Although I do wonder about that sharing videos because I don't know, usually videos that are shared on Facebook are usually like exciting or funny or I don't know if this is really a sharing type of video. You know, here mum, look what I've thought.

You know, here, share it to the people that you work with in a call centre. And instead of a funny cat doing somersaults into a big bucket of blancmange, you've got me talking about nothing. So yeah, I'm not sure.

But if you would like to share that'd be brilliant. So the new thing, the new thing is is I am broadcasting this live on my website. So you can actually go to my website, jasonnewland.com and that this is being broadcast streamed on the website, which I think is quite cool.

So of course you can watch it on YouTube, you can, but if you click on it, if you click on the link on Facebook or Twitter or any of the other things, it will bring you to YouTube. And I'm going to be doing that with future live streams.

It seems quite a, I don't know, I quite like the idea of broadcasting stuff on my website. I mean, technically I could probably, I could probably do live podcasts as well. Yeah, probably.

So I should just have the little exciting warning of, I don't like the word warning, but just make sure you only listen or watch this video when you can safely close your eyes. Because this, let me bore you to sleep, number 69, lucky for some, is potentially, could potentially cause boredom and sleep. So there, there you go.

So I hope that you can, hope you enjoy listening to me. Yabber on for the amount of time that I do. I said in yesterday's, well actually it wasn't in yesterday's, it was today's, but it was, because I've already done one of these, but it was early hours of the morning.

It's now late afternoon. I'm drinking a cup of coffee and I really want to get a jumper with something where I could put my hands, because I really feel that I want to put my hands in the sides of my jumper and just rest them. So I can, you know, when you rest your shoulders, your shoulders feel really relaxed and your hands are in like this safe little, like a little womb for your hands.

It's nice. And your shoulders can relax because your arms are supported and your arms, your hands, your fingers, your shoulders, they don't need to do anything. They're just, not that they need to do anything now either, but it's just nice to have that degree of support.

But then I thought, wait, oh, I suppose I could just put my hands on my legs. It's the same result really, isn't it? It's just my hands are a bit further down my body by, I don't know how many inches it is, because I suppose standard pocket, you know, the standard pocket would be probably in line with the belly button, I'd imagine. So from the belly button down to the top of my thigh, bearing in mind my thigh is at a level because I'm sitting down and my feet are on the floor.

So it's probably not a great distance really. So in fact, my shoulders would probably be further down, probably already more relaxed. But I think it's boring myself.

So the point of these videos is solely to be boring. Solely to allow you to get in touch with that sense of just wanting to completely let go. Relax and no longer have that busyness, you know, in your mind.

It can no longer need to be present. You can just kind of dissipate and disappear and die. Diazepam and whatever other words begin with D. Derelict.

Daleks. I wonder how many words there are that begin with D. So I think D, I think of Darth Vader, but that's not really a word, it's a name, isn't it? But then is it a name if it's made up? Ah, see, I could think of a name, Bing Bong Pooey Head. It's not in the dictionary, I guess, but it's a word.

If Shakespeare can make words up and thousands of other people, hundreds of thousands of other people have made words up at some point throughout history, probably, then I can make words up. I mean, if you look at different dialects, accents around, just around my country, the amount of different words meaning different things, it's quite amazing. Well, not as amazing as space flight, I suppose, or I was going to say quantum physics, like I know what that is, but I've heard it's quite interesting.

I always liked the idea of being, I don't know, clever. I always fancied the idea of being kind of like intellectual, you know, always having an answer. But then I realized that I do always have an answer, but it's not always an intellectual answer.

And then that comes down to having an opinion. And human beings are just born with opinions. And it seems that those people that know the least about a subject will have the most opinions about that subject, which means I've got lots of opinions about lots of things.

But I don't bring those opinions into these sessions. Can't remember what they are, to be honest. I feel one of my goals in life, apart from to be taller, is to rid myself of as many of my beliefs and opinions that I can.

Just stuff that's not helpful. I'd love to just, you know, bit by bit, eradicate that stuff from my mind and from my life. And I know it's a lifelong adventure, that one.

But I look forward to reducing those ways that I'm supposed to think that, you know, society, family, teachers, television, media, kind of try to, you know, expect me to think a certain way. Because I never have. I try to accommodate them by trying to fit in.

But I kind of don't need to anymore. That's one of the good things about getting older and realizing that actually we're all getting older every day, realizing that some things don't really matter as much as maybe we used to think they did. Some things aren't worth getting.

