Hello, hi and welcome to Let Me Bore You To Sleep. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. Hope you're well and just to let you know and I will be talking about this during the podcast, I have created some new websites specifically for the podcasts.

Now I've done this before in the past and but now I'm doing it again but I'm gonna it's exactly the same website as I had before and for this one so basically all it is is I've got the website's letmeboreyoutosleep. com and it's basically the podcast so if you go to letmeboreyoutosleep. com this podcast is there so all the latest recordings are available for you to stream just play them that's it and it's listed one two three four five the five latest ones are kind of in a list and then you go down click load more and another I guess five will come up then load more and you know you can basically go down as far as you want to go for all the podcast episodes on the Let Me Bore You To Sleep podcast.

So I know it's you know a lot of people prefer to use Apple Podcasts or Stitcher or Spotify wherever you are listening to this now and you know you can continue doing that if you want or if you want you can just go directly to letmeboreyoutosleep.com if that is where you're listening to this recording.

Of course you might be listening to this recording on relaxation hypnosis for stress and panic attacks and anxiety you might be listening to it on some other podcasts so you know it's up to you but the just to let you know that this specific podcast Let Me Bore You To Sleep and all of its episodes are available on letmeboreyoutosleep.com that's it it's there just to be a little bit helpful if you want and also at the bottom of the page the my YouTube videos are there as well so if you have basically I've got a

playlist for the Let Me Bore You To Sleep podcasts now not all of them are live streams but there's a few live streams I do every now and then I may be doing more as time goes by I did one recently but there's yeah number 728, number 729 and whatever the latest one is I don't know I'm trying

to go back 745 Let Me Bore You To Sleep so that's at the bottom of the page at the top of the page there is one two three four five six seven of my podcasts that you can click on to go to them as well the first two have got their own websites as well so I've also got Deep Sleep Whisper hypnosis podcast click on that deepsleepwhisper.com and exactly the same thing the podcast at the moment that's just the podcast I've not added any of the videos YouTube stuff because I spent all weekend doing well

Friday and Saturday doing this which is why I haven't made any recordings for a couple of days and yeah it takes a lot of a fair bit of work to put this stuff together and I've made three pod three websites for the podcast so there's Deep Sleep Whisper hypnosis and that's got all the Deep Sleep Whisper hypnosis episodes on there and unlike the jasonnewland.com which does show the latest stuff and you can go to it because you can download it on there you know it's a different kind of format here is the actual podcast itself

you know and you could you know load more and my voice is going weird yeah and you just find what you're looking for and that's it I'll be improving the websites and adding a few little bits you know to improve it maybe put some search bars so you can search for what you're looking for and stuff but at the moment that's that's where we are with that you've also got the Relax Hypnosis Relaxes Sleep Hypnosis Daily podcast and that is SleepHypnosisDaily.com so that that is that website again that's the podcast with its own website now

I'm probably financially I'm kind of stuck I can't do any more at the moment but I'm probably looking to have all my web all my podcasts have their own websites just it's you know oh yeah look I know it's the wrong one Relax Sleep Hypnosis Daily yeah so it's just a podcast with a few little bits added you um also underneath the Relax Sleep Hypnosis Daily you've got the RSS feed you've got it you've got click to go to Apple Podcasts which it does so you know if you ever forget where uh where I am

on Apple Podcasts you can just go to SleepHypnosisDaily.com or whichever podcast website and right at the top of the page underneath the headline bit next to the image you've got the RSS feed you can click on so you can just add that into your phone to search for stuff Apple Podcasts and next to it you've got a link for Spotify so click on that and that brings up the Spotify for Relax and Sleep Hypnosis Daily and then next to that one there's Google Podcasts click on that and the Google Podcasts comes up for that episode

for that podcast and then finally Stitcher and

Relax and Sleep Hypnosis Daily so they're kind of so the top well you know some of the main podcasts I'd be good if I could add a few more but there's probably ways of me doing that anyway um other than that in the menu on all those websites you've got the podcast which is the main page and then you've got a contact form which you can click on where you can send me a message and also there's a link so you can just first name last name email and message and that's it so you can

send me a message via my actual websites it's very easy you've also got social media links to my YouTube channel which I click on come straight to there there's another link to my Facebook page what I've done is added it to my personal Facebook page my normal you know because I've got one Facebook page with like 27 000 followers on there but it doesn't really get a lot of traffic to be fair doesn't get a lot of people seem to be um take much notice of posts so I just thought I'll just add my normal

Facebook page and it's only really for people you can follow me without actually I got yeah I only got 155 people following me but I got 3.

