Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland. This is Let Me Bore You To Sleep. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes.

Thank you for listening. Hope that you're well. And I'd like to put a couple of messages to read out.

The reason I read messages out, if I get any, I don't get that many messages. But the reason I read them out at the beginning is because if I read them out at the end, you might be asleep. And you may not hear it.

Where's the message? There we go. I'd like to say thank you. That's weird.

Ah. OK. Log in.

Log in. OK. I'd like to say thank you to Mary for your PayPal gift.

Thank you very much. The message. Well, I was so discombobulated.

Discombobulated. Do I listen to Let Me Bore You To Sleep with music or without music? The stress of it all. I'm meant to be relaxing and going to sleep and here I am having to make decisions.

That's a good point. Anyway, thank you for your message, for the lovely message and your thingy. The reason I do both is, you know, some people don't want to listen to music in the background.

But some people do. And some people. I think what is the good thing about the music is it's always the same music.

So you can say it's a bit boring, but there's that connection with relaxing and falling asleep. And I like to think that. Although it may be the same bit of music by Kevin MacLeod.

It's a positive thing, you know. Unlike, you know, if you phone your bank or you phone up the tax office or something like that. Or some place that you don't really don't want to call.

But you have to keep phoning them and you're being put on hold and you've got the same music every time. There can be like a negative connection with that music. But I like to think that.

There would be a positive connection with the music because it's connected to the podcasts or the recordings I do. If that makes sense. And the good thing about this.

Is. The music continues when I stop talking for another hour or so. Which means you got two hours of.

At the very least relaxation. But it's also it's very peaceful music. I like it.

I think it's very, very calming. It's very relaxing. And.

You know, I suppose I could choose lots of different different music and stuff. But. At the moment, I quite like having the one piece of music.

At the moment. Of course, it's going to everything's going to change. Eventually, I'd like to think that I'd be able to perhaps compose my own music.

I don't know how, but you know, something because I know in my mind. What. I want.

To be playing. So if it was a violin, for example, I used to play the violin when I was a kid, but. I'm.

Not that I was. Particularly good or anything, but I was, you know, I was I was all right. I could read music and all that stuff.

And I think I did it. I did at least one grade in. And I was only 10.

Nine or 10 at the time. 10, probably about 10. And.

So I kind of know what I would be looking for. As far as the the tone of it. Because ultimately, when I when I was searching for music to play.

With the recordings, I knew what I was looking for. And it has to be very slow. Very.

Gentle. Gentle. That's that's an important thing.

And again, I know that's not for everyone. You know, some people would probably really like it to music to be fast and pumping. And that's everyone's different.

Everyone's different. So I can't. Cater for everybody.

I do. That's why I'm trying to do sort of a recording with music recording without music. So you can choose.

And I'm, you know, I've done some experimentation over the years. I'm not talking about weird clubs. I've gone to.

We needed membership and you had to wear. Weird costumes. I'm talking about the.

I've done stuff with drums. I've done stuff where we're kind of had a little bell that I used to play. I've done stuff with clocks ticking.

You know, so I've done different things over the years. I like to experiment. A little bit.

Okay. I got a message from Molly. I really look forward to your podcast.

I think I said it before, but you're so comforting. I'm really not. Okay, so I won't.

I won't read that bit. Okay. So I hope you will.

And I hope you get to eat some tea cake soon. Yes. And start that was I can't.

I can't hear Jason's podcast properly. And that was the one that I did. That was a bit.

Basically, I the one that was a bit quiet. Thank you, Molly. Anyway, and I just realized I there was a little bit of personal stuff that I didn't read out wasn't embarrassing personal, but just, you know, it was a private message.

So I do read out private messages, but I do. I miss out anything that's personal. Does that make sense? Yeah.

I hope that makes sense. Unless it's posted publicly on, you know, on Facebook underneath a post. I've just posted and someone's posted something.

And how many more times can I say the word post or posted? So, yeah. And I have I've been eating some. I haven't had any tea cakes, but I've had hot crust buns.

