You can stream on my website instantly. Now I think I'm just gonna do old fashioned body scan. I do these occasionally, partly due to laziness, I suppose. But also it's a meditation. It's you know, it's mindfulness meditation. And it's something that I learned a long, long time ago.
And I feel it's helped me a lot over the years with my own anxiety and stress to help me just
focus on how I'm feeling Basically, in the moment, it's kind of like trying to stay in touch with reality.
Robert that lay in my mind, get over active and I mentioned stuff, feelings. Really bad, but feel like they are. This mindfulness is just really good. Let's get inside, get grounded. That's the word I don't really use. domain, it's just about getting in touch with this moment.
Because ultimately, that's all we ever have. We have this moment. And in three seconds time, we'll have whatever that moment is, but it will be this moment when it arrives.
And among the many benefits is when you're focusing on for example, your legs, your knees, your elbows, your hands, your fingers.
