for example, I've got number 187, relaxation hypnosis, click on the I, and it says, positive relaxation sleep, 23rd September 2020, so it shows me what it is, the title of it, 191, relaxing space to plan a positive future, if I go down to 173, self love, so there's lots, how many are there on there, self help, 292 episodes, 171 hours, so there's a bit there to play with, so I hope that makes sense, just to sort of give you an idea of, everything's kind of on there, that you need, the only thing is there's a

couple of podcasts that I've not yet uploaded, or that I've not put on there yet, but for me it just seems a little bit easier, than the way it was before, everything's all in one place, it's easy to use, yeah, so you know, if you go to relaxation hypnosis for stress, anxiety, panic attacks, 311 episodes, 226 hours, that's 226 hours of pretty relaxing stuff, okay, and you can download them all, you can just click on each one, download it, for free, doesn't cost nothing, and I wonder on the paper, I'll tell you something mate, on

Monday I spent hours of my life cleaning the carpet, now, if it was vacuuming the carpet, even that is, you know, can be quite hard work, get a bit of a sweat up, and it's not great on my lower back if I'm honest, a lot of bending over and stuff, and that's why I had to give up my job as a rent boy, I couldn't do the bending over, so I had to look after my back, so I cleaned the carpet, which is basically vacuuming and then cleaning it with the carpet cleaner, a lot of

running around, filling up tanks, you know, it's quite a bit involved in it, it's not complicated, but it's a time consuming process, and then it goes to the toilet on the carpet, after I've put paper back down on the area where I've cleaned, and he refuses to go to the toilet on the paper, I've actually had to move the table to a different part of the room, because he kept going to the toilet underneath the table, instead of on the paper, which is clean, nothing on the paper, won't go on there, he did a poo

this morning, I cleaned it up underneath the table, just where my feet go, how lovely, and this afternoon I looked at another big one, exactly the same place, so what I've done is I've moved the table away from there, so now I'm all a bit squashed up in one part of the room, and it's not terrible, but I quite liked the layout as it was, the Feng Shui, I think was quite good, I don't know, it doesn't really matter, but yes, a little bit, a little bit, so I done that, and now I'm just going

to get on, carry on as I was, but I don't know what to do with him, what do I do, if I end up cleaning every single inch of the carpet, which would take me a long time, take a long time, because it's not a commercial carpet cleaner, you know, it's just for sort of, I don't know what the right word would be, family use, or you know, general sort of maintenance of a carpet, I could do the whole carpet, I mean it would be a case of moving furniture around, what would he do then,

if the whole carpet was clean, because I just do the bits that he messes up, I don't know, I know it's not a big deal, but it's upset me a little bit actually, just after all that work, and then he just goes and does it on the clean carpet, but not the part that's got the paper on, he knows better than that, so there's something he doesn't like about the, I guess it's the smell he doesn't like, and he avoids it, he doesn't want to go near it, I'm going to figure it out, I will

figure it out, it's not top of my list, it really isn't, it's been a weird day, but yeah, so anyway, so I've gone through how to use the website, I hope that makes sense, so everything can be downloaded for free, everything can be fast forwarded, you're listening to it, you can stream it, you can go to 30 minutes in, or you can go to 1 minute in, it's up to you, you know, you don't have to listen to it right from the beginning, and then just, if you download it onto your phone, then you can

listen to it, and then delete it, that's one way of doing it, and that way there's no interruptions, no adverts, it doesn't continuously play to the next recording, you just play that one recording, download it, it takes a few seconds, maybe 10-15 seconds to download, maybe less, depending on how fast your internet is, it doesn't take up a huge amount of space, and then you can just get rid of it once you've listened, so that's just an idea, they're all available to download for free, you can keep them forever and ever and ever, so in

fact if you were bored enough, and if you had enough space on your, well, I don't know, you know, it depends what you use, but if you had enough space on your device, then you could download all 2000 plus recordings that I've got, but you know, it's up to you, you could do that and have them, and then you'd never have to, well, all the new stuff would still keep coming up, but you'd have those, and then when I'm dead, you can start your own website and you can charge people to listen, yeah, because when

