Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com My name is Jason Newland and this is Let Me Bore You To Sleep Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes Yeah, and I've got a new microphone Yes, oh yes It's a bit in my face, isn't it? Can you see me?

So if you're watching on a video, if you're watching on YouTube rather Hello, please subscribe And thank you for subscribing If you've just subscribed Yeah This is also a podcast, so it's on my podcast which is Let Me Bore You To Sleep So this is the new microphone that you can see or that you can hear if you're listening on a podcast Although I may attempt to try and edit the video And add the audio from the microphone onto the video because I'm recording this on my phone So although the picture is, it's not perfect

but it's fairly okay Considering the time of night it is and it's not the brightest room at night I've got three lights, one there, one there and one over there The I don't know how much of Andre you can hear now Because this microphone, when I'm talking into it, should really focus more on me Than the background sounds Yes So that's it, this is, what am I using?

It's a Shure MV17 or 7B or something And apparently this is the microphone that's Rogan Rogan? Rogan I forget his name anyway, he's the world's top podcaster And I think this is his favourite microphone I've stolen it!

No, this is his favourite microphone, if it's good enough for him, it's good enough for me So someone that gets 10 million downloads a day Maybe more, I don't know Is, you know, so I'm a little bit behind that Just a little bit, just a few steps, a few steps behind Also, I don't know if you can see this But there's, I won't, I'm not going to move the camera because it took ages getting it set up So that you can see the bits of toilet tissue behind me and the wall at the top With

lots of black bits on it, it took ages to get this set up so This room looks even gringier than normal Yes There's a microphone stand That's actually attached to the desk, well it's not physically attached, or I could But it would mean drilling a hole in the desk, which I don't really want to And then you can stick this thing in it So there's a way of doing that But it also clamps So I've got it clamped And, you know what, it's really weird because I was thinking Before I put the microphone onto the

end of it I couldn't, the thing was just staying, springing up, it wasn't doing anything And I thought, this is ridiculous, this is just really rubbish Once, and the microphone is fairly heavy It's not heavy, but it's got some weight to it You wouldn't want to drop it on the floor Because you'd think, well this is going to damage the microphone Or the floor And as soon as the microphone was attached I literally cannot manoeuvre the microphone Wherever I put it, the stand just stays there The microphone stand just stays there And again, this is

what they use In the, you know, proper recording studio podcasts and stuff, you see It's really, because it's not attached to the floor Andre can't bang into it or anything like that It's less likely to be affected by vibrations It's going to take me a little while to get used to talking into it Because I'm not sure quite how close I need to be To the microphone for it to do it's best job I think I'm okay But still it's not loud when I record But the main thing is to get, so when there's a

gap Where I don't talk, the main thing is there's no No like little hissing in the background I played around with it earlier And I managed to get it to the point where I could leave a recording Without me talking and there was no sound Now whether or not I've done it again And the reality is When I stop talking there actually is It's a bit of sound in the room, not a lot But a bit, it's a little bit So perhaps it's never going to be completely eliminated Unless I get into a room where

there's no sound And that could be the obvious solution Oh my stomach's gurgling But I've eaten so maybe that's what it is Maybe it's preparing for the next event In the cycle of eating Something Something to look forward to A nice poo So this is something that I've been Planning for months and months This has been in my Amazon basket For months and months So it's this AMD microphone stand Because a microphone stand was I think £80 or £90 on it's own So ultimately, I'll tell you how much I've spent So you can know how

much I'm investing in you Because It doesn't give me anything It doesn't give me any enjoyment I don't listen to these recordings Oh, that's weird For some reason, oh I know why It doesn't matter I can't look, oh yes I can, I'll tell you what I can do If I go into I go into WiFi And I put it into the normal WiFi Yeah That's it Because my iPad is Generally The internet is from my phone Like as a hotspot But Right, so let me tell you what I've spent Oh come on I don't mess

about WiFi, come on What the heck So it should, yeah, ok Right, it's working now My orders So This microphone is a Shure I'm trying to see the screen It's a Shure SM7B Cardioid dynamic microphone Delivers warm and smooth audio For broadcast, podcast Or recording black But I've got no idea what that That's what it says, that's the headline Never noticed that Anyway, it's £354.

