Hello, and welcome to Jason new land.com. My name is Jason Newland, and this is a daily relaxation, hypnosis for anxiety, stress and panic attacks. So this is the third one so far. And no doubt on our lose count of how many days I do. So at the moment, it's all kind of fresh and new. The idea behind these sessions is to offer you a short break, you know, maybe a 10 minute relaxation session, so that you can just take some time out of your day. Or maybe this can be the start of your day or even the end of your day. Just allowing yourself to just let go for a short period of time. So I'd like you to close your eyes if it's safe for you to do so.
Get in touch with how you physically feel right now. Starting at the top of your head, your forehead, your eyes and your eyelids. your jaw, your mouth, your tongue, your throat, the back of your neck, the chair chest, your stomach, your spine, going all the way down from the top of your neck, all the way down to the bottom of your back.
And all those muscles either side of your spine. Reaching out to the muscles of your back, your upper back, the middle of your back, and of course your lower back. Just being aware of how you feel in your hips. Being aware of how you feel in your shoulders, your upper arms, elbows, your forearms, being aware of your wrists, your hands, being aware of your fingers and your fingernails. Maybe just move your fingers around gently if it feels comfortable to do so, allowing you to get more in touch with your hands. Maybe move your hands around. And just notice how heavy Your arms are naturally and easily just by listening to my voice just by focusing on how relaxed you naturally feel. In your upper legs, your thighs, the front and the back.
The outside in the inner thigh. Being aware of your knees and being aware of your shins and your calf muscles.
your ankles. been aware of your feet, the tops of your feet, the sides of your feet.
the bottoms of your feet, the heel and of course your toes. Maybe wiggle your toes around a bit. Just getting in touch of how
they feel. Each individual toe including the toenails. We're gonna do now who can pull a liquid which is pure relax We're going to pull that into a hole, which is in the top of your head.
It's going to start flowing in right now. You can give it a color, whatever color comes naturally. whatever color you connect with deep, deep relaxation. Maybe it has a sound, a humming sound, maybe sounds of nature something positive and healing. And what does it feel like? It's that relaxation liquid moves through your body. From that hole in the top of your head, moving all the way down,
reaching every single part of your body causing each part of your body to feel even more deeply relaxed. Notice in first of all the top of your head filled with that relaxation liquid as it moves down to your forehead caused your forehead to feel deeply relaxed. Moving down so you can feel the back of your head
and the sides of your head feeling deeply relaxed. And this that relaxation liquid fills your eyes relaxing every single tiny muscle around your eyes and your eyelids. so deeply relaxed. Moving down to your jaw mode seen how your jaw fills up with that relaxation liquid deeply loosening the jaw naturally and effortlessly allowing that relaxation liquid to move into your neck. Notice it in your throat, relax in your throat deeply and you can feel it in the back of your neck is all those muscles
relax so deeply including the muscles in the sides of your neck. If you feel like it, you could maybe move your head around a little bit gently and only if it's safe to do so. Feeling that relaxation liquid pour in through the top of your head, filling your head completely with relaxation
and your neck, the back of your neck and your throat completely relaxed and just allow that liquid to fill your shoulders completely relaxed in both of your shoulders deeply Naturally, just observing the feeling of deep relaxation is that relaxation liquid reaches every single muscle in your shoulders.
If you choose, maybe you'd like to just move your shoulders around gently, if it's safe for you to do so, allowing you to just experience that particular sensation that this relaxation liquid is giving you. The relaxation is moving through your body. Now down each arm all the way down to your hands to your fingertips, fill in each arm, each muscle within each arm, completely relaxing, heavy and calm. Letting go of every single muscle in your hand. Unlike before, maybe you'd like to move your fingers around to see you can get in touch with that deep relaxation liquid that's filling your fingers full of calmness and healing energy.
And just allow your entire torso to fill with that relaxation liquid, your chest to stomach, your back. All fill in was big, major muscle groups relaxing so much. And so easily. So calmly. Made maybe if you choose, you can just move your upper body around gently. If it's safe for you to do so, just so you can really get in touch with that real sense of relaxation that you can experience right this second. And now you can allow that relaxation liquid to move
into your hips, your buttocks and your groin. And then move on all the way down your legs,
your thighs, your knees, your calves and your shins. Allowing that energy, that healing relaxation energy to feel your legs and then your ankles and feet and toes. All those muscles letting go allowing you to feel so relaxed. I'm going to count down from 10 down to one. And every time I count down you can feel 10 times more relaxed 10 987654 so relaxed 321. I'm gonna say the word now all that energy or that deep relaxation liquid will double and it will move into your mind. Calm in your mind completely and in a way that maybe you've never experienced before. So that you feel absolutely wonderful, relaxed and calm in your mind.
as wonderful as you feel physically now do you can appreciate and enjoy these physical sensations and emotional freedom that you're experiencing now.
And this brings us to the end of this session when it count from one to three, when I get to three, you can open your eyes, feeling wonderful, keeping these feelings of relaxation with you.
One too, every time you hear my voice will see my face on a video, you will naturally and easily feel

to feel wonderful each and every day. Three you can open your eyes if you choose to do so.