Uptight about, for example, drinking coffee is not a first quencher, personally, for me. So I've got a dry throat. I want to lubricate my throat.

So I've got some coffee, as you can see. It's not whiskey or anything like that. It's just coffee.

It's not whiskey in a coffee. Do you like my mug? So I drink it. It's liquid.

It's gone down my throat. But I've still got a dry throat because it's coffee and it's not, it's something about the coffee. Maybe it's the dirt because ultimately coffee is just dirt, isn't it? So maybe it's the dirt in the water that does kind of takes away the coffee, the lubrication.

I don't think lubrication is the right word, but moistness, maybe moistness. And let me just have a look. I want to just play around with the screen for a minute.

So cancel. What can I do on here? Should I change the picture? There you go. Look at this.

Oh, that's very... Oh, I don't normally play around with the screens. If I do a sketch, it doesn't really look like a sketch though. It's not very good for the eyes.

I don't think I could do it in black and white, but then this one's got like a, it's kind of like an old movie because it's got bits of like little black bits, squiggling and sequitur, sepia. I look better in black and white because I don't look so red because I've got quite a red face, which I inherited. Thanks.

Oh, I thought suddenly I'd have a light bikini on or something. Dream. Oh, so I've gone on dream now and there's like a little vapors coming off of me as I move around.

I wonder if that is how I dream. I had a dream last night that I was actually giving myself a pep talk, which was weird. I gave myself a pep talk and the, I've been looking at like next year, 2019 because it's 2018 at the moment.

It's the 30th, I think. It's the last day tomorrow, like Monday, Sunday now, but Monday is the last day of the year. So it's New Year's Eve tomorrow, 2018.

So 2019, I've decided and I've put these things on my wall. In fact, I might try and let you have a little look if you can see it. Right on there, there's one, two, three, four, five things.

And the first one says, and this is for 2019, it says produce 1000 videos slash MP3s in 2019. So every video I do, I convert into an MP3 anyway. And every MP3 I do, I'm going to try and turn into a video also, you know, with graphics or something.

That's why it's in some ways, it's a lot easier just to do a live stream because then I don't have to worry about editing or making it fancy or anything like that. It can just be groovy as it is. So that's the first thing is to produce 1000 videos a year during 2019.

So far, I've got over 400 videos on YouTube. I think it's 450 something, but I've got over 800 MP3s on my website and on my SoundCloud podcast and on iTunes and stuff. Although iTunes only allows up to 250 tracks per podcast.

So but on my SoundCloud, my main podcast is 800, over 800. So technically, next year, if I'm able to hit that target, I'll have produced more in one year than I have done in the last 13 years, which is quite groovy, I guess. So in thinking about it, if I do one video a day, that works out.

So that's seven a week. There's one, two, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, well actually it won't be will it because in January, the week starts on Tuesday, but the week doesn't still start as the year starts on Tuesday. So I could, I suppose in my mind, I could kind of start it now, because it's on a Sunday now.

So maybe starting on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. So that's seven. And there'd be one, two, three, four, five, six, seven.

I know not every month has 30 days. Not every month has 31 days. Not every month has 29 days.

Not every month has 28 days. I'm sure there's, isn't there a month that has 27 days? March or something. So for example, I think January has 31 days.

So I've got Tuesday, the 1st of January. Then there's the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th of January, 7th of January, 8th of January, 9th of January, 10th of January, 11th of January, 12th of January, 13th of January, 14th of January, 15th of January, 16th of January, 17th of January, 18th of January, 19th of January, 20th of January, 21st of January, 22nd of January, 23rd of January. I'm trying to see the calendar from here.

24th of January, 25th of January, 26th of January, 27th of January, 28th of January, 29th of January, 30th of January, 31st of January. So that's 31 days which make up January 2019. So that would be 31 videos that would be made, recorded during January.

If I did one a day, I've only got the calendar open on January. I know it's technically, it's not January yet, but it's New Year's Eve tomorrow, which is Monday. So Tuesday will be the beginning of the year.

So I've got my calendar open ready. What I thought is, because I've got the calendar for Christmas, I've got the calendar and I thought, I know what I'll do. Shall I wait until January and put the calendar up onto the hook? Or should I just put it up now? And I thought about it.

I thought about like the pros and cons. And if I leave it until the new year, I might not put the calendar up until a few days into the new year. And sometimes it feels, this feels a bit strange to have not had the calendar up the whole of the year.

