#31 Relaxation Hypnosis for Stress, Anxiety & Panic Attacks (Jason Newland)

Hello, welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason, this is your daily relaxation hypnosis session for stress, anxiety, and panic attacks. I've got a little bit of a different setup today. So I've got the camera, I'm not sitting at my table, so I've got the camera just there, I've got the microphone, just here, it's practically in my mouth. With the hope that the sound quality will be a bit louder. Yeah, that's kind of why I'm doing it like this, hopefully. So I've also got a different introduction to the video. So I'm kind of gradually developing the videos. Anyway, what I thought I would do today is just get straight into it, and do a relaxation session, which they all are, but this one, I'm just gonna ask you to close your eyes, if you're comfortable to do, so it's safe for you to do so. I'm just gonna talk. And as quite often we do, I thought it'd be good to get in touch with how you physically feel right now,
in this very moment, how you physically feel. And noticing the different parts of your body. Noticing those parts that maybe feel a bit more tight. Some of the muscles do feel more tighter than others. Notice in those parts, those muscles that feel
looser than others. So just get in touch. And just noticing the difference between the different parts of your body. noticing how you feel, being aware of how you feel. And although this session is about relaxing, being calm, letting go becoming loose, leaving the past behind. Getting in touch with feelings of comfort and relaxation. At the same time, it's also an opportunity to gain some acceptance about how you feel right now to gain that acceptance. We're not always going to be walking around with pleasure in our bodies and in our minds. That's an unrealistic expectation. And in some ways, walked around with pleasure all the time would actually I imagined it would become a bit boring, a bit tedious. But dare I say unpleasant. Because you wouldn't be in touch with reality with you won't be in touch with what's really going on
with your body, with your mind. So it's good if you can to be able to just be with yourself be aware
without you angry or being annoyed or wanting to change, just having a bit of acceptance. So as you do a scan through your body, just notice which parts of your body feel the most relaxed, you can kind of just log it in your mind or just keep a little tick sheet may be in your mind those parts of your body that feel the most relaxed. And then maybe those other parts of your body that feel less relaxed, maybe those parts that were holding tension, or stress, you know, of course, the goal of every session that we do is for those parts that were holding the stress and attention to just let go of that tension and stress so that more of your body more the parts of your body and your mind can feel that
sense of comfort and relaxation, as you let go of those feelings and just accept the feelings that are there. But at the same time
letting go of those that perhaps you don't want. allowing yourself to embrace those feelings that you do wish to have more of that relaxation.
So with that in mind, you can really appreciate your own ability to just be with yourself. You can appreciate your own ability to be kind to yourself and allow yourself to have this space where you can just relax and get to know yourself better. Allow yourself this space to just let go of any issues from the past, letting go of any feelings or thoughts that were holding you back.
Anything that was getting in the way of your comfort can just be dissolved can vanish away leaving space for more relaxation leave in space for more comfort looseness and the feeling that you deserve to experience more physical comfort and also more emotional comfort. You deserve to experience this release. Release of all those little bits and bobs and quirks and eight niggles and just pointless stuff on their own, can't really do anything but when they mount up and pile up and they managed to have an effect, which isn't useful. So by letting Have that stuff that blockage. In the same way. If you had a river and it was blocked by locks or by rocks, you need to move the logs or move the rocks. So the river can flow smoothly and easily. That's what you're doing by moving those minor stresses and strains and irritants within your body and mind are of no use to you. And by letting go of those things thing you will allow yourself to get in touch with more comfort, you will allow yourself to get in touch with more
relaxation you allow yourself to get in touch with more serenity and you allow yourself to let go in such a way that it transforms how he feel in this very moment, he felt instantly different in this very moment, you feel instantly relaxed in this very moment, you feel instantly calm in this very moment. feel so relaxed, not just in your body, but also in your mind.
You can experience a sense sense that you really can experience change. so easily. You can experience a sense of well being, comfort and deep relaxation
in a heartbeat. The time it takes to say the word relax your entire body and mind can feel more relaxed because of the power not just that particular word but the power of your mind to adapt. How you feel is such an easy way so quickly. So naturally because the intention behind the words is what causes the powerful responses because you wish to feel relaxed and when You hear the words relax, and be calm. And let go and be loose. The intention behind those words gives those words the power to cause that effect in all the muscles of your body so that you instantly and naturally feel more relaxed instantly and naturally feel calm instantly and naturally feel looser and you let go so easily, instantly because that's how the mind works. That's how the body works. Because you'll feel him relaxed. Because that's what you want to fail. That's how you wish to fail. So it's not challenge. It's not sure it's the most natural thing in the world to feel completely relaxed
and calm. The most natural thing that you ever do to just completely and totally let go. So that every muscle in your body just melts. With every breath you take and your mind just becomes slower and quieter. It's so easy. And it's so natural. You can just sit or lie down. experiencing this natural comfort in your body and in your mind.
For as long as you choose. Remembering the every time you hear my voice, or you see me on a video. You can naturally feel relaxed and calm. Every time you hear my voice or see my face on a video even the think about me.