57 So that's how much this microphone is And then I got the Rode PSA1 Swivel Mount Studio microphone boom arm Which was £82 So I got them two together And in my basket I've also got a Cloud microphone Basically it's a microphone amplifier What it does, it clicks into there Where the microphone connector goes in And it amplifies the sound I thought that's what the preamp did So I'm a little bit confused I'm going to look into it a little bit more Before I decide whether or not that's what I need to do The other

things I've got in my Amazon You could say it could be in my wishlist But it's not, it's just Because I know no one's going to buy it except me So I'm going to have to, oh wait Andre's here I think he's doing a toilet Andre Andre Andre baby I'm going to grab him, wait a sec Look what I found I found I found a little ferret, hello What are you shaking for What are you shaking for Sometimes he shakes when he's been asleep And he's just got up And maybe he's gone to the toilet

or he's gone for a drink And then suddenly this, hello Give daddy kisses Say hello to everybody Hello everybody Do you want to say hello, look Hello Hello I think you can clean yourself better, look Hello, look Imagine being so flexible that you could I don't know where that tongue's been Yeah You alright Why are you shaking I don't like all that shaking, it's something he's been doing more lately Stop shaking like that I hope he's ok I'll give him a cuddles until he wants to go away Because I don't know if he really wants

to Is he You want to go, say goodbye to everyone then Bye, bye Bye You can sniff something Go and get it then, go and get whatever it is you can sniff I'll just have a drink So this is The first, well it's not the first step In Yeah, it's one of the first steps In my improvement So Quality of sound improvement Did you hear my stomach I was like, let me out There's nothing in there, you're not alive I've got another thing here PPC mobile fabric room divider And it's a sound proof thing that

you can put around the desk People use it in offices So that they can make phone calls without so much background sound So I thought that would be quite good to have It's not at the top of the list But it's £90 It's quite a list of things to get The other thing is the Rode Rodecaster Pro podcast production studio And It's You know, it's expensive I mean the microphone is expensive But this is much more, this is £545 But it will increase Improve the quality Of the podcast and the sound So that would be

something that I'm looking to get And Now that I'm Playing, fiddling, twiggling Tickling With the idea of getting back to YouTube Regularly You know, like daily Then I'm thinking about getting A special camera for vlogging And it's a Sony vlog camera ZV-1 It's a digital camera Vari-angle screen for vlogging 4K video ZV-1BDI.

eu And What does it say?

ZV-1 is designed for vlogging Featuring a very It's a premium camera with soft skin effect Which is something good for me Especially with my weird skin Natural skin tones and optimised brightness for faces You know, I'm going to look, maybe I'll look nicer Hard to believe it's possible But you never know Featuring product showcase settings For perfect product review videos Wow, so it is really Built With YouTube Content Or video makers It's like the first That was built specifically For that The DL or DVL Whatever they're called The cameras, because I got one And it

was really, well I thought it was a really good one I got it But it only had a certain amount of time that you could make video And then it cut off Due to European laws If you cut off the time Then it would be classed as a video camera And they'd have to pay certain excess tax So They had to have a limit apparently And The quality of the picture is really good A bit too good in some ways But I've not been able to use it Due to The fact that the PC doesn't

work with The iPad The PC that I do have is too loud So I can't I can use it for editing and Other stuff And it's quite nice to have a big screen and to be using a normal keyboard again I'm kind of getting back into that a bit And it's It's a lot easier To do Tasks you know Software tasks and I'm still not sure if I'm going to be using the Adobe suite The online But I probably am I've done a lot of research On how to use it and Trying to find which

