Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name's Jason Newland and this is Let Me Bore You to Sleep. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. Now, the last few episodes of this and my other podcasts, I've not mentioned my website address because it's not actually live at the moment due to not being able to pay for the monthly um, is it a subscription? I don't know, whatever the website host calls it.

So that won't be up until probably Wednesday if I can afford to put it back up. I hope I haven't lost everything on the website but I cancelled it before the payment was due because it was due on the I think it was due on Tuesday, it's now Saturday and I cancelled it before that otherwise what they did last time is they go to take a payment out and if the payment doesn't go out the first time they keep trying and they keep trying and they don't give you the opportunity. You can't cancel it or close the site, you can't do it while it's in that process.

So I had to close it before that process and the podcast, I'll put my different glasses on so I can read my phone, a podcast, I think is it 72 pound, I think, what is it, 72 dollars, that's due on Tuesday, this Tuesday coming, so what is it now, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, yeah so that's due on Monday or Tuesday and I'm not going to be able to pay that either. Isn't things great? It's just I think because the the vet fees and bills and all that you know just general stuff so I haven't just haven't got the money to cover it so I'm hoping that they'll give me a bit of a leeway for that one but you know I mean that'd be way worse if I lost the podcasts it's like a thousand times worse than losing a website.

I can build another website and I can rebuild all the podcasts while I've got all the recordings saved.

However that's a that's a huge job and then I have to start adding them to the podcast places like Spotify and Apple and it just means that thousands of people wouldn't be able to gain access to my recordings because they'll be going to a certain page and it's not there anymore. So yeah so I'm hoping you know I just need to get through this just have another bill come through so bills what I don't know how can anybody call their child bill honestly I never want to hear the word bill again. So I've got my electric gas and my water bill so that comes to 110.

I owe 40 pounds which I borrowed to get me through this week that's 150 pounds gone straight away. Well I next get paid. Wow and then I've got oh who knows what's next let me have a look just out of interest I'm telling you way too much personal stuff here but don't know my account sign in that's it so this is the catalog.

So where's my next bill due for that one next payment due the 7th of the 8th oh it's not too bad then and does it say what okay let's see what's the right 99 pound 99 it's got to be paid on the 7th of August so that's for the catalog so yeah that's a bunch of money and yeah so if anyone does want to help me out I've taken the adverts off so there's no adverts on the website on the podcast rather because every time I put them on I get complaints so I'm lucky if

I can get a day of adverts on there without people complaining so I just just give it up on them the adverts would cover me for all my costs but what can I do I mean I'm trying to offer a service to help people and the adverts if the adverts are not helping people then it's doing the opposite isn't it you know I mean I just don't want to not here to annoy people I could I don't have to come online to annoy people I just have to leave my house just go to the garage

or the local shop and annoy people there don't have to do all this oh dear um I need to read oh there's a couple of things I'm going to read out on Natalie Natalie's uh Facebook page um that's what I'll do I'll click on that so that's there okay um so other things oh yes if you do want to help I've posted on Facebook to ask for help but I haven't really had any response this time but I'm not going to complain because people have helped in the past loads so I'm not um I'm grateful

I'm grateful that people listen really I can't believe it sometimes that anyone even listens to me you know uh so that's that's pretty cool um a little well a little bit worried that you know that things are going a bit poo-shaped but that's all right it's you know I've got enough um um I've been stocking up on some stuff so I'll be okay you know for quite a while things like washing up powder not powder the capsules for washing washing not washing up washing clothes I've got enough to last me for months and months so

that's good so yeah generally things are good it's just uh my yeah so my paypal is what is it jason what's it paypal.me forward slash jason newland paypal.me forward slash jason newland or you could just go to paypal.com and just my email address is jason newland at hotmail. co.

uk which is a place that you can send millions of dollars so yeah good to uh it'd be good to even just get back to above water level you know instead of below water but we'll we'll get back just takes time doesn't it takes time but I genuinely can't afford month in month out to pay for this service anymore and so I'm not quite sure what to do because you know because I've got so many okay I probably could get away without the website but it seems a shame because I do get visitors to the

website and I don't know for some reason I feel a little bit more legit when I've got a website but I could you know technically not one person's asked me where my website is in the last week and normally I do get people so where's your website can't can't get on there so no one's even noticed uh with the podcasts that'd be a different thing because then I wouldn't be anywhere to you were able to listen to me or any of my podcasts because they'd be gone so that would be a bit uh weird a

