edinburgh. And no. He was from Scotland somewhere.

But I think his dad was from Edinburgh. And his mum was from Glasgow. So his mum had a really strong accent.

His dad. Although it was Scottish. To me it didn't sound Scottish.

Because compared to his mum. He didn't sound Scottish. He sounded quite.

I don't. Obviously he was very softly spoken. And.

Not that she wasn't. The thing is right. I will never ever say anything bad about his parents.

Because they put up a lot of stuff for me. And they were lovely to me. It's weird.

I've got. I actually. I have a huge amount of time.

I haven't seen them for a long long many many many many years. But they were always good to me. Even when I moved out and into my chip shop in the flat upstairs when I was 16.

They gave me stuff. They gave me like cutlery plates things like that. I think the ironing board.

My nan gave me some stuff as well. But you know as far as. Outside of the family.

They were the only people. I was. How lovely is that.

I actually visited my friend. Who I hadn't seen for years. In 1996.

I hadn't seen him since probably. 92. And I feel maybe 91.

And he wanted to go. I've moved to London already by then. He wants to go traveling in Europe.

And he wanted me to go with him. And because I'd only just started doing a comedy and I've moved to London and. You know I didn't want to give up my dream.

So I didn't go. But he did go. And he was in last time I heard he was in France.

Married or in a relationship. He was happy. And I hope he still is.

But on the off chance I just in 96 I went to his house with my new girlfriend because we were just visiting my parents or my dad and. His mum answered the door. And she said well no one's here.

Just her. And she invited me in. Had a cup of tea.

And she was still really friendly. I mean she could have said that night. Well he's not here.

Bye bye. But she didn't invite me in. Asked me how I was.

Really really friendly. You know lovely lovely person. And.

Yeah so. I'm feeling grateful towards. My friend's parents.

That's my gratitude there. Neil's parents. I'll put a little thing so I know what I'm talking about.

So yeah his dad had a very different kind of accent. But they but my friend he was Scottish but he was kind of mixed almost as. He didn't have like a really strong accent.

But sometimes it was stronger than others. And I think what people do when they move to England from I don't know Ireland or Scotland or Wales or up north or something is. They if they want to be understood.

If they get fed up with people saying what was that. Sorry can you repeat yourself. They slow down.

They slow down how they speak. And I found people did that with me in Ireland. Andre the original Andre.

Did that when he was because he was Irish and he when he moved to London. He had to slow down the way he spoke because. It just speak really quickly over there.

And the same as you know. Apparently this you wouldn't believe this. Apparently when I was about six seven.

I spoke at lightning speed. With a very strong accent where people couldn't understand what I was saying. Now I'm probably not the quickest talker you've ever heard.

And this is my normal talking speed. Unless if I'm excited about something. Then I might blur out you know.

Stuff quicker. But I don't get it. And I kind of.

I envy. Like Vinnie. And Andre.

And like animals that are so excited. Stuff that I can't even imagine why I would be excited. Like a. A blade of grass.

Holds so much interest to Vinnie. There was a lamppost that Andre absolutely adored. And he'd rub himself against it.

And it wasn't. He said. Oh yes.

He's rubbing himself against. Dog wee wee. Which could be true.

But. Not that the lamppost was made of dog urine. I mean it was a lamppost.

Dogs tend to do wee wees against them. I mean that'd be weird. Imagine if they could make stuff out of dog urine.

I mean there's endless supply isn't there. So. This lamppost.

Because it's in the country. It wasn't a lamppost like with a light. I don't think.

It was more for electric cables and stuff like that. I think. I might look up once.

One day and just have a look. I wasn't that interested until now. But there was this.

It was wood. And it was old. Been there for a long long long long time.

Maybe as long as I've been alive. I don't know. And.

They. There was this like sticky tar like liquid coming out of it. Almost like comes out of a tree.

But I didn't understand it because this thing was. Well. It was.

Of course it used to be a tree. But it's no longer a tree. So surely it wouldn't be producing sticky stuff.

But then I don't know. I don't know what the rules are about producing sticky stuff. I don't know.

But. The. I'll talk about sticky stuff.