one is the best one to use As I did lots of research on this camera I've bought the thing I've watched, I've gone online Looked at reviews I've also gone on YouTube and Watched lots of reviews for both the camera and the microphone And now some of those reviews Yeah they've got a link Where you can purchase The item that they're reviewing But not all of them have Positive either But the positivity is way more than the negativity It's always going to be a A con isn't it There's a pros and cons, there's always going

to be something like It might just be a personal thing, I don't like this because You could say well I'm a pretty boy and this microphone has taken up way too much of my face And I have to be too close to it I'd prefer the microphone to be there And for it to pick me up Pick me up And cradle me And burp me Until I sleep deeply But I think the idea with this is Because it's direct Hmm Because it's direct and it's quite close And it's focused just on me And it's kind

of ignoring the other stuff I think that's kind of the point behind it I don't know how much of Ondrej you're getting to listen to Because he's playing around and stuff But you know It's supposed to be Yeah It's not loud when it records Let's have a look at the recording It's still quite low It's not a loud recording Which that's what might be if I get that booster thing That might make it better But I can increase, I can amplify the sound In the editing software The audio Record, you know as I'm recording it

After I've recorded it And it makes it louder but there's still no No background hissing or anything like that So I'm I mean there is a way around that you can go into each gap And put in silence and stuff But I find That it sounds That kind of recording sounds very Very fake Very I'm a bit more put off by You know if every time you hear me talk And it goes completely silent You know and so there's silence Then you hear my voice and it's almost like You made me jump So It's going

to be a little bit of sound Hopefully the most minimal Possible But I don't want to go and put in silence During each time I talk Because I find that it sounds It doesn't sound very good Like that That's a personal opinion Of course Also as you watch this video If you're watching it on YouTube Well you could be watching it on Facebook I suppose But if you're watching it on YouTube It's got to be weird First of all to see someone as old as me Making videos Although I was one of the original YouTubers

I actually was Along with about 10 million other people But I was I was definitely on that little train Near the beginning Not right at the beginning but Probably as YouTube Became popular So I didn't know much about YouTube before I suppose YouTube got popular You know 2007 is when I started making videos I think Might be 2006 Late 2006 But I think it was 2007 Yeah I'm pretty sure it was April I think March or April time And In those days You could do, I think you could record for 15 minutes That was the

limit 15 minutes But previous to that There was no limit So there was before YouTube set their limit to 15 minutes or might be 10 minutes I think it was 15 They had a An unlimited So when YouTube first started You could go on there for like 100 hours That might not be true But there were videos there that lasted for hours and hours Which I couldn't understand considering You could only do 15 minutes So what I did Is I did 10 minute videos That's what I did for the first Period of time I think

they then I think they extended it to say like 20 minutes or 25 minutes After some time And then They gradually, I mean YouTube have changed Their platform quite a few times over the years I'm not as up to date Well I'm up to date but I've not been watching The changes that they've been doing over Really over the last What 7 years I've not really been that involved in YouTube For about 7 years now I was very Very involved It was all I did It wasn't all I did But it was something that's what

I That's what I focused most on Because I was getting 45,000 plays a month Which I know it's not a huge amount But for me I was really pleased because It was growing, every month it was getting more And I had, although It might have been 60,000 I don't know It's hard to remember So I thought I had about 2,000 subscribers But a few people told me that no It was over 3,000 When I got rid of the channel So again 3,000 is not a lot but To me it was because I'd never had that

many Kind of the only time That was a weird noise The only time Almost like my vocal cords just farted While I was speaking It's a weird visual I Really Between Between 2011 is when I really Really put a lot of energy Into the YouTube channel Now it might have helped The fact that I didn't have a television And I was doing everything Pretty much on my laptop So I had less distractions Than Normally Now why didn't I have a television?

