Hello and welcome to LetMeBoreYouToSleep.com My name is Jason Newland and this is Let Me Bore You To Sleep. Please only listen to this when you can safely close your eyes. Now, I hope that you are well and I was hoping to talk like this all the way through the whole recording but I'm not sure if I'm able to keep this kind of fast pace up.

So, I may need to slow down a bit because it's hard to keep up with myself. It's like trying to chase Speedy Gonzales which is a reference that only people over the age of 40 would probably know about. I used to watch Speedy Gonzales when I was about seven and it was still on television when I was in my teens.

So, I'm just relaxing in my big black squeaky chair and although I don't really know what I am going to talk about, I have already noticed that I am starting to really feel tired because there seems to be something quite calming about talking in this way. More tired than I normally feel when I make these Let Me Bore You To Sleep recordings for this podcast that is aimed at helping you to fall asleep because I am already feeling so relaxed and tired. Really, really, really tired and sleepy.

It's as if my whole body has gone to sleep and also my mind has slowed really, really slowed down to the speed of how I'm speaking. It becomes harder to try or even to attempt to think about any thing whatsoever because all I do is sleep because sleeping feels so pleasant and comfortable, so deep, relaxing and calming in as your healing energy spreads throughout your body, mind, healing all of those parts of your body that requires healing at this moment. In time, allowing your to shut down completely and drift away into a safe and deeply relaxing sleep.

There is that tiredness feeling increases. It seems as if sleeping deeply must happen because once you experience that sleepiness that is so strong and inviting you to join in with that deep, deep sleep that has taken over your body, mind in such a way that allows that natural healing to take place within your body and mind as your whole body feels completely safe and peaceful as your mind so feels completely safely, completely sleepy, completely sleepy, completely sleepy.

Paragraph spacing and recurring name or title errors have been tidied. Because this began as a voice transcription, an occasional word or piece of punctuation may still be incorrect.