It's a bit like wearing, I don't know, ballet, doing ballet with only one sock. It's just, then I thought if I put it up early, isn't that a bit like opening your presents before Christmas? And then I thought, well, I don't really have presents really much these days. And also I had already opened the present before Christmas because the calendar was one of the presents.

So that argument kind of went out the window because I was too impatient. Because you think about it, a calendar is flat. It's like, what could it be? It could either be a calendar or it might be something interesting.

So I opened up the present just in case it was something that I'd want to have as a present. But it was a calendar. So, which is, it is handy to have calendars because, you know, sometimes I'll be sitting here and I'll think, what's the date? And instead of picking my phone up or looking at my laptop, I'll be able to just looking over to the wall over there and see what the date is.

Of course, it depends what room I'm in. If I'm on the toilet and I think, what's the date? I'll have to wait until, you know, everything's taken its course before I can venture into the living room to actually find out the date. Unless, of course, I remember what the date is.

Because that's a possibility, I suppose. Especially if I knew what the date was earlier, then there's a chance that I will re-remember. It's not really a word, is it? Re-remember.

Just remember. Re-re-re-remember. That's remembering four times, three times, two times, a lady.

I love you. So, yeah, I quite like calendars. But I quite, I like calendars that have got nice, I mean, the calendar I've got has got nice pictures.

It's very scenic. There's pictures of, in January, there's a picture of grass. And it's not a mountain.

It's kind of like a hilly area. The kind of place where I imagine a goat, like a really acrobatic, daredevil goat could get on top of it. And you'd look at it and think, how on earth did that goat get on the top of that bit of rock? But then you don't ask why it wanted to, because you can clearly see that there's a lot of grass on the top of that rock.

So it's got up there so it can have a little graze, a little something to eat. And then I think, well, it climbed up because it needed, maybe it was hungry, it needed to get there. It had that motivation.

But what's the motivation to get down again once you've eaten? I mean, I struggle to get motivated to do the washing up, nevermind climb down a rock. So it's very similar, isn't it? Climbing down a big rock after eating some grass is very much like washing up some dishes after having a meal, after cooking beans on toast. So there's grassy, kind of grassy bits of rock, kind of, that's in January, but I don't know what the other months entail.

So it's a lovely picture. In the past though, I've had pictures of ferrets. I mean, that would be, I think you can tell when someone doesn't really know you very well when they get you something with pictures that are generic like that.

It's anyone that knows what I love, they know that I want ferrets on them. I want ferrets. I want pictures of ferrets.

That's what I want. Or Elvis Presley or Shakin' Stevens. I love pictures.

I've had a couple of ferret, not diaries, what are they? Not catalogs. Calendars, yeah, calendars. I've had a couple of ferret calendars.

You know, no matter how cute the picture is of the ferrets, nothing compared to Andre, my little ferret that I've got here. So I could do 31 videos during January if I do one a day, starting on Tuesday 1st of January, moving down all through the month, which over the year would be 365 videos, which is a nice, a nice lot of videos. It's quite a few videos.

But if I did two videos a day, let's say, for example, one, Let Me Bore You To Sleep, and the other, Deep Sleep Whisper. And the Deep Sleep Whisper ones are the most popular ones that I have podcast-wise. They, for some reason, they're really popular on the podcasts.

So if I had two, so that means next month, well, January, it seems weird to say next month when it's only like a day away, or a day and a bit, because now it's probably getting on to about six o'clock in the evening, which means it's in 24 hours, it will be New Year's Eve, Eve, like evening. But that's what Eve stands for, isn't it, I suppose, unless, of course, it's a name. I mean, my niece is called Eva, Eva or Evie, Eva.

So I guess it's a name, isn't it? It doesn't stand for evening. So if I do two sessions during January, that will be 62, 31 times by two. So what's that, 30, 31.

I count 31, 41. So if I start at the beginning, so 31, and then the beginning of January, again, to do two. So 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71.

So I don't know how I managed to count up to 71 when it's two 31s. Let's try this again. 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62.

So that's how many, if I do two, videos each day of January. So that's two sessions a day over 31 days. That's 62 sessions, which is quite cool, isn't it? It's quite good.

So I'm just thinking 62. So 365 times by two. So 360, that's 720.

So 730. So 365 times by two, 730. I mean, just two a day takes me up to nearly equal to the amount that I'd already had produced over 13 years.