Hot cross buns rather not crust hot cross buns because it's Easter. Although hot cross buns are available all year round. If you know where to go, if you know the special places.

And what was I talking about special club? I was talking about something. Anyway, I'm sure there was all my chairs clicking again. I just realized how to.

It's a trick. I didn't realize it before. How to get rid of someone contact me.

And you know, someone like really likes me a lot. And you know, I've got a founder. I didn't realize that it's worked.

I sent a picture of myself. Yeah, clothed. No, nothing weird.

Just, you know, camera waving or making a face or whatever. No reply after that. Now.

Obviously, that wasn't good because it wasn't someone that I wanted not to contact me. But in mind, it's, you know, it's good to know. I'm sure I've told this story before years and years ago.

And I'm talking a long time ago. 20, 20 years. Which is ridiculous for this out loud.

Blimey. Maybe 19 years. But yeah, maybe 19 years.

And. I. There was any assurance and some someone really does talk to on the phone. She really liked me.

We really got on well. I was just doing a quote for her. And then she said, I'd really like to.

Contact you. You know. Get to know you or whatever.

All right, then. So I gave her. Gave my.

Yeah, my telephone number or she or she said, can you find me? I already had a phone number. It's not something I'd normally do. But on that occasion, I thought, yeah, fair enough.

Why not? And I. So I contacted her. And she was really into me. Well, she seemed to be really into me.

And. I. She said, oh, I really want to. Send you a picture of me and.

I said. Oh, my phone doesn't allow it because I just had a. Didn't have a camera. On the phone.

The only way I could receive pictures by email. And she said, well, I'll send you a picture by email then. I said, OK.

And she did. And then she said, I want a picture of you. I said, really? She said, yeah.

I want a picture of you. So. I went out and I bought a phone.

Specifically that had a camera that I could. Take a picture of myself and send it to her. So.

It's not that it costs a huge amount of money, but I've already spent. £70 or something. Or maybe more on this phone.

And I took a picture of myself and I sent it to her. Never heard from her again. I'm still waiting.

And every now and then I get. I have a missed call. That's an anonymous number.

And I'm thinking. I wonder if it's her. I wonder if it's true.

D. I don't remember what her name was. And. Oh, dear.

Oh, dear. And. Oh, today.

Oh, blimey. I'm tired. Tired.

Today. I forget the clocks go back. Or forward.

Back. Forward. No, they go forward.

By an hour. And. Mind you, when you listen to this.

They've probably already gone forward and. You're inside. It's Sunday.

That's fine. I find it much easier now. With the technology.

Because the phone. The iPad. The tablet.

You know, everything pretty much. Updates itself. And corrects the time.

So I don't have anything that I have to. Manually change. And there is no.

There's no clock on the cooker. And I think. It's a fruit.

It's a really basic cooker. That I bought. When I moved in.

At 150 pound. The most basic. Electric.

Cooker that you could get. Which suits me. Absolutely fine.

That's fine. I don't need anything more than that. There's no clock on it, which is good.

There is a clock on the microwave. But I ignore it. Like, what's the point? I don't see the point in it.

You know, I don't need to know the time. In every room I go in. The time doesn't change.

That drastically, you know. It's. I've got many devices.

I can just see what the time is. Or I could just shout out. Look, sir.

Watch the time. I said it quietly. Yeah, it's pretty easy.

I don't need to learn. Suddenly, what's the time? When I'm in the kitchen. Or if I'm in the bathroom.

Oh, no. What's the time? No, not really. But today.

Today, today, today. The teddy bears had their picnic. Picnic time for the teddy bears.

The little teddy bears are having a lovely dream today. I. 21. OK.

Yesterday. And today I've been. Working on tidying this place up.

So I was doing it on Friday. And then all day Saturday. I say all day.

It wasn't all day at all. But. Friday, I was sorting out the storage room.

Or was that today? That might have been today. I can't even remember. It was sometime.

Wow. That's bad, isn't it? Um. But I know I was doing bits over two days anyway.

Yeah, today I had my headphones on. I was listening to some music. I think it was yellow.

