Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Nuvand and my game is podcasting. This is let me bore you to sleep, please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. Yep, yep, that is it.

That is it. So I am recording this on the Rodecaster Pro with Andre in the background. Hello mate, you all right? No, I want to do a poo.

Okay, fair enough. Don't look at me. Don't look at me.

Now, here's a funny thing. Really funny thing. So I've got the laptop running.

I'm recording this through the laptop through the Rodecaster Pro. The little digit and it's now making a little bit of hissing sound, which is annoying. But I will hopefully be able to that won't last forever.

I hope forever and ever. And getting the volume is something that is a little bit of a problem. So there you go.

Anyway, I because of the the Rodecaster, right? It takes a micro disk mic. It's quite a big bit of equipment. Why they can't just have like a normal size mini disk, but no micro disk is you know, it's not much bigger than a fingernail.

And that goes in and I put it in wrong is now stuck. Okay, which means I can't actually record anything without the laptop. I can't record it just onto the Rodecaster.

But with the laptop, I've got more control over the sound, you know, the various sounds. However, I don't think it sounds very good. I'm not really pleased with the sound quality.

And if I can't get it to work how I want it to work, I'm just going to go back to using the iPad. And maybe is what I find. This is what I find.

This equipment is actually getting in the way of my creativity. A little bit. I want to just be able to make the recordings.

And now thinking about all these different things I've got to do and it's just you know, I mean, it's just so what to do is the question. I mean, when I've actually finished the recording and done the editing, it might sound all right. The volumes very low on the playback, but I can increase the volume.

I can take away a lot of the background sound and stuff. So yeah, it's all part of the editing process, but I can't be bothered. I can't be bothered with editing.

I just want to just do the recording. Just to record is bad enough. I've got do a little bit of editing.

And then I've got you know, uploading that's hours of time every day. Just uploading stuff that's without the recording. And then making the images and then uploading to the website and sharing.

Yes, I am a victim. I'm in victim mentality. Oh, the world's against me.

Yes, I started another battle with reality. Unfortunately, reality always wins. Don't fight reality.

It wins every time. No, but it should be warmer. It shouldn't be this warm.

It shouldn't be raining. It should be sunshine in May. It should be sunny outside and warm.

But is it though? No, it's not. But it should be. Well, how's that battle with reality? Actually, you know, what's it doing for you? How's it going? How's it improving your life? That battle with reality of how the weather is compared to how it should be in your mind? I'm so angry.

I want it to be different. It should be different. But it isn't though, is it? It's actually raining, isn't it? No, but it shouldn't be raining.

Oh, but that's the reality, my friend. The reality. I don't care about reality.

I'm fighting it every inch of the way. But it's raining. Oh, I'm going out in my shorts and my t-shirt.

I don't care how cold it is. It should be warm. It's not warm though, is it? I don't care.

It should be. Yeah, the battle of reality, the battle against reality, has never been won by anybody ever. But we still try.

We still attempt it, don't we? You should be like this. That person, you should wear different clothes. He shouldn't be wearing that.

He shouldn't have his hair like that. He shouldn't have a beard. But he does have a beard, doesn't he? But he shouldn't have.

But he does though, doesn't he? But I don't want him to. That person shouldn't be cycling on the pavement. They should be on the road.

But they're not on the road, are they? They're on the pavement. No, but they should be on the road and I'm getting very angry and very cross about it. Yeah, but they're not actually.

You know, they are on the pavement. They're not on the road, are they? No, but they should be on the road. That's that's how it should be.

But the reality is they're on the pavement. I don't care about reality. I declare war with reality so that I can stay unhappy forever.

Okay, I'll move on. I'll move on. That's that's something I'm quite big into at the moment.

You know, sniffing. Yeah, I'm very into sniffing. Reality.

And I think you can come across like, you know, well, that means you never change anything. It means you have to give in to everything and never you got no control. No, not at all.

You take control of your own reality. You make changes. You know, you adapt.

You know, if it's raining, you take a brolly out with you or you wear a coat or you just don't go out or you get a taxi or you drive or you do something else or if the rain really is a huge problem in your life, move somewhere where it doesn't rain so often. You know, if it's really going to ruin your life, if you're going to allow it to move somewhere else, you know, if you if you if you can't stand being with someone that slurps their yogurt. Yeah.

If that's such a big issue, then find someone that doesn't slurp their yogurt. It's as simple as that. No, but I love I love him.

