I've got a couple of messages. I'll just unplug my phone. It was on charge but the cable doesn't quite reach to my face.
So what messages does me have? Not a lot, to be fair. I think people just had given up on me now. Oh, remember that bloke who used to do those podcasts? What happened to him? Yeah.
Okay. Right. Rachel sent me a message saying Craig McLaughlin.
Now I think that's in response to one of my previous podcasts. The problem with I've mentioned this before. I don't remember anything I've said.
So, you know, I won't actually know what you're mentioning really. If you can leave a message, leave it on the podcast. That'd be good.
Because that'd be quite cool. Leave some messages on the actual podcast itself. When you listen, if it's Spotify or iTunes, you can leave a message.
I get hard pretty much no comments ever on the actual podcasts. And you know, I do get some, I guess I get at least 15 people listen every day. My audience has gone up, I think it's gone up to about 17.
I'm so pleased. I've never been happier. To get 17 listeners to listen to my podcasts daily.
It's taken me what nearly 16 years to get here. So it's one listener a year. So by the time I'm 90.
Wow. I mean, you know, it might even get more, I might have over 100 listeners by the time I'm 90. I might not be famous.
I'll be famous by then. 100 people. So yeah, I don't actually always remember what I've said.
So it's it's I'll get a message. I think that was to do with neighbours stars or something that became pop stars. I remember Craig McLaughlin.
He I can't Oh, I remember. Hey, Mona. Oh, Mona, something like that.
And which was pretty much, I think it's supposed to be an original song, but it was a copy. It's very similar to another song that was that had been done previous. And he also was remember when Greece, you know, Greece, the musical was relaunched.
I don't know, I think it was Andrew Lloyd Webber. I'm not sure. But it was relaunched in London.
But obviously, I say, obviously, you might not know this, but Greece was musical. Before it was a film with John Travolta. Because I actually saw him be interviewed when he was being interviewed.
He was interviewed when he was probably about 1819. And he was a heartthrob. Then long before he even did a movie.
He was a heartthrob. I didn't realize it didn't and he was a singer. And an actor.
He did some he was in it was a teen heartthrob in some big American TV show, which I can't remember what it was. And then he had a singing career from that. And he was being interviewed and they said, Oh, you're doing really well.
You're good. You're in doing this. And in this TV show, and you're on all the little girls bedrooms now walls rather posters, not him, the posters.
And he was a heartthrob. He was a teen idol. And then they were saying, well, is really any role that you'd like to play in the in like the theater? Because I think he'd just been given the role and played a role in Carrie, the original Carrie movie.
And he was Carrie's boyfriend. And he said, and they said something about, well, quite like to be in the Greece, musical, the theater, musical, Greece. And I said, Yeah, I think you might be quite good at that.
He said, Yeah, no, I know. It's my impression of John Travolta. Yeah.
Yeah, I know. Sandy. Yeah, I know.
Yeah, no. Sandy, can't you see? I'm in misery. So we john stopped singing.
No, I actually love the film. I love the film. But and then of course, he was in wasn't he? Saturday Night Fever before Greece, because that was an 18 x rated Saturday Night Fever, and then Greece.
I think I'm pretty sure I'd have to check that. What was my point? Oh, yeah. Craig McLaughlin played Danny in the Greece revival.
And it was law office is in the 90s. This was, I think pretty much maybe late 90s ish, maybe middle 90s. I don't know.
But Craig McLaughlin, he was, he was, if I remember rightly, Carly Minogue's brother in Neighbours. And then I think he was, but he was also in Home and Away as well. Yeah, he joined Home and Away.
But he he was a heartthrob, because he's he was a pretty boy and he's had this curly hair and he was muscly and really likeable in the show. And he's became a poster boy, I guess, for the little teeny teens, girls. And he had some songs, it hits in the charts, kind of on the back off of the back of Carly Minogue and Jason Donovan from that show.
The Neighbours. I think he was the third person to get a recording contract. But there was others as well.
I can't remember I think. What's his name that married the twins? Or was they in the twins in there? He got a recording contract as well in the UK. Anyway, then he went on to do Grease.
And what's his name? Alfie Moon from EastEnders. He was Danny's like sidekick in in the show. And so there was, you know, the goofy one that was in Grease.
But he didn't really have a huge role in the show. But I think in the theatre role he did. And then, did I say Danny Moon? Alfie Moon.