And I was in the storage room. Tidying up. Going through the bits.

And making more space. For stuff that was in the living room. So I've moved.

A chair. Plus two other. Like table chairs.

Moved them in there. I've moved all the tripods. And the microphone stands.

I've still got to move the other microphone. From the bedroom. And some other bits.

And I've sort of vacuumed around. There's still stuff to do. But it's like a little pile of bits and bobs.

Near the city. Which is just a collection of. Bits of paper.

And a few bits of cardboard. And you know, just. That I can sort through maybe tomorrow.

But for the first time. In absolutely ages. There's a big.

Space. Which is free. Of anything.

So as I sit here. I sit at my table. I'm actually looking at the wall.

The other wall. There's nothing there. It's all clear.

It's where Andre kind of has his tubes. And he can get to where he goes. To the toilet in the corner as well.

So there's nothing blocking him. So he can just get straight on there. And I like it.

I like this space. I like it. Yeah, I really do.

The thing is now. I'm starting to wonder. What to do next.

Because. I will be starting to make videos very soon. On YouTube.

Which means. I may start to video. Every.

Recording. That I do. However.

I watched I was watching this YouTube video. Earlier. And there is this lapel microphone.

That. This put this man had on. And he's outside in fact.

And he was using the camera. That I'm going to get. The ZV-1.

Sony ZV-1. And it's specifically for bloggers. Or for vloggers YouTube vloggers.

So people making YouTube videos. It's built for that purpose. And.

It comes with a microphone. But he played the microphone. You know the internal microphone and then.

He did it without with his lapel. Which is external microphone. Which is wireless.

And the sound was really good. And there's a lot better than the actual from. The thingy.

Now this is a potential. I don't know how to but I have to figure it out. How I might be able to connect this microphone.

To the camera. But if I was to get the lapel microphone. Then I could have the camera.

Film me. With the lapel microphone with a good sound. And then I can record.

As I am now with the microphone. Recording the audio separately. For the podcast.

Two separate things. Which will. Perhaps.

Make a. Ah. I don't know. I'm just.

I'm just thinking I'm just. Having this lapel microphone. I've got I've had.

Three lapel microphones over the years. And I was using them all the time. For a while.

But there is a fair amount of scraping. You know kind of bit of shuffling and. On my neck or if the jumper was brushing.

Against it and stuff like that. Now. I guess that's still a possibility.

Isn't it. With any lapel microphone. But this one looked really good.

And the fact he was outside. And there was no wind sound. There was nothing was just his voice very clear.

And also he could be. The other side of the field. And still okay not the other side of the field.

But he he was a good. 30 foot away from the camera. And it was still picking him up.

So yeah that's something. I might think about. Yeah something.

Is it's a case of. I don't need that much more stuff. I don't to make this better.

Need the mixer. As far. As far as for the podcast.

It's just a mixer that's it. But for YouTube videos. I do have a camera.

But it's just not. Suitable really for making YouTube videos. Because of the length.

And because of the. It's just. It's not.

Compatible anymore. With what I do. So but is.

I'm going to keep that camera. Because I'm going to be starting going out. In the summer with Andre.

And taking pictures. And maybe even filming. Making sure.

What's he doing. Good boy. I'm just watching him.

See he's going to. I know you don't really want to hear about him. Going to the toilet.

But he's just done a wee wee. But he went on to the. His area.

And I'm so pleased that he does that. Because. If it's blocked.

He sometimes he doesn't bother. And he goes other places. Which is annoying.

But now the air is completely free. For him to get to. He prefers to go on it.

Isn't that weird. He's such a good boy. He is.

I told him earlier. I gave him a cuddle. Because he did a poo.

And I wanted to give him a cuddle. But I waited a little while. Let it dry.

Let his bum dry. And then when I picked him up. I wasn't blowing on it.

To get it to dry quicker. Hello Andre. I'll pick him up.

I'll bring him over. Who's my little angel. You're my little angel.

Yes you are. Hello. Hello.

Hello. Oh. I took him out.