I love him. I love her so much. But she slurps her yogurt and I don't like it.

You know, I mean, that's the reality. They slurp their yogurt. You want to fight against that reality? Are you going to win? No.

You're gonna feel crappy. But I love them. I just don't like the way they eat the yogurt.

Well, I suppose you could turn the news on and see what else is going on in the world, maybe to gain a little bit of a perspective. But, you know, how much, you know, does that ever work? I don't know. No, you don't understand.

He slurps his yogurt. Yeah, but, you know, look how many people have been displaced by the war in Yemen. No, you don't get it.

He slurps his yogurt. It makes me cross. Maybe you could visit the local hospice and discuss this subject with some of the patients there.

What their views are on the subject of partners that slurp yogurts. I'm sure they'll have exactly the same. Well, if nothing, they'll have a lot of sympathy for you.

I imagine a lot of sympathy. In fact, they'd probably be in a position where they'd like, Oh, God, I'm glad I'm not glad I'm not you having to put up with someone slurping a yogurt. I'd much rather be in this hospice bed or slurping a yogurt.

Oh, no. Give me more chemotherapy. I don't want that.

Oh, no. I don't want to be around someone that slurps a yogurt. My perspective? No, no, surely not.

But that would be that would be getting slightly in touch with reality. No, we don't want that. No, but that seems to go quite well.

This might be one of those recordings I did. I don't actually release. I don't upload.

It's a long time to make a podcast. Maybe I don't care. I do need to make a podcast at some point.

But I might have to put this equipment away for a couple of weeks. Just to give myself a break from it. Make some recordings, like I normally do to the end of the month, and then come back to it.

That might be the way that I'm going to do it. It might be the way it really might be the way. Because Yeah.

I'm not sure. I'm really not sure. But I think I lost my mojo a little bit.

Yeah, it happens every now and then, where I just lose, not touch with reality, but maybe touch with my normal reality, my normal state of mind, my normal motivations. And when the motivations go, or disappear, it's always temporary. It's never forever.

But when those motivations disappear, and I feel like, oh, this is a bit pointless. There's no point in this. I'm just, you know, is there any value at all to what I'm doing? That's when I kind of start to question and lose the, yeah, I guess it's just motivation.

But it never lasts for any length of time. Sometimes a couple of weeks, it sounds lasted a month before. But I can't afford for it to last a month.

I just got too much to pay off. Too much to pay off. I think that's what's got me a little bit is the getting into debt to try and make it a better service.

In the process, I might have made it a worse service. Because if I stop being as consistent as I normally am, then, you know, people that rely on like the regular new recordings, if they don't get them, they might start to think, oh, I don't know what they might just think, oh, that might be it. Or they might think, oh, or I really don't know.

I don't know. I don't know. I think there's a great deal of boredom living in my kind of lifestyle.

And not boredom as in I get bored, but like, okay, not boredom, lack of stimulation, but nice stimulation. And by nice stimulation, I'm talking adult in the adult context, because I'm already a little interested in that these days. But in a brain perspective, I guess, stimulation, something that I'm interested in, because it's very much seems to be this is more coming out than going in.

You know, my brain is more used for, you know, like producing stuff and being creative. And this is what our class is. I'm making podcasts, that's my creative way of doing things.

And I guess making the images for the podcasts. And there's a degree of creativity, maybe not much, but there's some creativity involved. And they can't be, as someone recently said to me, is one way traffic.

And in a sense, like I can't just keep giving, but not having anything come back in return. So I can't keep I need to feed my brain with other stuff, new knowledge, or maybe even reminding myself of the old knowledge, you know, but improving, reading, studying, learning, but also having fun. And the fun aspect is something I don't have.

Really, apart from, you know, I do. I have fun with these sometimes. Yes, it's fun.

But the and I have a lot of people if I see someone like a neighbor, I generally have a, you know, verbally my verbal person so I can, I don't have to do anything physical to have fun. Yeah, I don't need to go on a roller coaster. And I don't want to never will.

But it'd be, it'd be nice to go somewhere new, go somewhere new, see new things, have a getaway, you know, go somewhere and even meeting, I like meeting new people, if I never have to see them again. For me, that's nice. You know, sometimes I don't really into meeting new people.

But if it's just generally, sometimes it can be quite nice. If you never, I never have to see them again. Is that weird? Because it can just be a nice, it's almost like I can be my best self for that hour, you know, what can be whatever version of I want to be.