I cut. I know I still have one more gratitude thing to do. The only reason I know is because I've got it in my in front of me on the desk waving at me.

JJ. You've forgotten me. And I haven't forgotten you.

I'll come. Come over to you in a minute. I. I took Phinney out for a walk in the.

Field. I think it was yesterday actually. And he was rubbing himself in.

Kind of like in the dirt or whatever. He was rubbing himself in the ground. Proper like he was trying to.

I don't know what he was trying to do. And I asked my friend. And he said.

Well. I can't remember what my friend said. What did he say.

He's. Yeah. He's just trying to get the smell on him or maybe he's got his own scent that he's trying to share.

So I decided. Because my friend said what was it he was rubbing yourself in. I said I don't know.

That's it. This is the proper story. As I said to my friend.

I don't need to go over that again do I. I mean I said hello to him first. I didn't just like blurt. Knock on his door and blurt out.

Phinney's been rubbing himself over things. I guess that might. I don't know.

Come across weird. But he does. He literally.

He starts with his shoulder and tries to get his back and just literally rolling around. But there's nothing that I can visibly see. I mean if it was a big.

Horse poo. Then I'd be like. OK.

This is grim. But a cow pat or something like that. OK.

You can see that. Or if it's a monopoly board or something like that. OK.

He's into monopoly. But there was nothing like that. So I decided the next time that I take him into the field.

Because he only does it in the field. He doesn't do it anywhere else that I know of. I next time I'm going to have a look to see what it is he's rubbing himself in.

Well sure enough. When I took him into the field today. Because yesterday it was it rain in the previous day.

And it was kind of muddy. And at the moment it's. It's not warm outside.

And it should never be warm at the end of January outside really. But it's very mild. I think.

Especially compared to last week when it was freezing cold. So it's. It's got very very mild.

But still chilly. You know. You wouldn't walk around in your bathing suit.

Or generally you wouldn't walk around a field in your bathing suit would you. There's nowhere to bathe to start with. And why do they call it a bathing suit.

You don't go to a swimming pool to have a bath do you. It's a swimming. Swimming.

Say swimming one more time. Swimming. So I thought I know what I'll do.

I'll check out what he's up to. See what he's doing. And then we can go from there.

Then I forgot all about it. You know other stuff happened. Boxing was on.

It was a very exciting fight last night. It was Anthony Yard challenging Pterbiab. Pterbiab.

Something like that. Into. Through his three world titles.

So he holds three of the four light heavyweight world titles. So if I look in light heavyweight. Heavyweight champions.

Now there was three heavyweight champions. Light heavyweight champions rather. Sorry.

There was three. Now two of them thought. Thought.

Thought. So at the moment. What? Title inaugurated.

WBA. OK. OK.

OK. OK. OK.

Right. So the two people that were basically the three people was Joe Smith who held the WBO. Artur Pterbiab who held the IBF.

And the WBC. Yes. So basically I think Artur Pterbiab fought Alexandra to win the two world titles.

And then he fought Joe Smith Jr. to fight to win the WBO. Which just leaves two world champions. One that has three belts.

One that has one. Dmitry Bivol has the WBA title. Well.

Well. Well. Well.

Well. Let me tell you. I wonder why he hasn't got the super champion.

That doesn't make sense. Why has he not got the super champion? Because he is super. Maybe he has.

OK. Anyway. So a lot of people in boxing or outside of boxing rather.

And I classify myself as in boxing as far as being a really big fan of boxing. But a lot of people might not know who Artur Pterbiab is. Pterbiab.

And he's had 19 fights now. And he's knocked out every single opponent. Now I won't tell you the results of yesterday's fight.

Just in case you haven't seen it yet. But it was his 19th fight. And so the Dmitry Bivol is actually I'd say more famous in the boxing world for the simple fact that last year he beat two undefeated American stars.

Well one star. A Mexican star as well. Well actually two.

Two Mexican stars. But they're two big stars in America and the boxing world. One being the biggest Canelo Alvarez.

So he beat him on points in May. And then he beat Gilberto Ramirez. And oh he has got the super light heavyweight title WBA super.