Then Alfie Moon took over from the part of Danny. And then it became even bigger. It became Alfie Moon.
Before he was Alfie Moon in EastEnders, he was doing Grease. And he became a big star. Like in this country, huge, really, really famous.
Well, famous in the theatre world and you know. But then he became like really, really big star when he was in EastEnders. But he's one of the few, few characters from EastEnders, few actors that manage to do other things.
After and during even. Like have his own game shows and be on TV and you know, making albums and stuff like that. And doing comedy.
Not a lot of soap stars seem to be able to pull that off. There's lots of Coronation Street former stars that have gone on to do well in TV dramas and stuff. But EastEnders, there are some.
There are some. I'm not going to pretend, you know, there are. There's a few.
But it's not a huge amount that have gone on to be really sort of regularly on telly, doing TV or making films and stuff. Yeah, I mean, what's her name? Oh, it's Little Mo or Big Mo. Big Little Mo, Big Mo.
Anyway, one of the Mo's in EastEnders. She's probably about 92 and she is, I forget his name, but he's one of the most famous actors at the most Oscars or something. And she's his brother.
Or grandmother, I don't know, one of them. And she's been in quite a few films. But she's more of like, she goes into EastEnders and she's got a regular part.
She's a well-known character, but she's not in it that much. Although she's probably one of the best characters in the show. She's funny and I don't know why they don't haven't had her in it more.
But hey, none of my business, is it? What am I? Nothing to do with me. But that was who Craig McLaughlin is. That took me 12 minutes to explain that.
And Molly says, how you been going, Jason? Been thinking about you. Thank you, Molly. Basically, I suppose, I don't know if I mentioned this, I don't think I have.
On Thursday, it's now Saturday. Thursday, I collected the ashes from Andre. Andre's ashes and is in a wooden box.
It's like an urn, a wooden urn. I don't know how to spell the word urn. And there's a metal plaque with his name on it.
And so I got that Thursday. So that was a bit a bit weird. Ben says, hi, Jason, me and the wife are missing.

It's very weak. Very weak. I've actually, this is actually the fourth recording I've made today.
And it's only one o'clock in the afternoon. How about that then, eh? And there's a lawnmower. I don't know if it's one of the neighbours on the other side of the fence.
Which means it might be someone that's off their head, spending the entire day mowing a bit of grass, which is probably a quarter the size of my living room. Seriously, it's like they're trying to like cut each individual piece of grass separately. But you can't complain.
Can't complain about people making noise, not on a Saturday. Because you know, mowing the lawn and using, I don't know, power tools and stuff like that. That's the right of every English person.
Yeah, to do that, especially on a Saturday. When it'd be nice to have a bit of peace, wouldn't it? If you're working all week, the weekend, it'd be nice just to have that little bit of peace. But I figured that a lot of people, not all people, obviously.
But there's a lot of people out there that have to have noise. They have to create noise because of their inability to think or to deal with their own thoughts. Now, I'm not judging.
Yes, I am. I'm not. I know thinking is hard.
You know, sometimes thoughts are difficult. But if we, you know, we have to address them, not all the time. There are times I mean, I definitely didn't want to address my thoughts for a couple of weeks.
Hence my almost coma like existence. I slept so much. Slept so much.
I had a couple of little bit of motivations. And over the last couple of weeks, a couple of days, I did do some recordings. You know, maybe three or four recordings.
But most of the days I maybe if I managed to do one, but I haven't done many. Really for, I don't even know. Let me have a look.
No one cares. Why are you telling us this stuff? Because I want to, I want to share it. No one cares.
I know. I'm not doing it because people care. I do it because I want to.
I want to. So let's have a look. So I've done a few.
I've done a few. Bang the mic. You know, I nudged the mic and bang it.
Not really made. Okay. So probably looking at.
Yeah, okay. Fair enough. So the 20th, 20th, since the event happened a couple of weeks ago, I've done 12345678.
9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41 recordings have been released. In the last two weeks. It's not that shabby really, is it considered not really being on the ball? Not really being motivated or even that interested.
I never make recordings when I'm not interested. So when I'm, you know, when I'm doing them, I am. It's just getting to that point.
And it's not always it's not always easy all the time. Actually, there's times when all I want to do is kiss and cuddle someone. But sometimes all I want to do is just something different, you know.
But I think what's I've been I've been giving this a lot of thoughts. Why am I doing this? Why am I? What is what's the reason behind it? And that's kind of because, you know, I kind of there was a part of me wanted to just just not do any more recordings. That was it.