And there's no, there is no past, there is no future, there's just then, they know nothing about me, and they're never going to. They're not going to be, they're not from my past. So they're not going to be mentioned in that stuff.

And they're not going to be in my future. They're just in that moment there. And it's that degree of acceptance, which I quite like.

It's like, okay, hello. And you're sharing an experience, maybe you're on a campsite, or you're in a, I don't know, in a museum, or can I think of anything less boring than those two things? I don't know, something that's, you're sharing an experience, maybe a coach trip, going up a mountain, or something like that. Mountain.

I'm going to have a drink there. So I don't know, I just need to sort out some stuff. Hopefully, I should be even by the end of the year.

And then I can start to, I think once I paid off the equipment, I'll start to look at what's next. And I might even start to wind things down. I really don't know.

It's just see, see what happens. But yeah, I feel the pressure of a little bit of pressure there to when I feel the pressure to make recordings when I don't want to. That's when I don't enjoy it.

I like to do them when I want to do them, because I want to do them. Not because I'll wait a minute. I need to do I need you know, I have to kind of keep this going.

And I know it's the same for everyone, whatever you're doing. On YouTube, there's a whole thing is consistency is everything above even quality of the video, or even quality of the content, although you know, you do need to have some content on YouTube. But consistency is the number one thing to consistently produce new videos regularly, whether you do it weekly or daily or whatever.

Year in year out, those are the ones that make it and have big audiences. So I guess it's the same for podcasts as well. I've kind of taken that ideology on to doing the podcasts to be consistent.

And I have been fairly consistent, I think. You know, the let me go to sleep ones. Okay, not every day, but quite often daily for weeks at a time.

Maybe I take a break now and then maybe I don't, you know, only do them every, every two days for a couple of weeks. But I'm still probably doing over 300 a year, I would say. I did count them up.

I'm pretty sure it's over 300. I did last year. But it might not be.

Yeah, it might not be. But it's probably about that. But it might not be.

It's just generally might. I don't know. No, that would make sense, actually, because it's been two years.

Was it three years? Have I been doing these for three years now? Blimey. Wow, you know, I might have been. Let me just check.

I'm just going to go into the sign in. Statistics is awful. Honestly, 4341 downloads yesterday.

I didn't make any recordings. But that's besides the point. This is really, really low.

And it's not sustainable at that level. I need at least 9000 a day now. At least.

So let's have a look at these ones. There we go. The first one I did.

So I've got. Blimey, the internet is so slow. Can you hear that? If you can hear that? I mean, in reality, I can have the the laptop a fair distance away from the cat from the microphone.

So it doesn't have to be right near the microphone. But we'll see. It's all playing it by ear, really.

So I've done 654. Let me bore you to sleep. So this is number 655.

So if I put number one, number one was the 9th of December to know wasn't number one was the 27th of March 2018. Blimey says over three years, but I probably did maybe 100 150 the first year. So it's kind of gone up every year.

This year probably do other over 300 this year. And I got no idea how many I've done. Let me check how many I've done so far.

You know what, I probably can see how many did last year, roughly. All I gotta do is this laptops hard work. Come on.

Come on. It's really weird, right? The broadband, which is why I use for the laptop, and for the television, any of like the general things like Alexa, well, I've got unplugged. Because right then when I said Alexa would have come on, which I don't really want it to happen when I'm making a recording.

But March. So it uses a broadband very slow sometimes. Yet, if I use my iPad, which has got its own owner, unlimited mobile data, it's nearly twice as fast.

And I got my mobile phone, which again, it's got its own unlimited data plan, which again is twice as fast. So it's crazy, really, that the broadband is so much slower. Okay, here we go.

First of January, 570. First of January 570. So that's what 95 then isn't it? No.

8 570 655 570 85 which January, February, March, April. Yeah, that will work out about three, four, I know, at five at 160 320 350. April, May.

Yeah, so I probably will do be over 300. I'll do this year. So I'm trying to as well trying to work out as a bit.

You know, I mean, a bit. I'm just looking at the stats. And why I'm not going to tell you about the stats because actually embarrassing.

So I'm not going to even mention them. Just looking at them while I'm talking to you. So I can feel sorry for myself and be a victim and not take any responsibility for my own life.

Yes. Oh, no, no, no. Poor me.

Poor me and my statistics. I have no control over anything in my life. Yeah, right.