8 000 friends on there but most of them are people that follow what I do you know follow the podcast and stuff so you can add me on there that way you can contact me through that there's my Twitter there's a link to my Twitter which is at Jason Newland that's my Twitter thing again I've only got 664 followers on there I never publicize my Twitter never really tell anyone that I've got a Twitter and I don't know why but I do post my stuff on there all my latest things um yeah so that's that

so if you'd like to follow me on Twitter and then lastly Instagram uh no I don't I haven't really bothered with Instagram hardly at all but I started to look into sharing stuff on there and there's ways to go with that I've uh I need to kind of be a bit more regular on that but I've got 179 followers so which is obviously not a lot but I've not been very active on there so I might start um I'm getting more people following me now like like a couple of weeks starting to follow me like

Stephanie Stephanie Kiprell one and a load of Tosh a load of anyway so a few people it's weird though because I want to go to follow them when I want to go to see who is following me and then the account is private so it's like oh it's not fair because my account's not private I don't think but anyway that's it uh so I've got those links on all of the websites oh wow I just realized uh there's something at the bottom of the relax and sleep hypnosis daily that shouldn't be there nothing weird I

just need to change it which is fine so it's a tinkering thing it's kind of like trying to tinkle around and change some stuff and then I have then I kind of got to do that with all of the websites so it's getting to know how to how to play around with stuff and how to change the websites yes it takes a little bit it's a it's a learning curve you know but yeah so I've got Let Me Bore You To Sleep.com there's the deep sleep whisper.com and the real sleep hypnosis daily.com so they're the

three three websites three new websites I've got as well as jasonnewland.com so these as I said these new ones are just the podcasts that's what they're there for that's that's the whole point of them just being podcasts just it's possibly an easier way to find stuff because sometimes people say oh where is your podcast I can't or if if for example Spotify is down or sometimes people say that well Spotify is not showing your podcast just go to the website the podcast is there because the original source of my recordings my podcasts i.

e.

the RSS feed which gets shared to apple podcasts stitcher google podcasts and Spotify all those places it comes from Spreaker so embedded in my website is the Spreaker RSS feed for the podcast so whenever I make a new recording and is whenever it's uploaded probably within seconds it'll be on the website so as soon as it's uploaded onto Spreaker it'll be available on the website to listen to and let's say oh you actually does give you the option to search for the podcast so if I put in 101 yeah it works so it works yay

so if you've got a number of a podcast that you're looking for let's say I don't know you let me bore you to sleep and it's like oh my favorite one it was sure it was like number 129 that's when you talked about the poo suitcase or something so just go click under search put in 129 and it comes up number 129 which was the 15th April 2019 and then you can listen to it see I wonder if if I put in jz jz yep so you might think well I can't remember the number but

it was the one about jz I like that one I want to watch that one listen to that again but because it's quite a long time ago um when I'm not quite sure when was it 8th of the 12th 2021 12th of the 8th 11th of wow that's weird 11th of August maybe anyway you can search for it that way so I just put in a search podcast I can't if I just uh if I put in monkey have I ever done anything about monkeys I wanted to yeah I wanted to be a monkey boxer

so that was the 2nd of uh 2001 2021 yeah 2nd of uh March so yeah and you can find that um Andre oh it is it is one Andre thinks he's a flying monkey that was number 518 on the 14th of uh October pretty much a year ago oh wow so yeah so you can search for stuff so it's that's good I didn't know it was available but now I do I'm never so excited so that's it really I just it's you know it's it is what it is it might be useful to some it