Just going to stop. I'll be honest, there was a part of me just wanted to give up on everything, really. And I kind of did probably for a few days.
But I think part of my survival process is this. My what keeps me going is the idea, even if it's misguided or deluded, the idea that I'm helping people. That my reason for being alive on this planet is to help people.
That's my purpose in life. And I can only help people the way that I know how or the you know, doing what I do. I'm not a surgeon.
I'm not. Because I'm not a politician. But we could argue whether or not any there's ever been a politician alive ever that's ever helped anyone.
But, you know, I haven't got those abilities or whatever to do that kind of stuff. To make changes to society that would be useful. I mean, politicians, they didn't they create the NHS, the health service at one point.
So, you know, there are politicians out there that have done amazing things. I'm sure I just don't know any. But this is all I do.
And sometimes I think, how could this be helping? I just talk rubbish. And then even in the hypnosis sessions and all the sleepy relaxing sessions, I sometimes think, is this useful? And then, and then when I do do, you know, do about three or four recordings. I mean, I do the ones with music as well.
So it's double it, I guess. But if I release like six recordings, I'd normally reach 9000 plus a day downloads, maybe more, maybe 10,000. So it's kind of one of those things, you know, it's like, oh, someone's listening.
But why? But why are they? Why are they listening? I shaved my head earlier. Shaved, I haven't shaved my head for two weeks. And I still seem to have missed a bit.
It's weird. It needs to be done weekly, really. It's actually it's been more than two weeks.
It's been probably two and a half weeks, three weeks, maybe. Yeah, probably. Two, yeah, over two weeks.
And also sort of trimmed my beard and made my laugh, make my laugh, make my laugh look a little. I made myself look mildly presentable. But unfortunately, in the middle of like my hair and my beard is this face.
I can't. Unfortunately, a razor doesn't seem to be able to do much to help that. The face is still the same.
Why don't you wear nicer clothes? Because the face is still the same. Why don't you lose weight? Because the face is still the same. It makes no difference.
And if anything, if I lose weight on my face, I look worse. Although my face is not that fat. And I haven't got as many chins as I used to have.
I haven't, honestly, although it depends what angle you see me from. I mean, if you do a video, like if I did a video using the laptop, just sitting on the table, and it'll be almost like an up the nose shot, including the 16 chins. Yeah, awful, awful shot to be taking a video or a picture.
In fact, you wouldn't take a picture of yourself and send that. Why would you make a video? And I have made videos of myself doing that in the past. And normally not that bad.
But there's a couple that are like, Oh, why did I do that? But you never send a selfie. Someone says, Oh, send me a picture. We'd like to see what you look like.
All right, well, really? There you go. You try and do the best move the camera to the other side of the garden or something. We'll just take a picture of someone else.
And I did that once. This this lady wanted a picture. She demanded a picture of a part of my body.
So I went online. And I just copied the picture, you know, save that picture and send it to this lady. And she really wanted to meet me.
Then I knew I could never meet her because she would find out that I'm not that person. And, and then my woolly isn't black. So yeah, she's, it was something I shouldn't have done.
But I wouldn't do it again. It's it was I just thought, well, if you want something nice to look at, I'll find something nice because I'm not sending bits bits pictures of me. I have a reputation to uphold.
Yeah, right. Oh, dear. No, I don't really send images.
I remember one woman who I was speaking to this is last year. It's like one of those questions that is just it's a ridiculous question to ask. Because there's nowhere to go from it.
First of all, it's a question you can't hide from. But at the same time, it's it's like really, really, I'll tell you what, basically, she said to me, after speaking to her. I don't know for a few times, she said to me, Are you well endowed? Are you well endowed? And I thought, well, I'm fat.
But then I thought, Oh, maybe she's not talking about my my upper body. I'm white when endowed on with my upper body. But that wasn't I don't think that's what she was talking about.
And that was the end of the conversation for me. It's like, how do I answer that? If I say yes, then I'm lying. If I'm honest, then she won't want to see me.
So it's like, Oh, okay. That's clearly that's. So I just just said, I thought I'd change your subject and start talking about hairdryers.
Something like that. You know, now I just sent her the picture I sent the other lady. And she came back to me.
She said, I've seen your profile picture. I said, Yeah. She said, Well, I can tell that that's not yours.
