Hello and welcome to www.jasonnewland.com. My name is not Jason Newland. He is in the closet. I've locked him up.

I've burglarized his place. He is in the closet. Well, you all know me.

I am your German friend Sebastian. You know, and I finally decided to take over this beautiful, beautiful podcast product that our friend Nuli, who is, he is in the bathroom locked up. He crafts so carefully.

So, shall we let him out? Out of the closet, out of the bathroom. Let me out! I'm stuck! Let me out! Sorry, there you go. This is not a joke.

This is not a prank. This is not rehearsed. I really burglarized Nuli's home and I really locked him up.

No need to call the cops. It's all good. It's good fun.

And if Nuli behaves now like a proper man and not like a dirty old lout, we can have a lovely conversation. So, Nuli, will you behave? Yes! No swearing, yeah? Maybe. Yeah, okay.

And no offensive stuff. And no insults against me. This was a, you know, a disciplinary measure.

So you, okay, I'll let you out now. Where are you? Oh, I was glad. I just farted in there.

I needed to get out. It was terrible. That was getting really smelly.

There, there. So, Mr. Nuland, what drove you to that amount of desperation to let me host your podcast? Boredom, I think. Just general life boredom.

Speaking of that, I've had a very proper, what is that like, a speech, a talk, by a very clever man, cleverer than both of us. And the man said, we are living in a society where we are so possessed with escaping boredom that it becomes a multitude of boredom on its own. That we are so bored with escaping boredom that we are constantly bored.

So I guess that is that. I mean, it's a fine quote, but I think the lead up to it is saying, this is from a man that's more intelligent than either of us. And then you come up with something like that.

You could have come up with something a bit better. Well, that was what the man says, what this man said. And he is like a future historian, if that makes sense.

You know, one of these guys who is to blame for the current situation we are all in. No, I mean, I must not say this. I am not a conspiracy nut job.

No, no, no. I mean, one of those people who think about the future, like in 100 years from now, he knows what goes on there. And we won't because we are the dumb ones.

A future historian. Sort of. You know those guys who are futurologists, somebody who predicts what goes on.

Predicts the future, like Nostradamus. Not like that mythical, but rather like, you know, everybody will have a chip in their brain and everybody will work for the big old corporation. And the big old quote they have, you will own nothing but you will be happy.

That kind of guy. And he said, you know, we have become so obsessed with evading boredom that we are bored by doing that. With all the activities we do to escape our boredom.

You must have been pretty desperate and bored today to have me here. Yeah, well, before we go any further, just quickly, I only listen when you can safely close your eyes, ladies and gentlemen. And I know I normally say that at the beginning, but I thought, I thought you'd remember that you forgot that bit, didn't you? I just wanted to do the literal intro and also only listen to this episode, specifically if you have got a good therapist.

You'll need it afterwards. Yeah, and this is Let Me Bore You To Sleep, by the way. You didn't even mention the name of the podcast.

I mean, come on, man. I'm giving you, letting you run the podcast for the day and you've not even mentioned the name. This is Let Me Bore You To Sleep.

And we will be both making sure that this won't be ending with you being like, grabbing your sheets like, oh, what are you going to say next? Oh, it's so aroused, it's stimulating. Oh, I'm so aroused. This is not meant for personal arousal.

Yeah, I don't think me getting aroused is an issue. It's not live, is it? So we haven't got to worry about some issues we've had in the past. I can't possibly think what you are referring to anyhow.

We will try to make this as pointless and boring as it gets. The thing is, we are good at that and it is a damn shame, a very bad old shame that people cannot get hired like experts, you know. Experts for being boring or experts for being, you know, like nauseating.

Well, they are called politicians. Should I decide that I should go into politics? Because I don't know which party to pick. I mean, the Christ Democrats, yeah? They are, right now, they are out of the government, like they have had their 16 years under that elderly woman, you know.

But they are very popular with our retired people, yeah? Who's the elderly woman? The Merkel, that Merkel thing. What's her name? Merkel, you know that... What's her first name? Angela. Yeah, it's... That's really annoying that you've pronounced her name correctly, that everyone pronounces her name incorrectly when they say it in England.

They call her Angela. Is it Angela? In Germany, is it Angela? It's... I guess it goes both ways. Some people say Angela, but we can both agree she's not an angel.

She's not an angel, so she should not be called it in any way. Anyhow, that party where she ruled for 16 long years, at least 15 of them were way too long, they are now, like, out of the picture. They are on the opposition and everybody detests them for the... Is she a real person? Is she a real person? The first time I saw her, I thought she was a puppet.

Is she a real person? I might... As you all have been informed, in the first week of May, I'm going to Berlin, yeah? And she has a habit of going to, you know, bourgeois, you know, plebeian supermarkets to go shopping. So, who knows? Maybe I might meet her, like, you know, see her on the street or something. See if there's any strings.

What? See if there's any strings or any sticks up her bum, like, operating her. Yeah, but no, no. I firmly believe that, yeah, she was very, very real for the last 16 years.

So, the Christ Democrats are out of power, but they are still very, very popular with the elderly people. As you know, Germany has an age problem. So, if you would live here, you would probably vote for them.

So, give it four years and they come back, yeah? Because all the retired and old people will vote again for them. So, maybe I should join that party. We have the same thing in this country.

It's the older generation that keep the conservatives in. And it's a mixture between the elderly population that's very large in this country. It's a little bit less now over the last couple of years, but it's still a very large population, percentage of the population.

But also, there's a lot of people that are unemployed that will still vote for the Tories, still vote for the conservatives, even though they're hated by the conservatives and the conservatives doesn't like them. They'll still vote for those that hate them, which is weird. Then you realize that it's just two blocks, two big blocks, yeah? And if the one is not in power, the other will be in power.

And then you realize it's just, you know, two sides of the same metal. There is no literal... Every time it's the same. They say, we have a change now and we will make it better now.

And then, you know, it just goes on the same way as before. And so I might go to the social democrats, which are rather in my political spectrum of view. I will not go into my political belief systems here, but yes, yeah, I'm more for the worker.

Yeah, you know, for the simple man. And I'm not into bolstering the rich. Oh, yeah, I must not use such words here.

Anyhow, but then again, you know, the Christ Democrats is where the money is at. So if I want to go in there, I need to be slimy and corrupt, but that would really get me somewhere. Well, that's nice.

So what's the weather like where you are? Fantastic. Today was super, super ace fantastic. And I know what you're doing.

I know exactly what you're doing. Carry on. What am I doing? I know you do.

I know when you start going into it. I know when you start going to see for those that don't know what I'm talking about. There's this ongoing thing between me and Mrs. Sebastian here.

And. I know when he's starting to go down a specific road and I know when he's certain language he starts to use. Well, I must disappoint you here when I said ace fantastic.

There was a vocabulary, but it was from Frank Seibold. Yeah, but that only leads you. That's only going to lead you once you start doing your impressions.

That only leads you one way. Someone's going to say now, then now, then stop it. I did not.

I don't even know who you are referring to. The thing is, yeah, you recently slandered me like that. You said Sebastian is obsessed with British culture and he is.

He has this range of impressions. No, no. What's wrong with Frank Seibold? Did you did you even know the guy? Have you ever bothered with that man? No, I know.

I know of him, but he was. Even in the days I was involved in the comedy, he was already a cult figure. So he was already.

He was. He was. He wasn't on the circuit.

He was a cult. He was. He was more probably on the side of Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer.

