Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com. It's a bit of a humming sound. Don't know where that's coming from. Maybe it's a really, really slow motion fart.

No, that'd be weird. So hey, welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland and this is Let Me Bore You To Sleep. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes.

Getting more people list... more people... keep hearing these little sounds. What's that sound? Might just be my knees clicking when I move them. Yeah, I'm getting more people visiting my website, which is good.

It's jasonnewland.com. I've added quite a few more recordings on there. Some of the podcasts that were on there before, such as the Hypnotic Buffet, Healing Words, Fall Asleep Counting Sheep, 7 Day Cure Insomnia, 30 Day Relaxation Plan and Jason's Positivity Podcast and also Stop Smoking and there's a Jason's Bedtime Storytime. Jason's Bedtime Storytime.

They're the things that I've added. So there's over a hundred new, not new recordings, but other recordings that are on there now that weren't on there before. I will be adding the Boring Objects once I create that podcast.

So yeah, so I spent a few, a couple of days, two or three days putting that together adding those and uploading all the recordings and just making available on the website. So yeah, it makes sense to have everything that I've got on the website. And there's some other stuff, some I mentioned the other day, some pain relief, relaxation and sleep recordings that aren't on the website.

So I'm probably gonna add those as well. But a lot of those are old, older recordings, because pretty much all the sleep recordings I do now are included in the either Relax and Sleep Hypnosis Daily and Deep Sleep Whisper podcast. What's the other one to sleep? Oh, let me bring the sleep podcast, the one I'm doing now.

I forgot about that. And yeah, so that's maybe something else I forget. Oh, the Boring Objects, because that's kind of a sleep podcast.

But that's not built yet. So hey, relaxation, of course, that's included, no other ones. So it's all pain relief.

And I do have a pain relief podcast, but it doesn't get a lot of traffic. See honesty, hey, too much honesty. Chronic Pain Hypnosis is a podcast I've got 124 episodes on there.

But I do also include the latest, you know, stress and pain relief podcast, which I've got this 35 recordings on there. But the rest are like older stuff. If I go back in time, I'm just gonna go back right to the bottom.

Okay, it starts off with 10 minute pain relief hypnosis, back pain relief, easy and simple change your pain, blinking chronic pain reduction technique, changing shapes. Chronic pain is not your master. You know, so quite a few different ones.

Chronic pain is like a dodgy car alarm. That's an hour long that one. Blimey, don't know when that was, what date that was, eliminate migraines with hypnosis.

Just looking at that wave goodbye to your pain with hypnosis. That's an old, that's a long one. That's old.

That's like probably 12 years old. And just looking at some of the ones that might be quite good. No, it's all rubbish.

It's all rubbish. Don't bother with it. Some of it might be okay.

And guaranteed chronic pain reduction or your money back. The best thing about that is a title, to be honest, because it's a it's a free service. So I'm giving you your money back.

You ain't paid no bloody money. So but that's that's an hour long as well. No, that's not an hour.

It's for 49 minutes long. I've got hypnosis for restless leg syndrome, which is an hour long. And so I'll probably going to upload these to my website as well.

Yeah, just not have the not include the stress and pain relief because that's a separate podcast. So there's a few there's probably about 30 4050 of those. So I will do that.

And as far as the gas, as far as the relaxation and sleep sessions, I've got some old recordings, but they're just not great quality sound. The content is possibly as good as anything else I've done. I mean, I've not really improved over the years.

If anything, I've probably got worse. I'm brilliant at selling myself and I have you notice that? Yeah, go on about how fat and ugly I am all the time. How smelly I am got cheesy is 32 inch fingernails.

You know, I'm just always selling myself so well. Blimey. So yeah, basically, I'm getting Yeah, it's nice to see that more people are visiting the website.

So it's good. Considering this, it's not a bad little website, really. You can go on there, every recording, you can stream for free.

And it includes all versions of it. So if there's like three versions, different music, links, you two hours, five hours, or more recent stuff I do. And you can also download it as well.