I've got no idea Can't even remember why But I ended up with no television So yeah I was I remember I did these Videos And one was the YouTube challenge Still my most popular video to this date To this day And I mean it's got about 5,000 views On my current channel But it reached a lot more on the other channels However what happened is I made that video And I made a few where I really I really Put everything into it you know Still wasn't brilliant quality but At the time I thought I was

doing alright I shared it on YouTube To every group I was a member of So every pain relief group, insomnia group Mental health group Although I don't think I was really in mental health I was doing things Fibromyalgia, arthritis All the groups that I joined In order to hopefully Share my stuff with and help Now I didn't share stuff with them very often In order to not get kicked out of the group I didn't want to just bombard them with stuff So what I did is I just shared a video And I said please share

And I shared the video on every single group And I was on probably 100, 150 groups Might have exaggerated there I don't know But quite a few And I think I might have gone to bed Because I have done that before And then I woke up Which usually happens And so I turned the laptop on And suddenly I saw I just had I don't know Maybe 6, 7 thousand views of the video Overnight Something silly like It was like for me it was huge at the time Wow really It was big, like really really big

I couldn't believe it Never happened before I had thousands of views But not like straight away Not in such a short period of time And That was my You know that was my I don't know Almost my breakthrough moment on YouTube When I thought They really like me And From that moment forward As I kept Adding more videos Trying to do more Yeah I just did more And people were watching And subscriptions were going up And then through 2012 When I moved Everything grew even more From there And I remember I had all these I

was living in this little room Tiny tiny smelly damp Stale room Really bad room And on the walls Were slugs, no They were on the floor And they were all floating Each day, week and stuff Of success, like how many Each day how many subscribers I got How many video views I got And how much money I made On from the ads Now the money was minimal I think the most I got in a month Was a hundred and eighty dollars Sort of 8 years later, that $180 a month, if I'd still continued making videos,

got a bit of equipment, actually taking it more seriously, I reckon I'd be on about $250 a month by now.

I mean wow, wow. And what's really strange is the quality of the videos, pretty much awful.

Like, I know this video is not perfect in any way, but, oh man, the video, really, really, some of the videos are bad, not content wise. So I think that's what saved me a little bit, that's how I managed to get through, because the content was pretty good. The content was useful, I've been told, and it was, it did, oh excuse me, it did the job.

But the quality of the audio, and the quality of the video, not too good. I mean really, the audio in some of the recordings were awful, and the video in some of them, in fact the video in most of the videos that I had uploaded, really bad video. Like quality.

And some of that wasn't because of the equipment, because I used to have an actual video recorder, and the quality of the camera was pretty good in that, but the lighting, I didn't know anything about lighting, and clearly from this video I still don't know that much. I've got one of those circle, YouTube kind of circle cameras there, but I've got it so it doesn't shine in my glasses. And I've got another one over there, so I notice there's always improvements to be made.

And in a way, on one level I quite like that, because what I do is never finished. It's never going to be complete. I'm never going to be able to sit down and say, yep that's done.

It's never done, it's never going to be finished. There's always going to be something else to do. I mean just the fact that these podcasts that I do, I number them, because they're never finished.

Let Me Boy To Sleep, I think this is number 603. How can it ever end? I know how it can end, I know physically it can come to an end, when I'm no longer able to do whatever you would say this is. But you know what, in reality they never end, they go on.

I'll be doing, I'm 50 now. When I'm 60, but if I can talk and everything else is alright, I'll still be doing this when I'm 60. And I'm doing this for the rest of my life.

So that's, I think that's part of the reason why some people, I don't know, some people like what I do. I don't fit into any category. You could say, well what about the hypnotist category? Yeah, but I'm not like the other hypnotists.

I do, can you hear my chair squeaking? I do things differently, and I'm sure they all do things differently. We all bring our own essence. I'm sure that's the right word, taste my essence.

We all bring our own little farts to the table. We do our own thing.Me, I'm very unconventional.

I can't even spell unconventional. I'm so prideful about that. I can't spell things.

The, I think, you know, you don't get people my age really on YouTube. This is a young person's platform. There are people older than me on YouTube, but you know, as I get older, there's less and less people my age on here.

And quite a few people that are my age, some of them like doctors and they're, they're instructing, you know, they're kind of teaching people things. Not me, well, maybe a little bit. With some, I suppose with some of my stuff, it's kind of teachy, but not really.

