Now as always, there will be background sound faintly as well as maybe more closer, depending upon the environment, my side and your side. But that's okay, because we don't need complete silence. Because if we needed complete silence, then I would have to stop talking. And this would just be a blank recording of nothing. The sun would say it's the equivalent to a blank recording of nothing.
But I would say to those people to you. So there's always going to be sounds as long as your ears are working, you can hear things it's normal is to have a tendency of just shutting down. I didn't realize this really rarely realize it properly until I started sleeping during the day. And I noticed sometimes I wake up before my ears says that the rest of my body is awake. And then whatever is going on. Sound wise I become aware of. So I find that interesting that parts of your body can go to sleep. And I don't mean in the same way as when your arm goes to sleep when you've been lying on it. Or when your legs go to sleep when you've spent too much time sitting on the toilet.
This is more subtle. This is More it's more like it's been raised. Like there's a picture of you on a piece of paper, just a picture. Your head, it could be a photograph in your head, your arms, legs, body, V toes,
all about your body that you she look at that picture. Start associate how you feel with that picture. associate the arms with that picture with you. The head with your head is is your head. legs, torso, stomach, chest breasts, you know, whatever parts of the body connected with you.
Toes, feet, nose is eyes. We can get in a race. In England, we call them robbers. But I realized that that might give a different connotation to other people in other parts of the world.
This call it and a razor. Small we're going to look at that picture. arrays, different parts of the body and nature arrays it
no longer needs to feel it is just sending it to sleep. Same as my hearing my ears went to sleep. But it's not the same as when your legs go to sleep when you're sitting on the lavatory for too long.