I said, Oh, and I just did bother because obviously it wasn't mine. And she said, that's that's kind of something wrong there, isn't there? So what do you mean? She said, Well, sending someone else's willie pic is a bit. It's not wrong.
So it's probably not as wrong as actually sending me own. Besides, I got off the internet. It was just a picture.
I just put in Google willie pic and okay, huge, massive willie pic and yes, I just sent it. She said, But couldn't you have done one that was like, you know, I said, No, I'd say it. No, I'm gonna say it.
What you mean? The right color? She said, Yeah. I said, Yeah, but I didn't really think about it at the time. I do know.
If you know, I didn't care. That's the end of that whole story. That was it.
No car chases. Unfortunately, I want to go out earlier. I didn't.
I do want to go out earlier. But I kind of thought about wanting to go out later. Like today, like this afternoon, to get some sausage rolls, and maybe a Chelsea bun.
And I might still do that. It depends. I just don't.
I've worn all of my clothes. I've worn everything to the point where I'm wearing my, my nice tracksuit bottoms that I only wear when I go out. I'm wearing them in the house.
And I don't do that normally. I've, I've got separate clothes when I go out to what I wear when I'm in my trousers or one pair of trousers split on me. The whole backside just opened up and split when I was picking up my friend's dog's poo.
And that was interesting. And the other pair just don't fit. They weren't for some reason, they've shrunk somewhat they must have I don't know that washing machine just shrunk the trousers and they won't.
They won't do up anymore. But I've had them I had the same pair of trousers for a few years actually. Yeah, they didn't shrink before but now suddenly they're shrinking.
Strange. It's almost like I put weight on but we know I haven't. I'm I've never been so skinny.
It's embarrassing. I'm scared to. I'm just honestly I'm just scared to walk over drains in case I fall in.
I am so skinny. No, I'm not. I used to be not now.
But I am going to get fitter, fitter. I am I'm gonna I'm gonna start doing some weights again. I'm gonna try if I can get myself onto the exercise bike.
And I discovered something the other day, right? So a few weeks ago, because of my back, I started doing squats, just lower squats, not with any weights or anything. And so when I got out of bed, I do 10 squats. And it was a struggle.
If I'm honest with you, it was like, Oh, didn't like doing them because going down and getting up again, it was a bit of a just seemed to be quite tiring on my legs. Now, it's so easy. I could easily do 30 40.
And I can actually feel my legs are stronger. So instead of tiring my legs, it's flexing my legs, or it's stimulating the muscles in my legs. It's very weird.
So I already know that that's how it works. But these days, as I've kind of got a little bit older, the preliminary, the preliminary feeling of call it weakness, maybe, you know, puts me off doing any more, when actually, if I just keep doing it, whether it's sit ups, or press ups, or push ups, or get on a bike or whatever, I will get stronger. Just there's no choice.
There's no way around it just how it happens, has to happen. And I'll be able to do more. So that's what I'm going to do.
I've learned from me legs. My legs have taught me a lesson. I've been very lucky.
I've never had fat legs. It's all been most of my weights been I'm like my dad's upper body. It's I haven't got skinny legs I used to have I think.
So my legs are bigger than they used to be. But they're not fat. I don't think I'm not saying there's no fat on them.
There probably is. If you drain the fat on them, I'll probably fall over. If you took all the fat out, they'd probably just be just like bones.
But I like the idea of fooling myself that I'm actually got muscular legs when I don't at all. Sounds good though, doesn't it? I'm gonna be probably this week coming to Saturday now. I'm looking to maybe start sitting in the garden a little bit during the day and reading or maybe going to the park and sitting down under a tree and reading for an hour or so.
And maybe do that in between making recordings. You know, reading some books, getting a bit of education into myself. And so that that something that I'm been looking to want to do as well.
So I've kind of got an idea of how I want my days to be for the rest of this year. I'm only planning as far ahead as December because I'm hoping to make some changes or to be progressing and maybe doing bigger and better things next year. Which I've got a little plan I've got.
It's not a plan. It's something that I'd like to do. I'd like to move or travel.
See, I think travel would probably be the thing that I'm probably going to be looking to do. And maybe go to go somewhere for maybe three or six months. Thailand is one place I'd like to go to and just stay there for six months.
Rent out a hotel or an apartment as you know, not the cheapest one I can find, but one that's not expensive but is livable, you know, something that's okay to live in. And it's quiet because I'm going to still continue to do my recordings. So I'll take my microphone, I'll take some equipment with me to set up to do my to make my recordings every day.
