Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland. This is Let me bore you to sleep. Please only listen and we can safely close your eyes.

So yeah, hello. Hello. I saw on the news that it's snowing in Australia.

And some of the parts of Australia that it's snowing, they've never seen snow before. Wow. Imagine seeing snow for the first time.

I remember when I was, what was I, about 2009. Yeah, maybe 2010, but I think about 2009, this little African woman moved in to where I was living. I want to say little, tiny, tiny, like really short.

So yeah, but that's not really relevant to the story. But it snowed and she'd never seen snow before. And she was out in the garden making a snowman.

How did she know how to make a snowman? She'd never seen snow before. Maybe she'd seen movies. I didn't ask.

But she loved it. Just see the excitement on her face. And I really, we go years without, sometimes a whole year, two years without seeing any snow.

And then there's a bit of snow. And occasionally we have lots and lots of snow. And then nothing.

You know, sort of, it's typical English weather. It's very, just weird weather we have. Always has been, I think.

But to see snow for the first time must be brilliant. Oh, I'm sorry. So I hope you're all well.

Da-da-da. Do-do-do. Do-do-do.

So I made, I actually made a recording today, well done too. Did a deep sleep whisper hypnosis. I did a recording that I've never done before.

And it was relaxation hypnosis for suicidal thoughts. I won't go into details, but just, that's what I did. It was over two hours long.

And I was motivated by something that happened recently with my friend, who witnessed something quite horrible. As I said, I'm not going to sort of go into that detail. I do talk about it in that recording.

So it's kind of one of my rambly sessions. I don't do things the way that other people do them. Which isn't necessarily a good thing.

But I've got to, I suppose, be true to myself and do it in my own way. So I did that recording. I've got no idea if it would be any use to people that are in that situation.

At the very beginning I do say, seek help. You know, first of all, more important than anything else is seek help. So, and then I talk for two hours.

Yeah. So this is the third recording of the day. It's 12 minutes to 6pm.

And... This is my third attempt at making a recording. A Let Me Fall Into Sleep recording. Genuinely, I tried to do one... Yeah, it was this time yesterday.

So tired, I went to bed. Tried to do one this morning. But I was too tired, so I went to bed.

And now I'm sitting here. And I'm tired again. What's going on? Maybe it's because it's a sleep session.

I get so tired when I make sleepy recordings. I mean, the deep sleep one I did, I nearly fell asleep. Literally.

I was counting down from 50 down to 1. Man, that was hard. I'm sure I missed out some numbers. I don't care.

Not really. I prefer not to, I prefer to do things properly. But I think I did miss out some.

And what's weird is, my mind is drifting. And that was the whole point of the recording. Is the drifting.

Drifting to sleep. And... I'd kind of come back to... Oh, what number is it now? 17. So like... Seventeen.

Seventeen. And then I'd wonder, did I say out loud the things that I was thinking about? You know, I'd listen to it, sometimes thinking. So I have to listen back to edit.

And I was like, listening, did I mention chocolate mousse? You know? Did I mention some of the things that I talked about in my head as I was drifting off? Luckily I didn't. During the editing, and... The editing is... The sounds between the words are easy, fairly easy to get rid of. I don't always get rid of all of them, but you know.

Like the loud sounds, like a big massive click on the television, or Andre... Bungee jumping, or whatever. But when there's a noise, or a sound, a loud sound, at the same time as I am talking, it's very difficult to remove it. Or... I don't know how to remove it.

There's probably a better way of doing it, of expressing it. If I hear a really loud sound, then what I sometimes do is repeat myself. So that... I can edit the other one out.

Because I can always see when there's a loud noise. But the other thing that... Bugging me with the recordings is whenever I use the S word, or any word beginning with S, the spike goes up on the microphone. And it's just a bit annoying, because... I'm becoming very self-conscious of my speech.

And I've always felt quite comfortable with the way I speak. I've got quite a neutral accent. And... You can hear I'm not a northerner, I'm not from up north.

But I haven't got... Well, I don't think I've particularly got a strong southern accent. But then I might compare it to someone. Someone from Liverpool maybe listens to me thinking, Yep, you've got a very strong accent.

But I think... I think it's fairly neutral-ish. But there is a bit of a lisp. And... I don't... I don't know what to do about it, because I don't want to whistle when I talk.

So... I don't whistle when I talk. And I don't think I whistle all the time. I don't like it.

It's really starting to bug me a bit. So I'm going to look at a way to set up... a different microphone system. So I've got a microphone.