It's ideas, it's just verbalizing ideas. Not, not in this podcast, but in other podcasts. Hmm.

And then what else? I don't edit the videos so that there's no gaps and there's no pauses or anything like that, which is very different to what you'll get in pretty much any video that's produced by a popular channel. And I don't want to do that. Actually.

Yeah, I don't want to do it. Yeah, I don't. Because it's not really.

I mean, maybe some people, I think the main reason why people do it is because everyone else does it. So they chop, so literally. It's not even a gap between the next word.

So there's one sentence finishes, and it kind of continue, goes on to the next sentence. But it's a person's in different position. Maybe we're in a different top, whatever.

And I find it a little bit jarring, but I get used to it now. I'm getting used to it. You know, I've watched thousands of videos that have done it, and I'm, you know.

I accept that's how other people do it. I don't do that. And it's not because I can't.

It's easy. Editing is easy. It's very time consuming.

When I say editing, I mean, you know, so editing the video in a point of. Taking out bits. So if I go bump is poop, poop, poop, poop, piss, piss, bum, bum.

And I think, I don't want to leave that in. You know, I can take that out. It's easy.

It's just like with audio. I'm putting that forward because. What's he doing? He's made some weird noises, Andreas.

As far as video editing for other stuff, then. I'm not as. I mean, particularly knowledgeable on that.

I was listening to Andreas breathing is weird. It might just be him snoring. By the way.

It's a new TV show that I recommend called Resident Alien. It's really, it's good. It's quite funny.

Resident Alien. I don't know if it's. Fox or HBO.

I'm not sure. I've forgotten, but it's good to check it out. Resident Alien.

I have no shares in the company that made it. I make no money by telling you about it. I am no longer affiliated with that particular television.

Also, the videos are long. Not all my videos are long. I mean, I'm going to try.

To do some shorter videos. But I'm playing around. So I will verbalize what I'm playing around with the ideas.

But these let me boy to sleep. Podcasts last about an hour each. And.

By the way, I might upload this video just as it is. Without doing any editing or adding. This audio to it.

But that's now what I might do is wait until I get. The actual camera. Because once I got the camera.

It's got a microphone and it's a lot closer. And apparently the audio is really good on the camera as well. So if that's the case, then I can just use that.

But as I said, it's. If you want to help me go to paypal.me. Forward slash Jason Newland links on my website. And if you want to sort of help out with that.

Groovy. But. Um.

It all depends. Really, we've regarded now with or edit this video because of the time it takes. Not just the time it takes, but the.

The process of moving. This video from the phone. To the PC.

And honestly, it's. It's it's just. Almost feels is hard work.

It's a little bit hard work. It's not quite as smooth as I'd like it to be. So I'll just wait and see.

But once I've got that video camera. Then one thinking of doing. What I'm thinking of doing is.

Every time I make a video, I make a podcast episode. Whether it's let me boy to sleep, deep sleep, whisper hypnosis, sleep hypnosis weekly or the relaxation hypnosis for stress, anxiety and panic attacks. Any of those four podcasts that are main ones, although I do have others.

Whenever I make a new podcast. I also make the video on we using that good video camera. Which will be which will mean there'll be.

If it runs properly. There'll be at least three new videos a day. Not because I'm just trying to make lots of content, but because that's what I do.

That's because that's what I would aim for on a podcast. Although sometimes I do it, sometimes I don't. I don't always do it.

Let me boy to sleep, but I do do them pretty regular. You know, they usually. And last year I did.

I actually counted out. I think I did about 280. Episodes of the let me boy to sleep.

Through the year. So yeah, there was gaps. There was days when I didn't do it, but 280 is quite good.

365 will be better, but 280 is still quite a lot. And when you think about it, really, it just means two days a month. Wait a minute.

No. One. 12, 24, 12, 24.

Maybe four days a month. I didn't record anything. So, you know, so, but.

Once I've got this all set up. My plan, my plan. This is my plan.

