Hello, welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland. This is Let Me Bore You To Sleep. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes.
And basically for those because this is going to be a video, which is going to be a video as well as the podcast. It's the first attempt at doing this. So if I've got light shining in the eyes, I apologize my glasses and stuff.
I'm gonna I'm gonna work on it. I'm gonna work on it. And we'll see what happens.
But this is just kind of a new a new attempt. So I've got the camera. I've already got the microphone and it's it's just I'm just giving it a go.
So I won't focus too much on that. I'll just do the podcast. But I thought I'd mention it because I can hear Andre in the background.
I thought I'd just mention it because it's a bit strange being filmed. Yeah, it's a case of experimenting to see where a good place to film is. Like maybe sitting in front of my punch bag isn't ideal, unless this was like a boxing video YouTube channel.
But it isn't. So maybe, maybe having a boxing punch bag isn't the best thing to have behind me. But it's dire, dire.
So I'm gonna leave it for now. And the plan, the plan is to have or to video all of my podcast recordings in the future. When I say in the future, not necessarily straight away, I need to figure out how to do the best job as far as the videos go.
So I'm still making the podcasts, I do a few a day, every day, pretty much. So it's, it's quite a, it takes up a fair bit of my time, which I'm glad about, because that's what I want to spend my time doing. But I also want to get back into the videos because YouTube is how I started.
I did podcasts, since 2006. And I started YouTube, what 2007. Before Facebook and YouTube, I was on, I forget the name of it now.
And the other one, the one before Facebook, blimey, it's gone out of my head. But anyway, I was on there, I was quite prolific on there. And that's that was kind of my start, really.
And it was a social media, it was the, it was the first big social media platform. And Facebook, Myspace, of course, Myspace. So I was thinking Facebook, ruins of face, space, my face, Myspace.
There, there you go. What was good about Myspace is I was welcomed. Even though I wasn't doing what other people were doing.
So Myspace, very kind of a lot of like Facebooky stuff, you know, people contacting each other and social activity online and stuff like that. But it was very, very much also aimed at musicians. And I thought, I'll upload a hypnosis recording.
I think I did a video first, thinking that I'm not sure if anyone would be interested. And it was I think it was like a relaxation video or a sleep video, something like that. And it didn't just get quite a few views.
It got quite a few really positive comments from people. And it wasn't just random, generic messages, so that I'd message them like, good stuff, best in the world. Oh, I've never heard anything so great, wonderful.
Sub me and I'll sub you, that none of that stuff. I did get a bit of that. But people were actually listening, saying, oh, it's very relaxing.
And, you know, talking about how they'd listened and or watch the video and how they'd maybe the chronic pain session had helped them. So video, you know, I was around before, it wasn't so much before YouTube, it was before I discovered YouTube. That's probably the best way to really describe it because I discovered Myspace before YouTube.
And then when I discovered I can't remember if, if I discovered Facebook or YouTube first, which one was first, but they were both about 2007, if I'm correct. And I started my first YouTube channel, 2007. And I basically I was I was making videos, like you do on YouTube.
In those days, just before I started, there was no limit. See, you could you could upload a video lasting, you know, 30 hours. It was really weird that literally you could upload videos with no limit.
And I don't know how people were able to do it. Because the internet wasn't that great back then. We had broadband, but it was, you know, it wasn't dial up anymore, but it wasn't brilliant.
You know, it was not quite as well, I haven't got great broadband here, but on my phone got very good internet. That's that's my hand. I'm actually my phone, I don't have a phone in my hand.
A hand shaped phone. That'd be quite good for a prosthetic, wouldn't it? You're lucky. Can you just put give me a hand with a phone inside? Anyway.
Another invention. It's amazing. So I went on YouTube, and I was making my first videos are actually still online, not on YouTube.
They're on forget it was called is there is a video site. Is it Metacafe? Is it Metacafe? Something like that? Because in the old days, for those that don't know, I say the old days, and it's only 15 years ago. But still, this stuff is quite a long time.