But if I did three a day, because my intention is to do one Let Me Bore You To Sleep every day, that's what I've got on my little, I was going to say my little wall. It's not a little wall. It's a wall-sized wall.

But I've got an envelope. I have these envelopes. I don't normally use envelopes to stick to the wall.

I don't normally stick things to the wall generally. But when I do decide to stick things to the wall, I usually use pieces of paper, like out of a A4 notepad, kind of, you know. But last night, or early hours of this morning, I decided to use envelopes.

I'll even show you one that I've got here. There you go. That's one of the envelopes.

Actually, it's like that, because I've been writing on the envelope. So I've got the Let Me Bore You To Sleep every day in 2019, to do one of these. And also to do a deep sleep whisper every day.

So that'll be something that I'll be looking to do as well. Then, so that'll take me up to 730 throughout the year. And I'm thinking maybe I can prepare a few sessions, just in case I'm not able to make any on a specific day, just to, so that I can still have them uploaded.

Because I think with YouTube, you can, used to be able to, I don't know if it's still the case, but you can upload something and put it, set it on a timer to be released, you know. The other thing I've got on my wall is, I'd like to have 10,000 subscribers on YouTube by the end of 2019. The most subscribers I ever had in the past was 3,000.

And that's back in 2011, which is when I had my most popular YouTube channel. And I, still the same bunch of videos I've got now, a lot of them. And I was getting about 45,000 views a month.

And it was growing and growing, you know. So just imagine how, what that would be like now. Be quite, quite a big channel.

So I'd like to grow this YouTube channel if I can, but that'd be groovy. And then by the end of 2019, I'd like to have a million views, because again, the most views I ever got on any of my YouTube channels was half a million. I'd like to kind of step it up and see if I can get a million views and just be funny, not funny, like rolling around on the floor laughing, like a lot of people do when they're reading Facebook messages and comments, you know, rolling around on the floor laughing.

So I worked in the comedy industry for a long, long time. Never once saw anyone rolling on the floor laughing. Even the funniest comedians didn't instill that reaction.

So yeah, that's the one, two, three, four, five. That's the five different things that I've kind of set my goals for for next year. There might be a few more added today even, but at the moment, produce 1,000 videos, which will also be 1,000 MP3s in 2019.

These are all for 2019. The next one is to have 10,000 subscribers on YouTube. The next one is to have 1 million views on YouTube.

The next thing is to do a let me boy to sleep every day and to do a deep sleep whisper every day. And I don't know what else I could do during 2019 as far as a regular session goes. Quite interested in maybe doing a few courses, maybe for things such as driving exams and, you know, maybe helping people to relax and to feel more confident coming up to maybe job interviews and stuff like that.

You know, so I might look at that and see. I mean, I think a lot of it will be just seeing how I feel and to seeing what grabs my enthusiasm, you know, because that's kind of what will get me motivated to do something. And another thing, I'm planning to grow this beard into the biggest, messiest beard so it looks like a beehive.

Yeah, that's one of my goals as well throughout 2019. Also, I quite like the idea of maybe joining a gym, but it needs to be close to where I live because there is a gym that's in town, but it's miles and miles and miles and miles away. And it's just a trek.

It's a real, like, journey to get there. So if I could find a gym that's close by, you know, walking distance, it doesn't take more than 20 minutes to walk to, then I think I'd be inclined to be a regular visitor to that, those premises, I think. And if I just go every day, don't put too much of a, you know, effort or make a big deal of it, I should, by the end of 2019, have been in relatively good shape, I suppose.

I mean, there is a place close by that has a swimming pool, but I don't know. For me, going into a public swimming pool is a little bit like, I feel like I'm an artist. And an artist, whether it's a sculptor or a painter, they don't like to show their unfinished work, you know.

And that's how I feel about my body. I don't want to unveil my body because it's not finished yet. It doesn't seem fair.

You know, I'd rather wait until it's fully finished, and then I'll unveil it and get into a swimming pool. There's still work to do, that's what I mean. Still a few finishing touches, a few little crinkles to iron out.

I don't know if the crinkle is the right word. Wrinkles, crinkles, crinkles, crinkles. That sounds like a strange word.

Crinkles. Hmm, I'm trying to think of what other New Year's, because these aren't New Year's resolutions. These are things that I'm going to try to aim to do.

It just happens to be, we're at the end of a year, coming towards a new year. So that's kind of where I'm coming from with this. It's not so much, I don't know, it's not so much that I've thought, oh, let's get some New Year's resolutions going, because that'll be exciting.