might not uh my hope is that at the very least being online it will you know I might reach an audience that might otherwise not have heard of me you know it might come up on Google and stuff um and that's it relax and sleep there's no okay so I did I haven't made any recordings I think three days or two days two or maybe three days and I'm doing this one of course but I did a relax relax and sleep hypnosis daily podcast earlier so that's a good point shall I just check just check

just check if it's uploaded relax and sleep hypnosis sleep on this daily it's on my website 143 17th of October yep so that's been uploaded updated so it's as far as I'm aware it's instant which is quite groovy so another benefit of this is I haven't got to do anything it's the podcast it's up it's running uh unlike my website where I have to put the stuff in and upload it uh all that stuff you know there's stuff to do there this there's no need for that it's just uploads itself updates itself so that's good

there's a little obviously it costs money and all that but um I'm not even sure two four six yeah it's what about 60 quid a month it's going to cost extra I think that's 20 quid a month each for each website something like that so it's all right it's this I just want to I want to make things easier as easy as possible for and just give people listeners more options to listen so for example if you're having trouble getting onto the podcasts or maybe uh you haven't got your phone on you and all your

podcast apps are on the phone and you're using a phone like a really or you're using a laptop or a basic internet where you don't have the apps and you see therefore you don't have the links to all the different places just go to sleep hypnosis or relax let me boy to sleep.com you don't need any of those links and you can then go to just play the play the recordings on the website or with the links to apple podcast spotify google podcast and stitcher you can then go to those directly so it's I think

it's all right the more I talk about it the more I think oh maybe that's just maybe I just wasted my time but I don't think so I think it's uh it's quite a bit of work a lot of effort put into this very time consuming very much so oh yes oh

yes yes yes yes yes very very time consuming oh yes yes yes oh really it is very very very very very time consuming but I don't mind I quite enjoy it but what happens is with me when I start making a record when I start um working on for example building a website I get a little bit caught up in it where all of my energy all of my focus is on the website the building of the website and because I was building three at the same time I had to be particularly focused which meant

my uh that part of that zone now I'm in when I'm making a recording wasn't there I actually didn't want to make any recordings because different different different mentality I guess I was in because for years for years I've there's been times when I've devoted I've been spending all day every day maybe all night working on a website promotion or you know sort of promoting the stuff where I haven't and I've done that for maybe a month solid I haven't made any new recordings this is back uh like seven eight years ago I might go

a whole a whole month without making anything new but I'll spend that time every second of the day that I have working on rebuilding a website and you know in order kind of promoting what I've got so yeah I was in that kind of mode now I've realized I need to sort of focus on it's kind of I think in a way sometimes it's like having a car and spending all your time like if you're doing up a car let's say an old car re refurbishing it or whatever spending all your time on the appearance

of the car when actually giving no attention to the engine now the engine without the engine the appearance it's not worth anything unless you just want to sit in it and eat a sandwich and pretend to be driving you know you need the engine to be working so the engine is the recordings without the recordings although technically I've got so many recordings really I shouldn't don't shouldn't really need to make any more ever there's so many there's thousands of recordings but um I don't think people I don't think the listeners would be particularly happy and

if I just said that's it you've got enough you don't no more make do with what you got bye I'm now retired so yeah I will continue but the thing is though I was starting to get itchy feet to make recordings as well which I find kind of strange there's times when I don't want to make any recordings there's times when I can't be bothered I just want to go to sleep I just want to watch telly or I just want to do anything else and then you know that never lasts for more than a

few days and then suddenly all I want to do is make a recording so it's getting that balance between forcing myself to do stuff and actually waiting until I really want to do it there needs to be an intermedium part where I just want to do it I want to you know rather than I will really really want to do it compared to I can't be bothered does that make sense I don't know anyway I'm sticking to that so you know I don't always want to do anything but then how I feel after I actually

