Hello, welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason Newland, and this is relaxation, hypnosis with stress, anxiety, and panic attacks. Right, and this is going to be a short recording, which may come as a relief to some people, because I know some of the recordings Go on, you know, quite a long time, sometimes this is going to be a short exercise. And I'm going to be using the magic mirror, which is something that I've used many, many times over the years. And it can be used is basically a visualization technique. And it can be used for lots of different reasons. So I'm going to do is this is going to be something which you can use, it's a very short exercise in order to calm your mind. Because when your mind is karma, your body's karma. So all it really entails, you don't have to get into a relaxed state beforehand. Because this is part of that process. You can do at work, maybe, you know, take five minutes go to the toilets in a cubicle.
And you could do it there, maybe by only do it when you can safely Close your eyes.
It doesn't mean you have to close your eyes to do it. Some people can visualize that arise open. So I can visualize Andre, my little boy ferret with my eyes open, just like I'm sure you can visualize a picture of someone that you love the care about. Or maybe your front door you know, just your car, you know something. So you don't always have to have your eyes closed.
But I prefer it for doing any kind of visualization II stuff. And even if the visualization doesn't have to be some kind
of really clear picture, you know, it doesn't have to be high definition. It's more about the feelings anyway. So all it is is you take get yourself into a place where you're not going to be disturbed
for a few minutes. You could do this on a train on a bus
where you know, you can close your eyes for a couple of minutes. And all you do is you imagine in your mind that you're standing in front of a mirror the mirror is bigger than you are, it's just a bit higher than your own height. So let's say on five foot eight, and side of the mirror, that'd be about six foot tall. And it's wide enough for your whole body. So let's say it's six foot tall, five foot wide mirror for me know that I've got a five foot wide body but I don't know what it is they see you know, it's just a nice big mirror. And it's a magic mirror. The reason this particular mirror is magic is because you can step inside it. Then as soon as you step inside it, you feel instantly relaxed. So before you step inside, you can see yourself and you can notice these stones feel more relaxed in your body. Just being near the mirror doesn't necessarily make sense but there's an energy coming off of the mirror. This magic mirror the as you get closer to it, there's a warmth not like heat, necessarily but a warmth in a sense of comfort. Emotional warmth or relaxing warmth that shines from this mirror. So the next thing you do is in a second, we're going to step inside this magic,
relaxing mirror. And then we're going to get in touch of how we feel.
Okay, so I'm going to count 321 and say step inside the mirror. And then when I say step inside the mirror, just step inside. And notice how much more relaxed you automatically feel as you step inside that magic relaxation mirror. Now, three, to one step inside that magic relaxation mirror. Now a naturally feel a sense of comfort, spreading through your body. And your mind feels as if that stress and anxiety that was there before you stepped inside that magic relaxation mirror is starting to drain away out of your body. Drain in almost like this isn't visible energies suck in anxiety and stress and worry out of your body and out of your brain. And your mind, completely drained in your body in mind, of all those negative feelings and thoughts. Leaving your mind and your body feeling. so relaxed, calm. And you can stay as long as you want inside this mirror, this magic relaxation mirror and enjoy the experience. But there's an extra an extra thing. An extra bonus to this is because anything that the magic mirror takes away any stress, any anxiety. Any overload, you know any kind of problems or negative energy that the mirror sucks out of your body in mind. It stays in the mirror and it gets dispersed and disposed of by the mirror. that negative energy, stress and anxiety cannot leave that mirror. The Magic Mirror doesn't allow it to leave. The only thing that could leave that mirror is you
with a relaxed body in mind. Calm feeling good. So while you're in the mirror, you can feel wonderfully relaxed and
calm. When you're ready to step outside of the mirror, you will take those feelings of calmness, relaxation with you. So almost like being transported, you know, like in Star Trek, you've been transported from one place to another. But those particles that are negative stress anxiety of being taken out.
In the same way that blood can be cleaned by scientists taking out the bits that they don't want. So that's what happens with this magic mirror. You step out a mirror and all of that anxiety and stress that was there before
and negative energy that was there before it's no longer in your body or mind is left in that magic mirror to be disposed of. And you step out and magic mirror feeling completely relaxed as a count from three down to one and say step out Just step out of that magic relaxation mirror, taking those feelings of comfort, that have now become more enhanced, that sense of relaxation is stronger within you, your body, your mind, you feel my almost physically stronger, and your mind is light. Almost like it weighs less than it did before. Because that weight has been taken off of your mind. It's being sucked out by that magic mirror, leaving you feeling positive and re energized to energize it in other words that I'm not pronouncing correctly. regenerated. That's it. So, if you're ready to step out, I'm going to count for three dancer 1321. Step out now notice of use now that you stepped out knows how you feel. Now is how you feel right now. How much more relaxed you feel. And even as I was talking me through it, I was feeling more relaxed. didn't involve me when I mispronounced the word that I couldn't pronounce. regenerated, or re energized. Which is why I was looking for probably I ended up saying VG renovated. A nice Hey, Phil, how much Kami Phil? How much looser your body feels. So almost like your joints have been oiled. And you feel looser.
And your mind is lighter. And that magic mirror just disappears. Because there are millions of magic mirrors available for you.
And all that negative energy that was there before that the magic mirror took out of your body and mind has now been disposed of. So no longer important or necessary to you or your well being, it's gone. You can now enjoy the rest of the day. Feeling wonderful, and relaxed and calm. And you can redo this exercise as often as you choose. Because you've got an infinite amount of magic mirrors available for you. Not just relaxation ones.
There's loads of different ones. So any time you'd like to just take a break and get rid of that negativity. Just offload it is just something that you can do.