bit of a strange thing and you know I can't even get a cheaper podcast host because the one I've got I think they're really good a Spreaker who I use it's a really really good podcast host because they have unlimited unlimited downloads unlimited uploads I think the length is limited to five hours which is pretty good you can broadcast live which I'm planning to do on my birthday by the way on the 26th of August which is next month I want to do a live like a radio show live audio podcast a live yeah a

live one so I'm not going to be on YouTube I'm not going to be on Facebook doing a live video because I don't want to do don't want to be on video but I'd like to do a live recording and not recording you know live broadcast and so that's that's my plan I'll let you know closer to the time if you get interested to listen and to partake in such an adventure and so I think the good thing about Spreaker is because it's quite unlimited and it's really good to share with other places and it's

not because people listen to me on Spreaker because not many people do I get I do get some and also well I haven't had it lately last week but I get people listening to my recordings on my website as well which is embedded from Spreaker but it's the you know Spotify, Google, Google Podcasts, Apple Podcasts, Stitcher you know all those ones they're the ones where people hear me but it's not it's not on their server it's on Spreaker's server so yeah it's uh and I've got so many I've literally got so many recordings that last

just so long and they with Spreaker they go by the amount of hours you have so my last thing which I think was about £35 a month or $35 a month or something and that was for our 1500 hours now I've got who knows I've got unlimited hours so I can have as I can have as many thousands as I want for the $72 a month but that's with 30% discount if what they can do is if it runs out and it gets stopped and then I you know open up again I might be able

to save my stuff but then I'll be paying I don't know what 30% to work it out oh okay 72 plus 30% so 2160 plus 72 that's not right really 72 plus 30% equals 93 now they must be giving me high access I think the standard rate is 400 and something dollars a month let me check that out Spreaker prices Spreaker prices our plans so I started off with the $18 a month which is actually $20 it's $18 a month you pay yearly and which I never do it's $20 a month if you pay for

it monthly and you know there's a limit on how many they've got the first one is free which is I think three three hours or something then I moved up to oh yeah it starts off on air talent that's it blimey so there's a free one then it goes to on air talent $7 a month paid monthly there is Anchorman which is $50 a month paid monthly no blimey no Broadcaster which is $20 a month paid monthly then Anchorman which is $50 a month paid monthly which is $1500 and then I think what I've got

is Publisher although I'm looking at this and I'm a bit I'm a bit curious because I think they've updated it so I think they're leaving me with the plan I've got but according to this the Enterprise plan is Publisher $120 a month I imagine probably have to pay yearly but it's $120 a month 60,000 downloads included plus $2 for every additional 1000 downloads wow wow that's scary that's not and I think I've looked at that before 60 downloads is that all and I get a hundred and this month probably about 140 to 150,000 downloads so

that that would be huge amounts of money I'm pretty sure my because that's professional so why is that oh that's weird that's very strange upgrade you have a plan to drive you we have a plan to drive your success why doesn't tell me what I'm on most popular wow so yeah I'm pretty sure my one was supposed to be £120 so $120 rather a month and then they gave me the discount which makes it $72 I think I think so oh man oh anyway I can't find it it's easier on a laptop oh settings good

things I've had 1.

5 million 521,000 downloads this week so far 26,851 which oh three six nine oh this is maybe yeah maybe it'll be 130,000 this month anyway so I'd like to avoid having to offer the looks of it that's going to be impossible to do if if they sent me back because they did this with a quite a few different podcasts I've had in the past I think what was it called SoundCloud I was with them for about 10 years I think on and off and they did a thing so if you was with them I think

it was eight dollars or eight pounds a month and then they put the price up to nine then they put the price up to ten and I remember I it might even be more than 10 now so when I deleted my account I went up back and I had to pay the full price so so far with Spreaker they don't always give me the full price to start with but then they kind of offer it later on so I don't know what's going to happen it's not till November I think when this current subscription ends

so whether or not they offer me the discounting so if they don't it's going to be about 120 dollars a month hopefully with the same the same facilities because they put me on that enterprise plan I'm in trouble 60 downloads 60 000 downloads part of the plan so even on like a quiet month which is 120 000 so 60 times by two so that's another 120 dollars that's on 120 000 downloads so it's 240 it'll cost me 240 dollars a month and to get one to get 120 000 downloads is I don't know how I

would get that low it's going to be you know very unlikely to get that you know to get that low so it's not going to happen and that's a below average month now 130 140 150 I'm heading towards I think I'm about 130 now I'm heading towards 150 a month 150 000 a month I suppose the only way to combat it would be to I don't know I'd have to just I mean there is a way of doing it let's have a drink there is a way of doing it I suppose I could reduce the