So you can just download it to your phone or to your laptop, or to whatever. And keep the recording forever and ever and ever totally free. So it's all free, man.

So yeah, very few people actually download stuff. Most people just stream them, which I do understand. I do understand that.

But in a way, it might be worth downloading things because you don't know if I disappear. You know, if, if something was to happen to me, no one else is going to finance this, this will just end. So if I just, you know, I don't want anything to happen to me.

But if, if for any reason, I just stopped doing this, I wasn't able to do it anymore, you know, I got ill or whatever. And I wasn't able to do recordings anymore. And I couldn't afford, wouldn't be able to afford to keep it going.

So you'd have a month until the podcast ran out. Until the subscription ran out. The website would suddenly, it would disappear after about a month when the subscription ran out for that.

And, you know, then you'd have no access to anything. It would just disappear. You know, gradually some things will still be on there and YouTube will still have some of the stuff.

But eventually it'll just all disappear. So it might be worth, if there's a recording you really like, it might be worth downloading them. But it's up to you, doesn't make any difference to me.

It's, it's whatever, you know, I've got no plans to go anywhere. I'm not planning to get abducted by aliens anytime soon. But you know, yes, it's, the service is there if you want it.

I mean, I, one of the benefits to me of both having the podcasts and having the website is that's two versions of saving my work. So they're both kind of like a backup of my work. So if I lost the website, I've still got all the recordings on the podcast.

Or if I lost the podcast, I've still got all my recordings on the website, which I can download and then start another podcast again. Technically, but I've also got, I'm in the process of downloading and storing all the recordings onto a hard drive. It's like a new, it's not new, I've had about six months, but it's quite a, it's a small, but large hard drive.

I think it's five terabytes, but it might be three terabytes. I think it's five though. And it's obviously I'm going to store everything, including all my videos, everything on there.

Just so it's, you know, another place that it's saved. I do have another hard drive where I've got stuff saved. A lot of recordings are really, you know, I suppose I could do with maybe just transferring them from there to there and blah, blah.

But this is tiny compared to the other one. The other one's like a brick. This one is tiny.

And it's got a lot more space, like twice, three times more space. But the other one I've had since 2013, probably. Yeah, so 2013.

So, you know, it's eight years, a lot can happen in eight years. And the technology and stuff. I mean, I guess it's only, it's only a matter of time before a tiny little disk, you know, will hold infinite amount, you know, like millions of terabytes, you know, literally just be infinite amount.

But for now, that'll do. That'll do for now. So as long as I keep that safe, it's weird, because it means I could go anywhere in the world and just take that with me.

And it takes you I could fill it in my pocket. Be a little bit uncomfortable to sit down. But you know, I'm just saying it's that kind of size.

It's it's not much bigger than a like a credit card. I'll tell you what is about the size of a packet of cigarettes. Maybe a little bit bigger, but perhaps not as thick.

Yeah. Hey. So probably a lot maybe Yeah, that's kind of that's on a size.

Anyway, I didn't come here to talk about that thing. storage, storage thing. No.

What did I come here to talk about? I'm not sure something. I'm in the process of transcribing again. Last month, I transcribed and I ran out of what you want to call it space, because there's a certain mass of hours that you can do transcribe.

Using this otter.io. I a AI, AI. Yeah, otter.ai. And if I ran out really quickly last month, this month, I'm literally I'm running out of time to use up my allotted space. My lot like the allotted amount of time that I can transcribe.

So I'm trying to get as many done as possible. So because I was doing the deep sleep whisper ones, which are much shorter. So take is almost easy to take longer to get through the allotted space that I have.

So I've started do the let me boy to sleep ones. I'm now on number 16 or 1818. So I'm gonna be doing that over the next two days, hopefully, because it resets in three days, which is fine, but I want to make use of every bit of what I paid for really.

I'm not sure how much it is. I think it's only like six pound a month, seven, eight pounds, something like that. It's not a lot.

Maybe 10 pound a month. I'm not sure. But it's really good.