Sure. If you're sort of 18 years old, 15 years is a long time ago. For me, it's about a few dinners.
Been out a few times been shopping. It goes very quick when you're my age 15 years says I can count the poos is not calm, but I'm just saying it's not that long. But there used to be lots of YouTube type video websites that copied.
Some came before YouTube, some copied YouTube. Some were better than YouTube in some ways. So there was some some video sites, you could upload a video really quickly.
It uploaded and processed way quicker than YouTube. But then, you know, YouTube was uploading millions of videos a day, you know, probably even in its early days, it was uploading so much stuff. So it's never going to be, you know, super quick.
Well, it's not too bad. I don't think it's not really got a big issue on how long it takes to upload a video does take a while sometimes. So I suppose I'm just trying to kind of let those that are watching the video and also tell the story, I suppose to my podcast listeners.
You know, I close my eyes and I can see the light. So I got the camera, I've got this light thing on a stand, and the cameras in the middle of the lights. And it fell out, it fell off earlier.
It nearly went into Andre's water bowl, the camera, brand new camera, I would not been happy if that happened. No, no, no, no, no. And the first videos I did, I think were in black and white.
Because I didn't want myself to be seen. I didn't I don't like how I don't have many people really like how they look. But I'm not really big on you know, I don't look in the mirror and get stiffy.
You know, I mean, I don't get excited. I don't get moist. When I see myself on video is but I got I kind of got used to it.
I suppose a bit like a bit like damp, a damp wall. Or, you know, you get used to it. Or if you live, I suppose you live near an abattoir or something, you get used to the stink.
It's a little bit like that when I look in the mirror. Looking in the mirror is very much like living near an abattoir. Yeah, okay.
That's weird, isn't it? Very strange. So I've never lived near an abattoir. I wouldn't want to.
That's all I've got to say on that one. I just just don't fancy it. I don't fancy bungee jumping with the rope tied to me ball bag.
You know, there's lots of different things I wouldn't like to do. But living no. So yeah, when on YouTube, what 2007 maybe it was 2006 but I think it was 2007 and opened a channel by that time, even though there was videos that were like three, four hours long, they'd limited it to 10 minutes, or maybe it was 15 minutes, I forget.
But you had to they did it. So you had to have a certain amount of videos, maybe watch time or something like that, before you could extend it to a longer video. I think back then you could extend it to 20 minutes or half an hour.
And then eventually they changed it like everything constantly changing. And eventually you could just unlimited time. But that was mainly for people that I feel they do it now.
So you have to register, you have to verify who you are, or verify the account by receiving a text message to your phone, or message to your email or something like that. And I think yeah, telephone number I think is required. So I had that YouTube channel from 2007.
And I'm pretty sure I had the same email, YouTube account, same YouTube account, all the way up to 2012. I think, yeah, I did have other YouTube channels that I opened for vlogging and other stuff. But it was mainly that was my main channel.
And I did hypnosis sessions on there. I also used to put my vlogs on there. Although I've got a few moans.
Are you interested now is doing vlogging? You just want to talk about stuff? Why do you want to talk about stuff? Well, you just do hypnosis. Dance for me monkey boy. Just do what I want you to do.
And I used to whip me virtually. And you know, I can't do anything right here. You know, just YouTube's been weird.
It's a weird experience that I haven't been on YouTube. That the channel I've got now, I've had it for three years. I've had lots of different channels over the years.
But the main one I closed in 2012. And at that time, I built it up. It wasn't successful by any means, but it was building, it was building.
And I had, I think, like that 3000 subscribers. And I was getting about 45, 45,000 video views a month. So but it was growing, it was, it was at that point, point where it was really noticeably growing.
You know, so yeah, noticeably, so 45,000 downloads or video plays a month, the next month probably would have been about 62,000. And then the next month, maybe 85, you know, so it's going to be growing. So I deleted it anyway, got rid of the YouTube channel for a variety of weird reasons.