Okay. Yeah. So all the podcasts just made themselves Yeah.

Okay. I wasn't responsible for any of that. Wow.

Oh, that's bad. That's crap. That's rubbish as well.

Yeah, the statistics is and it's because of me. It's all because of me. It's my responsibility.

And I'm the one that hasn't made many recordings this month. Last well, at the beginning of the month I did. And then I stopped.

Wow. Even though I didn't make a deep sleep whisper one for this is this is Wow, honestly, I'm getting a deep sleep whisper. Okay.

300 around 300 downloads a day. Right. And the last time I did a deep sleep whisper was 4th of May.

And it's now is it a 13th or the 14th today. So 10 days ago, I was still getting 300 downloads a day just for that podcast. Excuse me, Jason, I thought you said you weren't gonna talk about statistics.

Yeah. I say lots of things doesn't mean it's true. What do you think I am? A truthful person? No.

So let's have a look at the Wow. So even the let me boil to sleep when I don't make recordings, still, they're growing. I mean, four days ago, I had 526 downloads.

Blimey. I need to stop moaning. Stop moaning, man.

You keep moaning about why things are going pretty well, you know? Yeah, but you know, I mean, no. What do you mean? Yeah. Statistics, relax and sleep hypnosis daily.

Let's have a look. So I haven't made one of those for a couple of days. The last Yeah, the last time I did those is on the 11th.

I had 809 downloads on that day. Yesterday didn't do anything 265 day before 372 hadn't done anything. Blimey.

I gotta stop moaning. Really do. Or maybe make some recordings.

That could be the solution. I guess I just what it is right is I need to make sure that the things recording because I'm using other apps and it might not. I don't know how that is with.

Yeah, he's working. Yeah. I don't know how it is with because I'm using Audition Adobe.

And I should do is cost me 50 pound a month. So I should really be using this software. I can't get out of it.

I've got I signed a contract without realizing it. So I'm stuck with them for a year. That's okay, though.

It's only 600 pound. What? 600 pound. It's quite a lot of money, actually, isn't it? It's not even dollars, it's actually pounds.

I mean, it's $600. Yeah, I'd be a lot better because it'd be a lot less than 600 pounds as a huge amount. That's probably.

Yeah, and 600 pounds, it's got at least $800. See, I just need to just make some more recordings. It's pretty simple.

But you know what? I don't like simple solutions. I want to feel sorry for myself. Yeah.

Oh, let's have a look. What am I getting on? I'll just like this is yesterday did nothing on the relaxer sleep hypnosis, relaxation, relax, relaxation, hypnosis for stress and anxiety. Didn't do anything yesterday.

I had 1461 downloads. So the reality is, as I like to I like to be in touch with reality is like the last two days 5,399 and yesterday 4,341. Now a year ago, I'd have been happy to get that having made lots of you know, recordings.

That was good statistics. Even six months ago, five, three, four months ago, to get 5000 a day was a really good day. But I've been spoiled and I be spoiled by the numbers going up and getting 910 11 12,000 in a day.

Suddenly 4000 just seems really low. When the reality is And it's well over a million a year. 3000 a day.

3333 whatever. That's a million a year. No thief.

Something like that. Yeah. Let's work it 3000 a day.

30 days. 3696 90,000 a month, times by 10 900,000. And another two says 1200.

So yeah, just 3000 today is over, you know, 1.1 million or something. Or 1.2 million. So for 5000 a day.

Yeah, let's just stop moaning. I stopped moaning. Because you know, on a good day 9000 to 360 that's 3 million a year.

More than that. Three and a half million a year downloads, which is what I'm looking for. Just want to I want to be able to show off to my grandkids.

You know, if Andre ever actually meets the right woman, because he's taking he's taking his time. I want to be able to just brag to the grandkids. You know, you know, our granddad.

When I was a young man, when I was in my early 50s, I was relatively successful, I, I reached an audience of at least a million a day. And I was, I really enjoyed being doing that. And, yeah.

Lawnmower lawnmower was, it was quite heavy. No, I didn't block the toilet. No, it wasn't me.

I know what I might be like that once I got no grandkids. So as I said, Andre's really stretching it out. I mean, he's, he's a middle aged man.

Now he's, he can't get around as much as he could. He hobbles around sometimes falls over. Still take him out every day.

But I end up carrying him quite a lot now. And he likes to go out was weird, though. He was walking, and he just flumped to the floor.

wasn't warm. So he wasn't overheated. He's just tired.