So that's something that I'd quite like to do. So continue to, you know, do what I'm doing. Not give up my home because I'll still keep this, pay the rent on this place while I'm away and just come back after the three months is up.
You know, let's say I get a visa for three months, then come back and then decide what to do next. Maybe go somewhere else. Another place I'd like to go to is Lillehammer in Norway.
Because it just looks like a really beautiful place to go to. However, Norway is an expensive place to go. It's not cheap there.
So to visit, it's going to cost, you know, it's going to cost quite a bit of money to live there. Even if it's just for three months. But I thought it might be a really nice place to go to at Christmas.
Go to there, go there like maybe November, December, January, you know, have that period of time there. Snow, have a proper Christmassy, snowy Christmas. Maybe if I can afford it, stay in a hotel for that period.
But that's probably, I don't know, it'd probably be cheaper to sort of rent, rent a property out for three months. Again, I don't know. It depends.
But just for three months, maybe two months even. Maybe just, you know, maybe for a month over Christmas. Not this coming year, but maybe the following year.
So there's some things. And then make recordings. Continue to make recordings.
Continue to make videos. Continue to read and keep fit and, you know. So just doing it somewhere nice.
Somewhere where the neighbours don't spend all day cutting, like trimming one little hedge. I don't know if you can hear it, but they just literally have it go all day long because they're just, well, who knows what's going on. But they love noise, I guess.
It helps them to not think less. I think in some ways, thinking is really important. Not all the time.
I mean, when you want to go to sleep, don't want to be thinking about stuff. Just let it go. Let it go.
Let it go. But just as a human being, I don't know what percentage of the population of the human race actually spend much time thinking, as opposed to doing, you know. I mean, in a society I live in, it's more about, well, you've got to go to work.
You've got to, you know, right from a young age, I learned that I was expected to get a job, go to get a girlfriend and get married and have kids, stay in the same job for as long as I can, maybe get a council house and then perhaps buy the council house and then have a mortgage and just work until I'm 65. Probably have grandkids. If I do well enough, I'll be able to go on holiday abroad maybe once a year with the family.
Perhaps have a car as well. So take driving lessons at 17. Get a car or get a moped first and then get a car.
And what other things? I don't know how noisy. That probably sounds like a bee or a little wasp through this microphone. It's like me.
20 years ago, I probably would have gone out there. But yeah, I can't really be making relaxation sessions and then getting angry and shouting. That would just be weird, wouldn't it? Imagine.
Will you shut up? I'm trying to do a relaxation session. Why aren't you relaxed then, pal? Yeah, it's a lily hammer because I was watching a TV show called Lily Hammer on Netflix and that place just looks lovely. I mean, yeah, it does looks lovely.
I mean, I might even it might be worth like visiting other places like Oslo and other places in Norway. But I just something about that I'd like to visit. As I'd like to visit a place, I forget the name of it now in Thailand that I'd like to visit.
I'd also like to visit Phoenix in America, in Arizona. So I've got these specific places within the countries that I'd like to go to for my own personal reasons. Now, Phoenix is because of Milton Erickson, who was the he was a hypnosis pioneer.
He was very famous in the hypnosis world. So I'd like to visit there. And maybe try and coincide it with some kind of hypnosis training that they're holding at the the institute, the Erickson Institute.
Or the very least visit his house. So I think they've got like a museum going there. And maybe meeting Jeffrey Zeig, who's the director of the the organization.
I'll be following him for about 20 years. And possibly maybe even his daughter, who's a therapist as well. So just, I don't know, it just be interesting to go there.
I'd like to go to Graceland. Definitely love to go. That's one of my places that I just Yeah, if I can do that and work at the same time and still do the recordings.
At least I'll have something to talk about. Imagine that. Like, yeah, I met Mickey Mouse today.
What a knobhead. I don't know. Just, you know, I mean, I could just be really fun.
And that was Graceland. I'm talking about Disney World now. Sorry.
You went to Graceland and you met Mickey Mouse. I just realized I was thinking something out in my head and I didn't have that she said it. Yeah, I'd like to go to Disney World as well.
Or Disneyland. I don't know which is the best place to go to. Disney World or Disneyland.
Let me know on the podcast what you think. Well, I don't know which one. But I'd like to visit those some of those places.
What's the what's the place? The waterfall place? I'd like to go there. I mean, it's huge. It's like covers a huge area.
