Hello and welcome to Let Me Bore You To Sleep. My name is Jason Newland. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes.

And my website is jasonnewland.com Hello, how are you doing? Are you well? Are you well? It's been a strange day actually. So today is Friday the 20th of January 2023. Three.

There's only there's only a couple of things I really wanted to talk about today. The rest would just be, you know, the normal. But I'm gonna start off with a message I had from from Cleo.

I'm not going to read the message out. I'll say that right now. I'm just going to say thank you to Cleo for your lovely message.

And it was very useful. Thanks a lot. So that's it.

I'm not going to read the message out because the first thing Cleo says is please do not read this email on your podcast. And I live at 44 Barrington Manor. And my telephone number is 0774945374216928159.

Email address. Willywannawonka at Beetlejuice.co.nz. I'm just making stuff up now. So yeah, I didn't read it out.

But I do appreciate that message. Thank you. It was about the little one who's just had a walk in the freezing cold.

And he's sitting by my feet. Now yesterday when I was doing this podcast, he was fast asleep on his bed. And so it's anyone's guess really what he's going to do.

Sometimes he does just fall asleep listening to me. Other times, I think, I think he goes two ways. If he's bored, he might want to go to sleep.

There's three things. He goes three ways. He falls asleep when he's bored.

He wants a treat when he's bored. Now four ways. There's four things he does.

He wants, he falls asleep. And he wants to five, there's five things. He wants to sleep, he wants to treat.

So he falls asleep, which is good, wants a treat. One's never enough. He wants to play.

Like, you know, really have a lot of rough and tumble and chase me around and stuff. He wants to go for a walk. And I just realized I said the word walk, and I think he's starting to learn that name, that word.

Or the fifth one is he wants to go and see his friend downstairs. I think that's, that's all of them. Yeah.

And I think going in the garden and playing, that's part of him playing with his friend. So those kind of the five things that he wants to do when he's bored. So I guess the odds of him wanting to go to sleep is fairly slim, considering he's got so many other options in his mind.

And sometimes when he wants to play, he just starts to start biting my trousers or start to bark, or whine or just basically hassle me. If he wants a treat, he kind of does the same thing. And when he wants to walk, I now know there's two things.

Where if I if he comes up to me really close and starts whining, and I go to like stroke on his head, if he pulls away, he wants to play. If he lets me touch him, then that means he wants either a treat, or he wants to go for a walk. Now, sometimes what I'll do is I'll walk, I'll stand up and see which direction he goes.

If he runs straight out of the room towards the front door, you know, treat isn't what he wanted. It's kind of, you know, so it's quite explained, quite easy to figure out. But what he's been doing lately is he runs into the bedroom, instead of the front door, because he knows that I have to go into the bedroom to put my shoes on.

So go into the bedroom and just sit there. And I don't know if he's so much stares at my shoes, but he just waits for me to put my shoes on. So there's this little bit of getting to know the language, or I guess the body language of him.

Now, the one into a treat, and let's face it, there's no time in the world that he doesn't want a treat. That's the problem. He always wants a treat all the time.

And he knows that word, I've got to stop saying it, because actually, he's almost like he's super glued himself to my leg. So that's a difficult one. I mean, literally, I don't think there's going to be a time in his whole life that he wouldn't want a treat.

I could wake him up to give him a treat and he'd be happy. He doesn't like being woken up. I remember the other day, the other day, I woke up and he was on the bed.

This is last week. And he was quite close to my body rather than being like at my feet. And I thought, Oh, I hope I'm rolled over and squashed him.

And he wasn't moving. Because normally when I'm when I'm moving, I get up, I sit up, he looks at me, but he just has eyes closed. And he was just now he had his eyes open, but he was just lying there, motionless.

So I picked his head up and let it drop on the not not I didn't wasn't like 100 foot in the air, just a little bit and drop onto the onto the bed. I didn't move. And I thought, Oh, I did it three times.

He was just asleep. I mean, clearly, I mean, he's he's here now. So you know, he's okay.

But he was asleep with his eyes open. Completely gone. Completely unconscious.

He didn't even know that I was doing that. When usually the weird thing is, because of my back. Well, it's not just because my back, but you know, since I hurt my back, and because of my lower back problems, I can't just jump out of bed like I used to.

When I was five, you know, it's, it's not like a huge deal. But, you know, I have to get out a little bit slower and a bit more gentle. Just I'm, I'm like, yeah, anyway, so again, having him on the bed means I have to put my legs over him.