They couldn't even make it to my feet. So he could like do his little tap. He does little tap dance on my feet.

So I know he wants me to pick him up. Couldn't do that. He just looked at me.

So I picked him up, put him a little pouch. I've got this top, it's like a sweat top, I guess, tracksuit top, and I put him in there and I've got this little pouch that he goes in. He loves it in there.

But I literally took maybe 10 steps and he wanted to get out again. That's all he needed. So all the rest he needed just long enough to get his energy back.

And then he wanted to get out and walk again. So weird. He's a weird old watch the movie today or yesterday called freaks.

It's quite good. You know? It's Yeah, it's okay. Yeah, I liked it.

It was kind of if you want to what if you like superhero films, and you want to watch something that's so it's it's almost like the anti superhero film. Then there's a film called Brightburn. I think it's Brightburn.

And it's about basically a similar story to Superman. Couple, a couple of people, a couple that live in a, you know, on a farm, see what they think is a meteorite land in the, you know, into the farm. They go and discover that it's a little spaceship with a little baby in it.

And they bring the baby up to be their kid. Yeah. So it's the same like backstory in a way, but without any of the dramatics or, you know, without out my you know, really, the story just starts like that.

There's no what happened before the baby was sent or where the baby was sent from. There's no famous people in it. You know, it's just is a baby and they know nothing about where he comes from.

But they just they grow him up for 12 years or 10 years or whatever. And he's a happy kid. And then he's not a happy kid anymore.

He sort of starts to change and discovers he's got powers and it's really good film actually. Really good. I've seen it twice.

But I've never watched it on a big screen before. So I watched it tonight. Because last time I watched it was on a tiny little screen.

And I just wanted to see it because of the special effects and stuff. But it's not really even about special effects. It's about the relationship between him and his family.

And yes, really, if you ever get a chance to wait, it's an 18 certificate. So it's a little bit gruesome. And it's, it's not funny.

It's not much in the way of humor. And it's not family entertainment. So it's definitely not a Disney film.

And which, you know, if for a while, calling something a Disney film was an insult. Because it was almost like, oh, it's all fairies and zero reality and completely sickly sweet Zakarin kind of stuff. But now, like Disney, they've got the Star Wars, they've got, I think they own Marvel, don't they? And they do all the Marvel films as well.

So, and I remember when Disney took over, they bought the franchise for Star Wars. And there's a lot of people being negative about it. Like, oh, it's going to be rubbish now.

You mean, unlike the last three films that they did in the 90s? You mean, they'll be worse than them? No, they won't. And they weren't. The last three films they've just done, well, just done, you know, the last six, seven years, whatever.

Great films. I think. And if anything, probably because it still had the same stars in it, you know, still had Han Solo and Princess Leia and Skywalker.

And, you know, those people. So because it had a lot of the original people, especially the final one, that made it, personally, I found that was good for the original viewers like myself. I mean, I was, I was a little kid, I was what, seven or eight or whatever, when Star Wars came out.

And it was a great movie. And then I watched The Empire Strikes Back on video. And then I watched Return of the Jedi on video.

So I only watched them on the little screens, didn't get to see them on the big screens, which for films like Star Wars, and I think big screens are better. You know, watching them in the cinema is, because especially because of the effects, special effects. I mean, even now, really, I think, I know special effects have kind of gone on.

And obviously, they've progressed in that. The effects I had in Star Wars was great. You know, they really kind of did a good job of it.

And I bet they're pleased that I said that. So I'm sure that George Lucas is now wondering, oh, I hope Jason likes all the work I did that made me $3 billion. Or I hope he, hope he approves.

Yeah, I approve Georgie baby. I think really, I'm, I am a big fan of pretty much any superhero or anti villain, even supervillain film that there is. I watch them all.

I mean, I do mean, I don't think there's one superhero film that I've not seen ever. It's ever been made. Going back, going back to the 70s.

Since I was a kid, during my lifetime, I don't think there's a superhero film that I've not seen. And that does include all the TV films that were made by Star, not Starsky much, by the Incredible Hulk. And they were awful.

They were. But only now, at the time they weren't. It's at the time, having the Incredible Hulk and Bill Bixby change into Luthor Igno was phenomenal.

It was groundbreaking special effects. And they were doing that before, yeah, before, because American Werewolf in London, is it John Landis? That was sort of a kind of a similar kind of thing, like transformation into a werewolf. And of course, he was probably more famous for doing a thriller video.