I'm gone, the podcasts will stop being paid for, therefore all of my recordings will no longer be available online, the website won't be paid for, so that'll get shut off, so yeah, so if you download all of my recordings, then when I'm gone, you can just upload them, stick advertising on them, and make yourself money, or maybe charge people to listen, wow, yeah, because, yeah, it's an idea, isn't it, yeah, I don't know, would anyone want to listen, I mean people still do listen to the old stuff, but not that much, you know, because there's

a lot of new, yeah, I know it might seem, for those that listen to the, listen to me every single day, listen to the new things, and maybe listen to the Let Me Boy To Sleep, it might seem like, oh, you don't do it every day, sometimes you, generally every day, but there's going to be some days when I don't, and I, I don't really know where I'm going with that, but I do still do quite a lot, yeah, I would say so, I wonder, let me have a look, see this is going to be

one of those moments where you're really going to be excited about what I'm going to do now, honestly, you really are, are you ready, are you ready, this is going to be very wonderful, yesterday was an awful day for downloads, and it hasn't all been, hasn't all been accounted for yet, but just over 4,000 downloads yesterday, or today, you know, Thursday, whatever, terrible, really bad number, Sunday, 7,598, Monday, 5,810, Tuesday, 6,476, Wednesday, 5,918, and Thursday, 4,049, that's really bad, that's like really low, really low, that's like what, I mean even my most popular podcast really,

oh you're not showing that, no, oh you are, I only had just over 1,000 downloads on the relaxation hypnosis for stress and anxiety, just over 1,000, that's a really low day, I'm normally heading towards, the very least I normally go about 1,300, 1,500, sometimes over 2,000, but then I haven't made a recording for three days on there, so maybe that's why it just goes down a little bit if there's been a little bit of a lag, you know, if I haven't made one, but anyway, here's what I, here's my idea, you ready, here's my idea,

here's my idea, I want to see how many recordings I've done this year, I wonder if I'm able to, this is going to be a proper counting event, seriously, let's have a drink, no it's not doing it very well for me because it's, there's too much, it's an overload, so I'm going down, but it's basically, it's struggling to keep up, because I've swiped down about 10 times and I'm still in August, because I would say this year I probably made more recordings than I did last year, I reckon, it's not guaranteed, but I think so,

I think I have, although I did, I think I made more recordings last year than I ever had before and I did more recordings a year before that than I ever had previously in a year, I mean there was a time when my audience, my fans, were happy with me making a few recordings a month, but my audience now is so demanding, the fact is I'm the one demanding myself to do them, and still one of the biggest obstacles is the sound, not the sound of the recordings, but the sound of, the background sound, because

the only time I can make a sleep recording, deep sleep whisper, is when there's no one, there's nothing going on, and that's usually in the middle of the night, and the middle of the night is not the best time for me to make those recordings, because they're making them send me to sleep, they really do, more so than when I'm talking kind of normally, you may ask, have I ever talked normally, but you know what I mean, I do, yeah, doing a relaxed sleep, deep sleep whisper, whispering, I just, I do fall asleep, because I'm

tired, you know, come four o'clock in the morning or five o'clock in the morning, I'm tired, regardless whether I've just got up or just gone to bed, I'm tired, and even if I'm awake, like wide awake, when I start making a deep sleep whisper recording, I start to fall asleep, because they're very tiring, very boring, they're very, they kind of tap, tap into that zone of just drifting off to sleep, for me when I'm making them, and also the hypnosis, sleep hypnosis weekly, wow, and the last one I did, which was about, yeah, it's got

to be nearly a week ago, I completely zonked out and fell asleep, like proper, proper fell asleep, and it was about 20 minutes of me snoring, I can't believe this, look, I'm trying to go down further, it's not allowing me, it's only going down as far, oh no, it is now, it's gone down to May, so there are hundreds and hundreds of recordings this year, in 2020, hundreds, in fact there might be too many for me to count, now I don't mean that in the sense of I'm not able to count, because I can count,

why do you keep saying that, I can, but there's one thing counting and then there's keeping track of it, I don't know if that makes sense, unless I did it by month, another thing I was thinking of doing is to really get a gauge of how many people, or how many downloads I've had for the let me bore you to sleep recordings, I need to check the statistics from at least three other podcasts that I share them with, in order to get a correct number, and I was going to do that, you know, literally, maybe

not from, maybe just for the year, just to see how many this year I've had, and then I could sort of count them up, to see, roughly, I'm down to May, that's good, see how long all this stuff takes, and I know it might seem like, well you haven't done a recording for a day, or two days, yeah but look how much I have done, I'm not saying it as a showing off kind of thing, because it really, it's not something to brag about, but, it does surprise me sometimes, how, I would say I'm fairly

prolific at times, is that another word for smelly?