I've got fairly good equipment that I don't use. Because... Well, I don't have a laptop anymore. But I think I can probably get some kind of extension... from the tablet.

Well, no, I know I can, because I've seen them. But it's a case of buying them, so I'm going to have to look into that. But something that will work really well with the... with the tablet or the... Yeah, the iPad.

So that's what I'm kind of looking at doing. I mean, it's an investment. And I'm going to be doing this forever.

Sorry. I know some people are happy about that. Mind you, if you're listening to this and you're annoyed that I'm going to be doing it forever... Why are you listening? Why? Why? I feel quite good when I say that out loud.

When I say that... Yeah, it feels nice. I feel motivated. Yeah, so it does feel nice.

I suppose there's something to be said for having a direction. I feel I've got a direction in life. I know where I'm going now.

Kind of. I've not set a specific route. But I know roughly which direction I'm going.

Which I think is really useful. And let me tell you all about it. So... I want to be doing this for the rest of my life.

And I always... If you notice, whenever I say that, I always say... I'm not talking about the Let Me Bore You To Sleep ones. As if these don't count for anything. When these recordings do count for a lot.

It's just they're not my most popular recordings. The Relaxation, the Stress and Anxiety is the most popular podcast I've got. And there's a couple of others more popular.

Deep Sleep Whisper, sometimes, that's more popular as well. Can you imagine if one day I say, and Hypnotic Buffet, that's more popular. Then you know that something's going wrong with this podcast.

I mean, I get minus views on the Hypnotic Buffet. And it annoys me because that's the best work I ever did, I think. Some of the best stuff I ever did was the Hypnotic Buffet podcast.

And nobody listens to it. Unless, of course, I'm just completely... In fantasy land. And I do like to spend time there.

I like to visit. When I did the Hypnotic Buffet, that's going to be the headline. That's going to be the title of this recording.

Listen to my bloody Hypnotic Buffet. When I started, actually, what it came from was HypnoChats. And HypnoChats came from Jason Chats.

So I did the Jason Chats where it's just a blog or vlog on YouTube. I had hundreds. I deleted pretty much all of them.

Plus I lost that channel anyway. But I didn't used to keep them. I'd keep them maybe for a month and then I'd just take them off.

And there was a time when I would store them. But I probably got about 20 or 30 on a hard drive somewhere. But the majority had gone.

Which is a shame. Because... I quite like to watch them now. I quite like to see myself 10 years ago, 12 years ago.

Just to see... Not so much what I looked like. Because I've got plenty of videos from that time. Just to see what was going on in my mind.

Because the Jason Chats used to last sometimes an hour, hour and a half. It was hard to believe. But back then, I used to be really chatty.

And I'd start making a recording then. I'd only go on there to make a 10 minute recording. And then end up talking for an hour.

As I said, it's really going to be hard for you to believe that I would be able to do that. And... It's also the videos when I had Andre when he was a little baby. And, you know, I wish I had... I think I've got a couple of videos of him.

Which is part of the reason why I generally... If I make a video of Andre, I put it onto Facebook. Because everything's stored on Facebook. So I've got videos from years ago that are on Facebook.

Which have Andre on them. Which is cool. I like that.

And when I started counselling... This was for... What was it for? Mind. So that was... 2010. Yeah, 2010.

I started with Mind. I think it was January or February. And... I... I started using... Because I'd have maybe three or four clients.

Back to back. You know... So four hours in a row. But 50 minutes, then another 50 minutes, another 50 minutes.

Sometimes it would be three hours, sometimes four. Four at the most. But I think generally three.

Groups of three. Sometimes four though. But not all of these slots would be filled.

So... There'd be... Yeah, also we had to stay in the building. So... There was one place that we were in. What was that noise? Yeah, I just heard something bang.

I think it was Andre actually. He just banged against a radio pipe. Which... Has distracted me from what I was saying.

Oh yeah. That's it. So we had basically... There was one... I started off in one building with mind.

Then I moved. Then I moved to a different building. Then... Oh yeah, it was the interim.

So we had a different building there. Different building. And then we moved to another place.

Then another place. It was like five different places. Possibly more actually.

If I think about it, there might be more than five different places that I did counseling in for that charity. And... If it was in an evening, which I did a few evenings, there'd only be maybe two of us working in a building. So we had... We needed to stay there.

We had to stay there for the whole night. So if I had four slots, let's say... five to... to nine, for example. And the other person, the other counselor would have... She'd only have slots from... five to eight.