So I don't disturb him. Now I do this every single time he's in the bed with me. Unless he's already awake, waking me up.

And then I managed to get into the sitting position. And as soon as my feet touch the ground, he's up and off the bed. So why don't I just kick him off the bed? It will not kick him off the bed, you know, just why do I bother trying to not wake him up? Of course I wouldn't kick him.

Oi, get up. I'm being so careful not to wake him. Because that's what I would like somebody else to do for me.

To not disturb me, to just let me sleep. You know, I've lived in places where, wow, my stomach sounds like a drain is emptying, like a sink is emptying, like that. I've lived in places where people, you know, there's been a landlord or landlady that I've lived with.

And in their world, whenever they wake up, the rest of the planet should be awake. You know, they get up, all the lights are on. There's no even pretense of trying to be quiet, even if it's four in the morning, or late at night, nothing.

I'm up, therefore everyone else should be. I lived with one person, and I used to go to bed fairly early, because I had to get up in the morning to go to the call centre. So I had to get up at seven every day.

So I was in bed by 11. I think it was like half 12, he was vacuuming. Like, what are you doing? Oh, I didn't mean it.

But why? Why? Why would you do that? And I think some people don't realise that sound travels. Like ever. I've heard people have conversations on the bus, about other people on the bus, that were sitting too close together.

Seats in front of them. And I'm five seats in front of them, and I can hear exactly what they're saying. And I haven't got the best hearing in the world.

I'm not Mr. Ears, or whatever that means. It's weird, like, you don't live in a bubble. Everything you say, no one can hear it.

Anything you do, no one can hear it. They can. They can hear it.

They can see it as well. And another person that I live with, I was in bed. 11 o'clock in bed.

And there's about quarter to 12. I hear this music. What's that? What is that? So I open my door.

And one of the other people that lived in the house downstairs was playing his organ. Like really loud. But he wasn't playing it, he was practising.

That's not the first time I've lived in a house where other men have been practising on their organs at night. But that's besides the point. So it didn't sound good.

It didn't sound terrible. But it didn't sound, it wasn't like it was a wonderful orchestra. Like, okay, at least it's it's like, what are you doing? And it was oblivious that other people, almost oblivious that other people even existed.

Well, there's other people in the world. I thought I was the only one. No, there's others.

No, but surely not. No, there are. Didn't you notice that when you moved in? There's five bedrooms here.

Who do you think the people are in the kitchen when you come into the kitchen? What, my kitchen? That's not your kitchen. It's everyone's kitchen. You don't own the kitchen.

It's not your house. You're just renting a room. Some people do believe they own everything, don't they? This is my road.

This is my town. No, it's not your town. That's my stomach gurgling.

It's not, it's mine. It's not, it's not yours. It's mine.

I know I've told this story before, but I was very surprised. And I just really, you know, I was, I was in the supermarket. This was years ago.

I was in the supermarket. And I think I couldn't find my glove or I don't know something. And it was there in front of me.

You know, when you're looking for something that's just there, you know, a bit like you're looking for your car in a car park or where's there's there? Where is it? Where is it? Oh, I forgot it was red. You know, that kind of thing. And I found it.

Oh, there it is. So I'm just talking to the cashier. This lady who'd already been served and she was no, I don't she might be waiting behind me as for that for the sake of the of the story.

Waiting behind me. She said, Oh, you should have gone to spec savers. Now that's like a famous saying in the UK, an advert.

It's an opticians and it's like their catchphrase should have gone to spec savers. But it's a catchphrase for an advert. It's not real life.

Should have gone to spec savers. As long as you can hear my stomach really. I think the only thing I can do is to eat some chocolate.

I have some chocolate and I have a Cadbury's cream egg. There's really not a good thing to do in front of the little one because even though he doesn't get to eat them, it might get his salivary glands flowing. So he wants other things.

Never realised how useful teeth were until I took two removed a few months ago. I couldn't really see the point of them. I thought, yeah, it's good for a smile.

And it can affect the way you talk as well, can't it? But turns out they're good for eating. Who would have thought it? I got a phone call from the doctors today. That's weird noises.

So, yeah, I was just about four o'clock this afternoon. I remember when I was a young man. Let's look at this Cadbury's cream egg.

It reminds me. And I used to. I used to, you know, if you don't know what Cadbury's cream egg is.

I don't know. I don't. You might have them in your country.

I don't know. They're basically chocolate eggs with. Goo inside tasty goo.

