of the air on your skin? Just how does it feel? All right to see if any parts of your body
seem to require your focus. Just focus on those parts because I've got my eyes closed I can't really focus on what I say. However, the only thing stopping me and saying anything is my eyelids. The eyelids still less than light. So I've got that. Goodbye. natural color comes through my eyelids. And it's different depending on the brightness outside. Sitting in a dark, dark a shoe store lightish to stop much of visual activity maybe you can focus on a nice smell that you can sense
varying amounts of ability to smell. I personally can't really smell anything all from me. I can't smell anything. Or even usual for example if someone was cooking in the kitchen, I'd be able to smell that
or if someone was cooking in the building even dependent on one it was a my about smaller font I came in and have one of these smells
and definitely be able to smell my friend's dog came up and let off one of his sleeping farts. I'd have to go up and open a window. The whole of the town would smell that. Not so much what you can smell or what you can or what you can feel. It's about being present in this moment, allowing your body and your mind to just really given your mind and your body space using your mind and your body.