recordings that are on the podcasts and I have played around with this in the past so I could cancel cancel the subscription until it finishes and they close it and then book into a different one so I could join the let's say the 18 20 a month one which I think is about I think it's 500 hours so I could go to that one 20 a month only leave the last 20 recordings on each of my podcasts so for example the let me go to sleep I think this is number 453 so if I just

took 433 off and just left the last you know the most recent 20 recordings and then did that with the deep sleep whisper so I've got about 251 so take off 231 over there just leave the last 20 and do that with all the recorded so it should be 2 4 6 8 10 then I've got to look at the hours so 220 20 hours yeah I could easily do it so yeah I could do that so maybe maybe that's the way to do it that's the way to do it it just means you won't

be able to listen to the other stuff they'll be gone they'll be good forever and ever because well I suppose I could put it onto the website but I think if I'm gonna lose the podcast you know to that level where and I'll be getting a lot of you I'll still be getting probably I still get how do they I mean I still get thousands of downloads a day but not at the level it is now because if people do still listen to the old stuff so I probably wouldn't bother to work with the website

anymore then I think my motivation would just go you know I mean I think part of my motivation is seeing the the audience grow and it's it's exciting for me so not exciting for anyone else but for me it's I mean for other podcasters obviously but it's I don't know I quite like it so you know I've done what is kind of normal as far as I've built it up started off with the free one went on to the on-air talent which was seven dollars a month then went on to the twenty dollars a month

one then went on to the fifty dollars a month one and then I moved on to the the most the highest level because that was what was required for what I for my for what I needed I'm just wondering do you reckon they made the enterprise they changed it because it's costing them so much to house me because it really costs two dollars per one thousand downloads which is kind of how they're talking so they give me sixty thousand downloads for one hundred and twenty dollars a month and every other thousand dollars every other thousand

downloads is two dollars a month which kind of thing oh okay so I'm paying them seventy two dollars a month for something they should probably charge they should be getting maybe at least two hundred and forty thousand plus two hundred forty dollars a month plus instead of the seventy two dollars again from me but then I've been with them for years so that does interest me I'm almost interested in asking them but you know giving them a call and saying oi enlighten me I need some info please tell me how this works so yeah I

don't know that's weird that is very strange how strange it's a public profile oh our deep sleep whispers got 252 episodes hypnosis for sleeping deeply 814 episodes jason illins free hypnosis service 596 episodes let me boy to sleep 458 episodes but that's because I've got the story time recordings on there as well relaxation hypnosis for stress and anxiety 234 episodes relaxation hypnosis podcast 299 episodes but nobody really goes there to listen to them uh self-help hypnosis 267 episodes but nobody seems to go there to listen to them either sleep hypnosis weekly 59 episodes sleep insomnia

hypnosis 795 episodes sleep relax hypnosis with music 62 episodes so and I've got a few others but they're just like small amounts of episodes so out of all those hypnosis for sleeping deeply is my most popular podcast yep are there 298 907 total downloads from that podcast that's quite a lot really okay which is it yeah I think so wow not a lot today though Saturday is quite a weird day I don't the weekends I don't get the sort of same stats the same downloads as the rest of the week so yesterday I got 1066

downloads for that podcast today so far and it's half to the afternoon 260 and let me give you an idea 50 I don't know what day it is today but the last podcast and let me boy to sleep was the Facebook Scammer 16th of July 164 downloads on that podcast and number six Jason Storytime Little Red Riding Hood 296 downloads so you know let me boy to sleep on the 10th of July the perks of being a bra fitter 457 downloads this is hard I try and get an idea of like what can I do

to we're trying to learn if I learn from the stats so I can give people what they want because that's kind of the main aim but I can't always do it oh yeah happy birthday to Rihanna Greer hi Rihanna Greer happy birthday I love you says Andre um oh my stomach just made a weird noise if you hear any banging it's just doors being they're not so much being slammed it's people letting the doors close on their own that makes sense because we've got these new doors in one two three four of the flats out

of six I've got new doors I say new um two of them are quite new the other two have been here for about five years so but it's still like you know nice doors but they're heavy and they just close on their own so if you and they're built that way it's a fire fire protection thing but not everybody has the ability to you know close it quietly so it doesn't disturb the other people in the building I mean people are just wired differently aren't they and it's a complicated thing it's got to be very