Had a bit of a late night walk. And. It wasn't cold outside really.

But it wasn't warm. You know. But I took him out.

And. He was asleep. Before you know.

So I woke him up. Sometimes when it's like that. He's like.

Get off me. Or he'll like you know. He'll be asleep.

Half asleep. I'll put his lead on. Take him outside.

Because I disturbed him. Well this time he didn't. We got to the.

You know. I put him down on the grass. There's some grass before the park.

And he was happy. He was. Rolling around.

Rubbing himself over the grass. And smelling it. And there was a little bit of dirt.

And he had a little dig. Didn't you. And then he took me for a walk.

And walked me to one end of the park. And then back again. And then he brought me home.

You're a good boy aren't you. And last night was weird. Because I picked him up.

And he let a stink off. Like a proper pong. Over my top.

I don't know why. But it was awful smell. It was really.

You know. Well. It's kind of guessing.

But it seems like he normally only does that. When he's. Upset or frustrated.

Or angry or something. Because I've seen him in action. You know.

Even in the past. When I got him a cat scratcher. Cat scratcher.

But it was second hand. From a charity shop. So it smelled of the cat.

That previously had it. And he lost his mind. He was like.

And he was getting angry. He was letting off a pong. After pong.

Honestly. He was so. So angry weren't you.

Or something in him like. What is that smell. I don't know that smell.

The same happened when I got him. When I got him the. Cage.

The big cage. And he was. He was little as well back then.

And. He was like. Trying to get into it.

He couldn't figure out. He was like. Letting off pongs.

After pongs. He used to do it a lot when he was little. Now he rarely does it.

But he did last night. So I don't know. I don't know what it was.

What he does like is. When I hold him. And I stroke with my thumb.

Underneath his chin. He really likes that. Don't you.

He actually lifts his. Oh you want to get off now. I just put up with it.

You just put up with it yeah. To make me happy. Yeah I never liked it.

You're not my real dad. Stop it Andre. Give daddy kisses.

Oh I love you. Say hello to all your fans out there. No.

Tell everyone that you love them. I hate them. I've never been so angry.

Stop it Andre. That's what you say. I know go away.

About time you said something original isn't it. Shush. Never been so angry.

Never been so angry. That's all you ever say. That isn't all I ever say.

Oh yeah and you fart all the time. No I don't. Stop it go away.

So I'm quite pleased with. 22. I'm quite pleased with how.

The place is looking. There's still some work to do. There's still.

A little bit. Still a little bit of. Have a drink.

Just a little bit of. I know I want to move some stuff into the storage room. Things like boxes.

Things that I don't use at the moment. Even books that. I'm not going to be reading at the moment.

And I want to get the place. Organized in such a way. That.

When I start making the videos. Everything can be set up. That's it Andre make as much noise as you can.

Have it set up so it's all ready. You know kind of all the time ready to go. But at the moment I don't think I've got enough space.

Desk wise to do that. And I'm thinking. Should I move the room around a little bit.

But I don't mean shape it into a triangle. Move the ceiling to the left wall no. I know just maybe get rid of.

Or move some stuff. I'm not sure. Really not sure.

Because. The thing is we're making videos. I kind of need a decent backdrop.

And in some ways. A nice book case. With you know my hypnosis and therapy books and stuff.

That's quite nice. But. You know the back there's a wall.

Which needs to be. Filled what needs to be. There's a hole in the wall.

No that's the door darling. No there's a. Well I used to have some. Soundproofing pads.

And for some reason I removed them and I can't remember why. Off that particular wall. And it's just bits of black sticky stuff still left on there.

Now I think the ideal thing would be to get some more. Soundproofing. And then fill that wall up.

So that might be. The thing is the soundproofing I got I think it came from a China or somewhere. A different country anyway and it.

It wasn't very trackable. See on you know we've. Amazon.

I'm a Prime member so I get the next day delivery. That is the best way to do things. As far as being able to keep track of what I've purchased and.

Not that I purchased that much stuff anyway these days on Amazon but. The soundproofing I got I really like it that the new stuff. Well it's not new but.

