Hello. Welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason Newland, this is your slate with hypnosis and have no idea what number is which means absolutely nothing. So before we start, as usual place ask you to take your shoes off. Actually, that's not a bad idea. Something that I don't often mention is a to mention feeling comfortable. I rarely mentioned about both be aware and how you could maybe do something about that to make yourself feel a bit more comfortable. it's probably best to keep your trousers on. I think there's some rules about other things like shoes. I think it's a good idea. I always if I did any meditation or self hypnosis, I would not be wearing any shoes. What else I suppose like shorter if you're wearing so that they're not too tight. I mentioned in this because Lately, I've been wearing socks that were to tie
and I didn't realize that. And I've got a little bit of ingrown toenail on my big toe on the outside

Maybe wear less clothes, nice blues. I even take my glasses off. When I do self hypnosis. Make sure they close by just randomly dropped on the floor. Because that would be weird. So it's so I did mention only listen to this when you can safely Close your eyes. But it's important because you don't be listening to anything that might be relaxing. When you drive in or have any ice skating, you know, just general. You need to be safe, need to be comfortable, you need to be safe. Maybe some of the papers glossy offers, not so much. We don't realize until now is that on each piece of paper is something that used to bother us in the past. And you can pick up a piece of paper from the top of the pile, and you can look at it. You can see written on
the shore. few words describe something that used to bother you from the past something that maybe lingers. Something that's of no use to you can put it back on the pile. Notice just how light that piece of paper is. how thin and light