I wanted to I guess I wanted to focus on podcasting, which I've been doing since 2007 2006. And, again, I had lots of different podcasts, lots and lots of lots. But the main thing that I had was my website, jasonnewland.com. The most important thing for me was to have my website where which I have all my recordings available for people to stream or download.
Like in the early days, there was no streaming, you just downloaded them. Even the podcasts didn't stream, you would download to your pod, iPod, or your laptop or whatever. The streaming back then was, you need pretty good internet to stream stuff.
And it was Yeah, these podcasts, podcast hosts didn't offer streaming as much. It was a different kind of thing. And now it's really all about streaming, as opposed to downloading the actual file to your, you know, to your phone.
Of course, you do have the option quite a lot of the time to do that. And especially with things like Spotify. Quite a lot that about Spotify, you can, although it doesn't affect me now.
But when I had limited data on my phone, I like the idea that I could download songs, whole albums to my phone, and listen to them while I was on the bus or when I was out and not use any data on my phone. Well, I've now got unlimited data on my phone. So it doesn't matter.
I can listen to whatever I want whenever. And there's no limit. So it just means I use up less space on my phone, which is good.
Because I had lots of albums, lots and lots. So it's hard to believe you might not believe this, but it's true. I used to be slimmer.
That might be hard to believe. But I was one of the original YouTube hypnotists. I was I was honestly.
Now, some people might not agree. But one of them I'm saying I I'm spitting everywhere. I'm not saying I was the the I can't do any first because I wasn't.
But I was one of the first hypnotists on YouTube. And another one was called Edini. He's still on there.
He's still got his channel from since 2007 still got his same YouTube channel does magic and hypnosis. And all of the top ones that came were much more popular than me. The top ones the top hypnotist ones took me a while to kind of get my I don't know not I suppose I had more success.
I feel I've got a face for radio. I think that's the that's the the term got a face for radio. I'm okay if you just can hear my voice.
But when you can see my funny faces, it might be distracting. And I can't do too much about it. It's just, it's weird, because I can actually.
So I've got very few pictures of myself, my photographs, zero pictures of me when I was a kid. None of that none of it was basically when my parents split up the two things they didn't want those three things that were there that they had to kind of share. Two things I didn't want one thing they did want.
And the one thing they wanted was the house. But they had to sell it. The two things I didn't want was the kids and any photographs or any anything basically that proved that we existed, I think was kind of it.
So there's no for all the photographs were destroyed. No photographs of me or my brothers. Although my nan had a few photographs of me when I was little.
She had a picture of me in my pram. I had blonde hair, would you believe? Or maybe even ginger, because gingers in my family, we got the ginger gene. See, I could have a I don't I've got no kids.
But if I had a kid, it's very, it's very possible that that kid could come out ginger. I'm not focused on that. So I've no issue with ginger people.
It's complete opposite. Actually. I like ginger people.
And but two of my cousins, I've got ginger kids. And my nan's brother was ginger. So it's, it's weird.
It's a strong gene. It's a very strong gene. But it's it's missed a lot of people.
You know, a lot of family kind of missed. But there is, you know, why am I talking about ginger hair? I used to be partly ginger on my beard. The bits that are gray.
Actually, that's Yeah, mainly, it's getting grayer. But the bits that were gray, like those bits there, the side used to be ginger. I just realized I haven't really got a beard at the moment.
Normally, I've got a beard by when to trim it. And I use a trimmer that was too short. And I ended up basically giving my chin a crew cut.
So I didn't have the beard anymore. It's growing back now. It's very rare that my hair is longer than my face.
Not the hair on my face stays. Andre. So those that don't know.
And if you watch this, let me point to sleep regularly. And if this goes well, if I managed to sort this out, without giving myself a headache with that damn light shining in my face, I will be doing it regularly, which means you'll get to see Andre the ferret. He's my little boy.
And quite often he will come out to play and come out to see me and I've given a cuddle. But unfortunately, those that just listen on the podcast, you can't see him. But you can, I do try and pull him to the microphone so you can hear him.