Is to do that every day. At least three new recordings. At least.

Then. On top of that. Other stuff like pain relief.

Individual hypnosis recordings. Things like that. The only problem I think is.

This. My face. It might get in the way.

You know, I don't know. It might sound weird to say out loud, but. Especially for my female followers that are probably thinking.

We talk about your. You've got a very lovely face. Yeah.

With the hypnosis. Videos. Most of the popular ones don't have anyone doing them.

They have people doing them, but they got like video. Stock footage. I mean forests or.

You know things like that or maybe a swirling. Pendulum video animation going on. Not many and they used to be quite a few.

But not many seem to actually do it there and then in front of the camera. Apart from the ASMR. YouTube channels.

So there's a few of those and they do hypnosis as well as other ASMR things. And. They.

Yeah, they'll do on camera, but they're all beautiful. So hey. Okay, what could you do? I can't really match that.

And. Yeah, I mean if they've got a really good set up if I had their faces and look like them. Imagine if I look like them had my voice.

Hello. Stop looking at my cleavage. Imagine.

Imagine. Oh. So I mean really the deep sleep with spa podcasts are ASMR.

And. There's an ASMR microphone that I'd quite like to get in the future. Not the top of the list, but in the future.

And it's. It's. It's a special name for it, but it's got two ears.

Honestly two ears on either side of it and you can touch it. And it's it's really good. This is what it's got me about eight or nine hundred pound.

So it's expensive. But. The channels that use those microphones are getting hundreds of thousands of downloads a day.

So. Nine hundred pound is not a lot of money to pay for. If you've got adverts on a YouTube channel that's having millions of views every week.

Because that money is made back very, very quickly. Very quickly. The only downside to having a YouTube channel.

Monetized is you're limited. To the adverts you can have not not by YouTube of a by. Common sense and logic.

You can't have it. You can't have adverts at the end. If I do a sleep recorded and I post.

Adverts at the end of it. It's going to wake them up. Going to wake the person up.

I can't have adverts throughout. Because again same thing is going to disrupt the hypnosis going to disrupt the sleep. Thing.

So I only got adverts at the beginning. Which means I can only make maybe 25%. Monetization of a normal channel and maybe does a video on.

Finance investing. Or. Tech.

Or you know how to videos things like that. You know just don't some of the popular stuff or the entertainment channels. They'll have adverts every.

Maybe 5 or 10 minutes. So. There's always going to be that limitation from an advert perspective.

Which means I need to get. Four times the amount of. Views.

By the way there's no monetization on my YouTube channel at the moment. Because I'm not even eligible. I've got.

I do have enough listening hours. Because over the last two years. Yeah I've had.

I think 15,000. Listening hours I looked at even 14 or 15,000. Listening hours you need 4,000 listening hours.

But you do need a thousand subscribers and I've got. I did have 531. But now I've got 500.

I don't know how many I've got. Let's have a look. Let me check.

Really. YouTube. I have.

537. Which is weird. Tell you what's weirder.

The camera just stopped working. So. That's crazy.

So the phone. Just stopped recording. For no reason.

Just stopped. And we're near the end of the recording and it just stopped just like that. So that's that's gone.

That's wasted. So. Yeah I need a proper video camera.

Is this. It's probably okay for short videos but it's not much. Much good for long stuff.

How annoying imagine if that was the only way I was. Recording this if I was it was just a video like in the olden days. The olden days back in the day.

I've actually heard young children say that. Back in the day. You're nine.

There was no back in the day. Back in the day you were eight. Back in the day you're still nine.

Back in the day. You get me. It's the feds.

Or being stopped by the feds. Yeah back in the day. I used to make videos and then.

Convert the video. Into an audio mp3. That's how I did a lot of my recordings.

Not all of them but I did. Do that with a lot of the. Videos.

So I wouldn't do video and an audio at the same time. If I did an audio. And then turned it into a video.

I would put a. Usually just a picture. You know just a picture a few pictures and stuff. Or I would put.