It's not really that. It's more trying to plan the year ahead. And even if I don't reach these targets, if I aim for those targets, I'll end up with a good result.

I think the thing missing out of that is the MP3 downloads. So I'd like to reach a million downloads across my various podcasts, June 2019. It's already heading that way already.

I've got, I'm getting, yeah, I'm getting quite a few podcasts, like downloads, monthly. So what's it, three. It's growing.

I don't know how many it is a month at the moment. It used to be 20,000 a month, which would be about 200,000 a year. No, 240,000.

But I changed the podcasts and those ones I've got now probably up to about maybe 7,000 a month. So they're growing, constantly growing. And probably by the end of January, they'll be up to about 20,000 a month, I'd say, 15,000.

And then they'll grow and grow. So I'm hoping by the end of the year, I should be up to about 100,000 a month, if not more, on the podcasts, which should maybe get out to about a million ish. And I'd be really pleased with that.

That would be really groovy. Because I've got a fair, lots of different audiences. I've got the audiences on YouTube that like to watch my videos.

I've got the audiences on Facebook that like me to do live streams on Facebook. I've got the audiences on my website that like to download my podcast and whatever. Then I've got the podcast audiences.

And then they're different because I've got SoundCloud audience, Spreaker audience, Spotify audience, TuneIn audience, iHeartRadio audience. I'm trying to think there's some more. iTunes, I suppose.

So there's quite a few different audiences. Because people seem to like to listen on their own podcasts. If somebody uses Stitcher, for example, then it's much easier if someone uses Stitcher to be able to listen to my podcast on Stitcher than to be moving over to SoundCloud to listen.

You know, it makes sense so they can listen on their platform. And luckily my podcasts are available on Stitcher. In fact, that's one of the biggest places where people do listen.

And then you've got my website where some people will be watching this live. Some people will be watching it afterwards, you know, after it's been live. And the majority of the people that watch my videos, they do watch them afterwards.

Because the reality is, although I'm doing this live stream, it's not necessarily going to be at the right time for you. You know, you might be, it might be like two o'clock in the afternoon where you are. And that's not necessarily going to be the best time to be listening.

It might be three o'clock in the afternoon. It might be four o'clock in the afternoon where you are. I suppose for some people, it might be 4.30 or five o'clock.

Some people, it might be six o'clock. Other people, it might be 6.45 or seven. Then there's those that maybe it is evening time.

Maybe it's eight or nine, 10. Maybe it's later. Maybe it's 11 o'clock in the evening or 12 o'clock or one o'clock in the morning or two o'clock in the morning.

It might be early hours in the seven. That's not just when I'm streaming live because you might be watching this back or listening to this back at another time. You may be listening to this in 2034.

You may be listening to this in a hundred years time. I'm not saying 2034 is a hundred years time. I can... My math is a bit better than that.

But this could be listening to this in a thousand years time or in a day's time. And it might be a different time of the day. You might be listening to this.

Imagine if you listen to this in a thousand years time and this language no longer exists and all you're hearing is sound. It doesn't make sense maybe because it's just a bunch of sounds. That language is extinct.

It's gone. Maybe everybody's telepathic now. You know, people communicate through their minds.

I always wondered though with telepathy, there have to be a different line between telepathizing towards another person and thinking to yourself. Because if you meet someone, you're in a room with someone and they say something that you find is perhaps a little bit silly and you're thinking, oh that, what a silly Billy, that was silly. What if by accident you do the telepathy bit instead of just thinking to yourself? And all they hear is, that was silly.

What a silly Billy. A silly Billy, Billy, Billy. That was really silly.

And they hear that and it's as if you said it directly to them when you didn't because you were just thinking it and you weren't even looking over there because you were looking at something else. But you were thinking it secretly, although you thought you were thinking it secretly, but you weren't because it was like a public announcement to the other person who you're thinking it about. So that's something that would need to be looked into, I think, if telepathy was to become popular.

I suppose it'd be like radio waves. You'd need to have a different level, a different frequency, a different number. Like the old radios in, CB radios in lorries and trucks, the old days.

They might still have them, I don't know, but you'd be on channel one and they'd say, hey, breaker, breaker, go to channel nine and we'll have a private conversation there, chap. And the other person might say, okay, breaker, breaker, I'm now going to go to channel nine, over and out, breaker, breaker. And you'd click up all the way to number nine.

