#28 Relaxation Hypnosis for Stress, Anxiety & Panic Attacks (Jason Newland)

Hello, and welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason and this is your Daily relaxation session for stress, anxiety, and panic attacks. So, this is I think, day 28. I'm trying not to touch the microphones I just did, because they're very close. So basically, each day, I try and do a different session of a different route, as it were, into a sense of comfort, and a sense of relaxation, which you can just enjoy being in that moment, you know, in that energy, where you can let go of any issues that were in your mind before you decided to let go of them and listen to my voice sized, it's kind of like, stepping out of whatever you were doing before, giving yourself some space to enjoy just being yourself. And at the same time, allowing that healing energy into your life, into your mind and into your body, to heal you to rejuvenate all those cells within your body, and to just make correct those parts of your brain and body that may be need a little bit of fine tuning. You know, so that everything works easier, is kind of like oil in the engine, as it were, so that everything moves more easily, you know, that parts your body just fill loose, as does your mind, your brain. And even the thinking processes involved in your day to day life when you think about something and I know that sometimes that can be quite labored quite stressful even to try and focus your mind on certain things may be the problematic. But now, as you let go, you find those things, those issues, those situations just seem to somehow feel easier to think about. Easier to allow those changes within you to just do its work to do what is necessary, so that your mind and your body can feel more relaxed. So that you're able to deal with those issues that are maybe challenging in the future in a much easier and manageable manner. Allowing you to have more enjoyment and more sense of pleasure, opening your mind up to future opportunities of happiness. Looking forward to future events which can bring joy and laughter into your life which allows you to relax even more. With the thought that actually sometimes just by listening to my voice or watching the videos, there's really, really no thing to do.
Somehow the words and the voice, the tone, the energy has a calming effect upon your body, your mind, and there's nothing really logical about it.
It's just a case of this feels right? It doesn't matter what sounds have in the background, doesn't matter what's happened in the past, or what might happen in the future. What happens now is just this,
you
listening to my voice and allowing whatever happens in your body and your mind to just happen naturally. And you can observe those changes in relaxation, caring and reoccurring. And as those feelings of relaxation become stronger, and I suppose feelings of relaxation become deeper, you really can have more appreciation for yourself more appreciation for your own ability to self heal more of your own ability to feel this love for yourself more of this healing love directed towards yourself. This healing beam of light, amen, your mind filling your mind up with this healing light. And then move in that beam of light slowly down your body. Cross your face down to your neck or chest filling up or your body with this healing energy of relaxation. As it moves down stomach, all the way down your legs, your arms, your hands, your fingers, your feet and your toes all the way down your back and your spine. You can just notice that feeling of comfort fill your body with deep relaxation completely and totally relaxed in such a way that there's a new kind of looseness there that you weren't experiencing before. It's a nice feeling. A real feeling of comfort and calmness and it's just natural energy. It's you being in touch with how you naturally feel and what an amazing opportunity. You have to be in touch with these experiences. Always allowing yourself to gain more comfort and to gain more release to experienced Feelings of your body just eliminating any feelings that are no longer necessary. just float away like moths flying out of the window. Leave in your body and your mind forever. unless those moths head, you can see them flying towards the moon.
Maybe you want to say goodbye to them. Maybe say thank you for all that you've done. And goodbye forever. And notice how you feel when you said those words. Goodbye. Whatever. What's your natural reaction, after saying those words to yourself, directing them at those morphs which contain those feelings that are no longer, necessary nor needed. view in your mind, body or life. Being aware of precisely how you feel, in this very moment, really, really being aware. Completely noticing your breathing and at the same time noticing how your body feels when you breathe in and out. Noticing those feelings of deep deep comfort that you are experiencing throughout your body and mind. Feelings of comfort feelings of looseness. Feelings of deep deep love relaxation spreading through all the different muscles of your body and not in any particular order. But just allowing each muscle in your body to just relax deeply. This is if you can just take a big sigh of relief and let the ad exits your body contains any of the stresses and strains from your muscles to just be blown out of your body and let those issues and problematic feelings just float away and disintegrate. She feel you need to do another sigh just take a deep breath touching all those feelings that you want out of your body
nothing go just how good it feels. to rid yourself of that useless baggage. Shoot, enjoy the feelings of freedom that you can experience when you decide to just to let go, just move on with your life. And those feelings that maybe used to get in the way of you, enjoying your life to the fullest. have now evaporated or now vanished forever gone. And knowing that in your heart that those changes have already occurred. Now allowing you to enjoy this moment. enjoy being here. Now enjoy being you enjoying, knowing that you have made these changes happen. You have allowed these changes to occur. You've basically given yourself permission to be happy. You're giving yourself permission to feel deeply relaxed. You've given your body permission to let go and relax every single muscle in your body. Now you've given your mind permission to switch off those parts of the brain that were causing discomfort allowing those to vanish. Allow allowing you to feel more comfort and not just deep, deep relaxation throughout your mind and your body
but also feeling feelings of contentment also feelings of accomplishment. Knowing that you have done this yourself, you have chosen this course of deep relaxation for your body and for your mind and for yourself. Because now, as you look forward into the future, you can start to plan a life full of love, kindness, a life full of laughter and happiness,
a life full of relaxation with a body that is calm and deeply relaxed. With a mind that is calm and deeply relaxed. Allowing you to move forward step by step in a direction that suits you best moving you forward, step by step towards the type of life that you long to experience
a life full of safety and contentment, a life with many opportunities for you to really make a difference to other people's lives. Opportunities to help others in so many different ways. Opportunities to find more inner love towards yourself. opportunities for you to really enjoy being yourself. But you can start to actually appreciate being you knowing that you really are one of a kind, full of love, energy and positivity. g have made a difference to so many people's lives. Many of those people possibly never tell you. And you may not find out about hardly any of the people that you've affected positively. But the fact is you have you have transformed other people's lives in an amazing, positive way. And it's really important that you are able to accept that you are an amazing person. You really do make a difference and you can continue to enjoy being yourself. You can continue to To enjoy loving yourself now and in the future, every second and every day, every moment of your life increase Sydney feels happier. Your body finds easier to relax. And your mind can just let go and wind down when alpha you choose allowing you to experience more comfort and more deep, deep relaxation. And that brings us to the end of today's relaxation session.
