and welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason and this is your Daily relaxation, hypnosis for stress, anxiety, and panic attacks. The idea of these sessions is to give you just a different idea or a different session each day to allow you the opportunity to let go for maybe 20 or 30 minutes. Allowing your mind and your body to get more in touch with those feelings of comfort, which you can experience
more
readily. As you welcome those feelings into your life. Welcome in feelings of comfort, feelings of serenity. Allowing that joy into your mind allowing those feelings of calmness to spread from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes, like having sunbathing, and relaxation. So each session even may find that you become even more relaxed naturally, every time you hear my voice see a video, you just find that you naturally have that trigger, which triggers you to feel calm and relaxed in your mind and your body straightaway and instantly. The moment you hear my voice, or see me on a video, you just naturally feel more comfortable and calm both in your mind and your body. And it's as if your mind just starts to wind down and slow down. And your body in a sense as if those parts of your body that are maybe tense or tight, just start to just smelt and it's natural for the shoulders to just filled lighter. But at the same time, they just move down a bit as your arms, chest and your stomach and your back your hips, legs, arms, hands, feet, a whole lot just starts to transform from how it was before to how it will be completely relaxed and calm.
And one of the good things you can do with hypnosis is not only can you complete, please relax your body and mind easily and naturally. You can also set up and maybe we could call them posthypnotic suggestions. But you can set up a safeguard or something for future situations to allow yourself to really feel calm in the future, as well as now. So to something you can have, which we all have in our baths in our toilets in our in our sinks, we have a thing called an overflow so that when the sink or bath gets too full, there's an overflow where the water goes out, hopefully stopping it from flooding over. And the same with toilets at the same thing have to stop them from overflowing. So this is something that we can put in place in your mind to stop the mind getting too over stressed or anxious in In the future, you can have this overflow in your mind. Not only do we put it in, we can, you know, put it in today. And
we can also test it. So I just like you to imagine from now on the top of your head, this this whole, it's an invisible whole course. Then whenever the stress or tension or anything gets too much in your head, it can just be released from the top of your head,
like steam just released, sort of the pressure can never build up. The pressures always being controlled, always being monitored, so that you are constantly relaxing and releasing that tension for your mind. So just imagine that in your mind, focus in on your brain, focus in on your mind, focusing on the emotions in your mind. And a way to test this, now it's been placed there is to think about something that would normally push you over, maybe push your limits so that the stress was too much, maybe you're just a little bit too much. And notice what happens, notice how it's now released. And just think of something maybe from a day to day perspective, maybe at work or with family.
Just notice how now you've got their vent. In your head. That pressure is relieved instantly and naturally. No matter how you force those feelings or try and experience those feelings of stress or anxiety, they just won't
happen. Because there's a level they won't go above. Because they naturally release those feelings of anxiety naturally release any feelings of stress naturally release into mind remains relatively calm. Even when there's a lot going on, you able to more easily manage and function within any difficult situations that may arise. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how you're able to manage and easily deal with those situations.
With those challenges, you can just allow those feelings maybe think of another thing and just allow it into your mind. And notice what happens because there's a level of anxiety and stress that can't be reached anymore because that vent. That overflow won't allow that feeling to rise above a certain measure which means you'll always be able to function. Always be able to notice how you feel. Be aware of how you feel.
Be able to enjoy confidence that comes with really knowing that you will be able to deal with whatever life presents to you. Knowing that your mind has this protective filter available for you. Because this is your mind, this is your life. Do you have the right to put in place safety measures to protect yourself in the same way, as we put a seatbelt on when we get into a car in the same way, you put oven mutts mitts on or use a cloth when you get out of the oven or hot tray.
We put safety measures to keep ourselves safe, healthy and being able to function. And that's what you're doing with your mind. When you set up this overflow, this vent, allowing you to feel whatever you feel, to experience whatever you experience, but knowing that you're safe, because no feeling will overwhelm you. Going forward will now be able to deal and process with whatever life presents to you in a relaxed and calm, manner. loose and serene. And the more relaxed Your mind is. The more relaxed your body is. The more relaxed your body is. The more relaxed Your mind is. It's a continuous flow of comfort and calmness between your mind and your body. And you really can enjoy knowing that these feelings you experience right now are yours to own. The your feelings that you're comfortable, relaxing feelings. That your sensations of safety, your feelings of well being. Feelings of happiness, feelings of looking forward to the future, a future that you decide to be happy. A future where you can deal with whatever life presents whatever challenges come your way. You can handle you can deal with a new will
feel relaxed and calm and loose. He slowly and naturally. Would every second of every day. These feelings of calmness become embedded within you these feelings of relaxation become a part of you attached to you is your skin. Allowing you to feel relaxed and calm. When ever you choose to enjoy feelings of comfort and calmness in your body and in your mind knowing that you really, really do deserve these feelings of pleasure and safety because you deserve to feel safe. It is to have the opportunity to experience living life
feeling calm and relaxed. You just have the opportunity to experience living life, calm and relaxed. You can say these words after me all at the same time I'll repeat them twice I deserve to live my life feeling calm, safe and relaxed. Again, it is to live my life feeling calm, safe and relaxed. And notice how you feel in your body or different parts of your body. Notice how that feels. Now, as those words transform those feelings in your body and today de relaxation with feelings of calmness, serenity and accomplishment knowing that you really have made these changes yourself deep inside deeply relaxing in every aspect of your life. From now onwards you will experience more safety. From now onwards you will experience more confidence in yourself. From now onwards, you will experience more love towards yourself. From now onwards, you will experience more relaxation in your body and in your mind and in your future. These feelings of comfort, safety and relax sation belong to you, you now own these feelings of comfort. So that whenever in the future life challenge gives you something to deal with and your mind gets worked. And you're trying to deal with something that may be that level of stress raises, they can't raise the level they used to. Because it naturally is released through that fence, it's naturally released through the overflow. Something about actually knowing that it's there, which takes away the level of discomfort that might have
been there in the future, in the past, but now, in the future, as you look towards the future, you realize,
with these changes, the future looks different. Because the future has left, the past behind. The past is gone. And the future office you a new opportunity to experience a full life full of happiness, full of love, full of kindness, full of safety for you to experience these feelings moving forward in such a way that it may surprise you. Just how bright the future really does look. It may surprise you just how amazing your life is going to
be. From now onwards. Now that you have this in place, in your mind. So no longer can your mind get clogged up by that negativity that might have been there in the past. But now and in the future, that vent, that overflow in your mind would just allow those pressures to just be eliminated. It's like opening a window in the air and allowing the fresh air into your room. It's your building your home wherever you are. It changes the air, it changes the temperature makes a difference instantly. So that brings us to the end of this today's session. I hope you enjoyed the session.