I don't know if you've heard of them. You have no idea clearly about him because, you know, he was one of the most tragic. It's in a hilarious way.

Tragic. The guy, his name was Chris. Chris Seavey and Chris lived in Manchester.

And this man, he was practically very likely a genius. You know, both in in his art and everything he had. He was very likely the first person on this planet who put a video game, a self-coded video game on a CD.

Yeah. You had a CD you could listen to, but he could also play a video game. And it was about the music industry being a being a simple musician in the music industry.

And you only could fail. That's the only outcome this game had. You only would fail in this game.

And, you know, when you say he was a cult figure. He was a bit like you on the comedy circuit. He was a cult figure.

That's what I mean. I don't mean in the world. I mean, he would do his own.

He'd do a one man show and people would go and see him. He wouldn't just do a gig at a comedy club. He was bigger than that.

When I was involved in the comedy, he was already bigger than. But the thing is, the thing is, as you say, but he was prone. He was very, very infamous with ruining his own career like that.

You know, I know a guy, too, like that, who has been for the last 10 years. You know, he he he created something and then he deleted it all. And like websites were completely gone for weeks.

And, you know, this person. And there's a similarity here because Chris had a similar tendency, like tragically ruining. He had one.

Once he had a gig in a stadium, you know, and 50,000 people. And he managed to enrage them that they booed him off the stage. And it was like his biggest gig.

And, you know, and then then he had problems with the money because, you know, he was not really thrifty or he didn't care much. And then he had 50,000 quid in back taxes. Yeah.

Unpaid taxes. And he stood before the judge and he said, well, how do you plan on paying that one back? And he literally answered, well, we'll one pound a week. Suffice me, Lord.

So and then, you know, as it happened. Oh, sorry. You know, in 2010, he was diagnosed with cancer.

And that was that, unfortunately. Also, how aware are you that Chris wore when he was Frank, he didn't stop doing it. He wore that hat.

He wore that Frank hat for days on end. I didn't know that. Yes.

I mean, I was going to say, this is something separate for those that listen. You might you might have heard me mention about Adini. Yeah.

Obviously, Sebastian, you know Adini, don't you? Good topic. We should rather have a nice chat about him. A nice chat.

Yeah. Well, what I noticed is so Adini passed away about a month ago, wasn't it? Yeah, pretty much. He was one of the first YouTube hypnotists.

One of the very, very first YouTube hypnotists in the world. He started his channel in 2007. Literally, when YouTube started.

I think YouTube might have been 2006, but no one knew about it. No, it was 2006. And I was one of the very first, even in 2006, to have an account.

And it was completely different. You cannot even imagine the pioneer spirit that he had. It was huge.

It was scary. Yeah. Yeah.

You know, I was a much younger man back then. I was like, I was, you know, when you are in your early 20s, you have very hard opinions on things. And I thought with this YouTube, this is not good for the people.

But can you believe it? That Sebastian, I was always a very musical guy. And my parents were so wise to provide me with a Yamaha keyboard. You know, those great expensive ones where you can, well, when you go into nursing homes and you have these entertainers who play them all time songs for you.

That's what you reminded me of. I've been trying to think about it. It's been bugging me for about 12 years.

That is, that is what you reminded me of. An entertainer in an old people's home. Like just sitting there, standing, playing the keyboard, and everyone just asleep.

You're like playing bingo. And that is a three. Oh, Mrs. Miller, do you have a three? How is your arthritic hip today? Oh, fantastic.

Exactly. Do you know the story about the pub? Where I did try, oh God, no, I cannot tell anybody that. You know, when you're young, when you're young, you are, you have more self-esteem.

You're more daring. What happened in the pub? Well, in my job training, in my first job training, I had a Russian guy who was my best buddy back then. And we got, I must not say this.

Drunk? Every weekend we got drunk. Yes, all right. And he ended up in a shady pub, you know, in one of those, what is this, these water holes, you know.

The Americans call it dive bar. Oh, right, yeah, yeah. You know, one of those places where you don't go.

We have dive towns in the UK. We have whole towns that are dive towns. I live in one of them.

Being an alcoholic is a UK birthright. That's different. Oh, oh.

But, you know, it was one of these shoddy bars where people sat all day and drink and drink and drink. And it was not a nice thing. And he came and, yeah, they want music.

They want live music. Hey, hey, hey, do you want to earn a pound now? Do you want to earn some money? And dumb as I was, full of self-confidence back then, I was like, I will do that, no problem. And, you know, making an announcement that you do something is fun until that day arrives.

Would you agree? It can be. It depends what you're planning to do. I mean, if you're planning to rob a bank or run through the street naked, yeah, it's great to announce it.

What I tried to do was even more horrible. Suddenly there was this big old van outside and two guys came and they took my keyboard and they said, no, today you make the show. And I was like, okay, because I had, of course, nothing planned and I had no skills.

So I went there and the owner came at me like, okay, you make good show for people. I want to make people dance. People shall say, this is good pub.

We go every night, we make best pub. And I was like, okay, let me first have a pizza, please. I must be hungry.

Was the person Scottish? No, he was, I don't know. I was going by your accent. I didn't know where they were from.

That person was, I don't know, Russian. I believe, yeah, there was a Russian pub. No, the Russian pub was next door.

That was where always people, where the cops always were. No, that was, I can't remember proper now. It's like over 20 years ago.

But I stalled, of course. I ate the pizza, I had a drink and I stalled. I stalled the performance and finally there was like, you know when the door opens and the warden comes in and says, it's time, my son, follow me.

So I started to play and guess what I played? The one tune, what did I play? I don't know. I played something stupid because that was the only thing that I could come up with. Did they dance? Nobody, nobody, an elderly woman, complete, you know, the lines in her face, like Grand Canyon lines of alcoholism in her face.

Yeah? Yeah. If you would have needed a red lamp, you could have taken her home, her nose would have been that red lamp. Wow.

So she came, don't play these old people crap, please play something more. And I was out of my wits. I had no idea what to do next.

So, you know, these keywords, they have pre-recorded tunes. So I went smart with it. I took one of those more dancey tunes and started to play.

And then I presented, you know, I did a proper playback, but the Titanic already hit the iceberg and there were already people drowning. Oh, man. So my fame, you know, it was, oh, I almost went in a very inappropriate comparison with about rising up and anyhow.

So that, ladies and gentlemen, that was a story about Houdini. And then the people, no, then the people had me like, not evicted or let me, but, you know, I packed it up and I left and I was a bit ashamed of myself. Oh, don't be ashamed.

Oh, Sebastian. Anyhow. Don't be sad.

Back in those old days, I was the first one. But we love you. We love you.

Too kind. Just smile. Go on, give us a smile.

Over 20 years ago. I'm practising my counselling skills. Oh, don't be sad.

Sebastian, you can be proud of yourself. But have you acted on it? You can't always be proud of everything you act on. I realised that over my lifetime.

Certain things I perhaps shouldn't have acted on. So what I was saying with that story was I was the first one on YouTube who basically used a keyboard to show people songs, how to play them. I did it in the freezer in the supermarket.

That's one thing I wasn't proud of. Carry on. I can come up with a plethora of things you should not be proud of.

And they're all invented, all made up, but it will do the trick. That's what you use to play guitar, isn't it? A plethora? No. That is a plectrum.

Oh, okay. A plethora is a huge amount of things. Oh, you're going to be literal about things.