But because I got a better microphone than I used to have, the microphone I used to have before would, it's not that it's a better mic, the other microphone was good as well. But it used to pick up more background stuff. This microphone is more focused on kind of what's in front of it.
Although I'm not like, I'm not sucking it up. I mean, I'm not like, right, got my mouth is in my mouth. But I'm close to it.
I'm fairly close. So I'm not sure how much of Andre you can hear when he is on date night and doing stuff. But you know what? I'm not changing back to the old microphone just so you can hear Andre.
You know, that's, you know, that defeats the whole kind of point of getting better quality equipment. In it? Yeah. So I feel like I'm doing an introduction to this let me boy to sleep.
And if you think I'm closing my eyes because I'm tired, I am a little bit. But it means the lights not shining in my eyes. So it's nice.
Maybe if I thought about it, I could have turned the light down a little bit. So maybe tomorrow, I'll test it with lower lights. Eventually, you know, if I wait until everything's perfect, in a sense of it's never going to be perfect anyway, nothing is but if I was going to wait until the I had a nice little setup for the camera, the background was just right.
Everything was kind of gelling together, then it may be a while before I actually make any recordings or make any videos. The same is with podcasts. If if I'd have waited until I had a really good microphone, and learn how to edit learn how to just do what I needed to do, or even became even if I didn't make a hypnosis recording until I kind of knew that the hypnosis session would be useful, that I would never have started.
I had to have a degree of hope. When I made the recordings when I first started out, came back in 2006. I made a video, made a, you know, joined a podcast.
It was called free podcast.com. And I basically joined every free podcast there was. There were none to at the time that I don't feel there's any, there's only one that you can actually pay to be with, which is weird. Because I was willing to pay.
But there's one I did join, but it's too complicated. It's really, it was just, it wasn't user friendly. And I forget the name, but it's still around.
And it's apparently it's still not user friendly. But I remember that podcast growing in 2007. And my very first podcast, I think, that was doing well.
And I remember I think it was January 2008. I had already reached over 1000 100,000 downloads on on that podcast. To me, that was a lot.
That was a huge amount to me at the time. I couldn't believe it. You know, just, I was getting 1000s of downloads a day.
Was it 100s? But anyway, it's still a lot. And I was surprised at how it was going. I just didn't didn't couldn't, you know, I think on Myspace, I had 50,000 followers, or 50,000 fans or whatever.
So yeah, it was going quite well. And then Myspace just went to pot after Facebook came along. I stayed with both.
But it's almost like Myspace just gave in. You know, it's like just pad out. That's it.
I'm out. There you go. Facebook, you can you can have it all.
See, it's a shame that they couldn't kind of get together. You know, Facebook couldn't have kind of just somehow mix the two together, maybe bought out Myspace and just or had it as Facebook music. You know, for musicians or something like that.
It's just, it's just a shame because it was a really good platform. I liked it a good platform. And in my memory, it wasn't full of crappiness and hate and hate speech and horrible spammy and trolly kind of people.
I'm not saying that Facebook's full of that, but YouTube or you know, but there is an element of that. And I didn't really I didn't notice that on Myspace. Maybe because I didn't get any, or maybe I didn't have wasn't reaching a big enough audience to receive that stuff.
But YouTube made up for it. The things that are being called, you know, in the past on YouTube, and the weird thing about it is, if you mention it, people some people see that as a as a green, a green card to just, hey, let's do it then, right? No, if someone's telling you something that's upset them, it means they don't want you to do it. You know, it's not that complicated.
But that's the one thing I've not missed with YouTube is the some of the comments I used to get when I was when I was in full throttle, as it were. And I used to make at least one video a day. Generally, I had over I found about I had over 1000 videos on there.
When I stopped the week when I stopped, you know, YouTube altogether. And three years ago, because I completely just gave up on YouTube focused on the podcasts. I've got a much larger audience on with my podcasts than I ever had on YouTube.
So that's where I put my energy. Thanks to iTunes, you know, Spotify, all of those podcasts, hosts, podcasts. Yeah, hosts, I guess, places where they host podcasts, podcast hosts, that was the correct term.