Okay. I was going to say why would he not have the super? I mean he's undefeated. He also beat Joe Smith Jr. a few years back as well.

And defended his title. He won the title in 2017. So he's had it since June 2017.

18, 19, 20, 21, 22. So that's five and a half years he's held that title. Which is pretty phenomenal isn't it really? And the the last two people he thought fought.

Well okay one wasn't unbeaten Alvarez. He's not unbeaten but he'd only had one loss on his on his career. No he didn't.

Oh yeah he's got now got two. Yeah but he did before that he only had one loss out of 58. 62 fights.

He's had two draws as well. But he's got two losses by decision. One was Mayweather a long time ago.

2013. And then Dimitri Bivol. So Gilberto Ramirez.

What do they call him? He's got a nickname hasn't he? Zerdo. Okay. He's been a world champion at Mexico.

He was the first boxer from Mexico to win a major world title in that class right. Super middleweight. Okay so how many if middleweight how many titles has he had? I don't know.

I didn't really know who he was to be honest. So he won he won the WBO super middleweight title. So he's already had WBO title before.

He retained it quite a few times and for some reason he didn't keep it. I wonder why? And he must have just given it up or something. But yeah anyway he's unbeaten in 45 fights.

It had 44 wins. 30 by knockout and Dimitri Bivol beat him in November 2022. So yeah he's so he was kind of a superstar as well.

Why did he get rid of this? Oh he moved to light heavyweight that's why. Yeah so he moved from super middleweight to light heavyweight. That's why.

So he didn't get stripped or anything like that. So he's one two three four five. Yeah so why am I telling you this? Because it's interesting.

So that was that was a lot of fun watching the fight last night because it really it was one of the most exciting fights I've seen for a long time. So I'm going to put that as my exciting boxing and if I put in Yard Bertie BF. That's my third thing that I'm grateful for.

Because it was just really fun to watch and the thing is I was very tired yesterday. I just had one of those days when I was tired. I was grumpy old man.

Grumpy old man I was and I was tired and I just I think sometimes when I'm tired the best thing to do is to actually do something. And there are occasions when I just can't be bothered to do anything and I make a recording and I feel almost rejuvenated by it. I feel you know I might make maybe make a hypnosis recording and just like oh oh I've got a bit of energy now which is strange but then when you think about it it's not really that strange because when I make a relaxing hypnosis session I'm relaxing myself.

I do exactly what I'm talking about doing. So if I'm talking about relaxing your left shoulder I'm relaxing my knee. No I'm not.

I'm relaxing my left shoulder. If I'm talking about imagining the stress leaving your body in a hot air balloon that's what I'm imagining. So I'm going through it as it happens.

I'm almost I guess sharing the experience. It also means that sometimes I fall asleep and in my last deep sleep whisper recording a couple of days ago I had to edit out the snoring because I did fall asleep while I was doing it and then I didn't realize I was falling asleep so I kind of I think I was counting down from 10 down to 1 and I was like 10 and I got to 9, 8, 7 and there'd be a very long gap and then I'd be like oh 6 it's just and yeah it was weird but it's all right. It's not the first time I've fallen asleep making a recording.

I've done it many times because it is boring. Well not boring it's relaxing. I guess that's a better word than boring but there is a degree of boringness you know like listening to someone or listen to myself probably even more boring for me really in a way.

Just talking about relaxing different body parts and counting down you know 10, 9, 8, 7 you know it's probably not the most exciting content online. Yeah but you know people I mean that podcast is fairly popular the Deep Sleep Whisperer and some people really don't like that stuff. It's just really just don't like it like the whisper stuff and I can understand I mean we're all different and we like different things.

I've heard people like in the past say oh it's so creepy feels like you're right in my ear right whispering in my ear. Yeah but I'm not whispering horrible things am I? I'm whispering relax you know it's so but yeah fair enough. I don't know if I'd want someone whispering in my ear either I don't know and sometimes Vinnie licks my ear as Andre used to but I don't know I think my ears might smell of some kind of animal food or something perhaps.

I mean it could save me if I ever get stuck in a I don't know a rainforest or whatever with a lion and it might just be happy just to lick my ears. Who knows you know I mean probably not but it's possible. Can you imagine how big a lion's tongue is? I mean you know when you've been licked by a lion you've been licked.