That's going to be a lot of fun for me. Anyhow, I was one of the first people who did keyboard stuff on YouTube, who showed people how to play certain stuff. Can I just ask you something? Sorry to interrupt.

Well, I'm not because it's my podcast. But I do have a question. Why did you keep – you talked about me.

You were referring to me earlier about deleting my stuff. You deleted all of your stuff, continuously deleted stuff. You wouldn't leave it on there for more than a few days sometimes and you delete it.

So why didn't you leave your stuff on YouTube? On what platform? YouTube. I haven't put anything on YouTube. I mean, I have.

I'm talking about in the past. Yes, you did. The keyboard guy or something you used to call yourself.

Yeah, the keyboard dude. That was the thing. And then this whole – when Google took over and the whole thing changed, also that was what I was going to tell you.

My equipment. In 2006, you know what the cameras were like? Yeah. Cardboard, cardboard.

And so I had this two-euro microphone. The problem is – imagine it. 20 years later, I have basically my own amateur studio at home and I do – how can I – I do nil.

And back in those days, I was so young and I had the crappiest of crap equipment, but I did all that, yeah? Yeah. And I was topless in these videos and there were even comments on that like, please wear some clothes. I mean, it was summer and the window was open when I recorded these and there were literally a comment.

I remember, please put on some clothes. Imagine that. It's like the one – only comment you get is, please put more clothes on.

Wow. And I was much slimmer and I was much younger back then. Anyhow, yeah, so then YouTube, the company, the fact that it was the company name, YouTube.

Yeah, I know, I know. They invited me to be one of the – in the first official YouTube musician groups. Wow.

And then I lost all interest and goofed it all up and, you know, and I've never been back with YouTube properly again. You know what I'm starting to think? Yeah. Because in my memory, my memory is that I joined YouTube in 2007.

But I'm thinking maybe I did join in 2006. Maybe I did start making videos in 2006. Because I know I definitely made videos for MySpace in 2006.

And if YouTube – I discovered YouTube pretty much when it started, a little bit after it started. And for some reason I was thinking it was 2007. But then when I think of 2007, that was moving me towards when I first started doing my university degree.

So I'd already been doing videos and podcasts for two years by the end of 2007. So maybe I was making hypnosis videos on YouTube in 2006. But I must have deleted the channel and opened another channel in 2007 because I kept that one for quite a few years.

I only can tell you how we came to be. I can tell you that. It's no problem.

I remember when I was – how old was I? 12 or 13 years old. And my father – you molested my father sexually over the phone. That was the thing.

He got these – you prank call people. That's the truth. That's the truth.

Anyhow, no, in 2009 I wanted to have some relaxation in my life and I realized suddenly I've had this – I can't believe you just said that. Yeah, go on. 2009, so 13 years ago.

Yeah, and then I browsed through certain – there was this whisper community thing. It was like a fetish. What ASMR is today, this whole industry, it was back then like a small scene of whisperers and it was like fetishes and they were revered.

And then I realized one which had wind noises in the background. It was like, hello and welcome. I'm clipping with intention.

It was distorted in the sound quality. And welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland and this free session is for relaxation. And then this was where you did the classic routine, this how aware are you of your feet? This thing.

And I had no interest in that. It was like this voice doesn't even work for me. I don't know.

It was like, okay, this guy, never mind. But I kept coming back to it and not for out of nasty reasons because like the voice of that guy or something. No, but I kept coming back to it and I guess it wasn't on my space.

When did we interact for the first time? I cannot remember for my life. Probably the same, probably that year. I remember talking to you in 2000.

I remember 2011 talking to you. That was when we had Facebook going already. Yeah, Facebook, because I started, because I was already doing whispering in part of some of my recordings.

And you said, why don't you do a whisper recording just for whispering? This is in 2010 or 2011. And so I started doing some just whisper recordings. I said that to you.

Yeah, this is back in, I think you and a couple of other people said, a few people said it, but you were one of the first. Yeah, but I told you that was back then, that was like the fetish going on. And so of course I would have told you.

You know, the thing is, I don't want to go into that, but the guy in Berlin, the guy who hooked me up with whatever, that guy was a friend of mine in 2008 until 2013. And he told me a couple of days ago what I said to him in 2012. And I cannot remember what I did back then.

Everybody is coming and telling, this is what you said back then. And I'm like, sorry, don't hold up anything against me. I cannot remember.

This is over a decade ago. You know, and the thing is, you are so much older than I am. And you can remember that.

That's a worrying sign, actually. Not good. Why? Why is it not good for you? Yeah, because, you know, I should remember that, you know, I should remember how we particularly, and then, you know, and then, you know, we had Facebook.

And then this is when we started out our special relationship. Yeah. And I can't remember.

Was it always that naughty? I remember that you had bad problems back in around 2011 with, you know, with, I cannot say that. Can I say this? You can say what you want. Keeping it up, you know.

Oh, what? Really? Really? I mean it in the internet way. You had the problems, you know, with constantly not being able to provide a consistent service for, that sounds wrong too. Anyhow.

No, I understand. It was so much worse back then than it ever. Can I, I should mention, for those listening, if there's anyone listening, I, are you going to the toilet? Are you sitting on the toilet, Sebastian? No, I'm not.

I'm sitting here. And what makes you think that? It sounded like a little dribble into a toilet. That's just what it sounded like, a little bit, or like a little, a little bit of poo plopping, a couple of little bits of poo plopping into the toilet basin.

I got to tell you, you've never been that unprofessional all your career, so I wouldn't stoop that low. So yeah, we're all good. No, I'm sitting here.

I've done worse. You were saying, I've done worse. Oh yeah, back in, see, I wasn't, I was, this isn't new stuff, but I don't mention it very often really, but I was diagnosed with bipolar at the end of 2011.

It was December 2011. Before that, I was constantly, I'm talking like most of my life, as a child included, was up and down constantly. So I would destroy what I built, so I'd build, so I'd be very prolific sometimes, like I still am now I guess, and then other times, I would destroy what I'd built.

Now, I think I started to get a little bit more stable, probably after that time, although I still, yeah, so that was. You have become more stable because these things, luckily, these disorders become more mild with age, and that is not another pun at you, but it's just the way it is.

I don't know about the, I mean, I've known people, I don't know about that, but being on medication, years and years and years and years and years and years of different therapies, training to become a therapist myself, working on myself, a lot goes into it, as for yourself as well, it's not just about just getting older, I think, but there are some, although many non-benefits to getting older, there are some of the benefits I think is, although it's not a great thing to have less energy, but not have the same energy as I had when I was younger, means I don't do so many bad things.

In a way, yes, and also being older means not only wiser, but also you have, as you mentioned, you had a lot of options to research this illness, and the moment when you face it and you research it for yourself, then you start to understand it, then you start to realize what is the cause of it, the root. But then it's, yeah, and I think it's with any, I think anyone has got, like you've got your own stuff, and everyone's got their own things going on, haven't they?

I don't think it's even just a case of, you can learn about the condition itself and how it affects other people, then you learn and get to know how it affects you, and then I think you need to get to a point where you learn how you are as a person, beyond a condition, beyond a medical label. So I think I've learned to understand myself, and whether that's an age thing, I don't know, maybe it is, maybe I struggled when I was in my 20s, I know, I was all over the place when I was in my 20s, and even my 30s, less so, but still a bit, a bit, you know, and then I thought, yeah, I think by the time I get to about 90, I think I'll be quite...