But they don't only do that, obviously, you know, this the investment in podcasts is quite a new thing. It's only been the last couple of years, maybe three years. And I seem to have ridden a wave a little bit.
But then I was here right from the start. Almost. I don't know when podcasts really started.
But I was here from 2006 onwards. And I've not gone anywhere. Because pretty much the whole time, even when I was on YouTube, I had a SoundCloud podcast.
And I had that for did always have the same one. I've had different ones. But over 10 years, I was on SoundCloud for over 10 years.
I've also been with lots of different podcasts. Podomatic, I was there for quite a while. And Podbean.
You name it, I've been there. There's so many, you know, I've been nearly with every nearly all of the podcast hosts or providers, you know, whatever you want to call them I've been with. And three years ago, no, I think about five years ago, I started using Spreaker.
And then, and then I kept going back to SoundCloud. So I used to, I kept going backwards and forwards. And then for a little while, I didn't have a podcast because I had all of my recordings available just to download.
And I thought that's all I needed. And then I went back to spot to SoundCloud. And I had, I had three, three podcasts on there.
That I did quite a few, but there's three in a row, where I stopped and went somewhere else and came back. But I closed that account. So I had to start a new one.
One of the podcasts on SoundCloud had 50,000 downloads. The next one, I think had about 100,000 downloads. And then the next one was SoundCloud.
I think I was with them for about a year and a half, two years for that one. And I think I had 250,000. So that was that was quite good.
But then I got rid of that and came to Spreaker. And I've been with Spreaker, as I was with Spreaker for a couple of times, but going backwards and forwards. And I've been with Spreaker of continuously since November 2018.
So I'm quite pleased with how that's going. And I've just a few days ago, I reached the 3 million download mark. So I've had over 3 million downloads, or plays, whatever you want to call them, which is good.
I'm quite pleased with that. It's growing. I'm averaging.
At the moment, I'm averaging about 9000 downloads a day. So it is definitely growing. I'm putting the work in there.
So it's not just random. I'm doing the work, I'm making the recordings. So this is kind of what I'm now looking to do is to do both to do the podcast and to also video it, film it at the same time, and then upload it to YouTube, edit it, make it look okay, upload it to YouTube.
Of course, upload the podcast like normal, like I normally do. So as the podcast continue to grow, maybe over the next year, and it's what April now. So grow, you know, over the next year, you know, to the end of this year, I'd like to see the YouTube channel grow to at least the extent of having 1000 subscribers.
And so I've got 540, I think, 540 something subscribers. And you need 1000 subscribers to monetize the YouTube channel. And you need 5000 hours, no 4000 hours of listening or watch time.
So I think that's like the last year, I've got just under 4000 hours, just under 3000 rather hours as like 2880 hours of watch time. So I'm not that far off reaching the 4000. So by the by the time I reach 1000 subscribers, I'm going to be I probably have like 10 20,000 hours downloaded, you know, watch time hours, something like that.
So it'd be a lot higher. And I'm planning, planning to make a video of every recording I do. Every day, every podcast recording, make a video, the only ones that won't be on YouTube are the ones with background music, the only the background music ones will only be on my podcast.
So they're longer, they last for two hours. But all the I usually do two versions of a recording, for example, the sleep hypnosis weekly, one, where it's just me talking like this last about half hour, half an hour, sometimes longer. And then there'll be another version of that exact the same, exactly the same, but with background music, which, as I said, lasts for two hours.
So there's the option. That's part of the reason why I'm, I make so many different recordings, is because I like the idea of variety, to have an option of listening, or watching lots of different things, different versions, maybe of the same thing. Like a sleep hypnosis recording, some people maybe make a few, and make one, it's popular, maybe they'll make another one.
It's popular, maybe they'll make another one, and then make a few. I've done hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of things. Lots and lots.
I mean, the deep sleep whisper ones is over 300 there. And the 73 deep sleep, sleep hypnosis weekly. And yes, there's quite a few relaxation sessions, I've got loads, hundreds of those that let me boys asleep.