She'd need to stay there. So they tried to give people the same amount of slots. So... If I didn't have any for the last two hours, I'd just stay there until the other person finished and we'd lock up together.

Just so they... We weren't in the building on our own. So... I used to take advantage of that. Because if there was an empty slot and it was just me and one other person and they had a client, then I would make a recording of video, usually.

Or if I... someone didn't turn up, I'd make a recording. If there was three of us there, which sometimes there was, then I might end up, you know, spending an hour talking to the other counselor. Because they were, you know, most of them were really nice.

Really nice people. I managed to do loads of recordings and videos during that time. You know, in slots that there was no one booked or when people didn't turn up.

So it was quite good. And the rooms were nice. Most of the rooms were quite light.

Because I also used to do it during the day as well. Afternoons... Yeah, I'm just remembering some of the places as 1... 2... 3... 4... 1... 2... 3... 4... 5... So I was at five different places from mind at different times. And... I went to another place but I'd left by then.

Because they cut my hours down to I think about three hours a week from 16 to 3. So yeah, I had about 16 hours getting paid £25 an hour. Didn't get paid for every hour because people didn't turn up. If they gave notice then I wouldn't get paid for it.

If they just didn't turn up and not give any notice then I would get paid or I'd get paid half the amount or something like that. So... I loved mind. Loved it.

Seriously. Everything about mind charity I loved. It was... You know, I'd... I tried to get with them in the summer 2009.

I applied for a job with them because I'd qualified as a counsellor and I was going to be going into my third year. No. 2000... No, I started 2011.

That's it. So no, I applied in 2009 when I first qualified and I was told no. They said, no, we don't want you.

And I kept calling them up and they said no. I wasn't letting it go. And then I qualified with my degree so I had a personal centre counselling diploma 2009 probably July time August July and June, something like that.

And in 2010 in June I finished the degree and then I did some training courses and I met some of the counsellors that worked at Mind because they also worked at another charity that I worked at. Yeah, I'm not sure exactly how it happened but maybe it was just me continuously calling up a lady who wouldn't give me a job there left I think.

So a different person took over and she liked me and gave me it just it started, I think it was January 2011 that's the right year I lose track of the different years and she sort of phoned me up and said can you do can you do a Thursday evening for a session at 7 and I said yes yeah I can and she said ah there's something, you're like, well there's going to be someone else there with you but you're going to need to stay with them for the three hours and I said that's okay,

I'm not worried and she said, well what I'll do because you're going to have to be there I'll try and get you some slots there as well so that you're there and you're getting paid and so over the next few weeks she was phoning me up and giving me more slots and I ended up with I don't know how many I ended up with but it was probably about 10 8, 8 or 10 probably 8 about 8 slots a week and it's she was kind of entering looking after the bookings and then they got a

new manager in who I got on really really well with and the reason I got to know her is because I used to have some slots which ended when she finished work as well so I would I'd hang around and lock up with her lock up, you know, so that she didn't walk home on her own and she'd walk to the car because it was because of the type of service it was offering in that building it was the original old building and I think she felt safer having someone with her it was a big

old building and we had to search all the rooms just to make sure that there was no one in there and it was all alarmed and because I'd been there for a little while not long I think she probably started in March because I'd been there for a couple of months I knew the alarm system I knew how to do it and so I did it with her you know, I sort of showed her how to do all that stuff and she'd ask me if I could just, you know, stay until she was ready to

go and I did so we got on really well and then I got some more hours and I think it was about being willing really you know, being available and being enthusiastic and I loved the place I loved I loved the the opportunity and, you know, it was great and if I could have done 30 hours a week I mean, even 10 hours a week is, what, £250 which isn't it's not enough to live on a week but 20 hours, £500 a week, definitely is you know, so and it would never be that much because

people don't turn up or they cancel or the slots aren't filled so £300 a week is minimum wage in the UK £15,000 a year which is minimum wage back then it wasn't minimum wage minimum wage was probably about £12,000 anyway this is ages ago you think about it it's nearly 10 years ago and it's really weird because it was almost like the best one of the best times of my life and one of the most difficult times at the same time so I'd just started I'd been counselling at another charity for a year I started

that in December 2009 and I'd qualified as a counsellor as I said in sort of June 2009 and I started at this young person's charity counselling and I was seeing I think I was seeing about 3 or 4 people a week it went up at one point to about 6 and I also volunteered after my degree finished I volunteered in the office a little bit and just helped out and everything was going really swingingly and then it kind of 2011 started again I had a new girlfriend I was just starting to sort of flourish as