very difficult to I guess to be considerate it's I mean I never really understood why it was complicated but having been around for quite a long and lived in quite a long time and lived in lots of different shared accommodations consideration is something that I've not experienced a huge amount of from other people so I'm guessing it's a really complicated process like a brain must be very difficult for the brain to do that's that's all I can I can I can't imagine any other reason because it seemed quite simple you consider it because you want

to don't want to wake someone up or disturb them and in the hope that they'd like do the same but that seems very complicated for for many people I'm you know going back to the age of well I was a teenager when I was living on my own and you know now 103 so it's been I've seen hundreds of people who lived with hundreds of people over the years that I remember once I was living in this place and there was every Saturday morning my landlady would do the vacuum cleaning and I heard her once

her door came up because it was my cousin she said she said something to mom and mom says shush Jason's in bed what she's doing the vacuum cleaning banging everything you know with that like you know it's natural isn't it to do that with a vacuum I don't know why she was banging the ceiling but like banging everything including my bedroom door got lovely shush Jason's asleep am I yeah sure I am man it's funny it's funny hearing people trying to be quiet then that's the hardest time isn't it like early hours of the morning

you know when you're really trying to be quiet and everything just falls off the table and everything squeaks you know you open a door and like suddenly it's the squeakiest door on the planet it's like how did that happen when did that happen oh yeah it's uh so if I was gonna wait for it to for the people living there to just shut up or to just you know I'd never make a recording it's just I have to just go with what is now I have to just accept that there's going to be sound in

the background so if that's an issue I'm sorry to be fair it's an issue for me I don't like it but there you go I uh I have to mind you my stomach's making some weird noises I think it's time for yummy yummy food food time my stomach goes feed me almost sounds like you know when you empty your bath and all the water's gone and it's just that last bit of like you know that's what my stomach just sounded like which is weird so I um what have I got to do oh I've been

in bed all day and I was in bed all night and I didn't see the point in because some of the neighbors have got kids staying over the weekend so I know it's gonna be which doesn't bother I don't care it's kids and we're all kids want me so but I know it's not going to be like quiet quiet so I thought well what I'll do is I'll try and just be asleep during the night get up during the day and you know that way I it'll be groovy but I'm tired now I think I

slept too much oh yeah so Andre seems to be fairly good I put he's got the black bag which um my friend downstairs gave me when I took him to the vet when I came back he said he can keep the bag and so I did and Andre's been sleeping in that bag at times but it's been underneath this table and then he's got the blue behind the door which is normally um open he has a white light can you hear that it's the bathroom light click click click click click click but why would you

even need the bathroom light on during the day and showing a bath then of course you would when you you don't want people because those windows in bathrooms they don't yeah you can't see every mole can you on the not the moles would be having baths but you can't you can't see everything you can still see the person you can still see that they're like not got any clothes on and trust me I've done a survey I've looked through all of the bathroom windows at night in the local area and I'm surprised I'm I haven't

well I'm surprised sometimes I take Andre for a walk and I can see there's someone just standing there like oh I have to look away if I I don't want to see that I generally don't bless him Andre's just run out of his bag he's run through the tunnel the new tunnel that he got from Lillian and uh I don't know what he's doing he's just staying in the tunnel oh hello mate you all right you okay you want to give daddy cuddles give daddy cuddles oh he's let a stink off oh man proper stink

like really why have you let a stink off you're not stuck are you I know he's not stuck because you're making a lot of noise sometimes he gets his nails stuck in things and he he lets the whole world know and then he does let a stink off because he's angry or he's upset or whatever whatever the emotion he is he's not scared he doesn't get scared but it looks to me like he's gonna just he's just hanging out inside the he loves that new tube loves it so Lilliaty sent that and it was he

loves it he's in there right now he loves it he likes being in places that I can't get to him now of course I could pick it up and just turn it upside down I wouldn't do that but he doesn't know that so he's he thinks he's like hidden from me and I can't get to him and he likes that and that's why in the summer he hides behind the kitchen um the cooker as opposed to the bedroom cooker and the bathroom cooker so yeah he actually hides behind the cooker but I think that's because

in the summer in the summer we did have a summer last month this month this seems to have gone away but it's when it's hot I think that's the coolest place in the whole flat he loves it over there and just goes to sleep and uh then I worry because I'm you know if I'm going to cook something I have to try and get him out from behind there because I don't want him getting burnt I don't know if he could get burnt being behind there but I imagine it'd get hot wouldn't it but what