630 something, this is, I think 637, maybe something like that. So I've done a lot of these as well, as over 600. And only a couple of them are already on YouTube, in video format.
I deleted a lot of the recordings that were on YouTube, any of the really bad video recordings, I just got rid of them, because I've still got them, I'm not deleted them forever. But I've deleted them off YouTube, because I didn't really want people coming on to them. And thinking that that's the quality that I'm doing now.
I'd like the, you know, I've upped the quality, I don't know what this video is going to end up like, it might be awful. And I might not even upload it. But and don't just remember those listening, I'm still talking to you.
I'm not, don't think I'm just talking to YouTube. This is my podcast, I'm talking to the audience, whoever's listening or watching. And you know, I'll always love the podcast audience, you know, you're my favorite.
So, you know, it's, it's a kind of a test, really, it's a, it's a trial, trial and error. See what happens, you know, see what happens. I'm kind of fine with whatever.
I don't even know if the video will last for an hour, because the let me boy to sleep recordings are an hour long. All the other stuff is shorter. Sometimes I will talk for sometimes we'll talk to us for up to an hour, sometimes longer.
So but generally not half an hour is about the kind of average time for hypnosis session, sometimes 40 minutes, 50 minutes, but generally about a half hour. So that should be fine for videos. But then I don't make really much in the way of short stuff, sending myself to sleep, my boring voice and my pointless conversation.
Oh, I feel really relaxed. Yum, yum, yum, yum. Relaxed.
Oh, it feels good. So yeah, I'm just, it's part of me that's a little bit excited, I suppose, you know, when it comes to the video. And, you know, I suppose one of the biggest issues is the shining light in my glasses.
But it's there's always ways around everything. So I'll figure it out. I've watched some videos, and I kind of know what to do.
But it's hard to do that when the camera is actually attached to the light, which it is now, which means that the camera is, you know, I can't move the light to a different place. Because the cameras, if I move the light over there, the cameras are going to be over there. Do you know what I mean? So it's a case of just playing with it until it works.
Which takes you back to my teenage years. So yeah, it's just, it's gonna be good. And it'll be weird, it will be weird.
It will be weird. Because I, I was used to making videos. I haven't done it for so many years.
Talking into a video camera was the easiest thing in the world. But now I haven't really, for the last four years, I've not really had much in the way of contact with making videos. I have made the odd one.
But I haven't regularly done anything with videos probably since 2016. Probably. Wow, maybe 18.
But it's definitely over three or four years. But I have made the occasional one. So I just wait and see, you know, just have a play with it.
Until something happens. And I'm so tired. I just want to go to sleep.
I could really just fall asleep just here and now. I was watching boxing earlier on the zone, which is an app which you can basically get boxing and that's it really. So I was watching it.
And it was from the Ukraine, they had this boxing evening, which was on yesterday. But I was watching other boxing on a different channel. So I thought I'll watch that tomorrow.
You know, Sunday, which is what I did. Now. I'm not.
I'm usually okay when it comes to the commentators. The commentary is usually a bit often very biased, very like almost like what are you watching? So they've decided who they think is going to win. And that's the person they're going to focus on.
Sometimes a conversation goes in a completely a direction that has nothing to do with what's actually occurring in that particular moment, which can be funny and distracting at the same time. Well, last night, though, in the Ukraine, there was no audience. They were bringing out all pretty much all their best boxes to showcase to the world.
And it was a good showcase, because the boxes were all really good. And but I watched a little bit of it last night. Just in between watching the other boxing.
And there was one person who was not started earlier started at six o'clock or something. So I watched about an hour. Yeah, I watched a bit of it.
And it was phenomenal what I was seeing. Anyway, I thought, you know, I'm going to do what I'm going to do is I'm gonna sit down and watch it today. It's like, Oh, I've got a little bit of a Yeah, I was excited bit moist.
You know, I was very excited about watching the boxing. I turn it on seven hours worth there is for all started to get started to dry up. I was like, Oh, seven hours.