And they come out every year. Like, so just after Christmas, pretty much like February. Well, isn't that January? So they're kind of a spring thing.

Easter, although it's still quite a way off from Easter. But I remember when I was maybe 18, 17, 16. Looking at the half eaten cream egg and licking out the contents, thinking that.

That would serve me well in the future. You know, good practice for when I got older and I was right. Because here I am, 30 years later, eating a cream egg, licking it out.

I'm really good at it. It tastes so nice. Mm hmm.

The weird thing about it. I had this tin of toffin, a tin of chocolates or whatever they're called. A Christmas.

And they had these little Cadbury's cream egg sweets. Chocolates. So they were tiny little things, small, but that like, you know, Cadbury cream eggs version.

Didn't like them. How about that? How about that? I didn't like it. I don't know if it was the ratio of gunk to chocolate.

But they taste much better than normal eggs. Hard to fry though. Hard to fry.

So, yeah, I was. What was I talking about? I drank a Coke. Oh, yeah, that's reminded me.

I got a phone call from the doctors. And they said. Mr. Barrister.

I said, yeah, hi. That's my real name, by the way, Mr. Barrister. Bartholomew Barrister.

That's my actual name. But I go by Jason Newland because I just thought it sounded quite sexy. So she said, Mr. He said.

When's the last time you had a health check? I said, what's got to do with you? She said, under practice nurse or practice manager. And I'm in charge of make sure that people get checked out and everything. I said, I don't care who you are.

I'm busy. I didn't say that. She said.

And she basically was a review for my medication. And she asked me a question. She said.

So did you get any follow up from having your blood pressure taken last January? I said, you mean this last, what, last January? 2022. She said, yeah, last January. I said, what do you mean follow up? She said, well, your blood pressure was really high, like through the roof.

I said, what do you mean? She said, well, the highest it should be, you know, someone that's got a high blood pressure shouldn't be above 140. And I was 157. And an average.

Thanks for that. That's lovely. Cheers.

Cheers. Bobby, whatever your name is. And she said, and an average one is 90.

A healthy is 90. I was 157. 157.

I said, so I win. What do I win? A goldfish? She said. I didn't say that, because I think she would have hung up actually, if I'd have said that.

This is not a fair. This is not a coconut chai. And she said.

You see, you didn't get any follow up. You didn't get any appointments to see you or anything like that. I said, no, no.

I mean, to be fair, we were still, I don't feel we'd even. I don't know. Let's have a look back.

When it's when did 2021? Okay. Yeah, so I just there's no reason actually everything was normal. So I'm just looking if it was everything was closed back then, but it wasn't.

So but there was a huge backlog because of the previous two years. He started to squeal now. There was a huge backlog and shortage of staff and January is such a busy time of the year for the NHS, the health service here.

And so I'm sure is for. Well, the winter, you know, winter time is for anyone, I guess. And I said, No, I didn't get seen.

No one asked me to come in. I said, and then I said to her. And when she said, Have you had your blood pressure taken since? And I said, No, they've not asked me to do it.

And then I remembered that when I fractured my back, they took my blood pressure. That was the first thing they did was take my blood pressure in the before they even let me into the hospital. They gave me also gave me a COVID test and checked my neck to make sure that there wasn't serious spinal injury or whatever.

There's ways of testing. Can you hear him in the background? So I did, I'm going to put him in a bedroom. I don't like putting them in a bedroom, but I'll spend the next 20 minutes talking knowing that he's going to just start and again, boredom.

He's literally like every girlfriend I've ever had. I'm not enough. I'm not.

I'm just not enough for him. He needs, he's the kind of dog that needs a family. He needs lots of kids to play with.

You know, he just needs a lot of activity running around constantly. He'd be happy with that. Being here with an old fart like me, the just, I don't know if it's any good for him, honestly.

He needs stimulation. And let's face it, the one thing you don't get from me is stimulation. Ask any of my girlfriends, previous girlfriends.

I don't have a harem. Not anymore. So yeah, so this lady, she says, oh, I said, yeah, I had my blood pressure done.

When I went to the hospital just before Christmas. So she looked at my files. She couldn't find anything.

She said, I've got a file from your hospital, but it doesn't say anything. Just says that you went there. Doesn't say why it doesn't say anything.

Okay. And they didn't even have the results of the CAT scan. She said it might be on its way.

It takes a while to get here. Well, four, five weeks. Okay.

Because I did this the Monday before Christmas. So is that four weeks, five weeks, something like that. Because we're five, five days away from being an exact month from Christmas.

