Hello, and welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason and this is your Daily relaxation hypnosis session for stress, anxiety, and panic attacks. And yet again, I'm trying to get the setups so that you know the sound is better, a bit louder. So I've got this microphone just very close to my mouth, my face. And with the hope that the quality will be improved, and also the the sound volume as well. Because I guess one of the
problems with the way I talk is that I talk very softly. So the volume is really there to start with. And so I do need the microphones quite close to me. But it's, it's a work in progress. And you probably said enough about that now. Close the curtain a little bit. Oh, there we go.
So this is number 32. I think so far in this series of daily videos. hope you're well. I hope that these sessions are of use a quiet Like, comment that Kenneth Gibson left yesterday, calling me the master destructor quiet like that. So I just I appreciate also everyone that leaves comments. I know it can get a little bit limiting in the sense of well, what should I What should I comment now because if you comment in every day, it's you know, it can be a case of just saying hello. And that's fine. Excuse me, that's, it doesn't have to be anything. In particular, I just say nice just to see who's watching really, when you leave a comment and kind of see that you've listened. Or you've watched the video and yeah, it's quite cool. So as always, I'd like you to get yourself into a comfortable position lying down on a flat surface or sitting in a comfortable chair. And I think I'm going to get a video I'm going to get a little intro for my videos. Just have that in there. Only Close your eyes when you can. Yeah, only Close, close your eyes when it's safe to do so. Again, it's enough sentences worthwhile putting in and I'm just gonna talk to you. So you can just sit there with your eyes closed or lay there. with your eyes closed, I'm just gonna talk.
And there's nothing for you to do is nothing. It's not really anything ever for you to do but
just allow my words to sink into your muscles of your body caused them to relax naturally. And I'm not going to focus on any particular parts of your body. I'm just going to talk to those parts even though I'm not going to focus on which parts in particular will pay attention and become more relaxed. Just as a standard process. Really Without any involvement from yourself, because you can just relax and calm your mind, allowing yourself to just observe how you feel more relaxed, easily and naturally. There's nothing consciously, really, that is needed or required from you at this moment, because it's a case of just allowing those natural senses of deep relaxation to overcome and to integrate. Within your body, within your mind, that part of your mind, which is responsible for all those parts of your body to deeply relax, can be triggered, a part of the mind can be triggered, just by the words you hear right now. It's like switching on that feeling of comfort, and relaxation. In a sense, you given yourself permission to feel completely relaxed in all parts of your body naturally, instantly, and safely. enjoying those feelings of comfort as they grow. Again, I'm not going to focus on any particular parts of your body. But it doesn't mean that you can't. It's your body to do with as you choose. And you have the right to focus on whichever parts of the body feel the most relaxed, the quickest. That might be a question for you to focus on, if you choose to notice which parts of your body feel the most relaxed now as you notice, the other parts, which are also catching up with that feeling of incredible relaxation and calmness. And there's ever feelings of your body that maybe aren't quite as relaxed as the other parts just yet. But continue to grow in comfort and relaxation. And you just know that they will also feel just as relaxed, and calm as those parts of your body that feel the most relaxed within you now enjoying those feelings of calm and comfort. Because relaxation is a reward for letting go. Comfort is a reward for letting go. giving yourself permission to feel relaxed. is quite an amazing thing. Really. It's a very generous thing. It's a very loving thing to do for yourself, to give yourself permission to let go to just be with yourself in a very calm, natural, soft way with no judgments. No internal dialogue that's negative or any of that stuff that maybe was there in the past because when you let go, you let go of all of that. stuff, you let go of anything that's no longer useful to you.
And you invite those things which are helpful and healthy, into your life allowing you to move forward towards more happiness moving forward towards more relaxation moving forward towards a sense of approval appreciation for who you owe real appreciation for all the amazing things that you have done throughout your life, through the love that you show others for the love that you have within yourself that maybe nobody else knows about how wonderful you truly are. Maybe don't need to keep a secret. Maybe feel ready to let the world know about all the love that you have inside you. And when you think about the sense of deep relaxation within all those parts of your body, double in strength your whole body feels so loose, completely relaxed and your mind slows down. Knowing that it's not really needed at this moment. You can just let go completely and safely. Totally allowing your body and mind to absorb all that healing energy from the core of this planet. You can feel that moving up through the earth through the chair or through the bed or wherever you're lying on or sitting on into your spine. That healing energy of love from the planet and just notice how that feels as it moves through your spine. From your spine, that feeling then gets transferred to every single part of your body.
So that you can experience that feeling of healing love in every part of your body feel so calm and relaxed, loose and healthy calm in your body and in your mind sir, so calm to be here right now and you can just be with this feeling. Just observe it. Just enjoy it. Enjoy feeling completely relaxed in your body and in your mind and enjoy moment for as long as you choose. And I won't count from 123 tried to get you to become alert and all that stuff.
I'm just going to leave you with this feeling. And you can open your eyes and move on with the rest of your day when ever you feel ready to do so.
And you can keep these feelings of deep relaxation with you for the rest of the day and every time you hear my voice will see me on a video. You can instantly feel wonderfully relaxed and enjoy the rest of the day. Feeling amazing. Thank you for watching and I'll see you again tomorrow.