a counsellor I'd had a years a years experience well over a years experience because I'd been self employed since the year the summer but I'd had you know a year and a half's experience of being a counsellor and I was suddenly getting this work I also got work in the going into schools as well counselling children it wasn't it wasn't specifically counselling it was just being there really and I enjoyed that although it was a lot of a lot of travel and a lot less money but all together things were going together you know things

were coming together and then I moved yeah I was evicted and my girlfriend I lost my girlfriend she left me it was a really weird time everything was going really well and suddenly it was weird so I wish I wish I'd planned a bit better for it you know I could've I could've got myself you know maybe part time work previous to that and maybe put some money together to to save up but I don't know just something it's okay it's it is I still continued until two thousand and fourteen I think it was and

then that was it so I haven't been a counsellor for what six years over six years I've forgotten how to do it now I suppose I've just got to nod my head and go hmm how does that make you feel yeah it would've been it would've been really good if I didn't have any financial restrictions well if I was financially stable so I didn't need to earn any money which isn't the case for most people I know I would still be a counsellor I'd still be doing it and the money I got from it would

be pocket money I guess just a little bit of spending money because some weeks it was so low and especially come two thousand and yeah by two thousand and twelve it all started to break down and the there was less work and my hours got I'm sure I had about sixteen hours a week and it went down to about four something like that the children's charity eventually said we're not going to pay you any money because it well that wasn't a lot anyway it was something like twelve pound or fifteen pound for every two hours

or something like that I don't know so it wasn't a lot but it was just every little bit helped and I never did it for the money I loved that place it's a different charity I liked every charity I've ever worked for or volunteered for I've really liked genuinely it was just great I felt good about myself I felt like I was contributing to the local society I mean here doing what I do I kind of contribute to the a bigger broader society but not to you know there was something nice about being part of

a of the town you know helping people that would perhaps I'd see some of them occasionally you know on the bus or you know walking down the street sometimes they'd say hello sometimes they would ignore me or they wouldn't recognise me or I wouldn't recognise them but it was still it was nice to see some people three or four years after having counselled them knowing how they were back then and seeing that they're still around you know they're still they're looking ok and sometimes that was quite nice I actually had someone who used to phone

me I've got a different telephone number now but for about two Christmases he'd send me a Christmas message by text and it used to be a it was a message that only me and him understood based on something he told me that I loved so much it's just a story he told me about when he was 18 or so I'm not going to tell you it's private but it's not rude or anything it's just really really funny and he'd sort of send the message and the weird thing about it is I don't I sometimes wish

I could get into that mode the counselling mode when I meet people because when I was doing the counselling it didn't seem to matter what reason they came to see me I still got on well with them even if they'd come in even having done something awful to someone else I still managed to sort of see them as being humans like it sounds like I'll probably not explain it very well but when I meet someone for the first time in normal life I just have no interest unless I do you know it depends it all

depends innit you get me so I wonder what else am I feeling nostalgic about oh yeah so this is what I started off talking about isn't it so I did the I did the Jason Chads and then I started doing the HypnoChats which was me talking and then I'd ease into hypnosis and some of those recordings would last for about an hour as well and they were my you know I've got a podcast for HypnoChats I think the ones I did and then the Hypnotic Buffet was pretty much an extension from that and when I

first did the Hypnotic Buffet they were quite popular on YouTube anyway and then I guess these recordings kind of evolved from them in a way the the talking and part of that is because someone I did a Jason Chads video and someone commented saying you know can you do more Jason Chads videos I really love them because they send me to sleep when you talk about yourself it just sends me to sleep and I thought oh okay so that's when I decided to make the first Let Me Boy To Sleep back in no idea what

what month it was what year it was let me have a look gotta be sometime isn't it when I fall in love it will be forever or I'll never fall in love in the morning like this is let me have a look so if I just go to oh no it's not what I want I just want the podcast okay so Let Me Boy To Sleep let's have a look let's have a look so I've got it's 479 episodes so far this is number 480 I've also got the what have I got I've got the