We are facing the same issue, we have been, not we, it's like, oh, only we, you know, we are not the victims of the universe here, we are, this is the attitude we should avoid at all costs, but, you know, people who have suffered greatly in their childhood, from childhood trauma, whatever reason, their life is, let's say it's a job they have to, it's an extra job they have to work in, getting to know their own better, getting to know the illness better, understanding what has happened, accepting that, doing trauma therapy, therapy and everything.

Yes, huge, it's huge, isn't it? It's a constant job, and you know what, and then we go back to the politics, you know, these, these, I always say our benefactors, yeah, our benefactors, they wouldn't allow us a basic proper income, they say, look, you have, you have changed from, from a man who destroyed his whole, complete, flat with all possessions in it, I remember that one, yeah, you, you, you change from that one to a man who is self-employed, basically, if you want to call it, you have researched, you've, you've doubled in Buddhism, yeah, you, you identify yourself as a Buddhist, don't you?

Yeah.

So, you could have, you could have gone to the juvenile criminal path, you could have become an alcoholic, like, you could have become complete, you know, a mess, a horrible mess, you could have caused damage to society, you did not, you invested in yourself, you, you research, and so did I, and I think this is what, this is the injustice, because other, other guys, they go to university, have no problems in life, they learn, whatever they learn, and then they go and, and get, get paid, and I'm like, you know, it's a bit unfair, because

we are putting in our work to, you know, what I try, I, I, I, I try not to do this, because I had a conversation with someone very close to me recently, and he was, to be fair, he's got COVID, so he's a bit under the weather, but he was really hammering against unemployed people, and people who are ill, people that were mental health issues, and he was really being vicious, in the end, I had to say, you're talking about me, you know, you realise you're, this is a very close person in my life, and

I said, you realise you're, you're basically slagging me off, and he said, no, no, but I'm not talking about you, you've got your stuff together, and you're doing well, and I said, yeah, but it doesn't matter, the simple thing you're talking about, you've been there too, you've been at that point, where you were just like completely not able to function, and where you just had the basic dole they gave you, and so yeah, you've been there, and everybody who has been at that point, yeah, and you know why they do it, because it's easy, it's

cheap, it's easy and cheap to talk about the unemployed, like, you know.

I tried to, I tried to point out, because this person's too close for me to get into a row with, I had to pull back, and I had like, this is family, so I had to say, look, you know, focus on yourself, you're successful, that's what I said to him, you're successful, you're doing really well, you've chosen to do the job you're doing, if you don't like it, you need to change it, you've chosen to get a mortgage, you've chosen to have a car, you've chosen this lifestyle, you're doing, you're successful, enjoy that, focus on

your success, don't, try not to focus on other people's, what other people are doing, because, he, he'll never understand, well, hopefully, I hope he never gets to understand what it's like, to have a disability.

Also, being unemployed, unemployed, that is a proper job, that is more work than, than, than the regulars, I found, by now, that I have worked at least, well, one odd, or, or the other odd job, that having a job, is, the easiest thing, to be in society, because everybody leaves you alone, because you're doing what everybody else does, and, not having any money, not, you know, being unemployed means it's more stressful, because you always have to look out, I mean right now, oh, oh, don't get me started about the, the prices going up and everything, it's, it's not, we don't focus on that here, we, I try and, I try and, I try and not focus on too much reality, in this podcast.

Yeah, but, but still, but still, I just say, it, it, it is, it is very simple and easy, to, to, to slag off unemployed people, or people who have a mental disability, like, you know, or like, who have mental illness, like, they just should focus, they just should want to work, than they could, because, if you are in that, area of life, then, it's, just as much a job, to get by, than it, it, it's easier to have a job, and be, show up every day, I can confirm, so, we need to get back to the topic we wanted, we were, wanting to give a tribute to Eddini.

Oh, I don't care, I'm bored with him now, no, he's, he's, I'm joking, I'm joking, the last thing I'd say, is what, the point I was making, is, I try not to do it the same, go the same way as well, by having to go at people, that are working, or not working, or anything, because every, and everybody's got it hard, you know, it's, just being alive, is, difficult, it's just difficult, regardless of, where you're from, because it's, as soon as you, it doesn't matter, you might be the, the wealthiest, healthiest, most good looking, person,

never have any financial problems, everything's perfect, but as soon as you get into, a relationship with another human being, that you care about, the more people you get involved in, other people, it doesn't matter how healthy you are, other people, will get ill, it doesn't matter how wealthy you are, other people will have financial problems, even if you never have them yourself, so you're gonna have to, you may not suffer yourself, within yourself, although everyone does, because, I don't believe anyone does, everyone suffers, but you're gonna, you're gonna suffer by proxy, because you'll see other

people suffering, you'll see your parents get old, and disabled, and perhaps, you'll have people that you care about, passing away, and no amount of money, can stop that, no amount of, wellbeing in yourself, is gonna take away that, so everybody, has suffered or will suffer, so that's, I'll try and hold on to that, in the sense of, there's nothing special about, being healthy, and there's nothing special about being, being unhealthy, it's just human, it's a throw of a dice, that's what we have, it's a throw of a dice, that's what life is, and life is

always hard, because you know, as it happens, oh, anyhow, I know this, now then, now then, come on, no, no, no, I've got it under manageable control, manageable, no, but you know, I know at least, yeah, yeah, go, yeah, I know at least, of one, very, very, famous German musician, yeah, and the guy, has experienced, literally, world success, and, I think, I think he can wipe his, no, I mean, he has, David Hasselhoff, what?

David Hasselhoff, that's not a German, he's the most successful German singer, of all time, I, I have nothing to comment on David Hasselhoff, I'm happy, he is, hasn't he had the, the most successful, singing career, in Germany, above everyone else, no, I remember, I mean, when the wall came down, and he was, dancing around, in his, his light, in his, illuminated jacket, where I've been looking for, freedom, no one, yeah, but he's a huge star in Germany, isn't he, he's more like, oh, he used to be, he's, yeah, he's more like, how can I put

this, these days, he's more like this, you know, he had the problems, he, 10 years ago, do you remember, yeah, I do remember, yeah, I remember very well, a very, very, very, shameful alcoholic, and, no, he's more like, you know, not cringe, I tell you, I tell you something, if that, do you, well I'm going to, do you remember that, the audio, the hamburger video, you mean that one, with the hamburger, no, I'm talking about him talking to his daughter on the phone when he was drunk, yeah, that happened now, that happened now, they would

take off, Baywatch, Knight Rider, would never be seen again on television, right, they would cancel, even though he's not really, so relevant I guess, as he used to be, but he did start doing those talent shows, didn't he on the panel, like big judges and stuff, yeah, he would, but they would take off Baywatch, everything from the internet and he'd be completely because that was proper disgusting wasn't it the things he was saying to her I was only aware of the of the video where he was trying to eat a hamburger and he was completely

under the influence and then you know but this is what I was referring to I know this musician and this musician is is one of the most successful international musicians in Germany and this man is still cannot do anything like like doing a tour or something and he will he will suffer from extreme depression after that he will yes he has stated literally in a in a in a TV documentation about depression he stated if I cannot write one good guitar riff or just one song a day and I am NOT worth anything and imagine

this man has hundreds of millions in the bank he's a guitarist for one of the for the biggest German band in the world you know that so no I don't know I didn't know Germans that I didn't even know you had bands over there stop it stop it stop it I have to edit that out listen I didn't say anything now we had a letter from little Jimmy no I I I remember I did get less it did did Jason did I I didn't because I didn't I didn't know Germany I didn't know you had

