And also best practice should tell you what it is I'm doing. This is deep sleep whisper hypnosis. I've been doing these a lot more regularly lately. Even Daily Times. And the idea behind these apart from the whisper aspect, which is nice and intimate. It's as if I'm kind of whispering in your ear. And it had a different dimension to the proceedings. It feels different. The different experience to if I was just talking. I'm using the word different. Quite a bit. so far is I suppose we could use the word unique is a unique experience for each person listening. Because each person listening is unique. Wow. Wow, the day I'm going to talk to you. While I talk to you, there's a few things that may happen. First is if you're a regular listener, by if you watch me on YouTube, and remember to subscribe. If you if you regularly Listen to me, you may just find my voice is all it takes for you to just drift off into a deep sleep. And I could be talking about the new Paddington movie. And you could just drift off.
I could literally talk about drawing paint on a wall out cliche by wind because I'm not really into painting really into decorated walls and stuff. Kind of a shame because I could do with more colorful walls I imagined I might look into anything anyway. Another thing that might happen is you may just get bored because the content is not let's purposely it's not super exciting. Because I'm a human being. Because what you get with my recordings is you get me included. You know I'll let you know a little bit about my life. Perhaps as I do them Therefore, it's a bit boring, it can be. Because sometimes boredom is just simply that you don't really hear it stuff you don't need to hear. You hear it things, you know, you hear things about other people. Sometimes, it's not that it's boring, boring, is just that it's not relevant to your life. So nobody really can say that the wonders of surgery isn't amazing. The things that surgeons can now do operations, you know, Brain Stuff, that's amazing. But you don't necessarily want to read about it. or hear about it. Perhaps, you know, it's like, yeah, it's amazing things to do. Besides Johnny Medina, I totally don't want to see any operations. Thank you very much. Another thing is, when you listen to me, at the beginning of the recording, you listen, because you would like an outcome. You're listening because you wish to fall asleep safely. And that safety is very much a part of what I do. Cuz you get to know me over time, you know, you can listen to any of my recordings, whether you're sleeping or not, just to see and hear why so he can realize the Why say, in these deep sleep, gnosis sessions, is always safe.
It's just me talking. Trust that you have allows you to just let go to really, really let go completely with the expectation of just wanted to slay, expecting to slay dementia. Probably does sound weird thing is even though most of what I do isn't whispering this, these are whispers by the normal standard talk and level
when you whisper seems to go deeper inside your brain and even saying that I can feel different parts of my brain activated. And I mean, physically, physically I can feel certain parts of my brain at the top. Back out now the top of the scalp, I can feel parts of my brain in the front of my brain now just activating just mild stimulation and whisperin goes straight into your brain, and is something a bit different between some of the other senses because physically you've got the the spinal cord and you know, this is a journey to get to the brain, admittedly is a long journey and see what we see things. It's actually upside down, brightness, the journey around the other way.
But with hearing seems to go straight in without any filters. The same as with smell. You smell something and it goes straight in without any filters.
Instant when you hear the words, whispered it's instant. So there's perhaps more power behind the words of sleep. Now, when I whispered to bed there's that word again perhaps when I just say it to you. So that's why it's a whisper. session because the words and the ideas surrounding the words. sink deep into your mind. instantly. Activate that part of your brain that is responsible for you falling asleep. Falling deeply, deeply asleep to listen to my advice. There isn't anything else to do.