The most recent one that I bought. Because it's got an adhesive on the back. So there's a strip that you pull off.

And. The adhesive is really strong proper strong adhesive. And it sticks to the wall.

That was boring that was you got to admit that was boring. Yeah I got this. This soundproofing.

That goes on the wall and it. Has adhesive. But it's.

There's this is a covering on it and you have strip off the covering. Which then reveals the adhesive and then you can. Stick it on the wall.

Any questions. Did you know. I do.

This isn't original but it's not something like I've said this before but anyway I'll say again. And. Wait a minute.

Three. Three twenty four. I'm uploading some recordings on my phone.

Sorry you do not have my entire. Focus of attention you do now it's fine. I'm so glad that I've got the unlimited Internet on my phone.

Because. I can do so much more. Honestly.

All of the recordings that I make. I upload using my phone I upload it to the podcast. Which leaves everything else free to use.

The ordinary Internet which isn't. It's not great to be further broadband isn't as good as I think it should be. But what happens is when I use it it takes up every bit of energy.

To do that one thing so if when especially uploading. There's something about uploading because most people are using the internet. To download stuff.

I say most people I mean not everyone there's millions of people that upload videos to YouTube. Because I'm uploading. A lot of stuff every single week I mean loads gigabytes upon gigabytes of.

Recordings. And I will be doing the same with videos as well. Although I might use.

Yeah I don't know I don't know about that. We'll see when it comes to it. I might try and upload it directly from.

The editing software I think I might be able to do that. I'm not sure. But.

We'll see. It's really nice. It's really nice to just look.

Across. Across the room. And not have all those obstacles.

Honestly sometimes I felt like I was going to buy a time I got to the kitchen. I was going to be awarded you know a green beret or something there you go you're now a marine. You're a marine you managed to get through all those obstacles.

Well done. I didn't expect that. Yeah did you know.

Apparently. The face masks. The PPI wherever the face masks.

Do not prevent. People being able to smell bad breath. At least that's what I was told.

324. 325. Okay.

So this week's been pretty good. Podcast wise it's gone quite well. We're coming to the end of the month again so it's.

Four days left till April. And then next Sunday's. Easter.

Easter Sunday. Oh. You know I've only got two memorable.

Each three kind of memories. It's weird really I don't know why. One was.

One was when I was a kid. And when was when I was 16. When I moved into my flat above the chip shop.

And I moved in Easter. Weekend. Because it was good Friday.

Now I think Easter. Either good it was either it was good Friday or Easter Sunday. But I had hot cross buns.

And my friend. Came round. And we both had a cup of tea.

And some hot cross buns. And it was lovely. And I think Words Will Come which was on television.

So I think it was a Sunday morning. About 11. So we were having elevensies I suppose.

And. The other time was. I don't know how old I was.

A kid. Could be any age could be 9, 10, 11, 12. I don't know.

Probably below teenage years I'd say. And it was Easter. Day.

And me and my brother. My brother just the one a little bit older than me. He.

We were sent to go to Sunday school. And it was almost like the first time we'd ever been. And the only time.

But we were sent anyway go to Sunday school. Basically the parents wanted us out of the house. For whatever reason.

And then we came back and we had Easter eggs. Now. I just remember that I don't know why I just remember.

Because there was. The Sunday school there was this like. Building hot thing.

Which was there. It was just a bit further up on the same road that we lived. So it wasn't far away.

And that's the whole story. I don't remember anything more. I don't know why that sticks in my memory.

For some reason it just seemed to have stayed. And it wasn't that we had Easter eggs. Because we always had Easter eggs at Easter.

It was kind of the right time to have them really. And I think we all bought each other Easter eggs. And because it was a fairly big family.

And we had quite a few. And. Yeah.

It was lovely. I used to really like a dark chocolate one. But just a little bit.

Just a little bit. Just a little bit. I don't know why.

It smelled nice. It was. And now I'm thinking of Caramac.

Remember the Caramac. Bars. Like a special kind of chocolate.