music out there don't you know don't you know that there's one band from Germany no that is so so right said Fred I love these guys but they are from UK is it the ones with the helmets or helmets you know the ones that always want to help like they were almost like motorbike helmets the whole time you mean Devo Devo no no but they're huge to you be Baba Baba Baba no that's a different one there's Scatman I must what's the name of the group then ABBA ABBA you mean you mean you mean you

mean Kraftwerk Kraftwerk yeah Kraftwerk they were German weren't they they are still they asked and they are but but it's not my brand no you know what band I'm referring to it's the biggest band that has ever been come out of Germany you too you choose Irish The Beatles Germany now wait a second four non-blondes three non-blondes you're stuck in the 90s get on with the program what what year then give me a decade 1995 was the foundation of this band and they're active to this very day and they're like the biggest band in Germany

from Germany in the world I love the fact that you're saying this because it's gonna be a band that no one knows about they sell out stadium tours in one hour and we talk about 50,000 people stadiums they sell it out in one hour yeah so outside of Germany or inside Germany worldwide worldwide so what yeah yeah but you could say Germany Bucharest and I don't know North America South America how about I don't think they have been to Africa because people don't have the money there but yeah who that wait a minute let me

just think of someone Dire Straits no I'm stuck in the 80s I need to move forward 2000s wait wait wait wait it's probably really obvious because I might even know them I might get would I have heard of them it's impossible not to know them or at least one song from them or two is impossible virtually impossible okay okay just okay calm down now calm down now I can give you hints if you want okay one hint lots of lots and lots and lots of fire lots and lots and lots of fire fire starter pyrotechnics

pyrotechnics oh wait a minute wait a minute Oh Eminem Eminem is one guy and he's from from America pyrotechnic wait a second wait a second Oh Guns and Roses they're from America Europe you you know I have to commend you on your musical taste but other than that okay give me I like it's not Lionel Richie wait a second no wait wait wait shaking Stevens no wait wait so we're talking late 90s 2000s they had they had their world success in the year 2000 yeah and from there on out it has become more and more

bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and more costly I the thing is right okay now there is something on YouTube that I've seen and they are German and but I'm just gonna point out to you that no one they are huge and they do stadiums like they do stadiums and I actually love watching them and they do cover versions of different songs but I forget what they're called and they're all they're all I think they're all German but they sing in English and the and it's huge like a

massive stage that turns constantly and there's usually to the Scorpions no I don't know I'm not sure but it's about 12 singers there's honest I mean it's huge it's like and there are we're talking stadium full of people and they'll just sit there but it's and every one of the singers is a really brilliant singer like are you how aware are you by now every listener right now has grabbed their phones in from the mouth and they are screaming that very band's name into their cell phones like is if you would hear it I hope

they're not robbing from the mouth I wait just give me give me a couple of seconds give a couple of seconds we're coming near the end of the podcast anyway could you believe it we've been talking for nearly an hour now so we did not well get on with it get on with it don't dare you this is just how dare you talk to me like that let me wait a second wait a second I'm just here's a boss well clearly not tonight let me just think of it 2000 Germany Germany are we REM who

is the biggest German band in the world right now I didn't know they had bands honestly I didn't know they had bands I thought it was more like jokey jokey bands I even sent you that music video yeah but no one know that you sent me a music video and his daughter was you sent me one of his daughter now I enjoyed watching that I'll be honest I know I don't I don't like to admit it but he's the the pitch that he can reach it it was actually enjoyable to listen to that band that

is my favorite band from Germany from Berlin yes no one in this country unless they're German would have heard of that band well I'm that's what I'm saying is I'm not saying no one but I'm talking in the public I'm no expert on the local music these days that I'm not up to date as up to date as I used to be so I'm there might be a really big German band I've never heard of but they might be number one in the charts right now I'm a little bit behind I'm not as young as

you I'm not as young as fresh and I say fresh and I can't smell you but I'm pretty sure it's quite smelly I imagine you quite smelly I don't know I actually just reminded myself that I really did not take a shower yet after my hard gym session today I am in my I am in my own apartment the door is closed the windows are closed and nobody's here so nobody listen listen all right okay give me give me another clue about this band because we have to end this in a minute so we need

we need to do something about a Dini okay that was that was a point he's dead now so let's just let's focus on let's focus on the living for a minute maybe we'll talk about a Dini another time because we haven't really given him okay we'll talk about it in a second so just give me the name of the band that would be easier wouldn't it haven't you ever heard about Rammstein are you are you are you playing silly willy with me are you serious Rammstein I've never heard of that what is it it's the

biggest German band in the world Rammstein that sounds like something you get a cream for no no no do you want to know about the name no I don't care because it's quite daunting you know these are all guys from East Berlin and and and and you know we had the the war going on back then yeah and in Germany in West Germany is a US Air Force base called Rammstein and it's it's a town called that yeah there was a little air show going on and but suddenly some guy made a miscalculation and two

fighter jets crashed into each other and they crashed into the crowd and there was a big old yeah disaster going on and these guys when they made their band they were like what should we call each other no oh we we are we want to make horrible German music like really one two three four oh let's call like that we call it like Rammstein fluke show Rammstein flight show but then they mispronounce it and they wrote it with two M's it's only written with one M that that that town no we we had a similar

thing happened in this country quite a few years ago anyhow yeah it was any shit well okay well the guitarist of that band is at the highest point in music industry you can achieve and he's still as I was saying empty on the inside he's still depressed he's still insecure about himself and yeah that was what we're to get go back a big old roll back to what you were saying how what good is it if you are still suffering on the inside well yeah and I suppose a message to Eddie I mean unlikely he's

listening to this but if you are I apologize for not known in Germany had musicians I've not heard of them but I I will Google if you see their ongoing stage you'll you'll be you will be doing a defecation in a big way because you'll be doing a solid number two because it's the biggest stage I've ever seen and just so you know these guys come with their own power plants they cannot just go into a into any city and say let's play a show the show is so demanding with energy that when they switch

on their show the lights go out well okay I'm glad we managed to spend so much time on that is I would name me a song that I would know you say that we should know that you could name me there's one song there's one song that anybody you know they made a career out of what is it what's it called do hust to do us to ask me I just I don't know I can't see that being a big hit here I mean it's the thing you know they made it they made a career

out of you know one two three four beat like stomping like very German teutonic and the guitars are very very accurate in electronic to like very stabbing and very accurate and the first albums they did their words they had songs with only one or two words as as the chorus you know like this to hassle or big dish and and so they had this commanding thing about them and so this made them rise to this and the the fire they have on the stage you know this made them rise to international world fame okay yeah

I'm gonna check him out if you send me send me a link or something to their biggest hit and I'll tell you what I'm into at the moment it's a new he's not a new singer but he's new to me and his name is called Alec Benjamin and check him out he's is I think he's about 26 27 now but he he's been around for a while Alec so A L E C and Benjamin B E N J G J A M I N Benjamin have a have a little look if you go on Spotify

and put his name in and then there's there's basically a playlist on there of his his best songs and what he does is he's managed to write catchy tunes like really ones that you end up kind of almost humming you might not know the words but you'll learn that is that that is a quality of a good songwriter yeah that's what you want yeah and it's almost throwback because I've not I've not really encountered many songwriters to do that of this generation they usually they'll have a chorus which is catchy but everything he does is

catchy everything he does is almost I can't explain it he's I think he's your personal Ed Sheeran I prefer him I prefer him because I just believe would you believe if I told you that to this day I managed I managed to not proactively consciously have listened to one single song by Ed Sheeran I do not know any song by that guy I have seen his red hair his carrot whatever no slurs on this one but yeah you just saying that because I poo-pooed your favorite German band and you're trying to make out now that