I quite like to go and see that. India is never really been somewhere I wanted to go to. Just it seems like it'd be very challenging due to the the heat and the I've never seen anything.
I've seen loads of documentaries. I've watched loads of TV programs about India from a travel perspective, and I've never seen anything that appealed to me. It just looks really hard work.
The coaches, the buses, the jam packed for the trains of people traveling on the train on top of the train. I don't know if that's happens everywhere. But that's what I've seen a lot of.
And that doesn't I mean, it's funny to watch on telly. But I don't think I'd want to be to see it in real life. And, and it's just Yeah.
I just yeah, I don't think it's somewhere that I really want to go to. Although I'd be interested from a Buddhist perspective, because the Buddha was Indian and born in India. And he there's Buddhist temples in India.
I know Buddhism isn't the main in the main religion anymore. But yeah, I kind of say I think the same with China. I quite like to go to China.
But I don't know. If I like it there. I don't know.
Because I'm not sure what the language ability, how many people would speak English and I can't learn a new language just for visiting. Is this not going to happen? I'm, I might try and learn some words like, Hello, how much? And, you know, that's what I learned when I went to Amsterdam. And I don't know, just China.
Again, for me, China would be about visiting the temples. And also the Shaolin temples. And I mean, what I wanted to do when I was a much younger person was to learn Kung Fu to train in a Kung Fu school.
Now, if I had the money, and they promised to go gently on me. I'd quite like to do that now. But it would be they'd have to create a whole new style of Kung Fu, which involves sitting down a lot.
Because I don't think I could. I mean, I might, you know, maybe they can help to heal my back so that I can get back to kicking and stuff. But even when I was in full fitness as an adult, last time I was really in any kind of real kicking, had any kicking ability was back in 2004.
When I was doing Wing Chun, and Jeet Kune Do. So since then, I've done Taekwondo a few years back, and my kicking was really bad. Do a front kick.
That's the only kick I can do with any kind of competency. The round kick was, honestly, I'd struggle to kick above a chair. You know, if you put a chair there to kick above a chair, doing a round kick, you know, or a sidekick as well.
So unless it's just not much use, I mean, it's my kick levels kind of groin level, which is is useful. Obviously, that's a really good place to aim. But it's a little bit embarrassing, my lack of physical flexibility.
Yoga is something that I probably could really benefit from. Probably for me, hot yoga, because there's less chance of damaging myself. If my body is like really, really hot and sweaty, and sticky and slippery, and it's almost like you've lubricated everything with the hot steam, then I could probably, I might, that might really be useful for me.
And it might be able to loosen me up, loosen my hips up and my legs and everything. But then there's the problems of farting. It's, you know, I did yoga years ago, back in 2000, and I think it was 2002.
Maybe 2003. Yeah, 2003. And I remember doing, I don't know what it was, but it was bending over and putting your bum up in the air.
And it basically made a tunnel through my mouth and my bum. And I just, it's almost like, right, my bum decided to start chatting up the girl next to me. Just, and I had no control over it.
All I heard was like, and basically, you know, what's your name? Do you come here often? It's very embarrassing. But I wasn't the only one. I don't mean I wasn't the only one there.
I wasn't the only one that farted. But I was the only one that laughed at both me and her farts. I don't know.
I always thought it was kind to laugh. Maybe I was wrong. Maybe, maybe, maybe I was wrong.

So here's the answers. I won't read out any swearing. Daniel says, I don't don't feel like any benefits from it at all.
To be honest. Michael says, Oh, the productivity. I read 180 pages yesterday on accountancy.
Forgot to eat. Yet I got sunburned. Then I had a binge on drink with my fellow younger peers, neighbors just about feeling awake.
But it was good. I didn't smoke. When the P1 came out, my nose went out down.
I don't know what that means. Um, I used to be like that, you know. I remember when I was learning how to build websites, I would sit in my little room for hours and hours and hours, probably good 16 hours a day.
And I would sometimes forget to eat, didn't care. I was at that point, I wasn't smoking. So I'd stop smoking.
So I wasn't even having breaks. I was literally just there the whole time. And little bucket.
No, I did use a toilet. And I'd be buzzing and I'd be awake till three in the morning. And I'd wake up again at six.
And I'd start again. And then, you know, I had to be able to do that for a few days. And then I'd get tired.
Someone else says, I know the feeling. When I'm manic, I get plenty done. But when I'm depressed, I get nothing done.