I did is in the old bag he had that he broke he had the blue t-shirt and a blue jumper that was mine that I used to wear and he used to love and he still loves that blue jumper and he was sleeping on it behind the door so what I've done I put the blue jumper inside the bag and put the bag behind the black door behind the door he hasn't moved from there apart from now on and when I was in bed he didn't bother me once normally he's in and out at least

every hour or two licking my face and I kind of like it not the licking being licked but not weird I'm weird but not not that weird but I quite like him wanting my attention because he's so self-sufficient you know he just almost doesn't need me at all but last night nothing didn't doors closed but it's not closed I've got a jumper on top of the door so there's open enough for him to just get in and out of but I think it's made him a bit lazy and also part of the reason with this

light on he didn't I don't think he was getting proper sleep but now he's inside the bag he hasn't got the light on him when it's on so he's asleep for longer he's probably getting better quality sleep now because you know that he loves being inside a bag he does and the other one I had to get I can't have him in there because it it's just warmed to bits and I do need to get another bag that I can take him out in because that one it's not suitable for that it's it's a backpack

it's not an animal bag you know the bag I got him for him was because it had like you might have seen it in pictures and stuff but it's got holes at the top you know specifically for traveling with a small animal and so you can breathe through the things and you can see through it as well and it's a really good bag but I had it for I had it for nearly five years and four years four and a half years and it's just worn out so I need to get another one of those

I'll just keep putting it off but at the moment as far as sleeping goes that back there is perfect in fact it might even be better than the other one because no light can get into it and there's enough room for him to move around you know and that's so funny he just came out the other end of the of the tube he was looking around genuinely as if he were looking around like how did that happen why was the tube moving and now he's climbed into the bag and he's happy bless him see I've

tried to sort of by closing the door a bit I'm blocking off some of the noise from maybe the hallway and stuff I'm trying to get onto a used to being in here I don't mind him walking around and stuff but it's the kind of late at night when he's scratching at the front door so I'm hoping if he spends a bit more time he'll get used to sort of spending most of his time in this room especially at night see without long I'm gonna have to put him in his cage and because he's been

so good I'm gonna see if I can get out away without putting him in his cage for a bit apart from when I need to you know if I'm doing a recording in like a deep sleep whisper one and stuff because it's either that or do it when he's so fast asleep and I'm sitting there doing the recording but at the same time not really knowing when he's going to arrive you know he's going to start push the door open in the bedroom door like ta-da guess who's back I'll put in hi Andre hi daddy

guess who's back and guess who's awake and guess who's really awake really really full of beans full of beans you know it's like okay Andre but did you have to wear a cape take the cape off you're annoying me now blessing I did take a really cool picture of him um last night I'll probably upload it yeah I might upload it later and I don't think I'm gonna bother posting asking for help on Facebook because I don't know it just seems like I'm begging and I'm not not at all you know I just got a

lot of expenses and I can't blah blah it's boring even too boring for me to talk about oh look I just found some socks on the way to go I wonder who they are um so it's Saturday today what actual date is it what date Saturday 18th of July um tastes really really weird I went on I was watching on YouTube yeah creative writing just writing basically on YouTube on television but YouTube's not logged into any account at all so I'm looking at writing must have watched Stephen King um talking about you know how he

writes and a few other people and now on my Facebook creative writing adverts oh wow it's like probably not a coincidence I don't think there's any others oh another one want to create a beautiful e-book in two minutes um some more other things metro psychology's BBC radio wow amazes me what some people post they probably think they're so bad at me and why do you keep posting these podcasts I'm never gonna listen to them well why are you on my Facebook page then there's no point I'm a illicit friend obviously wow this is cool I

like this I like it a lot there's this um advert and it's got was advertising pictures for fashion clothes and the men are wearing skirts brilliant um I think that'd be cool and petticoats underneath the skirts as well I say go for it I'm not personally I don't I think skirts would be a bit too restricting you know I like to have my be able to open my legs wide not wide but you know I think with skirts you're only limited to how mind you that might be good for posture because if your legs can

only open a certain width then that might be quite good for your spine to keep it in line which then means your shoes will shine oh I can get my own mobile app hear that my stomach again all right then stomach so what I'm gonna have I'm gonna have some cream crackers by the way if you hear this out listen um that's just my bare arms raising up from the um the arm rests of this chair that I listen that I make recordings in and I've been trying to edit out that sound for my recordings

and I can't be bothered anymore it takes ages you know sometimes it might not sound like it because you wouldn't know what it sounded like originally but sometimes I will spend an hour or more editing a recording just to take out background sounds and um you know before I used to try and take out sounds of Andre but I'll leave that in now because Andre's got a lot of fans out there but like noises like this I'm not usually that's all I normally edit out but I'm going to leave them in um it takes ages

when I worked out years ago if you're really going to edit properly properly edit which includes maybe replacing words saying them again and putting them back in and you know pasting them in so it makes sense it worked out about four minutes editing per one minute of recording because I actually spent I think it was 10 days building the stop smoking podcast I did well the pod stop smoking course 10 days fully non-stop because my landlady and landlord were on holiday on a cruise I think and it was I think it was a summer and