Jason Bedtime Storytime so there's 9 of those as well so then we'll just go I just want to see roughly when I started because almost seems like seems like quite a long time ago now I do wonder is there anybody listening now that was listening when I first started there might not be you know I mean I guess it's an acquired taste well I'm just waiting for my phone to actually it's going very slow why is it going so slow it's too many episodes it won't go down any further won't go down any lower than

oh yeah well it's just really going slowly 289 oh when I started the year 2020 I was at 8 episode 289 I'm just going to keep going down until I hit the spot the screen is completely blank come on man don't want to mess with me there's a lot of doors slamming downstairs today or now for some reason some people struggle with doors don't they I wonder how do they get on in life can't even close a door quietly how do they how do they function right ok I'm down to 239 it's too many episodes

for this I'm looking on Spreaker on my phone the app it's just proper taking ages this is too many I mean most podcasts will let you see about 250 maximum anyway wow I'm just interested now it's gonna if I don't actually look it's gonna bug me I do need to find it I'm also interested so 2020 I'm interested in 2019 how many I had in January 2019 okay now down to August 2019 come on speed up speed up what's the date today 23rd wow 3 days and I'll be 4th roll roll old it's quite weird

I'd like to go and do something now I don't know what though I think I'd quite like to go away somewhere but more kind of on my own alright I'm down to 139 which is 29th of April 2019 I'm not sure if it's gonna allow me to go any further down oh yeah it is it is really slow also when I've done this I'm gonna check see how many hours I've done when I had the Spreaker podcast on before I had to upgrade it to increase the hours available and it used to be 1500 maximum

hours so I could see how many I had now there's unlimited hours they just don't show me how many hours I've used up I can kind of work it out but oh I'm down to March so March the 9th I had I was at number 110 2019 March the 9th yeah so you know I could always do I've been thinking about doing having a guest on here I've done a couple I did a guest with Sebastian I did an interview with Hedini Hedini oh get in there now look into January into January yeah I might

not have the actual dates for the first few of the recordings it's possible I don't it's possible it may not be true oh look look look look oh January the 1st number 71 let me bore you to sleep a live Facebook stream New Year's Day 2019 number 71 and that was what 2000 2019 did I say yeah so just going down 2018 so I've done quite a few haven't I really it's not been a huge amount of time just interested in what what month I started in 2018 right I was at number 39 on the

27th of July 2018 can't believe it takes this long should just be zipping through but maybe it's just hard work for the server to do it because there's so many maybe maybe baby that's what it is yeah yeah where will I be slimmer I can't answer I can't answer that okay so it's starting to come up number 17 is the 17th of April 2018 ah this is looking good, it looks like I do have the dates for all of them just need to wait for it to open up it looks like I started in April

2018 maybe it was March ah yeah so I don't know why I thought it was like January or February but it wasn't, it was March still the beginning of the year isn't it so the very first little boy to sleep was the 27th of March 2018 so it's two years and five months that I've been doing this this podcast and the first recording was 28 minutes and 13 seconds long the next one was the 28th of March 20 minutes and 36 seconds third one 29th of March 2018 22 minutes 19 so you see it was

a short recording it was starting to develop a little bit, the fourth one 30th of March 2018 52 minutes 23 and then you've got the 5th, 6th and 7th 27 minutes, 39 minutes 36 minutes and then it gradually started to get longer because I ran originally, I was never originally going to be talking for an hour an hour why would I do that oh yeah I can see once I got to episode 18 20th of April just under an hour, 19 was just over an hour 20 just under 21 just over 22 just over 23

just under 24 just over so basically from yeah from April mid April 2018 that's when it started to be long and it pretty much stayed that way I rarely do one less than an hour occasionally I do but usually they're over an hour sometimes an hour and a half yes I have to cook some food and I don't want to ever so lazy yeah they're all over an hour apart from one I did here 7th of August only 39 minutes didn't do anything on my birthday 20th oh well just trying to get it back now

so it doesn't say the well I was going to wonder if it would tell me how many oh I know I know I know I know how to do that I know how to do that so go to my website click on that ok right so let me bore you to sleep all together but that does include 9 of the Jason's bedtime story times 561 hours and 51 minutes 561 hours ridiculous it's absolutely ridiculous 561 hours I mean it would take you 20 over 23 days solid without a break 23 solid days in a row

to listen to the podcast wow so what was it 561 561 divided by 8 so if you listened for 8 hours a day it would take 70 days or if you listened 40 hours a week it would take 14 weeks so yeah and that's 70 divided by 5 yes 14 so if you listened for 8 hours a day 5 days a week Monday to Friday 8 hours a day it's been 14 weeks listening and you wonder why I don't transcribe blimey you probably don't wonder why I don't transcribe it's more a question to myself and

you wonder why I don't transcribe yeah that's why 14 blimey absolutely ridiculous 14 weeks I wow that would mean I'd be able to listen to my podcast 3.