But he did American Werewolf in London, which is one of the, if you've never seen it, actually, it's, it has to be for me, in the top 10 horror films of all time. Because of the boxes of ticks. It's funny.

It doesn't take itself seriously. The effects are really good. Especially for the time, you know, but I know that it's changed, but it's well written.

It's just, it's, it's got classic moments in it. But you know, because it's funny as well. And I said funny twice, but the music's good.

Blue moon. Yeah, but it's not really gory. I mean, technically, I suppose it is, but it's not really, not for me.

You know, not compared to some of the other films that are out at that time. I don't think it was ever on the banned list. It was on the watch list, I think, if anything, because it was a great movie.

What would be my top movies? I always go, there's a couple that I go straight away. Groundhog Day. It's a Wonderful Life.

The Wanderers. The thing is, these are all films I don't really want to watch. Because I've watched them too often.

Too many times. To the point of not necessarily knowing all the dialogue, but near enough, you know, near enough kind of just knowing everything's going to happen. And I'm not really into repetition in that way, watching the same stuff.

Watching the same movie. I used to love watching The Wanderers, but I used to love the music. The soundtrack to that film is great.

So it's based in the 60s. Or was it late 50s, 60s. A wanderer, oh, the wanderer.

I guess films that were my favorite doesn't necessarily mean that I'd want to watch them again.

The Gremlins, loved that film, I loved the book as well, now that's a rarity for me to read the book and watch the movie, in fact I think I watched the movie first then read the book and I still enjoyed the book because there's more in the book, you know, there's more, you just get more of an eye, more, the characters, you know, you get more sense of a character when you read because you can, they can even sort of tell you what the person's thinking, which I need that, I don't, I can't guess, but

then what other films, I think my favorite film, the Star Wars films, I have certain bits that are my favorite, like I really enjoyed the beginning of Return of the Jedi, but I didn't really like the little teddy bears that are in it, I didn't really, I just really didn't like that, it was a bit too much, just like Gremlins 2 was good, but I didn't like the, it threw itself away basically, it stopped being, it just, it turned to chaos and I didn't like that, so I prefer the first one out of the two,

I mean Jaws was great, but after the ninth, the ninth one, I stopped watching, I did watch Jaws 3D in a cinema, you know, with the old glasses on, remember when that was a thing and there was one bit where I think Jaws breaks through the goldfish bowl that he's in and it's like 3D and there's glass going everywhere and Jaws is coming straight at you, yeah, oh it's fun, what other movies do I just love, It's a Wonderful Life is at the top, but it's that life-affirmingness of the film, which it had an effect

on me, it really did, had a big effect on me, I didn't, I watched it for the first time in the summer 1988, yes, summer 1988, I was living above the co-op store, I'm not sure if I was still working at the co-op or if at that point I'd stopped, but I was sitting, yeah, I was in my room, sitting on my bed or laying up in my bed, watching this TV, probably black and white TV, but it didn't matter because the film was in black and white anyway, and I just loved it, I mean

I really loved that film so much, it's almost like the perfect movie, I also like the carry-on, very different movies, I like the carry-on films, even though they're, you know, very outdated I guess, and they're old, but I just, this feel-good that I get from it, a feel-good feeling, a feel-goodness-ness feeling, because it's very like harmless fun and innuendos and just, for me it's the same characters, well the same actors playing different characters, I think that's what I like, it's just the silliness of it, and the same, the same bunch of people getting together for

one movie after another, and even if they didn't get on with each other in real life, there was definitely chemistry on the camera between them, you know, Barbara Windsor and Sidney James, Sid James, that, I came across, and also Sid James and Harriet, what's her name, the dark-haired lady, and Joan Sims, there's all of them, there's just really good chemistry, they must have known each other so well, what other films do I like, not just like, but you know, to put in my top ten, my top ten, I don't know, I don't know, top ten,

yeah I'm not sure, sure, not sure, I think, I wonder, all the birdies are outside, the laptop's humming away, but what I'll do is, if I use this laptop again, I will move it further away, so it's nowhere near the camera, or the microphone, so it should be fine, and then I can control, use the road controller, yeah, so that'd be cool, right, well I'm going to go now, yeah, I'm going to go, I really am, really am going to go, so remember, remember to take care of yourself, because you do deserve to be happy,

lots of love, bye.