I wonder where the months go. Oh, it's later. Oh, okay.

The days, weeks, month, day, month. So December. So this happened on the 19th of December.

So it's the 20th of December today. So the 20th of January today. So the 19th of December is when I fell down the stairs.

So that's one, two, three, four, five, nearly five weeks. Yeah, nearly five weeks. So it's Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

So in three days, it'll be five weeks. Wow. And it good.

It's exciting. I was looking at the calendar. It's got some really random stuff on it that I don't know who they are.

Who? Who are these people? It's even got like my friend's birthday. And I never put his birthday and this is on my iPad. I never put his birthday there.

Why is it got his birthday? Unless I put it on my iPhone and it's copied it. Very strange. Curiouser and curiouser.

So yeah, she said, no, we've got no, no, no information about that. I said, okay. She said, well, so basically, she made an appointment for me to have a full MOT.

Proper, proper checkup. And then she said, I'm also going to have a mental health review as well. Because they've got a mental health nurse in there now.

So I said, okay. And in the surgery, you know, in the GP practice. Because over here, once they've kind of, the service can be really good.

Like, you know, when I was with them, there was almost nothing they wouldn't do that really went out of their way to help me. And then drop me. All right, we're done now.

See ya. And because I've got to go on and move on to the next person, there's not enough resources to, you know, to support you indefinitely. It's not practical, I guess.

But they're literally just like, gone. Bye. Which is weird if you've got like, some kind of long term issue.

So you're on medication for it. And then you, you know, spend the next, what's it been, five years? Well, I have had no one. I haven't seen anyone about it.

Well, maybe it's four years. Yeah, it might actually, yeah, to be fair, it might be three years. Or was it a couple of months? It's anyways, it's a while.

So, uh, ba ba dum bum bum, ba ba dum bum bum bum.

so yeah she said they're gonna give me a full MOT give me blood tests yeah I think I'm gonna have a blood tests first then I'm gonna have the MOT so they're gonna book me in for an MOT after that so they give me the blood tests first no that is the MOT because I'm just gonna get tested for everything not every well yeah just to make sure everything's okay and it's weird because I mean she's really friendly in that but then she started telling me I mean she's still friendly but I've been told you

know about high blood pressure a couple of times in the past I had high cholesterol a couple of times in the past as well the last thing I remember having was when I had an MOT thing was to being told I was vitamin D deficient and I was put on six weeks of vitamin D sort of six one tablet a week for six weeks and that's the last thing I remember no it's not last thing I ever remember ever in the world I mean I'm just regarding this particular subject but she started talking about you

know the possible the possible outcomes of you know of high blood pressure and all that and I I was just oh okay I need to lose weight yeah I know but apparently I need to lose weight not like it's not an option it's not like well I'll do it one day you know my attitude is I lose weight every time I go to the toilet but you know professional medical people don't seem to take that as a serious weight loss method so yeah I'm gonna have to I mean I haven't been able to really exercise

the last five weeks because of my back but it's been a great excuse it's well I can't I can't lift the weight so I can't do this because my back like yeah but now it's you know it's pretty much healed up I guess it's still still a little way to go but it's nearly there and I need to get back to doing some exercise although I'm walking a lot I said walking a lot so isn't that exercise some people say yes exercise for old people not for young people but I'm not classed as young I'm

middle-aged I'm not 20 anymore I'm 32 now so surely walking and I mean I do I walk miles and miles every single day I got no choice you know I have to go out at least four times a day taking him out for a walk and you know it's sometimes if it's really cold or it's raining I'll just let him out into the garden or the walk is very short but the garden's shared so it's not my garden and if it's dark I can't see what he's doing and he will eat anything off the ground

literally and some people chuck stuff over the fence there was pizza there the other day like stale pizza chucked over the fence and my friend's dog started eating it what's wrong with people why would you even do that I don't get it besides how does a pizza that's in your hand end up anywhere else but in your mouth it never has with me it boggles my brain yeah that's the the time I really struggle with is when it's raining I don't like being colds all right I'm not a big fan of it but it's you

know but with the rain like oh it's a double it's just at the moment it's really cold out there it's very frosty it's very clear night you know you can see the stars see the moon but it's been a clear day as well we've had the Sun out it's still being cold but if you didn't know if you really didn't know what time of the year it was you'd look outside at the brightest part I mean you know 10 o'clock or 11 o'clock or something it could be summer or spring if you didn't know it's