I would. Record like with the. I don't know if this.

Just touched the microphone with my beard. I don't know. But.

There was. The stop smoking videos I had. Don't know if I still got them.

Yeah I must have somewhere. They had. Four videos.

Of. Filming. In a garden.

And it was just showing bees coming up to a flower. So there's a video camera. Focused on the flower.

Of course video camera was. Loving it because it was daylight. It was summer.

Perfect light. For. Cameras basically.

And. I then. Put that together as a video.

With the audio. Added on top. I have to look into that because it's got to be somewhere.

I might upload those. Yeah. In fact what I might do.

Is. Look through the popular. The popular.

Look through the. Decent quality recordings I have. And then.

Go through and reupload those videos to YouTube. Because if it's a good quality video. And a good quality sound.

Then I should keep hold of those. But don't get me wrong. I'm never going to get rid of the old stuff anyway.

That's. I'm just keeping it for my own sake really. If nothing else I get to.

Remember what it was like when I was younger. That's one of the weird things about doing videos. Is being able to look back and say wow.

Maybe I'll look at what I sounded like. And why. What I looked like.

What was I wearing. In those days. And I realized wow.

Looking at the video. I got more hair. The hair I've got is darker.

Maybe I'm not even wearing glasses then. My beard is darker as well. And.

Maybe my voice is a little bit lighter. A little bit. It's a little bit deeper now than it used to be.

And then I realized I'm still wearing the same clothes. That's the same t-shirt from 1942. Wow.

Honestly I feel I must be the only person. That walks around with clothes. That are actually going up in price.

Because they're so old. They're antiques. If I sold my underpants I could buy a new house.

I don't know if that's true. Just the fact that it's the oldest pair of pants. On the planet.

Staying for your pleasure. So I'm gonna go. I'll be interested to listen back to the audio.

Just to. Hear it really. Just to sort of get an idea of.

What quality it is. And yeah. So I was playing around with it.

The thing is because it's so expensive. Because I've invested. I don't know was it £500 or something.

Between the two things. The microphone and the. The thing.

It was. You know I can't just leave it in the box. And not test it.

I've got to really test it thoroughly. Otherwise that's a lot of money to spend. Plus I want to use it.

I want to. I just want the quality to be better. The quality of the sound.

To be as good as I can do. I know that. There's going to be people out there.

That don't really understand. Where I'm coming from. And part of that reason is because.

They. They accept me for how I am. So it's quite a positive reason.

Because some people are not bothered about really. The sound of the podcast increasing or getting better. They're happy with the quality of the sound.

Happy with you know how it is. That's why they listen. And that's something that's been weird to get my head around.

That for years and years and years. People have been listening to me. Watching my videos as well.

You know when I was really. Doing the videos. And the video quality was awful.

Yet people still watched. The sound audio quality for. I don't know.

90% Probably higher percentage of my recordings. Prior to three years ago. Or two years ago.

Was so awful. Yet people were still listening. So before 2015.

The audio quality was really really bad. But people were still listening. Still telling me how much I helped them.

Even though the quality was bad and. I don't know. In a way that says something to me.

First of all people have been supportive. And tolerant. So hopefully.

I feel like I want to give something back. To all those people who supported and followed me. And helped me out.

Even when the quality of the sound was really bad. Or the video quality was not very good at all. If I can.

Provide. A better service. Because this is about service.

My service. To you. I know I don't want to get all serious.

But it is basically. I'm doing this to help. So.

The better quality. Of the service that I can offer. Then that makes me happier.

And hopefully. It makes other people happier. Just improves.

The whole thing. That's how I'm thinking. So that's why I'm.

Investing. Whatever I can. In.

Making a better product. A better product. Yes.

Yes. So that's it. I feel like I could talk for ages.

But I'm going to stop. I'm going to have myself a nice little drink. Of Coca Cola.

And just relax for a little bit. So. You take care.

Remember. To be kind to yourself. Because you deserve to be happy.

Yes. Lots of love. Bye.