That's a big old tongue isn't it? Like wow I've never been licked by a lion I'm yeah probably not many people have been licked by a lion. It's a chosen few I guess that can talk about it. Not a big fan of lions.

I don't dislike them. I ain't got a personal beef with lions but I just they look a little bit rough. Now that would have been a good joke if I was talking about big dogs big scary dogs wouldn't it? I've got nothing against big scary dogs they just look a bit rough.

Doesn't work really if you haven't built up to it. In fact it was a really bad joke to start with. I don't even know why.

Can we move on? Can we just pretend it never happened please? Thank you. So yeah I've um what was I talking about? Oh yeah deep sleep whisper. So I've had some people say oh I really don't like the deep sleep whisper and then other people saying I really do like the deep sleep whisper.

It's one of those things you know being like an ASMR kind of thing. Well it is really I guess um it's an acquired taste I suppose. But it is among my most um listened to podcasts so you know it's as far as I'm concerned if people like them I'll keep doing them.

This is I mean I was doing ASMR YouTube videos before I even knew what ASMR was. So I used to finish my recordings sometimes by going from talking gently to whispering at the end and you know like spend the next five minutes just whispering. And I even did some recordings which were just whispers just me whispering.

I'd never heard of ASMR. I didn't know anything about it. And someone and this was probably about 2000 and maybe 2010 2011.

Someone said to me on YouTube why don't you do an ASMR video? I said yeah yeah yeah what's that then? So I just checked out what they were and there was no one doing well I don't think there was anyone doing ASMR hypnosis recordings. There might have been but I didn't initially find anything that would people were doing whisper hypnosis stuff. And I already was doing the occasional one and I started doing more whisper hypnosis and you know kind of experimented a little bit with it.

So I was one of the first on YouTube yeah yeah yeah to do ASMR or whisper hypnosis stuff. Not the first probably but one of the first. Let's have a look what's the oldest oldest ASMR hypnosis YouTube channel YouTube channel.

What is the very first intentional ASMR video? See this okay I'm gonna say this is the date okay right fair enough it said 2015 but that's not the first because I didn't age before that. I was wondering if this video made by whispering life can be considered as a very first international ASMR video on YouTube. It was uploaded on the 26th of March 2008.

And nine does anyone know if there was is any intent excuse me intentional video published on YouTube before this date. However I would say that the first person who actually used the abbreviation ASMR in intentionally in the title was probably Maria gentle whispering. But I'm not completely sure so please correct me if I'm wrong.

This is on Reddit in my point of view it was a very important step which contributed to the growth of the whole ASMR community. I wonder what this person was thinking while posting such a video on YouTube and whether she or he has ever thought about the consequences the consequences. Currently when we have so many content creators unfortunately we often forget how much we owe this person who broke the ice thus given us an opportunity to unite all these people around the world.

I think that the date of the international ASMR day should have been established according to the origin of our community. Why we celebrate the international ASMR day on 9th of April what was the reason okay what's the answers I've got. And that was from someone called oh posted by you forward black strodding his cat nine years ago.

Now the first response nine years ago again so 2015 16 to 15. Tresortop says I started listening about that time I found whispering videos through sleep hypnosis videos which began to merge into whispering sleep hypnosis videos through sleep hypnosis which began to merge yep that's what I was doing. So I began I found whispering videos through sleep hypnosis videos which began to merge into whispering sleep hypnosis videos and then whisper relaxation etc.

The true begin of seeking YouTube ASMR would be at least some of the sleep hypnosis and relaxation videos that were part of the early whispering repertoire in my opinion. I guess it just depends on how one would define the beginning. It seems like people were making whispering panning sounds videos as relaxation stuff before it was even labeled ASMR.

Yep so I suppose because the thing was the ASMR is really technically you know doing a whisper recording doing hypnosis it's not using it's whispering so that is a an ASMR trigger to create a feeling maybe of euphoria or whatever. That's a bit of dismissing dismiss dismissing that word euphoria that's not a word you should really dismiss is it euphoria is a pretty strong word. How do you feel in your how did you feel on your date last night? Yeah I felt euphoric it was all right yeah it's a bit euphoric yeah a bit disappointed really I thought that's something more than euphoria.