have put a little bit of effort in and completed you know completed what I need to do I do feel better afterwards you know when I've made and when I look at my stats and I've got 20 000 downloads and it's you know eight o'clock in the evening nine you know I'm thinking yeah I feel good because it's been a good day it's been a positive I don't know accomplishment whatever yeah I'm watching Pearl Harbor or not watching it but on TV on mute is Pearl Harbor and I've never watched it just because it got

slated so bad when it came out in blimey it was the 90s wasn't it Pearl Harbor was it like 90s 99 or something I might be wrong but I never watched it I think part of the reason is because I kind of well everyone kind of pretty much knows what happened so there's never a it's like watching the Titanic I wanted to see something different you know I wanted to see a different out a different you know I wanted to see a nice I guess I just wanted to see it get to where it was

going safely now there's no movie in that is there but well you know what's going to happen it's kind of like what's the point you know it's it also always has to be a love like a love affair and that I can see it right now some some bloke there is he's put stuff in his eyes so that he can cry in front of a woman he's met to sort of say how sad he's going to be I'm just interpreting it how sad he is that he's going away and he's not going to see her

for a bit and now he's kissing her so she fell for it so there's all these soldiers and they're falling in love and all this stuff and um I don't know it's I mean it's nowhere near America is it Pearl Harbor and for some reason they think it's part of their country but it's nowhere near it's how far away is Pearl Harbor from America Pearl Harbor Pearl Harbor distance distance from USA 2,000 miles okay the weird thing about it is uh right it's 4,000 miles from Japan so it's not like it was part of you

know I mean it's like Japan we this is ours it's not yours it's ours there's 4,000 it's twice as far away from Japan as it is from America so it's kind of weird why can't they just leave it alone how how far did Japan fly to Pearl Harbor 3,500 miles all right so they went by boat six aircraft carriers and 420 planes sailed from Hitagapu Bay in their Kuril Islands on a 3,500 mile voyage to stage so every 230 miles off the Hawaiian island of Oahu so Hawaii is that Hawaii is it Pearl Harbor and

Hawaii wonder how Hawaii became part of America how did that happen how did Pearl Harbor how I'll find out how did did Pearl Harbor become part of America part of USA so Pearl Harbor is an American lagoon harbor on the island of Oahu Hawaii west of Honolulu is being long visited by the naval fleet the United States why was okay why was American Pearl Harbor the USA was trying to stop Japan's global expansion Tokyo and Washington negotiated for months leading up to the Pearl Harbor who gave the US Pearl Harbor okay let's have a look

on December 11th Germany and Italy allied with Japan declaring war on the US the United States World War II Japanese Admiral Yamataro conceived the whole Pearl Harbor attack okay it's not giving me what it what I want a port naval station Pearl Harbor established on the Hawaiian island of Oahu in 1908 in 1940 the navy brought the pacific fleet to Pearl Harbor to act as a deterrent to Japanese which is why they were attacked then because it was it was theirs and a deterrent to the Japanese so I guess that kind of makes sense you

know a war-y kind of way huh at the time at the time Hawaii was a territory not a state of America oh that's interesting so really why did America take Hawaii the planters believed that a coup and annexation by the United States would remove the threat of a devastating tariff on their sugar also spurned them into action spurned by the nationalism aroused by the Spanish American war the United States annexed Hawaii in 1898 at the urging of the President William McKinley so who so they own Hawaii America since 1898 who owned Hawaii before the USA

immediately before Hawaii achieved statehood in 1959 it was a territory of the USA from 1898 but it became state in 1959 51st state is that right however it has been a sovereign constitutional monarchy it had been a sovereign constitutional monarchy until 1893 when the last queen was deposed by a group of American sugar planters and missionaries with the support of the U.