It's not perfect. But I don't mind. Yeah, I'm not really that bothered.

Because it's a few different reasons to have the transcriptions first for me, because I want to be able to do something with them in the future. Secondly, I can see what I've talked about roughly, you know, get an idea what I've talked about, I can add them into the podcasts description, which may be it's much better for Google, you know, to be able to find stuff and be able to maybe index the podcasts, because Google doesn't really index audio, it will it you know, it does share stuff like podcasts, you can find podcasts on Google, of course. But the only real index is the title, and whatever description you put in.

So if by putting in a proper transcription, even if it's maybe 80% correct, or 85% correct, it's still you know, it's it's potentially quite good. And I did it for about 100 podcasts last month. And I think it helped.

I do. And it's hard to know, to be fair. It's hard to know.

But it's kind of like one of those. I guess it's a bit like you know, when you you got maybe food intolerance and be not sure what it is you're intolerant with, and then you just pretty much cut out everything and you start feeling better. It's a little bit like that.

But the reverse, but nothing like that as well. In a sense of, if you chuck everything, do every single thing you can do to promote a web, a podcast, then you're never really going to be sure which is kind of working the best. But it can't harm.

The only problem is it takes forever. I'm hearing little footsteps. There better not be a mouse in there.

It is messy enough for there to be a mouse though to hide. Not dirty, but it's messy. I've got a lot of stuff.

So I've been in the middle of tidying up. I've blocked everything in the kitchen. I keep the kitchen door closed.

But you know, they can get through walls, you know, eventually, can't they? So I might have to just keep hearing little clicks. There's only ever been a mouse in the living room once. This was like four years ago.

And it basically got trapped in there, didn't want to be in there either. I closed the door. And I actually put a camera in it because I tried to catch it couldn't.

Andre was not interested at all. So I closed the door, put a camera, I wanted to film it because basically, when I closed the door, it was scratching at the door. And when it came in, it shoveled off.

But the back of the door was scratched, you know, there's bits of the door on the floor, literally. My friend said, Oh, it must be a rat. It's not a mouse couldn't do that.

I was I was determined. Well, I knew it wasn't a rat because I could see a rat looks like. And it was definitely a mouse that I saw.

But, you know, horrible. I don't like it, but I really don't. But I filmed it and it was a mouse.

And you know, what's weird? Two, three things. First of all, it was trying to get out the door, it didn't want to be in there. The second thing is, when there's no one around, they potter around, they don't run fast.

They just like almost sunbathing, just laying on the back, have a little roll around. But it's definitely a sound coming from over there. It's bugging me.

Yeah. If I see anything moving over there, I will end this recording and I will be I'll probably lose it a little bit. Because I don't like I don't like them.

I don't like mice. And unfortunately, this is not me. I'm not the attractor.

Although I'm probably not helping by having stuff on the floor. But it's only it's like just wrappings because I've had some deliveries and I'm in the process of just trying to tidy up so stuff gets on the floor while I'm putting the desk up. I've got another desk to put up.

I've got stuff to move around. And there's not lots of food around or anything like that. There's I've got the remains of a sandwich or something on or sausage roll on a plate.

But that's the only food that's in here. And any any bits of food that might drop on the floor, the dog gets that when my friend's dog comes up, he'll have anything that's on the floor. He'll find it even if it's just a tiny crumb.

So there's nothing to eat in a living room. Oh, the other thing I noticed is with the it might actually just be a can of Coke. Sometimes they make noises, like because of the bubbles and stuff.

It might be all it is. Sometimes I hear things and it's a moth. Oh, there was a noise earlier.

And it was like, do do do do that. Not a phone. It was almost well sounded to me like it was an alarm.

But it was really bugging me because it was it was going it was just continuous. It wasn't like do do do do do do do do do. And I went outside.

I couldn't. I don't know if it's my hearing is not as good as it was. My hearing isn't perhaps as good as it was.

I'm going to be having a hearing test actually. So I'll talk about in a minute. But I went outside and I couldn't place where it was.