So there's many videos devoted to relaxation hypnosis ASMR something different yeah I mean a lot of the ASMR especially now is like making sounds scratching things and things like that a lot of role play and I had a little go at that stuff it's not really me it's I can't take that stuff seriously I start laughing so yeah I mean I did one that was quite popular actually and it was me just doing a jigsaw puzzle and I whispered while I was doing a jigsaw puzzle and the camera was just on the shall I say jigsaw puzzle one more time yeah it was just the camera was focused on me and my hands you know making the thing.

I'd have to agree whispering life might have been one of the first but does anyone remember massage clips with Lita they took off around the time and the YouTube comments kept encouraging to do a voice relaxation recorded so they whipped one together and sold it for like seven dollars.

It was before the ASMR was around but it was about 2008 because I remember listening to her in my college apartment so that's yeah it's a massage the majority of comments centered around at least Lita's voice and the subtle sounds yes ASMR hadn't really been it wasn't a thing at that time I came into the community in 2009 whispering life a few others and myself used to watch the Big Brother TV show clips on YouTube before she made her own video so so Lita whatever she's yeah so just have a look so there were other

people I guess doing hypnosis whispering hypnosis videos oh listen to this I remember Edini I was looking for guided relaxation videos and what not to help me sleep and found tons of which is I was looking for guided relaxation videos and what not and what not to help me sleep and always found tons of his videos which eventually led me to other people making ASMR videos his magic tricks triggered some ASMR too yeah cool good shout out for Edini anything about Mr Jason on here no no no no nope wow someone's list of intentional ASMR

accounts name and upload dates what 2011 it's there's a lot of um well I have my own ASMR YouTube channel but I'm not on there it's not on there now but maybe that's why I only I think mine was called um Flappy Flappy Faps Flappy Faps McGee or something whisper ASMR relaxing sounds oh okay the bearded lover whispering Buddha that might have been me no would it whispering no I wouldn't call myself whispering Buddha would I I can't remember I did have something whispering it might have been called whispering hypnosis whispering Buddha copy oh look

it up whispering Buddha no it's not me her guy's name's Anna so yeah I didn't think it was me you think I'd remember something like that but I went through a phase when I had lots of different YouTube videos lots I had vlogs I had pretending to think was a vlog video Jason Chats was a vlog video squiggly wiggly bigly was another one um bearded lover I think was another one you know I had lots of different ones at the time um quite a few different hypnosis channels as well I had my main one but

I had other ones where I was trying to focus on maybe you know pain relief or stuff like that one of the reasons I was a little bit concerned when I made videos ASMR videos of me actually on the screen is I might be distracting you know and that's part of the reason I think it's better that I don't have my face on the hypnosis videos because you know I'll be saying to people now close your eyes and no one's going to want to because they just want to keep looking at me in fascination like

is it real is he a real person no one looks like that oh dear I am real kind of oldest first whisper hypnosis first whisper hypnosis channel whisper hypnosis youtube channel ASMR hypnosis blimey 21 million views three years ago that's just one video blimey that's weird it's but I put in first whisper hypnosis youtube channel and it's just got a bunch of videos that's not what I want I'm looking no still more videos still more videos no I want to actually see if there's if they've got some what was the very first deep sleep whisper

hypnosis podcast stats and analytics what's this deep sleep whisper hypnosis podcast oh it's mine it's my podcast how weird there's a thing with my stats on look this is not intentional by the way this is an app.

thoughtleaders. io podcast stats and analytics joined February 25th 2021 uploads three episodes a day with a length of five hours and 45 minutes each okay uploads in the last 30 days 34 ratings on apple podcast 2.