S. with the support of the U. S.

marines oh wow so they got America involved mercenaries and then they kind of went from there who did the USA buy Hawaii from in 1999 okay so it wasn't it wasn't bought it was annexed it was kind of oh we're gonna we've got this we're gonna look at we're gonna keep looking after it was Hawaii taken illegally united nations acknowledged the occupation of the Hawaiian kingdom a state of peace between Hawaiian kingdom and the United States was transformed to a state of war when United States troops invaded the Hawaiian kingdom on January 16 1893 and

illegally overthrew the Hawaiian government the following day oh oh hey if that's true because don't believe everything you see on google if that's true then America should leave how dare they overt they basically they did what Germany tried to do or succeeded with Poland and then France and then all the other countries wow it's a long time ago to be fair but you know if anything now I mean time doesn't seem to matter anymore does it you seem to go back in time I mean how far can you go back like well actually look at

Israel and Palestinians they you know there's a big argument about how far back you can go so this is our land this is my land no it's mine no it's mine look it says it in this book it's mine because we're the chosen people chosen by who it says it in the book oh yeah okay fair enough we'll move out then yeah we'll move out don't worry even though we were here first don't worry you weren't here first we were we were here 10 000 years ago yeah but you moved you imagine someone coming to

your house and saying what you know what um just walking up knocking on your door with a mattress with a mattress and a bed and like tries to walk into your flat and like you don't know it's like you'd be so shocked you let them in they walk down and he's like start putting their stuff on the floor what are you doing well this is my home that's not your home I live here I've got a mortgage in my home I've lived here for 15 years no it's my home I lived here 73 years when

I was three years old I was born there I was born in that bedroom this is my home yeah 74 so I'm just doing some stuff but hey you can't you know I can't introduce logic surprised they didn't change the name America didn't change it something a bit more I don't know a bit different what is the 50th states in the United Kingdom the United States what's the 50th state Hawaii important dates 1867 Alaska territory purchased from Russia for seven million dollars Hawaii annexed to the United States territory in 1898 1959 Alaska and Hawaii admitted

respectively admitted respectively as the 49th and 50th states of the union so Alaska is a 49th state and Hawaii is the 50th state oh I mean how do you sell a country who who has the right to sell a country it's like me saying to you you know you could buy you could buy England if you want all I want is $39 you can buy England and you give me $39 and I say there you go it's all yours bye I'm gonna go and buy myself some a nice nice kebab like does that mean that

you now own this well if I sell it to the president of France yep France now own England but you sold it to me I'll pay £39 for this who what one person what one person in a country has the right to sell a whole country how is that even possible it's not is it you can't Alaska territory purchased from Russia for seven million dollars in 1867 so America bought Alaska for seven million how is that even possible it's like no did they ask the people that lived there maybe no one lived there maybe because

it is a bit of a rough territory in it maybe no one lived there wow I'm gonna see if I could sell I might try and sell England so England's now for sale everyone highest bidder get your bids in I'm gonna sell England I've just got I've got just as much authority to sell England as anybody else in this country including the Queen Prime Minister I've got as much authority as them because they do not have the authority to sell this country so I'm gonna sell it come on who wants to buy England I tell

you good people to buy this place if you if you feel that life is too good and if you feel too positive about life you feel like your friends say you know you're way too cheerful and way too positive buy England come and live here join the misery of the negative people this is probably the most negative country in the world possibly one of them and I love it I love it it's a very negative country there's plenty of positive people living there millions probably hundreds maybe but is it it's it's I don't know if

it's the weather quite miserable weather at times I couldn't care I don't care about the weather hot cold windy what's it matter really unless you've got to be out in it then it matters I imagine if I was a postman delivering a mail and letters to people the weather would have an effect on me on my well just generally on me you every day I'll probably be looking to see if it's going to be raining to see whether or not I needed to wear me special rainy costume whatever maybe my little underpants made of plastic