really cold out there but you'd find it very quickly that it wasn't because if you just look into the sky you stand there long enough it starts to get dark because we have very short days at the moment sometimes and today I think it it's light outside by about by about 8 o'clock in the morning sometimes I go in the bathroom I put my so I wake up look out pull the curtains open it's light out there go into the bathroom do a wee wee go into the kitchen and get my breakfast ready stick it

in the microwave go back into the bathroom brush my teeth and all that stuff and then go back into the kitchen and I get my food and coffee I haven't had any coffee for a little while because I run out of coffee but I have a cup of tea and then I take it in by the time I take it it's dark outside the day's gone it's really quick or I'm really slow one or the other one or the other I'm not sure I had a curry last night and it was enjoyable going in yeah

as long as say it was enjoyable going in so this morning was a different matter so that's part of reason I don't eat curry and this was mild like proper mild curry they almost they must have just like sprinkled it was with sugar or something it was so mild and still it doesn't it doesn't doesn't improve my stomach doesn't doesn't give my my stomach any kind of feeling of empowerment it just yeah it's just I don't know why I don't really like Indian food particularly I like a taste of some of the stuff I love

the naan bread I do love the naan bread and I do like the rice rice is good and I have a vegetarian so I have the what's it the vegetable vegetable curry and it's got vegetables so the main thing really is like instead of the meat you got potatoes and I like that it's nice it's really nice but yeah I don't I don't really like the the meat versions I mean I'm pretty much a vegetarian pretty much I'm not a hundred percent I mean I have my moments but I'm pretty much a vegetarian so I

don't have any meat in the house or the fridge or the freezer all the frozen stuff I've got apart from the fish stuff that's still left over and the only reason I still got that is because my friend doesn't like fish he's allergic to it otherwise I'd have given it to him to eat if he wanted it for his freezer so I've got a freezer full of vegetarian stuff and even when I am NOT a vegetarian I still don't eat much meat I just don't I haven't done just this is my lifestyle is if I

have a sandwich it's more like gonna be a cheese sandwich cheese and tomato you know lettuce or whatever or banana sandwich toasted banana and I'll be honest I prefer Linda McCartney's pies more than I do any other pie I just prefer her pies I have done for years so and for me the pie the most important part of pie is the pastry the filling is just a taste a taster to the pastry for me I realize you know there's health health benefits to eating certain things but kind of an ideal meal for me would be

enough I'm getting hungry now talk about this and it's time to go to bed so that's not ideal what am I gonna do what am I gonna do I have a sandwich I just have to go to bed a little bit later but I'm hungry now and I'm tired now so I my ideal meal would be it's all in my fridge but really all my freezer mashed potato maybe a couple of roast potatoes but that's not that important really some fresh veg and a pie a Linda McCartney vegetarian pie you can replace the vegetables for

beans you know put beans instead or I also like Yorkshire puddings I went through a period in 2007 where I was having Yorkshire puddings with everything like everything and it was I just used to get them they were frozen the first and they aren't aren't Bessie's really good now in the early 2000s I used to get the frozen ones but they they were like proper you had to cook them these ones are more like heating them up you know already pretty much cook just heat them up the the ones before were all doughy and gooey

and you know frozen but you put them in and they'd rise and in some ways they were probably better but temperamental because if you if you missed it you could you get it out too early it could be a little bit gooey if you get out too late it could be a little bit dry and it seems that the frozen ones where they've already been cooked and you just put them in the oven for five minutes or whatever they're less temperamental and the worst thing that will happen really is they get a bit crispy which

it can be quite nice as well I just remember 2007 I don't even know why but I got a real thing for Yorkshire puddings I'd have two Yorkshire puddings on every meal two Yorkshire puddings or was it four I don't know but I loved them and it just I remember eating and I'd look forward to the next mouthful because I knew it's gonna be Yorkshire pudding so maybe I'll be eating some potato like mmm it's alright I can't wait for that Yorkshire pudding it's not that I tried to chew extra quick or anything like that

but I just there's something about the taste of Yorkshire puddings that I've always enjoyed apart from burnt Yorkshire puddings not so much not so much thing is in this country where I live if you go out you only get Yorkshire puddings with certain roast dinners you know depending on what the meat is so if it's chicken you don't get Yorkshire puddings but if it's beef you do I don't understand that don't understand it Yorkshire pudding what is I don't I'm not eating chicken or beef and I love Yorkshire pudding Yorkshire pudding is wonderful no I