8 reviews submitted 62 last 30 days one okay I don't know what this is youtube this is youtube statistics this doesn't make sense I don't understand because I'm not they're not on youtube well they are but not like in the format how to see deep sleep okay okay it's trying to sell me something I really didn't know that one eight of the best youtube channels to relax and I'm not going to be on this one I mean I've only got 13 subscribers subscribers tiny kitten tiny kitchen asmr psychologist jenna marbles the comedian isn't she no

okay cool it's weird not weird but it's interesting to see how people have grown up like I mean grown up is they're now adults and they were children before but you know I see some young people and then 10 years later they're kind of adults and not they weren't adults before oh dear you know what I mean it's like how they've changed that's it yeah it's a bit like jake from two men two and a half men like he's there's a clip where he's going to the army and they show him early clips from the

show when he was a little kid when he was like 10 and it's tiny little thing and it's just really weird just wow asmr why certain sounds soothe your mind hypnosis asmr hypnosis deep sleep whisper hypnosis that's my me again it was weird that I'm coming up a few times but it's not not really what I was looking for deep sleep whisper hypnosis refonic.com it says here not jason why does it say jason n when it sounds so different now do I sound different I think my my voice might have broken that was three months

ago sandy's game united states thanks jason this is from cast box thanks jason sonia twice great job keep doing podcast got you that was from sonia apple podcast from lee alley a love love heart hi lee alley can't or sonia oh i can't not not jason sandy's game so doesn't sound like me i mean i guess i think um when i started doing

this in 2006 my i've listened and watched some of my videos and listened to my stuff and my voice is a lot higher well not a lot higher but it just sounds higher but you know i'm this is 17 18 years later 17 years so yeah our voices change a bit but i've not got a i don't know i've got a weird voice now all right i'm like hello welcome to deep sleep whisper hypnosis all right so this does have the latest recordings but it's there's another one talking about stats they do not know that

i'm not interested in stats i have a one from germany here wolf hen off seat injuries maybe not might not be general germany actually loading oh nope it's a fake website that's now pulled me in and i have to come out of the whole thing close is basically trying to hack my computer brilliant absolutely wonderful great fantastic fantastic so yeah that was weird i do some i talk about this sometimes but i do wonder what would it have been like if i'd have kept my youtube channel and i hadn't got rid of it all those

years ago i think it was nine years ago i got rid of it 2000 and about 2000 and either 2013 or 2014 i got rid of it and yeah because i still had it in 2012 so what i wonder what would have happened to it i'm never going to know am i obviously i can you know i mean i've got the new youtube channel so that's it's new it's a few years old but i've not really only started to put any kind of effort into it but youtube youtube youtube youtube i did some is it

842 subscribers that's all right the i'm still um putting stuff in so i've got how many videos i've got 173 videos now and i've got videos all the way up to the 3rd of february scheduled but the only but i've only got two a day scheduled on the 1st of february the others no and the 2nd of february so the 3rd of february i've only got one but i've got quite a few recordings that i'm going to be converting into youtube videos but it's just finding it's just finding ones that just finding ones that kind

of i don't know just see how it's going i mean i did one the other day 27th so what was that two days ago and it's done quite well but you know i mean compared to the others i don't know it's just gradual it's a gradual thing i'm not worried it's interesting to me but i'm not not particularly concerned i'll just keep doing it and i'm only uploading the decent stuff or the ones that i think sound fairly decent i don't know about the content but yeah so that's what this is what i'm doing so

by the time i've finished uploading everything not everything but the just the half decent one you know the ones the decent quality sound there'll probably be 300 videos i guess maybe more maybe 400 maybe less but i'm also going to be then every time i make make a new recording on the podcast i'll be converting that to a video as well and then uploading that maybe the next day so it's you know it will be continuous it's you know so i'll always be a little bit i guess the youtube channel will be a little bit

behind the podcast in that way and maybe eventually it'll even out you know if let's say if i have a week off of making podcasts then the youtube channel will kind of catch up i mean if you said if you're like last year i mean considering i only made 238 recordings last year it's not that many is it i mean it is in a way like wow i mean 238 recordings i mean it's probably about 170 hours maybe even nearly 200 hours worth of audio which is you know it's a fair amount i think it

would take 10 days solidly or over yeah 10 days pretty much solidly 24 hours a day to get through it all so this is a fair bit of stuff but over the span of a year not a huge amount really so i'm making a concerted and i don't use the word concerted lightly because i don't know what it means i'm making a real effort to be more regular i'm not going back to constipation again i'm just i'm talking about just being more consistent it's very important with youtube channels well you know to to be consistent