I don't just keep me really wet warm dry whatever I don't know whatever they do legal status of Hawaii I find this interesting the legal status of Hawaii as opposed to its political status is a settled legal matter as it pertains to the United States law but there's been scholarly and a legal debate while Hawaii is internationally recognized as a state of the United States of America while also being broadly accepted as such in mainstream understanding there have been many many many many essays written denying the legality of this status the argument is that Hawaii

is an independent nature under military occupation yeah that's pretty much it really isn't it the legality of control of Hawaii by the United States has been raised in the losing side in cases in the Supreme Court so it has gone to court and everything so I guess it was a military occupation to start with but it stops being that when everyone just gets on with their life and everyone's fine now if you've got tanks in the street like Northern Ireland used to have if you you know back in the past that that's that's an occupation

that's military occupation but I mean I know some Scottish people have said even posted online to some of the stuff I've done and talked about how they're occupied they're under occupation by the British so for me occupation would be you would have no freedom to do anything you know you wouldn't just be able to go about your own day go about doing what you want there'd be military on the on the streets with guns that's a military occupation to me in my mind I might be wrong just in my little brain so look at the

islands that we know today as Hawaii was settled by Polynesian explorers around 1150 to 1250 AD the inhabitants were referred to as Kaneka Kaneka Mawadi after 1778 and the arrival of James Cook populations okay after the arrival of James Cook population levels changed drastically and eventually the islands would be unified in 1795 under the leadership of Kamehameha the first within 100 years of the founding of the kingdom American political and religious influence would erode the powers of the Polynesian monarchs and eventually overthrow the kingdom on January 17 1893 military occupation I do believe that is

what we were talking about so they America militarily occupied and overthrew the government 17th of January 1893 so a provisional government was established which favoured annexation US President Grover Cleveland rejected the provisional government by the illegal overthrow of a sovereign nation and demanded US President disagreed what was going on and he rejected a provisional government for the illegal overthrow of sovereign nation and demanded the restoration of Queen Liliuokalani to her rightful place as ruler of the kingdom of Hawaii 1893 the new government refused and the Republic of Hawaii was declared instead Cleveland said Georgia congressman

James Henderson Blount he sent him to investigate the matter so this is 2 000 miles away from America I mean you think okay we've got the internet now and you've got you know even traveling 2 000 miles still a trek but back then 1983 1893 rather um were there planes back then I don't know what the date the first plane was so they have to go by boat by ship which was well they would have they wouldn't be able to even the planes wouldn't be able to travel 2 000 miles would they back then even

if they did have planes so getting communication between what was going on there and you know between there and America would have been quite difficult I imagine so following his investigation Blount issued a 1342 1342 page report on July the 7th 1893 which called for the coop called the coop an act of war against a friendly and independent nation and recommended that appropriate measures be taken to the by the US to restore the Hawaiian kingdom so it was an act of war unnecessary and by America against the Hawaiian kingdom and that's what he said the

Cleveland administration and particularly Secretary of State Gresham recommended the fair yet forcible removal of the upsurges from power they were advised however that this would require a declaration of war and it was doubtful the congress would pass such a measure against its own citizens so America would be declaring war against America in a way because it was American that took over oh blimey this is complicated uh Cleveland Cleveland nevertheless advocated for intervention meanwhile the new minister to Hawaii Alfred Willis asked the Queen if she would pardon the upsurges if restored the Queen stated that she

was legally bound to follow the 1887 constitution ironically forced upon her brother by many of the same usurpers in question usurpers like that name that word which required either banishment or death as a punishment for treason now that obviously that wasn't going to be popular was it wow this is this is weird isn't it it's not as quite as uh this has been going on for years it was even a court case in 2002 whoa this is well there's another one considering the akakaka bill on the 4th of May 2006 the USCCR founded that the

Hawaiian kingdom included native Hawaiians but also included residents of other races and ethnicities they recommended strongly against the alaka bill as legislation that would discriminate on the base of race or national origin and further subdivided the American people oh look at this US legislations terapy resolution organic act apology resolution and new lands revolution or resolution so look at this the new lands resolution was a joint resolution passed July the 4th 1898 by the United States Congress to annex the Independent Republic of Hawaii wow I can't believe it they called it after me they did it

in my name they annexed the Republic of Hawaii under my name that's ridiculous leave me out of it leave me out of your hostilities I don't want to be part of that leave the Hawaiian people alone and their flowery necklaces and stuff that they give to people when they get off planes and TV shows from the 70s stop this seems so happy aloha aloha hello and goodbye the same thing how confusing imagine that if you said bebop bebop you know it's hello goodbye bebop bebop hello hello someone's going you see them hello and there's a