I didn't know if it was coming from a neighbor. Maybe they'd left their alarm on their, you know, their clock alarm and they'd gone out and they'd left it on. And it was going to be going all day long.

But when outside and I couldn't place where it was. I even went all the way through the garden out the other side, thinking is it a car alarm? It sounded too close to me, sounded too close. Yeah, it was in a distance.

I even started thinking is it in here? Is it in my head? Couldn't find it. Then I went out. Then I came back about five hours later, and it was still going.

So in the end, I put my headphones on and I watched, I was watching the boxing or watching something on the internet. And I was, I had my headphones on. And then it stopped.

I closed the window, I could still hear it. And then it stopped. That's really bugging me that little click.

The thing I noticed that, see I haven't got, you know, I talk about mice, I haven't got them running around. I couldn't live like that. I'd have to, I'd have to move out or something.

Some of the flats here do have a lot. And one of my, one of my neighbors said he caught 14 or 17 of them, something like that, last year. I didn't even know he had them until I asked him.

So five out of six flats in this building have had mice in the building, in the flats. And one is, I'll tell you about this, I'm sure.Me and my friend, the other neighbor, asked her, when it first started about four years ago, said to her, have you had any mice? And she said, no, I, we said first of all that we'd had mice in our flats.

I had one, he'd had one, I think at the time. And she said, no, I have a clean flat. That was her words.

No, I have a clean home. And what do you think of that? Some people listening probably thinking that's fair enough. She has a clean home.

Other people will be able to see beyond that, expand in their mind to include what was said before. We've both got mice in our flats. Have you got, just wondering if you've got mice in your flats? Because, you know, try and get the council to help, whatever.

No, I have a clean flat. I think that sentence will stay with me forever. Because probably one of the most, it's probably one of the best put downs I've heard.

And that's the kind of put down where someone will say, it's not a put down. I was being genuine. No, it's a put down.

Regardless if you meant it as a put down, it was a put down. It was inconsiderate as a put down. It was quite a funny put down in some ways, if you think about it.

But almost like, if you just reversed it, or said it in a different way, or just added, no, I have a clean flat, or I don't have a dirty flat. Like you two, which is pretty much what she was saying. I always remember that, something's going to stick with me.

Another thing she once said to me was, she sent me a text once and said, do you want to go for a walk? And then she said, by the way, it's not a date. I don't want you to be my boyfriend. Like, what? And I was like, okay, yeah, maybe see you later, whenever.

It was just like such a strange, unusual thing to say. Like a text, I kept it for a while. I think I probably deleted it.

But unless I've still got it, I'll get my phone. I might still have it on there, you know. I doubt it, because I have a tendency of deleting my texts.

Yeah, very likely I deleted it because ages ago. Okay, here it is, I found it. This was, yes, a year ago, I think.

Hi, Jason, I'm not asking you out. But would you like to go for a walk tomorrow? No, I'm bored. Let me know.

I'm not asking you out. But as isn't that an unusual? I don't know. I've never experienced that kind of text before.

I just found it. Is it funny? I don't know. Um, I think it'd be very awkward to take someone that lives in the same building.

Because when it ends, it will end when it ends. It's awkward, isn't it? I thought it's that would just be Yeah, I can't imagine that would be very pleasant. Seeing someone that because I don't see anyone, the only person I see one person that I used to date.

And it's because she ended up being a friend. And so I do. I mean, admittedly, I don't see her very often.

But I speak to her on the phone and we're friends. And I got another friend that is on my phone list. And she used to I used to date her.

But other than that, I don't and I don't see her. I haven't seen her for years. Literally, like 20 years or so.

But I spoke on the phone a few times. She found me on Facebook a few years back. So we kind of kept in contact since then.

But I'm quite pleased. I don't see anyone that I ever dated. It's not just because I don't live I do now live in a little village.

But most of my kind of, I'd say most of my dating life, I lived in London. And it's a good place to date because you can date people and you never see him again because it's such a big place so many people. It's not particularly big place London but it's it is in some ways, you know, 10 million people or whatever.