No it's not, prolific is, you know I do produce a fair amount, I'm not talking about smell, smelly vision, so Andre's new thing now, is he's asleep in a carrier bag, but it's a big plastic carrier bag, and I think it must have been underneath the table or something, because now he's in it, so it must be like he wasn't able to get to it before, so he's moved it over to just in front of the black chair, which is now becoming way too uncomfortable to sit in, but I need, I need to have my

head and back just resting, see this brown chair, it's not my chair, it's my friend's chair, but he lent it to me and it's perfect for this, because I don't want to be falling asleep when I'm making recordings, so I do need to be fairly alert, but at the same time comfortable, comfortable, which I am in this chair, it's nice, nice comfortable, I've got my, like a padded bra, no I've got a padded seat thing, which is supposed to be good for my back, but as it is I'm leaning backwards, so it's not using it

properly, and now I'm in April, wow, April, there are literally hundreds and hundreds, I wonder how many, and I must have, the thing is, I can remember, when did I celebrate doing the hundredth episode of Let Me Bore You To Sleep, do you remember that, for those of you who have been listening for a while, Molly, Molly, Molly, Molly, Rachel, Molly, Rachel, Rachel, Rach, Molly, Boston, just trying to think who's been listening from the start, my dude, maybe none of them, although Rachel did say she's listened to every single episode, but was you listening from

the beginning, because nobody was, how did I get an audience, I don't understand, I'm not sure, I mean I suppose I did share it on Facebook, when I first started this podcast, the boring one, but I'm not really sure, I can't remember how I managed to get an audience, a lot of it is pot luck, it's a bit of a chance, so I've said this stuff before, but the Deep Sleep Whisper podcast was 7 episodes, I just uploaded it, I did those episodes years ago, and people started listening, didn't promote them, nothing, I made sure

they were all on all the different podcast hosts and apps and stuff, but I started getting listeners, and I thought, oh, that's weird, and then I left it a few months, still listeners were growing every day, so I started, I thought about it for months and months, seriously, shall I make another one, can I be bothered, and now I've done hundreds, hundreds of things, and the audience has grown with that, in fact I was looking at March and I've done 198 Deep Sleep Whisper, this was in March, I don't know how many I've done now,

well over 300 I suppose, so I, the same thing happened with the Relaxation for Stress and Anxiety podcast, but in that one I've done 34, I think, 34 recordings, uploaded that podcast and just left it there, and I noticed the stats, I mean this is back in the days when my stats were low, you know, sort of hundreds a day, throughout all the podcasts, but even then, to start off being like 12, getting 12 downloads a day, and then getting 23, I mean the first day or two, maybe a few days like nothing, you know,

all the podcasts uploaded, hundreds and hundreds of recordings all kind of up there, you know, divided amongst the different podcasts, and waiting to see if anything happens, you know, sharing them with iTunes, and Spotify, and all the different places, and hoping for the best, and then little by little, 12 a day, 12 people have listened to me, yeah, and then 36 and 42, and then down to 18, like oh, it's going the wrong direction, and then I'd be, you know, maybe 76 a day, and it's, you know, you could see that the projectory was rising,

it was very, going in the right direction anyway, wasn't projectory mean rising, no, project, project, what was that, predicted, no, oh now February, okay, let's keep going, so I, it just kept growing and growing, and eventually I was getting over 100 a day, 100 a day, that's 3,000 a month mate, I was really pleased, 3,000 a month, that's 36,000 a year, and then it kept growing, and it was like 150 a day, 180, I was like wow, you know, I mean the idea of getting like 10,000 in a month, I was happy with that, genuinely,

like 10,000, that's over 120,000 a year, so I was like wow, I think my last podcast before that was SoundCloud, and I think I had about 150,000, and then the SoundCloud one before that was just over 200,000, and the SoundCloud one before that was about 100,000, so you know I've had a few different podcasts that I had and then I got rid of them and then I got another one, or I swapped over a different one and used different places and stuff, had Podomatic, hundreds of thousands on there, I mean literally hundreds of thousands, just

on, I had I think 300, about 320,000 just between two podcasts that I put up there, which was the 7 Day Insomnia Cure and 30 Day Relaxation Plan, those two podcasts between them, I had over 300,000 downloads in about six years, I just put them on there and forgot all about them, couldn't believe it, I was like wow, forgot all about them, and then for some reason I took them off, and then I uploaded another version, exactly the same recordings, I didn't get hardly any, it's a little weird isn't it, and then I uploaded exactly