leave hello no it doesn't make sense stop it change your language for me just to please me wow I'm interested in this apology resolution November 23rd 1993 United States public law informally known as the apology resolution is a joint resolution of the US Congress adopted 1993 that acknowledges that the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii occurred with the active participation of agents and citizens of the United States and further acknowledges that the native Hawaiian people never directly relinquished to the United States their claims to their inherent sovereignty as a people over their national lands either

through the Kingdom of Hawaii or through a plebiscite of referendum I can't say that word pleb plebiscite plebiscite of referendum so ultimately the people of Hawaii did not give permission for this to happen they weren't asked if it was okay they didn't have a referendum they weren't didn't give their permission so this is all done above their heads the resolution has been cited and as impetus to the Hawaiian sovereignty movement and has been the subject of debate the resolution was adopted by both houses of the United States Congress on November 23rd 1993 a joint resolution

it was signed by President of the United States Bill Clinton on the same day the resolution was passed in the senate by vote of 65 to 34 in the house it was passed by a two-thirds voice vote it was sponsored on January 23rd 1993 by McDonald's 1993 uh okay I don't know what the sponsored means wow what was the result though the arguments for they deserved an apology they weren't going to get anything else but an apology sorry about that sorry we took your land and um yeah sorry about that sorry sorry we forgot to

ask you whether or not you minded having your land taken from you and this is what was the I want to see what the the end result was um no it doesn't say oh the legal effect of the apology resolution was addressed in the decision of U.

S.

Supreme Court 31st of March 2009 which held that 37 that the 37 whereas clauses of the apology resolution have no binding legal effect nor does it convey evade any rights or make any legal findings to Hawaiian claims claims the court concluded that the resolution does not change or modify the absolute title to the public lands of the state of Hawaii this decision also affirms that the legal legislation cannot retroactively alter a title given as part so basically it's done nothing zero bongo gong nothing it was pointless that's a shame isn't it it's got to be

weird imagine that just all I mean it's almost like treating a country like a supermarket like a business you know like you know when a supermarket gets taken over by another supermarket or a company takes it it's taken over by another company and basically you got new bosses but you have zero say at all in it and if that company wants to get you to do different things you know if you've got a job doing one thing and they say well actually you're not going to do something different you got no say in it you

can leave but that's about it that's got to be weird weird but as a country and imagine how far back does Hawaii go millions of years possibly so I don't know I know that there's there's a lot of problems in Hawaii social problems and stuff but then there's probably that everywhere but my only my first recollection of Hawaii was um was it fantasy island wasn't that supposed to be in Hawaii and you had like the little man the bolt no it's the boat the plane the plane it's like you know mini mini me whatever his

name was the plane the plane okay and I put the rope down come come do some work and just like the plane the plane so brutal I love that show it was brilliant the thing is I don't see that film the fantasy island actually made a film recently well they're like brilliant thank you for the bleep they um had a a film and it was completely different absolutely had nothing to do with the original tv show um because original tv show wasn't I mean I suppose if you watched it back there is a degree of

dodginess involved you know it's a bit of a dodgy idea in a way kind of you know you can go there and pretty much live out any of your fantasies um I guess a bit like Thailand in the early days but it's I don't know the the film that they made was very it was a horror and it's very much uh very different I liked it actually I did like the film but you have to forget that you have to forget completely blank your mind from the tv show from the early 80s or at late

70s because although that was great great tv show zero to do with the actual film it's very different there's a few similarities you know the thing about you know having your dreams come true whatever but very different but anyway that's kind of me for the day that's time for me to go time for me to go so thank you for listening remember the websites if you want to check it out and remember to be kind to yourself because you deserve to be happy and yeah be nice do something nice for yourself today whatever it is

just one little thing okay one little thing and I will return tomorrow so see you then lots of love bye bye I have spoken