And you know, and there's all the surrounding areas you can date someone from Kent, or from Hertfordshire or from Essex or from Middlesex or from trying to think what other places are. But you know, just those kinds of places that aren't that far away from London and never see them again. If the you know, once the the relationship has I was gonna say soiled itself not sold itself just ended.

That's a nicer word, isn't it? And it's nice to not see them again. I think I think it's nice for them not to see me again. It's just the idea of living in a small town.

And being imagine being in your 50s. I am now and walking through the town and just there's a chance that you'll see every single ex that you've ever had. Because they all live in the same town and they always have.

That's gotta be awkward for everybody involved. It's not only you seeing their ex but now you see them and they're with maybe a friend of yours that used to be your friend. Obviously, wouldn't be a friend anymore if they're dating your ex.

Because friends don't shouldn't do that should they obviously we all know that. What do you mean we all know that? It's the unsaid code isn't it? It's the you don't date someone that's your friend. If you're friends with someone you don't date their ex-girlfriend or their ex-wife.

It's just it doesn't matter how which that's why it's annoying because I had a friend once and he was pretty much dating let's use the word dating okay everyone. I worked in an office and he just dated pretty much all of the nice girls in the office. I say nice I'm being generous but you know it's he dated pretty much anyone that he wanted and they all wanted to date him.

He was I don't know something about him that women seem to that you know seem to absolutely it's like he was a supermodel or something you know like they couldn't help themselves.

There was something about him which I've not really seen too often and the thing is however superficial the thing is the superficial people were the girls not him which is weird because he wasn't actually that superficial because they were going for him for their looks and he liked women he liked women but he seemed to be more interested in personality which is you know it's kind of strange not all the time but he was he spent time with me and he want to hang out with me and I was probably the worst person for someone

like him to be around because I was going to repulse women not bring them to him or maybe I made him look even better but he didn't need that he didn't need he didn't need that boosting because he already had it but he didn't care so he hung around with me I was holding him and there was me a little fat man blobbing around and he was just I don't know strange but women and it's just like I spent like two years with him like we were pretty much best mates actually while I was working

with him we were we worked sat next to each other all day and then we was hanging around with each other at weekends going drinking and all you know so it was pretty close actually but it's just I couldn't I've never seen it before never seen that and it was it was almost like it wasn't what he looked like although it was what he looked like but it was this or like an invisible it was like a pied piper but without the pipe not without the pipe the pied piper yeah without the pipe or the

pie I was the one with the pie I was eating it he was the I don't know why I don't know I can understand you look looking and think okay fair enough but there was something more and I used to the every just just almost literally women fighting over him literally fighting over him I do I'll do anything to be with you when really what he wanted is to get back with his ex-wife because he loved her and he had kids that's what he wanted but when I was because they were separated he just what

was he to do he just he had so much attention so he just you know he just enjoyed it I guess he was a young man they were young women they're just having fun but there was that like real just jealousy that I still have I just I've never experienced I've experienced it on a very small scale when I was a DJ and when I was really fit like physically fit I went for a little period when I I was wearing this sounds it sounds like lies but it's true I was wearing skimpy clothes really

tight fitting t-shirts now I never used to do that because I was skinny and I was embarrassed by my body but in about 1998 I got muscular I was going to be fair 96 97 98 I was bigger because I was going to the gym and I was working out and stuff but before that before like 95 I put a bit of weight on in 95 when I started taking antidepressants but before that I was I keep saying before that but prior to 1995 I was skinny like skinny skinny skinny skinny and probably muscular a

little bit but not not in a way I would I would never go topless I still wouldn't although I've got great boobs now but I would never go topless and unless it was with a woman yeah unless I was like in private situation or having a bath wouldn't go swimming can't really swim so it's not a good idea but I the thing about swimming is you know when you've been swimming I can't I can swim but I can't I'm kind of in that middle ground that gray area of of being able to swim but just