Yep, I'm exactly the same. I'm such a downer. I feel amazing when on a high, very creative and productive.
Okay, so that's another one. Okay. I always find it's this someone else.
I always find it's the mania that's the most destructive in my life. And the depression was dangerous for my life. There's nothing good about uncontrolled by that.
Yeah. I've had some incredible experiences when I've been and I've reached such amazing highs. And it's how I felt like I had superpowers.
Well, there's different levels, isn't there? You know, there's hyper mania. But we're not being manic, you know, extreme mania is serious. It's not.
It's not nice at all. But it's that level before it. That's, I've always been quite lucky.
I've had a few. I think I had a few manic E times. And I put it down to, to anxiety.
But actually, looking back, it was more than that. And I won't go into it. But yeah, I don't know where I read all that out.
It's just some of the posts on that on the Facebook pages are just absolutely just full on really full on. And I mean, if you you know, I mean, it's like, well, blimey, I looked into this a week ago now, blimey, a week ago, I looked into potentially getting another ferret. It's still going with that thing.
So it's an hour. I've been doing this recording for nearly an hour and they're still going for an hour. I might go out just have a little look.
If it is just one little bit of grass, I'm going to tell them to shut up, I think. Because it really is ridiculous. The thing is, what you get is a weird noise.
I noticed on council estates and I've lived on a few over the years. But the ones which are still all mainly council, or this one anyway, is a lot of quite a bit inconsideration. It's almost like the person doesn't think that anyone else can hear what they're doing, even though they're doing it.
It's a bit like young, some young people on a bus. They'll talk about someone sitting three seats up loudly, as if no one else in the world can hear. It's like, they can hear you.
I can hear you. And I'm in a tree looking through some binoculars. How? Of course, they can hear you.
And it's just schoolgirls. I don't know. It's just like, what are you doing in a tree looking? Oh, God.
No, but I'm just saying that it's some people like, come on. I remember I saw this young girl, teenagers, I don't know if they might be teenagers, years ago. And they're walking together, there's about four of them.
One of them said to the other, why does everyone look so miserable? Why don't you smile? Why don't people smile? Well, firstly, people don't walk around smiling on their own. Because that's just not how we do things here. Secondly, perhaps a reason why they're not smiling is because they're adults.
And they've got things going on with their life at the moment. You know? Why are they smiling? Because they're not 11 years old, without any worries. Mind you, I doubt as many 11 year olds without any worries.
It's a hard age. What was I like 11? Oh, I just started high school. Yeah, didn't enjoy that.
I remember a couple of bullies tried to bully me. They were older, they were probably about four, three, four years older than me. And they chased me.
And they were the ones that would do initiations and sort of picking on all the little kids that had just started. The 11 year olds, and these were probably 14 years old or something. And two of them grabbed me, and they're about to try and get me into the toilet and dunk my head or something.
So what I did is, I walked fast, and they walked fast. And they had, either one had their hand holding me. And I just did the splits, and tripped them both over.
And I just stomped on them and ran off. So I just kicked them and ran off. And they were so surprised.
I didn't hurt them. They were laughing. Because they were so impressed with the fact that I got out of their grip.
And I mean, at 14, I couldn't hurt them if I tried. They were like twice my size. But I think they were just impressed that I was that, I don't know, rude, or that I wasn't scared of them or something.
And they never bothered me after that. I think one of them used to call me Kung Fu Man. Because they found it funny.
That I just, you know, tripped them both over and just started kicking them. But I couldn't, you know, I was 11. I didn't want properly kicking them.
And then just like jumped on their backs and ran off. Tied them up and used them as a horse for the rest of the year. I didn't.
I didn't have them. None of it happened. I made it up.
I made it up. I turned into a balloon, and I blew away. And then when I landed back on the planet Earth, all my hair had turned grey.
Has this gets a good line for a song? Maybe not. Well, that's it. It's Saturday the 5th of June, 1351pm.
Oh, it's 13 o'clock plus 51. So I'm gonna go now. I'm gonna leave.
I'm gonna go now. I don't think I can go out though, because I'm just too smelly. I need to have my clean clothes.
And they're in the washing machine. So it's gonna be before they're dry. It won't be too late tonight or tomorrow.
So I'm kind of stuck inside a little bit. I might go to bed, but I'm not tired. For the first day, the first time in ages.
And then I yawn. Maybe I will have a little sleep. Well, that's it for me.