You'd say, hey, breaker, breaker, are you there? And the other one would say, yeah, breaker, breaker, eyeball, eyeball, breaker, breaker, another lingo that I've forgotten. How are you doing? What do you need to talk to me about? I'd say, well, nothing. It's just using this as an example to do with telepathy and how perhaps telepathy would need a kind of a different levels of radio frequency or channels in a way that CBs used to have in trucks.

And I think even in taxis at one point, years ago, he said to me, what's that got to do with anything? I said, no, I do this. I often do this. I go into an imaginary conversation, talk about something that's relevant, but yet not.

He said, but why? Why would you do that? And I was happy here. I was asleep. I'm working all night.

I'm trying to get some sleep. And you come onto the CB radio shouting, breaker, breaker, breaker, which doesn't make any sense. And I said, well, if it doesn't make any sense, why are you saying breaker, breaker back? He said, that's a good point.

It's a very good point. I said, thank you. I said, you know what? That means a lot to me.

You'd actually, you know, I've woken you up. I understand that. And, you know, I realize you've been working all night and you need to get some sleep.

But even so, we managed to come to an understanding, a peaceful solution to the issue. And, you know, I'd just like to show my gratitude by maybe sending you a cake in the post. And you said, what kind of cake? I said, well, I was thinking either a cake with custard on it or a cake without custard.

And he said, is that the two options I've got? A cake with custard or a cake without custard? And surely a cake with custard, that's not really a cake, is it? I thought, what do you mean? Of course, it's a cake. A cake is a cake, regardless of what topping it's got on it. You can have a cake with a plug, an electric plug to put on top.

It's still a cake. It's not really though, is it? You can't eat it. I didn't, you can make, my stepmom used to make cakes.

And I know that you can pretty much, with icing, you can make anything. You can make a plug. It won't work.

It won't be any good for you to plug stuff in. You can eat it. You can make a plug that you can eat.

And he said, is that what you're going to do? I said, no. Well, why mention it then? I don't know. I'm just trying to keep this going a little bit longer because I want to try and to go to 65 minutes before I bring it to an end.

He said, so you're just using me, really? You're just using me just to prolong this session, this recording? I said, yeah, yeah. He said, so you didn't mean it about the cake? I said, no, not really. But if you really want the cake, I mean, I can send you a cake.

He said, yeah, but I want to go back to the trifle bit. I said, why? Why do you keep trifling with stuff? And he said, that was nearly humorous. Nearly.

I said, what about trifle? Trifle? Trifle? That's what custard is. It's trifle. It's not a cake.

Oh, so you did it the reverse part around. That's probably what you should have mentioned before you started saying trifling and stuff. Yeah, I know, but I zoned out.

Why'd you zone out? Well, this is a boring session. This is about drifting off and getting so bored you just let go and give in and just fall asleep. And it kind of happens to me as well.

I'm sitting here on my own talking into a camera or into a microphone for an hour, over an hour. It's very tedious. It's boring for me too.

And it's supposed to be. It's the whole point. Oh, that's nice.

There's no reason to be sarcastic. Well, how can I be sarcastic when it's you doing the talking? That's a good point. It's a good point.

It's only us here, isn't it? And never one went on a picnic. No custard, but lots of cake. So yeah, that's kind of my 2019 planned.

Still going to look into a few other bits, but I'd like to get a bit more physically fit. I think that would be quite a groovy thing to be looking at. Get myself all buff and muscly.

If that's possible, I don't know. But just a little bit more physically. I don't think it's even so much looking physically fitter.

I think maybe feeling it would be nice. By that, I don't mean feeling my muscles and oiling myself up, but just feeling healthier would be nice, I think. So 2019 should be good.

And I'm going to try to stick to the plan to make lots more videos, do a lot more work, get a lot more stuff done, and hopefully, in the process, help a lot more people. And the reason I do these Let Me Boy To Sleep sessions is because some people love them. And for some reason.

And so I just keep doing them. This is number 69. I started in, I think, April.

I started doing these. So, wow. If I do this, continue, continue every day throughout the year of next year, 2019.

365, 70, 80, 90, 405, 415, 425, 433, I think. So that'd be quite a few done, quite a few of these. Wow, that'd probably be enough.

I think by the end of the year, I won't want to do any more. I don't know. It's the end of the year tomorrow, isn't it? But you know, the end of next year.

Depends if I run out of things to talk about. But I ran out of things to talk about after the second recording. I still managed to keep going.