Ed Sheeran oh even though Ed Sheeran is one of the biggest stars in the world I thought you were coming up with another name I think you I think you have heard an Ed Sheeran song I bet you haven't you must have heard how else would you even know what his name is because he's always you know it was like a couple years ago with Billie Eilish and have you not do you not have you not listened to any Versa that that was the thing because did you just wait she was she was so shoved

down my throat as a product yeah every everywhere everywhere this face everywhere here her green hair and then it was it was like it was like I know I cannot I cannot say what I want to say but yeah it was like literally like a disease it was eating me I was like I well I because I don't watch any I came across her by accident and I think it was on a chart show it was a chart show thing that I watched and I just loved it you know her first you know the first

song you know when she's overdressed oversized clothes riding a little motor little bike little kids bike and yeah I thought was great and I but because I don't watch much mainstream stuff anymore very much more sort of Netflix so I didn't see much advertising about her I know she was as you said it was she was the biggest thing and everyone was talking about her and stuff but and I don't read the newspapers I don't so I've not mean either but that was a problem because it was huge billboards going on in my city with

her and I was like okay if you want me so hardcore badly to listen to this person I will never do it willingly and then we don't have billboards where I live we we've only just got lights last week we got streetlights put in so we're a little bit behind the times here but again you know when when you're being so forced to I managed to evade her too I managed to evade her mostly to her but don't forget I won I don't forget I've done that in the past okay I've done that with a

lot of movies when I missed out on some of the best movies because I refused to watch them because they were popular and because they were so popular and all everyone was talking about them all the time Titanic's one okay I don't think it's it's it's a great visual movie but like if you know the ending before it starts what's the point but I'll give you an example is Pulp Fiction I avoided Pulp Fiction for at least two years so I thought no I'm not watching this crap because everyone says they're great I bet it's

just a pile of crap and it really was as good as people were making out it really was a brilliant film when the Sopranos came out I refused to watch it because it was they were trying they advertised it all the time on the TV so I just said no I ain't watching that crap it turned out to be one of my favorite programs ever I love this you know so I've missed out on stuff so now I I kind of I don't want to miss out on good stuff because there's not I watch a

lot of movies and there's not that many brilliant movies personally that are outstanding so I don't want to miss an outstanding one and like Billie Eilish instead of just going for the I listen to her album when she when it was released I listened to the actual album and I like the album but I've not seen it it's a very thin line between hating her or slagging her off as a person which she doesn't deserve which she got her share of because that's what people do but no it just was like if that is so

over presented to me then I will not deal with it because I felt forced if it felt like harassment yeah I mean I don't I don't generally feel I think sometimes yeah maybe with television if you if it like I don't know some like Amazon there's a lot of adverts on Amazon but it's their own stuff they're always advertising their own stuff so Amazon Prime TV they'll be keep promoting a movie that they've got coming out or a new TV show and sometimes that's like oh go away if I wanted to watch it I'll watch

it I don't need it to be advertised you want you want to find out about it yourself you wanna you want to say you want to say you want to have a reason to watch it not because somebody has told you you know just Amazon and and all these things you just mentioned have become what were the good office pals back in the day when you have you seen that one yet you need to see here's that is something did you know this you know on Netflix do you know the covers of the the movies

or the covers of the TV shows you know you look on there you notice they change the covers I just have the same cover the whole time I have had a Netflix account in over I guess two years or so I'm still gonna can I'm gonna still continue what I'm saying then just for listeners just just out of interest because I didn't know this they've got an algorithm okay if you watch let's say I'm gonna be vague on this one but let's say you're I say German for example let's say you're German and you watch

movies and you like German actors okay then what they start to do is they'll show images of a movie or TV show and they'll show the German actor on the front even they might not even be a main person they'll change the image in order to entice you to watch it to appeal more to you yeah they'll do that with color or skin yeah they'll do that with sexuality they do it with so they basically if you watch stuff that's on a particular sexuality then they will focus on that and they will show let's say

gay icons and they'll show them even if they're not a main star of the show and if it's okay it's a black people this is totally just not even made up they'll have on the on the cover even if that person's only in it for like one episode out of 12 episodes they will show that character on the front in order to encourage to cater for who they think they're catering for it's like with a certain website that we both we both what's the word for that Peru's don't talk about Chatterbate come on it's like

Chatterbate when they know I've noticed with the hashtag German the girls they had they all labeled themselves German and when you go there it's always you know not able to speak it's infuriating on that note I'm gonna leave I'm gonna end so sorry Adini we didn't get to talk about you yeah I'm pretty sure I'm pretty sure everybody by now has ripped out their earbuds and threw them away like unholy never again this drivel so I think we achieved our task I was gonna say about Adini is I think he because his YouTube channel is

still up and people are I think more people are watching his videos now which is weird did you did you did you see let's just let's just have let's just have talk about it now first off yeah he was one of the first guys I have had with the relaxation hypnosis going on and everything and yes and the thing is he also was a troubled person all his life yeah he was he was a loner and the thing was there is not this is not a thing about don't talk about talk bad about that dead

people this is not a compliment he was just a deeply good-hearted guy he was just super super super he was not saying helpless but he couldn't help himself he was a kind kind guy he if he was very sweet in his but he just didn't do the right things to get what he wanted in life and he wanted all to be married and he wanted to have a kid and you know to find love and to be acknowledged and he did it's not not bad not not I don't know what the words are this is

it's not the worst aspiration in life is it to want to fall in love also he was a very firm believer in Christianity as in in the Catholic branch of that yeah and you know when I talked with him he always tried to please you know like he was trying to a let me show you some magic trick and he was you know that was where he what he did it with his life was he went downtown and he performed magic for the people in the summer and that worked out but then he has his

favorite thing in the world wasn't it but he had ongoing health issues because he was bipolar too and that that gave him trouble and he was also in a way sorry to say he wasn't his own magician in creating turmoil for himself you know I mean it's hard I don't know that much about other than what he's really sort of spoken about himself on camera I mean you gotta remember someone might make a video that lasts for 35 minutes once a week but you know what they do the rest of the time you were not

privy to are we we don't know what they're thinking or what they're feeling yeah but but what he as I was saying he was he was in a way a deeply good guy good good hearted to the bone yeah it's a nice it was a nice man he's and also he I don't think he I tried to point out to him that how many people he's helped you know over the years I was now flabbergasted with you know how many when you go on his YouTube channel now and in general how many real-life contacts he

actually seemed to have had who knew him who wrote in his memorial book like you know yeah and I always thought he was really a loner like you know really having bad luck in life and couldn't really do something about it I think I think what you're what you're getting I think he felt sorry for himself a bit too much and I don't mean that in a negative way because I do that I've done that I've spent plenty of time feeling sorry for myself six years of my life yeah focusing on what I don't have

rather what than what I do have what I haven't accomplished rather than what I have accomplished focusing on you know and it's very easy to get caught up in that but I think he at times he was but then that that's that can come with the old bipolar and you know getting caught up in the negative thinking in my case borderline to the utmost maximum yeah so I would know I would know how you can become lost in that you know in my YouTube support group that I've joined in weekly I will not now make

advertisement for that but we have this thing where we say you know depression and and this sort of it's like a siren in your head and she keeps telling you the wrong things all the time yeah yeah no yes that's right and it's it's weird it's weird but I mean as far as he goes that he he got what he wanted at the end he met someone he fell in love he got married and I know that it was you know it was right that like the last pretty much one of the last things he

did in his life was getting married there was there was in a way you know I was I was you know in 2010 I believe that was a very very very weird time of my life because I just had one parent dead and the other parent we were a bit too you know I was not really you know I wasted my 20s and I'll never get those back but not with alcohol and drugs or anything but with being a confused person and what I was going to say was that that was this time when there

was this dynamic with you and other people I will not name now and some more people I will not name or I could name one of those guys hello Eric mr.

