Just notice how that feels. Now moving up to number seven, making you feel more awake. making you feel more alert and aware. which you may think why why would I want to be more alert, more awake, this is a sleep session. Why would I want to be more awake?
This is about taking control of how you feel. Because if you can feel more alert purposely You can also feel more tired purposely moving down to number five see feel more tired. It's as if you've got a letting go a bit, sort of deflating any, any type of tension or stress that was there before.
And you can enjoy that feeling. feeling a bit more relaxed you did when he was at number six. He kind of want to stay or go lower. Really want to go back to number six. I'm going to ask you to do even though you'd rather just stay more relaxed and calm. But I want to only be

Because that's a sign of drifting off into deep healing, natural sleep as you dissipate the feelings that you're going to experience when you eventually move back, sleep You know, all the way down to three all the way down to zero now it goes down to notice how much more slowly and now but physically as well as your mind letting go. Totally releasing all worries and stresses from the past. butterflies flying off into the sunny sky and as you prepare for that number one prepare to go all the way down to zero.