There's nothing in the world that I would want to spend seven hours doing. Nothing. Nothing, nothing, no zero.
sleeping, maybe that's about it. Seven hours is a long time. So I watched the first fight.
And it was three men, all English, sitting on a balcony, I didn't realize that they were really close to the ring, which meant that the boxes could hear them. Because they were really rowdy and shouting and stuff. And there was no audience.
Anyway, there's two Russian or Ukrainian or wherever they say they come from the different parts, but they were all vicious, you know, really kind of tip top shape. And but the first fight is a good fight. But there was these three commentators, that you could hear their voices, while the fight was happening.
One of them, first, we don't didn't need three. Secondly, I didn't know who they were. You know, why they couldn't just afford to get someone, a presenter, you know, like someone there to present it.
Anyway, these, this is three blokes talking over the fight. And we're gonna say, there's three while I fell asleep talking. And still a boxer.
Yeah. So there's three commentators. One of them, I don't know which one it was, because all I could do is hear them kept saying the same phrase, or the same two words in a row.
And he must have said it 50 times, just in the first round. And those two words together were right now. He's going really well right now.
He's going to do that right now. This is going to happen right now. And it's almost that he couldn't control what he was saying.
Like he had to say right now, at the end of every sentence. In fact, I think he caught himself off guard. Because someone asked him, when are you going to open that can of coke or that bottle of coke? And he said, I'm going to open it right now.
Right now. So even had to say it twice. It's like, it was really annoying right now.
Yeah, doing great right now. So right now, this right now, right now. Honestly, if you go, if you go on to this, it's probably Yeah, you won't get the commentary on YouTube.
Go to the zone, the zone, if you're, if you're a member of it. Let's just watch the Ukrainian. Usyk was it was his night, where he kind of showcased his boxes or young boxes from the Ukraine stuff.
And one of the commentators, honestly, right now, yeah, right now, let's do that right now. And right now, right now, right now. So I was very, very strange.
Indeed. And I could watch it, I had to turn it off. Because he kept repeating it.
Right now, right, that's gonna happen right now. It's almost like every say every second sentence had the word, the words right now in them. And I couldn't figure it out.
But doesn't really matter, I suppose. We just found it annoying. And I didn't, I could have watched the rest of the boxing on mute, but I didn't want to do that.
Do you know? And I've never seen or you know, never watched anything on the zone or any other type of boxing event. Never streamed or watched on telly where there's been three random people. And there may be it's very famous people that I just never seen before.
I said, I don't know. The main thing, again, I had no idea what I was talking about. Because I fell asleep while I was talking.
I feel I even opened my eyes and I was still asleep. Still asleep. Still asleep.
Still asleep. Still asleep. Sleep.
Sorry, I'm tired. I'm just very, very tired. Very, very tired.
So yeah, that's kind of it really. Stretch. So if things go to plan, well, actually, even if things don't go to plan, I'm going to start looking to record the hypnosis sessions.
So I'll be doing a stress and pain relief podcast recording. So that will be tomorrow. And if this goes on, okay, I'll do another Let Me Boy To Sleep tomorrow.
And then go from there. Eventually, I'll be doing probably three or four videos a day. Not just for the sake of it, but just that's how many podcasts I'm probably going to be doing a day.
Just trying to very silent, wasn't it? Just almost the whole world just like held their breath. Wow, are you really gonna do that much? Wow. Oh, you're a good boy.
Give him a biscuit someone. Give him a little biscuit. Oh, good boy.
Yeah. We'll see. We'll see.
We'll see. Yeah, we'll see. So yeah, I'm gonna go.
I'm gonna go tomorrow. I'm thinking of turning the sleep hypnosis weekly podcast into a sleep hypnosis daily podcast. Or relaxation and sleep hypnosis daily.
Which I don't know, we'll see. We will see. Yes.
So thank you for listening. Thank you for watching. And remember to be kind to yourself.
Because you deserve to be happy. Lots of love. Bye.