on the verge of being able to swim and not being able to swim just just about keeping above water just about managing to get to the other side I don't know it's hard to explain and it's not a pleasurable experience because you need to relax yeah to to really to to swim properly you need to relax you really need to relax and I guess I don't mean like an Olympic swimming event because I'm sure they're not very relaxed at all in some ways but just generally to swim and if it's not a race because then

you know if you relax you're gonna float I learned how to float which is good I mean it's got no choice now this big huge airbag that well I've got three airbags one massive one in my belly and then the two airbags you know on my chest so I'm pretty much gonna float whatever but unfortunately I might end up floating on my on my front which isn't that great you know unless I've got a snorkel so the one like an illusion I found because I have been to the swimming baths when I've been a bit

overweight I went once and I remember coming out and I did a few lengths and whatever you know over quite a while I didn't do it quickly and I remember getting out of the swimming baths and I felt so tight I don't know if you know what I mean but there's that feeling it's probably partly to do with the water crinkling your skin I don't know but I felt like every single muscle because I've been because you do use all your muscles don't you when you swim and I'll include include my vocal cords because I'm

usually screaming help me help so I felt like I was really muscular and my chest was tight my shoulders were tight my stomach was tight and I remember getting out of the swimming baths and I stood there and I had a little itch so I kind of itched my stomach and as I itched scratched my stomach I must have pulled my stomach up because all this water just started spraying out from the crease of my stomach onto the floor and and it filled up half the swimming pool because I didn't realize that when I left

the swimming pool everyone was just standing there with the water up to their knees most of the water had got under the crease of my stomach so I wasn't quite as tight and fit as I thought I was when I got I just felt it I felt like I'd really like toned up but it doesn't happen that quickly does it you know I could go into the bedroom and I can do some weights and I can completely wreck my arms to the point where any little movement and the muscles just I can feel the muscles

but it means nothing if you don't do it regularly you know I know and I kind of know how to do weights and my arms are all right but anyway going back there was this time in 1998 I think it was might be 99 could have been 99 and I decided to do press-ups and sit-ups every day I might have also had some weights as well I probably did have weights I'm not sure if I went to the gym but this is what I did weight I did press-ups and sit-ups and I did one for

the first day one press-up one sit-up next day I did two three and I did like that after three months I was rippling not like an ice cream ice cream ripple I was actually so toned but at that time I didn't have any fat really to lose you know it was just muscle to tone up and increase because I was still slim and I bought I bought this tight top it wasn't a t-shirt it was a top it was a nice top actually and some tight jeans and it was a really really short sleeved so

you basically only kind of just about covered just about covered my shoulders so you could see you know my biceps my trot my arms basically and I remember members of the because I always used to cover up I always used to wear long sleeve shirts jumper whatever I always used to cover up and this was in the summer and for some reason you know because I felt better about myself physically I decided to sort of go into work with and show off my body a little bit because I'd never done that before and even the

top just about went below my belly button so you could kind of see my abs as well so I was very slim compared to the rest of my body so I wasn't big I just had a really a good shape the shape was nice if that makes sense and my chest was rock solid and everything and my back and everything so that it was it was the only time ever in my life that I've apart from when I was a teenager when I was doing karate and I was doing weights and every single day and

I was working on the punch bag every I was but I had no weight on me it was just it was almost sinew rather than muscle it's weird to explain but it was just I had muscle but I had zero fat there was I don't know as low percentage fat as you can get that's what I was then not through I didn't want to be I wanted to be heavy I wanted to I would prefer back then to have been like this because I can work with this if I wanted to turn this body into

a decent body maybe not now but like back then so if I was 6 15 14 and I was like this back then especially this heavy this size I could have gone I could have become a bodybuilder and been big a really big bodybuilder and I'm talking about back then you know when when you can turn a body into something at my age I think I can the best I can do is turn a sausage into a kebab that's about all I can do with this body you know I can sort of try and transfer