I decided I'd take this time and I'm gonna really go go to town this was about 2000 and put that 2009 I'd say roughly and I spent all day every day with breaks whenever I had a break I'd watch prison break in my break and I bought my little television into the kitchen and I watched it I had my meals in the kitchen normally I'd have them sitting on my lap in the bed or on the bed it's lovely choir I'm just really nice to and I spent all that time and because it was a

detached house there weren't any neighbors the only things that was is a bit of wind and you know back a bit of background sound from that door rattling and stuff but that's another thing that's part of you know it's quite an old house and someone had all growled but that that would almost be perfect scenario for me now obviously I've made sure that none of the doors rattled but I could if I didn't have any neighbors that'd be cool as far as being able to have you know practically complete silence but that isn't a possibility

and my shed oh man a shed that's in my bedroom is so hot so hot I practically have to be naked in there to make a recording and it's hard to breathe and there's zero ventilation and the reason my ventilation because that lets in sound so I'm not sure what I'm going to do what I might do is remove all the outer packaging that I put on there all the stuff that I put on there to soundproof it and I don't know if that caused it should have cooled the shed down to not have because

it's literally covered in plastic all around it plus it's got soundproofing inside not completely all of it so yeah I'm just gonna look at that because it's too hot I did think about if I got you know those things that you can take for picnics those the blue containers you fill with water freeze them and then you stick them in there they just cool down the basket or the the whatever you happen to be having your food in you put them at the bottom of the basket or the bottom of the bag you know cooler

bags I thought if I got a few of those and stuck them underneath the chair they've got this little portable chair in there or maybe I don't ask but I made a little vest with the with the more um like connected so it's sort of I might have to wear a t-shirt on top or underneath I've seen some designs of vests like that so I'll maybe do that but just something to cool the air in there and maybe get a it's got this there's got to be ways of doing it but I did a recording

of each sleep one and then I did a relaxation one afterwards and I fell asleep during the relaxation one and I think it was because it's so hot and the lack of oxygen I think it sent me to sleep and I was half awake trying to what did I just say what did I just say and hoping that I hadn't said anything too strange and I carried on but I think those kind of recordings are quite powerful when the person's actually talking about going to sleep and then they do they are falling asleep that energy

passes through I think or am I not I don't know to me I think you can hear someone saying go to sleep go to sleep go to sleep hey go relax five four three two one name of x five four three two one never lecture licks never lecture ears never lecture one nine four three two one even if they're saying the correct words and speaking really fast and it doesn't suit me personally just because of the way I am but I can't imagine it really being particularly useful for anyone to be talking really fast and

I suppose you know stage hypnosis and that but even then yeah I don't really see how that would work apart from people that talk really fast themselves then because I imagine some people who talk really fast would get frustrated with me because of how slow I naturally talk I mean this is my normal natural speaking speed apart from when I'm a bit excited so okay so this is my excited speed so it's like slightly faster but it's uh I'm really excited it's like doesn't this doesn't much go faster but higher so yeah that's a lovely

present thank you very much yeah I'd love to ride on your pony you know as an example so it's getting excited I suppose I do talk a little bit faster but this is my comfortable speed maybe I'm a little bit faster in real life I don't know talking wise but you know if I if I had someone talking I think I do speed up to try and match the person I'm with otherwise I don't get a word in um so but then I think it's much easier just to do a monologue than have a dialogue

you know it's no interruptions then then I get to choose a topic I want to talk about I haven't got to sit there pretending to listen so I'm going to go thank you very much for being a part of this wonderful wonderful experiment it's been a great great few years it's been a lovely I have really enjoyed the last 14 and a half years it's been a great experience and I really wish you all the best yes yes so I go remember remember to be kind to yourself because you deserve to be happy genuinely you

do so do something nice for yourself today and every day just be gentle if any if anyone in your life anyone that deserves for you to be gentle to yourself so please do that so see you soon lots of love bye