Schmumpkin if you would hear this I'll tell you let's talk about Eric quickly before we go let's just mention Eric there's nothing to mention about this this beautiful this I know isn't he beautiful man is deeply beautiful soul he has one of the most beautiful souls I have ever encountered it's like he's literally like an angel isn't he like I I said to him years and years and years ago I said to him listen Eric I sent him a message and I said you need to write down what you what you've said in the videos

you need to write down and people will read this you don't realize that what the words you say are just phenomenal and you know he said and I said you need to and he stopped making videos said you should make more videos these and he stops and he said to me oh I'm not like you I can't just make a video and just talk when when he made a video it it keep doing it over and over and over again until he got it right yeah and also I you know with him it's the same

thing of course we need to mention he is I have a disability a physical disability but he is much more afflicted we have the same disability don't you have the same the same birth yeah the same birth defect and but but he is much more afflicted than I am and I have no idea I can tell you from an old saying from a doctor of mine this never gets better with age so I do not know if it is not deteriorating like in like an illness like cancer that will go on and then you're dead

but it is slowly I don't know about Eric these days and if you're hearing this Eric you are still very very beloved by people he's yeah he's on Facebook yeah if he has if he has in any way the physical ability still if he is not afflicted more these days by bad health just get always it again because people know it's the audience is even bigger the the ways you can promote yourself are bigger but there again you know just like you just like me if you have certain issues you will you could have the

greatest gift in your hands and you will not act on it because you don't believe you're worth it and that's his problem too I feel no he's you know what I would give to be him not not physically because I mean you know obviously because of his fit I wouldn't want that because that I don't know how I would deal with that I don't know how he deals with it but to have his positivity his positive outlook and the love the love that he's got in his heart genuinely has a love that I can't even

comprehend I mean I'll be honest and then it sounds it's gonna sound weird but he is and I've not I've not met the man obviously I've spoken to him yeah and had conversations very brief conversations more by writing rather than verbal and but he he's almost like like Jesus I know it's gonna sound ridiculous he is he's basically living and practicing Buddhism without even probably having studied it he takes he is capable of taking your pain onto him in a way yeah he's kind of like a Jesus Buddhist a Buddha just from the love perspective

from the he's like genuinely and people listen to this that might thinking what you're talking about and I don't even know how you get to find is it always video still on YouTube I think so the thing is the thing is how I would explain it is Eric is the kind of person that is very limited in his movement movement yeah his physical but he will still go all the way for you emotionally to support you with what you want or if you don't feel well he will go that extra mile even if he cannot

physically and yeah he's not been forgotten and it is not a shame but it said that he doesn't doesn't realize he doesn't know the effect the positive effect that he had with those videos because being on YouTube being on Facebook is fine he's got he's got a large selection of people and he posts and it's very positive and stuff for those people but for and I'm sure people share his stuff but on YouTube he really I mean he'd he could be up there and let's just say he could be up there with the likes of

big motivational people absolutely he would be he would be if he would come back and just do this again maybe we should do a big old exception yeah on this on this podcast you know you don't peddle you don't make advertisement and everything but I think we can make an exception and we can say in honor of our bereaved friend at Dini if you have not ever seen a video from him go to YouTube then you could just google a Dini E D D I and I on YouTube and you'll find him immediately and as

for Eric he goes by the name Shmumpkin2 and that channel is written s-c-h-m-u-m-p-k-i-n-i-i because he is still on there you looking now is it there I can I to a certainty he is still there wait a minute he's still doing it yeah I haven't got access to the internet at the moment so I was wondering how many videos are on there so yeah what I had to type a while I wanted I wanted shake oh I just banged a microphone sorry everyone I made a mistake it's not shmumpkin with two eyes in the end it's

shmumpkin to the Roman to you know the two big one Roman eyes eric eric K is shmumpkin to yeah his name is shmumpkin to and he has right now two four six oh my god he has videos he has videos reaching back to all the way down oh my god when will that stop this he has uploaded videos from 11 years ago it's all there and if you feel bad and if you need a good wholesome experience and you are tired of certain if you want another experience varying from Jason or something like that no

no no as well as the channel name is just google eric shmumpkin e r i c yeah s ch s ch m u m p k i n like the pumpkin only it's shmumpkin I've got it yeah yeah I got it and his last video come to think about it it's horrible it's like six years ago already blimey boss his last video is six years ago 11 years ago 11 is last year 13th of February 2011 that's 11 years that was his first video and his last one called blueprints is six years ago oh yeah

yeah yeah and I was I was like oh is he back is he back finally and then he never got on with it and yeah sir you are appreciated I'll give you one I do I want to give a couple of let's have a look I want to give some titles so people can see of course you can link them so some of the things two years of joy and discovery the things you can do don't be just don't be we should explain about his format what he does particularly yeah well he just talks isn't

he into the camera he has he has yeah we all do that but he has specific specific like you a specific segments and what he does is a softy and a sofa yeah and now that sounds what does he lounge about on the sofa no he doesn't this means shout out Friday thank you and shout out Friday awesome which are one in the same thing he he he never puts himself first like that he does videos with topics about him but he takes other people's YouTube channels and presents them and promote them when he likes

them when he feels them and when it's good stuff and so basically this is a rabbit hole you find him to be wholesome but he give you a lot of channels which are probably by now no more existent in a good amount I don't know but still and yeah he needs to be a little bit pumps we need to pump him up well maybe yeah I mean well I'm to be fair I'm gonna look as even now he hasn't uploaded anything for six years he's still got 649 subscribers he had a lot more than that

didn't he back then yeah and in fact I'm gonna subscribe so I've got can do that I'm gonna watch some of his videos actually because I said like watching his videos I just had to find him over your YouTube account your Facebook account I I was insecure about him being well and alive after all this time I was like mmm because I know how it can go with disability and and and that it can be progressing and and I don't know but he's retired from work now something about that that he's no he's not working

anymore I might have it wrong absolutely honey pie to recommend and very wholesome and yeah he should get on with it again but then again I remember faintly that he had also troubles with his living arrangements to produce videos something that would contribute to not him to him not doing a video because he had specific living arrangements got him getting in the way all right I'm just I'm just looking at Deanie's I can't believe that is the last video the last video is got on there is you're in the toilet again aren't you no dropping

those I'm not I'm not in a toilet I've never been in a toilet and if you are referring to this reverb trust me if I want to soundproof my living room that would be like a jackpot worth of money it's impossible okay now then listen as it happens as it happens I'm gonna have to go because we've been talking for way too long but it was it wasn't it wasn't it it's just a purpose eventually um if the purpose was to waste an hour and a half yet it's served that purpose no we put we