the fat to different parts maybe but you know I'm never going to be like then I could have done something with this because my arms are a lot bigger than they used to be I'm a lot stronger than I was back then and I've got more muscle than I had back then but I've got a huge amount more fat as well so I've got to use that fat for the energy and with that with all the training I used to do when I was like 14 15 I would have been I'd have been quite a

good specimen I think I'd have been quite muscular as opposed to a hippo that I am now but I was I used to I remember I used to because you know mirrors lie we all know that and I used to sit I remember once it was embarrassing I had this mirror that was the other side of the room so I was in the hallway this is when I was about 14 there was a hallway just outside my door my bedroom door so I was doing all these poses like bodybuilding poses and stuff because I used

to buy bodybuilder magazines because I wanted to be a bodybuilder but I couldn't because I was too skinny and it didn't matter what I ate I couldn't put weight on nothing honestly I could have had a hundred eggs a day I could have eaten non-stop and I swear I wouldn't have put weight any weight on I'd have pooed more that would have been it I just couldn't put weight on I could eat absolutely anything and I could do that all the way through until the age of 25 I could pretty much eat anything I wanted

as much as I wanted and I tried to put weight on all through my early 20s as well I was eating like every three hours and I still couldn't put any weight on and I was working hard I had physical jobs so you know I figured well the muscles gonna grow because I'm emptying lorries or I'm lifting heavy boxes all day so the muscles and I had muscles but it was just standard muscles you know not impressive really and technically I probably had an okay body if you like skinny people and I was skinny skinny

I mean I used to wear extra layers of clothing because I was embarrassed at how skinny I was now I see people in the summer young lads walking around the town you know in the summer and they're probably 16 17 with their tops off and they're skinny just like I was and they don't seem to care they think they look good and they don't well I don't think they look good at all I think they just look skinny they all look the same now if you're walking around you've got muscles yeah that's impressive well that

can be nice well not nice but I imagine uh women or whoever would look and think yeah but to walk around with like just skinny I couldn't do it I was embarrassed I didn't want to be skinny now being skinny don't mean that you're weak because you know any 16 17 year old regardless of how skinny they are they could be strong you know don't don't that's an illusion you see someone in their life they're literally just bones you know I mean they've got no muscle nothing just skin on bones and they're young and if

oh they're not very strong they are strong very strong it's amazing the that's kind of one of the strongest periods of your life really sort of uh late teens early 20s up to maybe 30 that's kind of the some of the strongest part of your life some people do get you know say well look at me man strength now yeah but no I think I think the peak is generally like probably mid-20s it's downhill from there baby but it's not necessarily oh yeah so I got really I want to use the word buff because that

word used word it wasn't used back then but I got muscular to the point where I wasn't embarrassed to I still wouldn't have got me clothes off you know like I mean but I wouldn't have took my top off in public but I was okay to uh for people to see my belly although that was only if I was it was covering me I wasn't I didn't have my belly uncovered but you know if I went to stretch to get something off the top shelf you'd probably see a bit of my belly does that make

sense and because it was so tight you could see you know how slim I was but that wasn't difficult because I was slim anyway wasn't like a major thing for me to be slim because I didn't want to be slim but it was it made a difference when I started to get bigger on top so that the you know if your shoulders are bigger and your chest is bigger and your back then the slimmer your waist is the bigger you look on top I guess I don't know it's been a while since I had a

waist I stopped having a waist uh in 2000 yeah there's no waist it's just I don't know what it is like a like a mountain it's like just a wobbly mountain it's just there it's not a waist anymore and there's muscles underneath there but it's probably about I don't know probably about 20 or 30 inches of fat before you get to the muscle yeah blimey so I think it's okay to talk about how I used to be physically fit when I'm so grotesque now so it's kind of I feel okay so to say it's not

like I'm showing off like oh I was physically fit when I was young most people are most people are you know I was slim when I was a teenager boy when I was when I was a 14 year old boy I was slim most 14 year old boys are slim some aren't but most are it's kind of standard even if they're big even if they're muscular they're still probably going to be slim you know fairly slim at the waist because that's just natural for both sexes at that age not everyone but you know it's kind