with videos and that and i i guess it's it's important with podcasts but for me it's less it's less about with youtube is that you're trying to get more subscribers with a podcast it's it's more at the moment i mean but for me i just want to be able to be a service to people to the listeners to people like yourselves that listen and who maybe expect me to make a new recording every day of the let me boy to sleep and for those that listen to the deep sleep whisper ones i'm at the moment

i'm doing one every other day and i'm doing the relax and sleep hypnosis daily every other day so i'm just alternating at the moment next month which is in two days time i might start doing three recordings a day so the let me boy to sleep i do a deep sleep whisper every day and a relax and sleep hypnosis daily every day and it is a daily podcast so i guess it should be every day it's a commitment and and then i think about days like yesterday what am i going to do about those days

when i can't really not functioning so well so i said just think it through but at least i'm i'm i've got the goal the goal is there to try and because one of the things that i've wanted to do and the reason for it is okay i'll tell you why and then the reason because i was i'm doing in the wrong order i want to be able to give the option you know lots of choice so you can choose you don't just have to listen to the same recording over and over again unless you want

to now there's been times when i've listened to recordings and i the things i like to listen to is motivational uh positivity podcasts or uh more on audible or youtube people like el nightingale bob froctor um a lot there's lots lots of different people but el nightingale is is the king really for me and i just wish there was more different things i could listen to you know if i mean he's he's long gone from the world but if he was around i would happily pay him every day to make a different recording for maybe

half an hour um every day i'd you know i'd join a some you know i'd join a thing i don't know some kind of i don't know what you call it subscription or whatever because what he says and how he says it is so valuable to me jim rohan's another person zig zig ziglar uh what's the anthony robbins i used to listen to him a lot when i was younger but el nightingale just he touches me he gets he reaches me and i listen to him every day and yeah so it's hard to really put

my really explain it really but i wish he was still around so i could you know and i'd happily see if podcasts were still around if podcasts were around rather when he was around because he's you know he was around in more like the 50s 60s 70s 80s or whatever you know so it was a long long time ago he he would be a worldwide podcast star he was phenomenal he had his own tv show and everything in america but i don't know if it was on cable or you know he did he was a

i'll tell you who he if you don't know who he is if you ever buy a self-help book or audio cassette like in the past or cd cassette cd type um motivational thing then you might have bought it from a company called early nightingale not no not early nightingale and nightingale nightingale and schuster is it oh nightingale uh i'm gonna have to tell you because i don't want to die out nightingale nightingale and positive books okay right the nightingale nightingale positive books nightingale nightingale now i've got like the hundred best smutty books of all time

has come up on the nightingale nurses by donna douglas 89 cement for young ideas what is nightingale and conant conant and conant nightingale something like that conant was also supposed to be like i don't know him but like a really amazing man as well so i i guess you know the ideas i'd like to have i've got everything he's done that i can get on audible and i watch his stuff on youtube as well or listen to his things on youtube but i wish there more and there's something about having fresh something fresh something different

new even if it's the same stuff just kind of repackaged yeah i suppose and also there was this one audio that i listened to sally redfield and i listened to this relaxation this was back in 1999 and i listened to this audio i think i might have had it since 1980 1997 and it was a relaxation and it was guided relaxation and it did the trick every single time and i remember thinking i'd love to be able to make one of these but it had music and it was just really good it was perfect and

and i remember thinking i wish there was more i wish i could listen to this lady and talk in but have a different thing every day i mean there was there was benefits of having the same one every time because it would put me into a trance and it would relax me deeply and there was you know there's lots of triggers to relax me within the recording that i kind of got used to having listened to it twice a day for quite a while but still kind of like the idea of having choice and there's

also the benefit is if you find something sort of out of stuff that i do you might find one particular recording that really does the trick you know whether whether it's this podcast or any of the other podcasts i do there might be one recording it's the most boring thing you've ever heard and you just fall asleep every time i talk about it it might be one of the sleepy boring objects podcast where i talk about a specific thing and they are boring and i don't i don't delves i don't kind of wander off so

