Hello, and welcome to Jason newland.com. This is your daily relaxation, hypnosis for stress, anxiety and panic attacks. The idea of these sessions is to just over time by listening, or watching these daily sessions, parts of your mind, which is change naturally and easily
allowing you to have more comfort in your day to day life. And also, to allow you to do much easily with things like panic attacks, and stressful situations, hopefully to the point where things like panic attacks happen less and less
frequently, to the point where I just don't happen at all, to the point where something inside you actually monitors your level of comfort. Making sure that always throughout the day and throughout the night, your level of comfort is at an optimal level.
A level of that you're happy with, that you're comfortable with, that you're relaxed with a level where you can function. Be aware, Be alert. And at the same time, be productive and be happy. At the same time. feeling relaxed physically and emotionally. The same time having a feeling of content and achievement. At the same time being able to allow yourself when you choose to really deeply feel relaxed. In those moments, when you choose to completely let go. allow your mind to just switch off allowing your body to just calm down. So once you're in a comfortable position, lying down on a flat surface or sitting in a comfortable chair, likely to close your eyes if you haven't already done so as long as it's safe to do so.
And just going to get in touch of how you physically feel.
Just be aware of your body being supported by the bed or the sofa or the floor or the chair.
However, you're sitting online. Just being aware of the shape of your body. Maybe you're curled up, maybe you're sitting in a chair, maybe you're flat
just being aware of the distance between your feet droichead being aware of the distance between your knees and your elbows being aware of the distance between your hips and your shoulders. Being aware of that distance between the top of your head and your belly button. Being aware that distance between each of your nipples being aware small gaps and distance between each finger being aware of the distance between your eyes, just that small gap between your eyes
being aware of the gap between your teeth, the tops of your teeth and the bottoms of your teeth. Maybe your teeth are closed, your mouth closed, maybe there's a gap just being aware of that. Being aware of the gap between the tongue and the roof of your mouth being aware of the gap between your ears. The roots going through your head from one ear to the other. That connection that intimate passage between your head notice in connection with your nose and your mouth, your throat all connected at send distance between your shoulders. Let's send that connection between your shoulders, the back of your neck, chest, your upper back those muscles all connected, being affected by your shoulders. Well as a course the feelings of your upper arms
the connections to elbows, connections to your forearms, the connections to your wrists being aware of your knees, the distance between your knees
and focusing on each knee and notice and how Each one feels noticing any differences between your knees. differences that you can feel as one knee feel different are the differences and how comfortable each knee is. Now notice in those connections to your knees, your calf muscles, new shins by descend distance between each shin. Being aware of the physical energy that you are just that space that you take up in the universe. The space that you inhabit your legs, your arms, your back, your torso, your neck and the head, your buttocks, your feet, toes, your fingernails, your eyeballs, your jaw, your spine. Imagine in your mind. Just allowing all those parts of your body to separate. Gradually just separated in your mind as you see the parts of your body safely
just separating from each other. Baby seeing your spine, just removing itself from your back. John's just being removed but still there, but not longer parts of your body. Your feet also just moving away. Floating there. You your head. just float in your chest and your stomach separates it from your body and just float in there to lower back, your upper back, your middle of your back. Separating all those different muscles just individually also separated. just floating in the air. Maybe moving around. Doing that kind of a dance. deep relaxation. Notice the muscles in your stomach just separating your jaw just separating from your head who is separating your eye, nose or mouth. You can just open the scalp and removed the brain floating there as the rest of your body just continues to open up and just divide and separate but at the same time still be in there. Out fields when everything is just separated. Everything's been taken apart. Even the toes and your feet, the fingers in your hands all separated. Know your internal organs just separated from your body. completely relaxed.