went out and had like a Christmas dinner with my my parents just before Christmas and we had they had roast dinner so I had a roast dinner as well and I just left the meat you know I just basically ate pretty much just ate everything else but I never eat much that's the thing I might look like I just I've permanently got something in my mouth the whole time which I haven't well my tongue but I don't I really you know I don't really eat I do eat but I'm not always eating that's nice I'm

not always eating I mean and I don't eat huge amounts I eat small amounts I don't eat 40 times a day before you ask I don't eat that much really but then I guess I don't burn off the calories the way I used to when I was young yeah young good that's weird very strange just but then I think how much am I lying to myself I mean I do eat chocolate I do it's true I do I had a Cadbury's cream egg while I was talking to you I don't normally eat when I'm talking

and to be fair as far as being a choice to settle my stomach that feels hungry sticking chocolate in my mouth is a bit of a silly choice isn't it it's not a fulfilling or nutritious or anything eat just tasty hmm so it looks like I might need to do me or do make some lifestyle changes so I got that appointment next month and well we're not far from the end of the month already it's only another 11 days until the end of January and I think you're wondering like well you telling us all this

stuff and what about the stats it stayed the YouTube it stayed at 838 subscribers for days I had no new subscribers for days days and days and days I don't understand it I don't understand why since the 18th okay 18 19 20 three days for three days stayed at the same it's the same it's a bit of a weird day today actually because I woke up and I had quite a lot of downloads today early on I mean at the moment was it 10 o'clock I've had 17,170 downloads 17,000 but this morning I'm pretty sure

by 8.

30 I had something like 11,000 I mean the let me boy to sleep podcast this podcast although this episode is on other podcasts as well by that the most I've ever had I think pretty much one of the busy busiest days ever on this podcast 2,242 downloads I mean it's although to be fair on the 29th of December I had 2,273 so it was a little bit more that day but it's still like Wow what's going on an average would be about five six seven hundred so to even get over a thousand is quite unusual

on that podcast it's more steady and I get more people listening on the other podcasts than I do on the actual podcast itself and deep sleep whisper two and a half thousand downloads hypnosis sleeping deeply three and a half hypnosis stress and anxiety three and a half three and a half two and a half three and a half and then sleep insomnia hypnosis three and a half so yeah it's I can't keep track of it I can't figure it out and I want to because then I can work with it if you know I mean

if you know I mean I can work with you yes yes well relax sleeping deeply how many on that one 555 although I've got a new a new one of those coming out at midnight so in two hours time relax and sleep hypnosis daily a new recording which I did earlier today called now will be released so this how was that last oh it doesn't say it don't say it's about 20 minutes so it's a it's a good it's quite a good recorder I wouldn't recommend it I'm saying this is available I wouldn't bother listening

Wow can you imagine me 20 years ago mr.

salesman I'd have been all over this like trying to use all my sales skills come on download blah blah blah blah blah la la la la so yeah so I've got this this will be released so 10 should be released midnight they'll let me boy to sleep so should have that move released by midnight more 1230 maybe then 130 then 230 then 330 and because the other one start is 12 1 2 3 so I leave half an hour between each one although they're two different podcasts it's just it just seems respectful to let them

have their own moment you know I mean yeah yeah man Oh tired I don't know what it is it's something about this winter isn't it it's normal to be a cozy babies it's possibly too warm in here I don't maybe I don't need it to be too warm I've got three layers on I've got two two t-shirts jumper seven coats skis five hats I'm gonna say diaphragm then but that why I'm a friend's got my gloves damn you I live in my gloves so because he's freezing cold we went over to the petrol station so

I lent him my gloves but I'm gonna need them tomorrow cuz I'm going out with a dog we've got Vinnie and I'm gonna be cold if I don't have my gloves on damn damn damn damn damn I can't be bothered to go down there that's alright I'll be fine I'll grab them I'll just give them a knock in the afternoon and get them diddy diddy diddy diddy me me me me me so yeah that's it really I'm just tired I just want to go to a nice sleep a nice old sleep be ever so nice

ever so ever so ever so ever so ever so nice it really would be really really really really would be mmm so maybe that's what I'll do so thank you for listening hope you have a wonderful weekend enjoy yourself remember have fun bum-a-da-ba-dum-dum-dum wipe your bum bum bum so take care of yourself remember remember to be kind to yourself remember to be gentle with yourself because you deserve to be happy lots of lots of happy lots of love speak to you tomorrow.