7 times a year so I couldn't I mean it's 14 weeks that's more than a quarter of a year isn't it wow take over a quarter of a year 4 months and 2 weeks just to listen to me babbling on about nothing at all ever that's good isn't it I'm just ever so excited about the whole thing I'm so excited and I can't hide it I want to know if they will know that I'm here I'm so excited diddly doo dee breeches ba da ba da ba da ba da ba da ba da if you

only knew that I love you would you know that I love you too and I thought one day we could meet up and play and then get married for a while for a while perhaps then we could travel across America and stalk Harry Styles Harry Styles ya bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum oh wow someone just posted a thing on facebook and it says touch it if it works leave me a well call I thought I pressed it

it says GOOL G O O L and it's a football I think it's supposed to say GOOL G O O L I don't know I do sometimes I look at a Facebook and I think really see yeah I love these this advert continuously design no app video create a beautiful ebook in two minutes from the blog Facebook MS Word or Google Docs yeah but you've got to have content to start with what I want is create your ebook from a podcast that's what I need create ebook from podcast come on then no no create ebook

from podcast nothing see oh wait a minute turn your podcast into a money-grabbing no generating ebook step one pick a theme step to translate your audio to text edit the content design your cover format the interior upload price and promote yeah but say how translate you know I see what the steps is it translate your audio to text if you don't already have full transcripts of your show episodes you will need to get them now okay you could do this process manually or can I yes thanks however each hour of audio takes around four hours

to manually listen to type rewind and listen to brain to translate yep I know an easier option is to use an automatic transcription provider like happy scribe to convert the audio for you the price the process is quick inexpensive and accurate okay let's have a look at happy scribe let's see how much it costs shall we yeah I love these websites we don't even tell you how much they're going to charge you come on tell me how much it's going to cost that's the thing I want to know formats integration generate why would you just

happy scribe come on prices resources pricing okay here we go in pricing eventually so pay for what you need one hour one hour 12 pound one hour of all so this recorded because they more than 12 pound to get transcribed now what I'll tell you something sometimes it winds me up this fine so 20 hours would cost me 20 hours 20 hours for 240 dollars or was that euros I think that's euros 240 dollars 50 hours so now it's gone down so it would be 600 but it's doing it for 480 so 74 hours as

far as it goes up to bear in mind I've got what five about thousand two three thousand so 74 hours would be 710 euros Wow ever so cheap that's not cheap I suppose it's cheap if you've got money anything's cheap if you've got enough to cover it it's 12 pound an hour 12 I think it's 12 euros so I'm not quite sure how that works out compared to the pound but 12 euros an hour based on that if you three hours a day so let's say 20 hours a week I do 20 hours I need

transcribing every week I'll come 20 240 euros a week to transcribe those 20 hours 240 euros a week it's a fair bit isn't it yeah well I would prefer someone else to do it for me it's because you know the four hours per it's if I had to take four hours for each recorded and I've got 20 hours a week it's 80 hours of transcribing which is something that I'm not gonna be doing and that's 16 hours a day five days a week yeah just give you an idea like eight hours a day working so

16 hours so I'm not quite sure how it'd work out 80 hours divided by 7 no 80 divided by 7 11 hours 11.

4 hours a day transcribing every day bearing in mind I also need to make the recordings which isn't gonna happen because that needs another five or six hours or five hours you know with the editing and all the stuff making recordings and editing them uploading them and all that stuff yeah but then spending 240 euros a week I'd need to be selling stuff with my books yeah I do wonder let me have a think let me look at something.

If I go back to my website Jasong and then I go to that podcast there's 174 hours for the relaxation and stress podcast 174 hours so going back to that 174 I'm already gone I said 174 so what's 174 what's half of that 87 87 so yeah about six fifteen hundred euros to transcribe all of those Wow Wow Wow yeah I don't think it's gonna happen it might do you never know I'm gonna suddenly I'm just looking out for a service that does it online that I can just get it done without to pay but

I messed up and if you remember a while back I thought I had a really good deal for a podcast and they ended up charging me trying to charge me 400 pounds for overuse of the transcribing the transcriptions weren't even very good anyway in the end they pulled it down to about a hundred yeah that was a weird week oh dear oh dear oh dear oh dear so that's gonna be the end of this recording I'd like to thank you very very very much for partaking and it's been a wonderful wonderful experience wonderful glorious so

remember please remember to be kind to yourself because you deserve to be happy do something nice for yourself lots of love bye