That I don't even know if it's even made anymore. But I'm now getting a bit of a taste for it. And also what is it? Milky Bars.

The Milky Bars are on him. They say Milky Bars. So that's another thing.

I think they were really clever. Because they made them just the right size. Little.

Now I didn't realize that at the time. Until they started making the big bars. You know what I do with chocolate bar like big old like.

Oh. And I realized that. Milky Bars are not to be eaten.

In any kind of huge quantity. That little Milky Bar is exactly the right size. Tastes lovely.

And it's not too much. But if you get a big one. And this is just a personal opinion.

I don't want to get sued by the Milky Bar Kid. For defamation of whatever. But.

For me. On a personal level. Personally.

Personally. I. I just like the smaller bars. The bigger bars just too much.

Maybe too much milk. I don't know. I used to go through phases with chocolate.

I went through a time when I really loved Yorkie Bars. But I think that's because I wanted to be a truck driver. And that was.

During the time that the film Convey. Convoy. Was very popular.

And CB radios were very very popular. Very popular. Eyeball eyeball.

Do you remember that? Eyeball of what? And. Copy that. Or was it the other things.

I can't remember. I know my dad. Again he was really into.

Like the new gadgets of the day. And he got. He got himself a CB radio.

And an aerial that was the size of a. Size. The height. Of the.

Well it's just there's a height of that aerial. But it's very tall. It was.

Very high. I think it interfered with people's televisions. So yeah.

You had to take it down. I think it did. It actually did actually interfere with people's televisions.

So they could hear. All I could hear was. Breaker breaker.

214 214. What you wearing? What you wearing? Breaker breaker. Eyeball eyeball.

Eyeball eyeball. Breaker breaker. Yeah so.

You could hear people talking. I don't know if it's true or not. Yeah I made that bit up.

But. I never. I mean I used to sort of have a little go on it.

But it's not the same. I can understand. Someone's on a in a lorry.

And he you know. He or she. Stops at.

A motorway diner or something like that. And you know you get to know other truck drivers. And so you.

You kind of look out for each other. And if there's a traffic jam. You'd be going breaker breaker.

Traffic jam. Traffic jam. Smoking the bandits on its way.

Smokey smokey. Piggy piggy. I don't know whatever the.

The. Jargon was. So there was a communication to.

To let other. Other drivers know. What's going on.

And then there was like you know. Should we meet up and have a. Have a kebab. This evening or.

A Chinese takeaway. And the other ones. They'd be like what was that.

And then like breaker breaker. I don't care as long as it's unhealthy. Over and out.

Copy that. And as that. Drives me.

Completely bonkers. Because I lived in a flat. This time it was above a co-op.

I used to work there. And then I. I think I was still. I was working there during.

I moved in anyway. I moved in there. While I was working there.

Because the manager. She was. She lived above the shop.

And she came. She rented a room out to me. She had a CD.

A CD. She had a CB radio. In her bedroom.

And all night. All I heard was. You know that's like.

Will you shut this. I'm pretty sure you could have. Headphones on.

But most people. I think some people just. It's almost.

Against their belief system. To wear headphones. I must create.

As much noise. As possible. For everybody.

Headphones no. No. No like headphones.

No. No consideration. No I don't like consideration.

So. What was I talking about. Oh yeah.

Taxis. Well. I don't.

I don't understand. Why. Everybody seems to.

Fly. See I'm enjoying the room being. Tidier.

The bedroom is looking pretty good as well. Though I've added a few little bits that. Weren't supposed to be in there.

Had some stuff. I'll stick it on the weight bench. Just put it there.

And then I'll put something else on there. I'll put something else on there. And now it's full up with stuff.

Which doesn't belong in the bedroom. I'll move the weights. The dumbbells in there as well.

So that's. That's a positive. Move forward.

Really. I need to start getting on to the sit up bench. And also getting on to the exercise bike.

And I will. I don't know if I ever will. I like to think that I will one day.

But. It's one of those things that. May never happen.

May never. May never happen. You know what I mean.