the same podcasts, using Spraycar on iTunes, shared them and no one listens to them, but on Podomatic at the time hundreds of thousands listened, it's a bit like the Hypnotic Buffet, they were really popular when I had them on YouTube, and then I'm never going to give up on that podcast, I'm going to promote that, because I think it's some good stuff, I do, I honestly do, so there, maybe not every single recording, but not every single recording is going to be good on any podcast, some are good, some are, I think some are brilliant,

and some are just really brilliant, they're not always going to be really brilliant, some are just going to be brilliant, yes that's right, come on, I'm down to February, looks like it's going to take me into January, that's just this year, seriously, there are so many recordings, it's taken me, yeah Andre, lovely, it's taken me about 20 minutes just to keep scrolling down, to get into January, and it looks like it's nearly there, but I've still got to get down to the beginning of January, wow, the back of the phone is starting to get really

hot, on the paper mate, Andre please, on the paper, back up, no, no he's done, he's basically run off, so he backed up a little bit towards the paper, then he ran off, looked at me, ran off, he actually shook his head, as if to say, and he just ran off to the front door, and I heard the paper rustling, guaranteed, I can honestly, I've guaranteed this, he has run onto the paper, as if to say, listen dad, I'm on the paper, and he just slid himself, he's probably done it backwards, and managed to still

do it onto the carpet, so vindictive, call him Vinnie, not Vin Diesel, but vindictive, that wasn't even worth the energy was it, but yeah, so, I don't know when, I was happy when I was at 100 downloads a day, because the 3000 a month, I thought that was pretty cool, you know, it was a nice amount, you know, something about the, being in the thousands, I think that's quite nice, I can't remember when it got higher, because the statistics, the statistics would only allow me to go back a year, I think, now this is going

too long, I'm giving up on this, let me see if it will, let me see if the statics, the statistics, will allow me to see how long I'll go back, so it won't allow me to go back, it's really bad, it won't allow me, go away, custom, OK, I'm going to custom it, back, back, back, it will only allow me to go back a year, which I think personally is annoying, January, January the 1st, OK, so I can give you, I can tell you what the stats are for the year, but I can't tell you

how many recordings I've done, it would take, I'd have to actually work it all out, so January, 116,687, February, 108,644, March, 108,200, April, 149,950, May, 147,891, June, 139,288, July, August, 143,408, September, 140,829, October, 80,239, so I'm only half way through the month for October, so that means I'm looking at about 160,000 for October, so that would be a nice rise, even though today's been a low day, but if you go through different podcasts it should allow me downloads, yes, let me show the different podcasts, so the relaxation, relaxation, yeah, so the relaxation, hypnosis, stress and

anxiety, January, 20,477, February, 21,561, March, 23,430, April, 42,965, May, 36,142, June, 34,804, July, 36,071, August, 36,818, September, 39,322, and I've got 22,105 in October, which means that'll be, well, based on that, about 44,000, so that looks like October's going to be my best month of the year, but so far April's been the best month, wow, I wonder what other ones, look at my most popular podcast, as far as complete stats, but they are less, see, even though the hypnosis is sleeping deeply, 383,121 altogether, monthly, it's a lot, it's less than the relaxation for stress, January,

23,977, February, 19,687, March, 20,387, April, 26,609, May, 29,715, June, 29,279, so really kind of staying sort of level, July, 29,045, August, 28,856, September, 28,843, and September, October, 15,214, so it looks like I'm heading towards the 30,000, so that'll be a higher month than the rest, tell you what's weird though, is 375, so what's the other one, the sleep insomnia hypnosis, so this is a higher number, it's a lower number overall, because this is only 366,991, but January was 25,021, February is 22,690, March, 22,513, April, 18,334, May, 23,279, June, 25,479, July, 32,129, July, 30,639, August, 28,000,

