I mean physically supporting your body you can still gain benefit because it kind of changes your brain in a positive way towards focusing and expected to be able to drift off into healing natural sleep. When you lay down on your bed, your head touches the pillow your body becomes heavy and your mind starts to drift away. Slowing down.