of standard and then you get older I think the the metabolic rate slows down do it the uh whatever rate I call it it slows down as you get older mine just took a while to slow down and you know what even though I was able to put weight on when I was 25 I remember at 28 and 29 still embarrassed at my weight because I still was light I was still skinny as far as you know and I didn't um yeah I wanted to be heavier I wanted to be 14 stone or 13 stone

um but I wasn't now who knows what I weigh I've got no idea I was a hundred kilos last time I weighed myself so I don't know what that is in in today's thing what's a hundred kilos how many downloads have I had today so far seven thousand oh good hundred kilos hundred kilos okay so a hundred thousand kilos or a hundred kilos hundred kilos okay so let's have a look hundred kilos in tons 0.

1 ton so that's not that's good isn't it it's not that heavy pounds 220 pounds not a lot really is it 220 pounds but then remember I'm five foot eight I'm five foot one and stone it's 15. 7 stone and that's it there's no no other ones really to look at is there US ton stone pound ounces how many ounces 3520 3527. 4 ounces blimey okay average okay average what's the average height for someone of 100 kilos okay uh I do weight for men okay here we go for 25 and above minimum what 50.

4 see here in the UK of England Commonwealth Britain we we don't do that's what we do well we used to do stones as opposed to pounds but I don't know if that's changed I know in America it's all pounds isn't it I do stone but um in height we do feet and inches and I think we still do that but I think in America you do do you do centimeters or something I don't know so yeah 166 centimeters average weight for height in kilogram okay so average weight for height in kilogram let's have a

look I'm five foot eight five eight my average male okay five foot eight 139 pounds 63 what pounds kilograms okay right so five foot eight 169 pounds so 139 to 169 pounds that's the average weight I should be for five foot eight so 63 kilos to 76 kilos so I'm 24 kilos above and the maximum that I should be according to this healthy website healthy health health iffy me that's health ifyma.com healthy health healthy me what a weird name and goes up to seven foot 225 pound okay so basically I I am the right I'm

the the nice healthy weight for a seven foot person yeah you can go up to seven 275 pound but 225 is like the the healthy weight for seven foot person it's actually 102 kilos so I'm just a little bit I'm I don't know I might be 102 kilos now I might be less might be I mean I might be 110 kilos I don't think so though but I remember right I

remember that I had what was it I think I reached 14 stone and it was the fattest I ever felt I was in London and I think this is probably about 2000 2009 I think it was and it's the fattest I've ever honestly I just had a I just had a burger and chips and stuff and I weighed myself and it was and I felt so grotesque and my belly was just bursting out of my trousers and my top and and for some reason my nipples were spraying milk but I just I just felt so

huge yeah I'm way heavier than that now and I don't feel as big as I did back then it's weird isn't it I'm like the Russian doll but in reverse you know the Russian doll you take it and you keep seeing a smaller version of yourself with me you just you just keep adding bigger ones and a bigger one the bigger one until I end up popping I guess I didn't get a chance to tell you about what I did today but I will do I'll talk I'll tell you tomorrow tomorrow all about today because

I went to the opticians and I went to the park and met up with a friend and and went to the pet shop watched the boxing so I've done a fair few things today but I never got a chance to tell you I mean there's only so much I could fit into an hour what did I talk about I don't know I've got no idea and the weird thing about it is sometimes I watch a video on YouTube and it's really dragging and I look to see how much longer and it's an eight minute video

and those eight minutes really seem to go on forever yeah I'm talking for 65 minutes and it's just gone like that well maybe not if you're listening but for me doing the talking it just just gone really quickly and I haven't covered hardly anything yeah I don't know oh I want to go so thank you for listening remember to be kind to yourself because you deserve to be happy do something special for yourself today or tomorrow or today and tomorrow it doesn't have to cost money just give yourself some time even if it's just lying

down and resting for half an hour or an hour just give yourself that time okay lots of love bye