August, 32,129, September, 28,990, October, 17,650, so that's 17,34,35, so that could be the top month of the year as well, which is good, kind of should be really I suppose in a sense, as the months go by, deep sleep whisper, so we'll look at this one, not huge amounts on this, so it's 262,855 total, blind, it's gone down, I don't want to read this out, because it's actually gone down, so I'm not doing enough of them, if I did more, I'd get more listeners, but it's finding the time and the space, when there's not drilling

outside, and Andre's not running around scratching, I'll figure it out, so January, 16,651, February, 15,506, March, 13,841, April, 23,938, May, 20,316, June, 14,907, July, 12,532, August, 11,333, September, 10,505, it's literally gone down every month since April, that's ridiculous, but this month, 7,099, which means it should be about 14,000 for the month, when it gets to the end, which will be the second top month of the year, outside of April, that's annoying, so it's just, I mean look at it, I did one the 13th, I did two different ones on the 13th, then the 11th, then

the 6th, then the 30th of September, 27th of September, 25th of September, then 14th of September, that's a big jump isn't it, then the 7th of September, then the 1st of September, it's like one a week, then the 31st of August, 30th of August, 27th of August, 24th, 23rd, 22nd, 21st, 19th, 18th, 13th, 7th, 4th, so even then I didn't get that many in August, wow, I'm just trying to think, did I do a lot in the month that I did well, which is May, how many did I do in May, maybe they're just not

as popular as they was, May, May, yes, so in May, well let's have a look at April, I did one, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 13 in April, May, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 in May, 16 in May, how many did I do in June, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 13, 16, it's not a lot different, 16 and 13, it's only 3, it's weird isn't it, all the statistics trying

to figure it out, really strange, I know it's boring to hear about it but you know what, you know my excuse as you know is we're supposed to be boring, Andre, it winds me up, I just had a phone call while I was actually on here, I've edited it out, the one time I leave my phone on so it rings, normally I put it on silent when I'm doing the recording but I forgot, it's alright, yeah man, just, I don't know what my point was really, I think the good thing, I'm thinking about doing a

course on how to podcast, I've got a little bit of knowledge, a little bit of experience and I thought about offering my little bit of help to people that maybe would like to start a podcast, of their own but my suggestion was join Spreaker and I could contact Spreaker and see about getting some kind of a discount for new people and maybe make myself a few quid in the process as well but I would not recommend something that I didn't use myself, so I use Spreaker and I think they're the best podcast provider out there,

I do, I've used all of them, used all of them and I've done pretty well with my podcasts and it's still growing, I know today's been a bit of a slow day but all in all it's, you know I'm now averaging more than 5,000 a day, getting close to the 6,000 a day averaging which is pretty good, so it's growing, from those humble roots of 12 a day and then getting up to 100 a day being wow and then seeing how it grew, I mean the first time I reached 1,000 a day, 1,000 a day,

that's 365,000 downloads a year, that's a lot, and then of course you know it goes up and then it's never enough but you know it's the way it goes, as long as, you know 3,000 a day is a million a year and I wouldn't be happy with less than a million a year, I'm heading towards 2 million a year, in fact I'm just, I'm only a few off reaching the 2 million mark in the last 2 years, in less than 2 years, let me just check, get my phone, let me just check what the actual

score on the board is for my podcasts overall, 1,939,696, 1,939,696, so by the end of October I would have reached the 2 million, so in the next 15 days I'll have reached 2 million, so I think, I think I should have some kind of a celebration thing for that, don't you think?

Don't you reckon?

2 million downloads, 2 million, and I would expect next year to probably reach 3 million a year, if not more, then 4, you know, I suppose 10 million a year is quite nice but I think 100 million would be nicer, you know, just getting 10,000 a day would be good, 10,000 downloads a day and I'm on the way there, but probably maybe a few months off that, you know regularly getting that, but then once, you know if I get 10,000 a day, once it gets to the point where I'm hitting maybe 12,000 a day, the

likelihood even on a slow day I won't go below 10,000, that just seems to be the way it is, I can't really explain it completely, but I would like to 10,000 a day but then I'd really like to have the 100,000 a day downloads, because I think then I'd probably class myself as being fairly successful, but once I reach a million a day, then I would, I think that's pretty successful, isn't it, for a podcast, for someone like me, so a million a day, that would be good.

Yeah, and by then I might have some completely different podcasts as well as this, you know, I might have some, I might come up with something really good, a podcast that's really popular, like that's in excess, you know, that's really more popular than any of the stuff I've done so far, where I'm getting, you know, 10,000 a day just for one podcast, it's possible, I just need to find that thing that people need, I guess, but yeah, a million a day, a million downloads a day, which would mean I would be, yeah, I'd be very, very sorted, I'd have everything would be as it should be, it'd be good.