You get me. I'm just thinking this summer. I'd really like.

And I know this is a vain thing. I'm generally not that vain. I don't think.

As a. As a rule. But I'd like to be able to. Walk down the street in a t-shirt.

Without. Without a wobbly belly. It just appeals to me.

To be able to do that. I mean. I don't want to be skinny.

I don't mind having a slim waist. But I don't want to. Go back to just being.

Like a walking skeleton. Which is what I used to be when I was. A lot younger.

You know. I still want to have. Some.

Meat on my bones as it were. But just less around the belly. Yeah.

So. All that's going to take. Really is.

Exercise. I know from. Well from personal experience.

Unless things have changed. I don't think they have. You know human body changes doesn't it.

All I needed to do in the past. Was. To.

Exercise. And I did. When I really slimmed.

I didn't lose a huge amount of weight. But my stomach slimmed. And I was doing.

Wing Chun. Kung Fu. As well as.

You know press ups and sit ups and stuff. Plus I was a vegetarian. As well.

So. Which meant that I never. I was never full.

Never had like a. Never had a full tummy. That was one of the. The bits about it I wasn't.

Impressed with. But I'll always remember. Always remember.

Standing up. In. It was the second insurance job I had.

In sales. I was just. I don't know why.

But I was standing up. And I noticed that my hand was down my pants. It was stuck there because it was.

No it wasn't. But I noticed that. I couldn't get my hand.

Underneath. My. Not my bra strap.

The. The strap. You know.

Where the. The. The top.

The front of the trousers. The. You know.

The little. Button and. The knob thing.

Whatever. And I could actually get my fingers. Down there.

Really easily. And it was surprising to me. How.

Slim I was. Very. Very surprised.

And. Pretty pleased. If I'm.

You know. If I'm. Perfectly.

Honest. Yeah. So.

It's all good. I'm actually falling asleep as I talk. I can't even remember what I'm talking about.

If you do. How does it feel. How does it feel.

To be on your own. Like a rolling stone. Surely.

Surely. A CB radio. If they still exist.

I don't know. But. You know.

any kind of walkie talkie communication device using airwaves surely they'd have an earphone button it does okay good so i'm just curious about what happens after around 55 55 sounds old no 50 sounds old but just it's like that's nearly 60 but it isn't is it at all but it kind of feels like oh 55 when i was 45 i was still clinging on to being 40 then i got to 48 and i might as well have been 50 for the next two years because practically calling myself 50 when of course my name is jason

uh i was here's a bit of uh random information that you're never gonna need to know so marvin haggler marvelous marvin haggler was one of the greatest middleweight boxers ever and i'm not going to go and talk about boxing although you know i might but i'm not the point is marvelous marvin haggler marvin haggler he really had to work hard to get to the point of being allowed to fight for a world title for some reason he didn't fit the criteria that was expected of someone at that level i drifted off again so i don't

know what i was talking about um but you know he goes he's got his world title fight and he he didn't win the first world title title challenge but the second one he did and he kept the title for quite a few years well apparently there was a commentator that refused to call him marvelous marvelous marvin haggler he you know kept saying marvin haggler or haggler but wouldn't refer to him as marvelous marvin haggler so mr haggler went and got his name changed by deed poll to marvelous marvin haggler so that is now his legal

name and the pod the the broadcasters whoever on television started referring to him as marvelous marvin haggler because that was his name that was his legal name he was on his credit card it was everything i say that i've never seen his credit card but um i'm pretty sure everything's all sort of changed how i don't know but again i'm talking about absolutely nothing what am i talking about this this is what happens right when i fall asleep i was i actually fell asleep then while i was talking and i realized that nothing i was

talking about made sense i was like blah blah blah blah blah and then so i drifted off but i was still talking and then when i became a bit more aware i realized i was talking about nothing so i don't know what i've been talking about for the last 10 minutes just marvelous marvin haggler yeah i'm gonna go i suppose i should listen back to see what i was talking about i might do that just out of fun so thank you for listening remember to be kind to yourself because you deserve to be happy lots

of love bye