put in good good good fun lovely sorry he's taking over again no we we did we did we did eventually come around to speak to promote a good thing and yeah so will you with this is this is no you know post-production talk will you I think you should edit it to a more coherent thing no no no there would be no just take I mean this is included as well by the way I haven't said goodbye yet so when I say goodbye and then that will be it yeah I'll edit it I'll just basically

take off the end take off the beginning increase the volume unfortunately and then I will there's one particular loud sound when I bang the microphone so I'm gonna get rid of that and hopefully hopefully hopefully it should be alright of course the the sound as you said you know if it was if I was a bit more professional it would sound more professional if push comes to shove if push comes to shove you have to send it over and then I can have crank it up and then again if you would if you would do

more professional podcast with me then we need to do it on one software like zoom then we have the proper quality going I mean what we could do if you have that technology then I guess you could record at your end wish if you have that technology I know I do have the technology so you could have recorded it and then send it to me and I can edit it or you edit it you know but I'd have to really listen to it to make sure you haven't added some weird stuff you know like like

like Christmasy tunes yes something jingle jangle yeah because this is also a shameless a shameless option opportunity for me to promote myself to what's your fan base who are always like who is this horrible man who keeps writing insulting is this hurtful hateful comments to Jason Jason you need to ban him oh I know what kind of not everyone says that yeah I'm a person with two sides you know I'm like a man who like a charity on the outside and then he goes into hospitals that I never mind never mind let's leave it there

let's leave it there so ladies and gentlemen I'm gonna bring this to an end so I'm gonna go so say goodbye Sebastian I wish everybody a very wonderful night if you are still listening to this then you should really consider seeking out therapeutic help because something's wrong with you I was just meant to say good night everybody yeah it was a pleasure and I have to say this was one of the most constructive conversations sort of that we ever had we've had a few every we've had a few over the years and I hope everybody

who listens to it had some useful joy out of it and or just at least finally decided to you know turn it off and go to sleep and for me sorry I guess I apologize no it's good to do something different it's nice to do something a little bit different now and then and I think it's nice for people to perhaps hear someone else's voice as well yeah maybe not I don't know it's um I don't get a lot of feedback I get I get people listening but I don't hear a lot of I don't

get a lot of feedback about what people like bring me on much more than I'll be doing all this the very offensive stuff and then you'll hear from people all the time yeah it's not really my aim it's not really my aim I don't really want to you know I'll be honest I don't need help for offense being offensive I can do that on my own well I don't have to worry about that because I don't have I'm not in the mainstream and I can't I pay to provide this service no one's paying me to

do this so I can't it's not like I can lose my job you know this is I have this cost me money to run and so I can cancel myself and that's that's all it can be the most people can do is just not listen or listen that's that's the two options people have other than that it can't nothing else they can do really it's it's different if I if if you came on and you started being not you but even me if I started going on and being full of hate you know I mean

like you know what I mean extreme horrible yeah if you would if you would yeah then then I suppose maybe yeah the podcast you maybe they would so we're not you need to make changes you're an official business partner with them so then they would cancel the business with you then it would say okay we cancel your membership and your subscription to the annual thing and we don't want you on that that's a possibility I guess but you know what it would be really easy just to move to a different server a different podcast host

and just redirect it so it's very very simple to do it's you know you're not stuck with any particular podcast host I can and I wouldn't lose any is it even if my podcast host said that's it we're cancelling yeah I could have it all I could have it all reset up again and have a new episode on in exactly the same place online just by changing no one would know the only difference is I'd have to reupload all of the old stuff so it's it and also I'm not I'm not like full of hate

and doing all that stuff this is that's not what I'm about so as far as as far as cancelling I couldn't care I'm not in that category I'm not popular not not in that way you know I've got I've got a nice growing audience but I'm not I'm not in the mainstream am I you know I've not got I'm not getting paid millions of dollars to do this honest with you I'll be honest with you I regularly google your name and there's still this actor or what is he by profession coming up first no it's

me I'm always first I cannot say anything if if I ever if I know go on Google say Jason or try not to put uncle Jason to start with it's true it's true no it's my name but then you have this this this I must focus on the word now this with this this other guy who is a pdp he's a medical doctor no but yeah he's there is a pediatrician he's got the same name as me so he works with children he's a doctor children's doctor but he's not well he's he's on the first

page of Google but if you look if I go into Google I've got me at the top my website that's just by just by my name then there's my Twitter then there's my playacast. com there's that too then Spreaker and there's my Facebook page there's my YouTube channel my pod Apple podcast so that that so that's me on the first page and still me on the second page until about seven down on the second page you've got MD the M doctor him yeah and I'm glad that you just spelt that word correctly for me because I would have said something yeah it must be annoying really for him because he's he's helping he's he's got such an important job and he's helping children he's a medical doctor and he helps

children and he also does stuff with diseases as well I think infectious diseases he's a doctor in infectious diseases yeah and but he's also professor of pediatrics so he's like a really big quite a big deal like in the medical world in America whatever in his field yeah he's when you put his name in some weird weirdo podcaster comes up but then again then again you know if you want to go for what you if you want if you know what you're going to some someone with a with a child that needs this care yeah

course you're not gonna get confused and they don't they don't type in Jason Newland and it's just Jason Newland then they will say MD or pediatrician exactly yeah I mean the there's there's quite a few people my name there's there's a cage fighter with my name there's this bloke here Pilk Picking and Ruddock limited and that's where he works for he's this a projects he's a technical sales and projects engineer this is embarrassing Edmonds I've not heard him before so that's that's quite new I mean it all you all it all it takes is someone

famous to come along with my name to become to like win you know to become like some famous actor or a famous musician or famous sports star and suddenly I'll just disappear right down the list they'll come up someone with that very same name does something very very horrible regrettable and let me tell you just one thing I have this cousin yeah twice removed at I know he exists and he was in some way related to my father's cousin it's weird and the guy was born four weeks after me and these people had the good

spirit to say well what should we name the little oh yeah they have a Sebastian there oh let's name that guy Sebastian and I get always Sebastian Sebastian are you that are you with the Christ Democrat Party and I'm like I rolling no that's the other guy and I have never spoken to him I don't care for him I don't know that and don't stop you know and also the funny thing is my family name is very very very very strange it's Latin and it's winding and long and and and so every time they say

oh can you please pronounce that spell that for me I say you know just write in Hitler because everybody can spell and know well now you brought it up now I'm gonna go I'm gonna go we're gonna go now it's so thank you everyone for listening thank you very much and I'm gonna go so I'm gonna I'm gonna say goodbye to you Sebastian first of all in old old because it's getting late inside they're having the speakers shouting out it's a bit loud so I'm gonna have to get rid of you I need to sleep

because otherwise my workout today at the gym oh I'll take I'll send you a message tomorrow whatever yeah but say say goodbye to everyone please Sebastian and I'll say goodbye to you as and good night and dream well and yeah that is that for today and I'll be back let's hope not thank you very much bye bye darling bye bye sweetheart bye bye Wow oh my good oh if only I'd known some of the stuff the pictures he was sending me while he was talking to me so yeah thank you for listening everyone so this

is a bit of a different thing a little bit different for bank holiday Monday so take care of yourselves remember to be kind to yourself because you deserve to be happy and I will be back again tomorrow on my own I promise I promise and Sebastian will return another time maybe so let me know what you think let me know if you enjoyed the difference and I know the sound was a little bit different from my voice to his voice but on a loudspeaker using Facebook so thank you for listening and goodbye lots of love