much with those it might be a hypnosis recording a relaxation thing but that's you know it's almost worth its weight in gold you know if you find something that just does the trick whether it's for pain relief or for falling asleep or relaxing deeply or just for company you know just someone something to listen to to calms your mind down slows your thoughts and yeah it's just that's kind of the reason why i've wanted to keep producing more recordings because you know some famous hypnotists though you know someone that's on tv and stuff they might

do one recording for relaxation and sell millions of copies of it they might do one recording for stop smoking and send millions of copies and so they might do lots of different you know i have a book with it as well but they'll do one for that subject and then they'll move on and do something else of course relaxation stress relief is incorporated in all of the recordings but i just didn't think that was enough just one recording so i thought i'll do thousands and i'll be honest i don't know how many i've done i

don't know how many recordings i've done but there's quite a few there's got to be in there there's got to be thousands since i started i just don't know how many a lot of them aren't even available anymore they're well and truly gone gone from the planet you know old recordings that were crackly or that weren't edited or that had huge amounts of background sound the the quality of the recording the actual content perhaps was it must have been okay because people were listening people were watching on youtube so it couldn't have been like awful

content but quality wise it was oh shocking really wasn't great but maybe that's why i don't sound the same because i'm not using a a really rubbish microphone anymore i'm not doing it i'm not recording it on my phone hello this is jason newland and maybe i don't know i mean i don't i don't change the tone of the recording or anything this is how i sound but maybe i just my voice is a bit calmer these days than it was when i first started i think i used to start off a little bit more

lively and then slow down as a recording progressed with the hypnosis stuff and i probably these days start off quite slow at the beginning yeah i think so anyway that's me i've talked for way too long way too long it's like an hour and 20 minutes so thank you for listening remember to be kind to yourself remember to be gentle with yourself and when i say gentle what i mean is just treat yourself like you're holding a baby not all the time but those times when you need it you know those times when maybe you're

you're being a little bit too abrasive a little bit too hard on yourself too critical blaming yourself you know because i think there's a difference between taking responsibility for our actions and blaming ourselves to me i mean some people perhaps wouldn't see the difference something about blame and i think my this is my perspective okay someone that blames themselves for stuff is kind of the same as someone who blames other people it's that same mentality because i've seen that in action and it seems that the person either blames themselves or shifts and blames others or

shifts again and blames themselves there has to be a blame someone has to be blamed for sometimes everything everything has to be blame and you know a lot of that is conditioning and the way we're brought up and just the society whatever so i don't think it's helpful to have that going on and just as important as not blaming ourselves is not spending their lives blaming other people because that blame mentality is it's not it's just not healthy people that are always blaming others or blame themselves they're not happy so even whether you're blaming yourself

or other people perhaps it's time i mean not everyone can let it go straight away and let it all drop on the floor and walk away things like blame because it's so i guess inbuilt sometimes but we can take a holiday from it we can start to notice when we're having a go at ourselves even if it's just as a jokey way or being kind of passive aggressive towards somebody else i do that sometimes so it's almost like if you if you catch yourself and you decide you're gonna have a break from that because that's

the thing about you catch yourself you catch yourself blaming yourself and what's the automatic thing to do is you blame yourself for blaming yourself so it's about being gentle just being a bit gentle just like holding a small baby it's like okay let's just focus on what we're doing because when you've got a small baby in your hands let's say it's someone else's baby or your baby whatever there is nothing in the world more important to you than that moment and in that moment the only thing that you are thinking about is that baby you're

not thinking about what you can have for dinner and evening you're not thinking about mistakes you've previously made you're not thinking about a date you might have coming up or movie you're gonna watch how much money you're next week none of that stuff you're making sure that baby is safe and that you're holding the baby correctly and that's your whole focus and sometimes perhaps we need to have that focus on ourselves in the moment where we can just be gentle with ourselves hold ourselves metaphorically like a baby and just give ourself that attention being gentle

being kind being loving caring about ourselves so i'm going to go thank you for listening lots of love and i will speak to you tomorrow bye
