Hello, and welcome to Jason new land.com. My name is Jason, this is your daily relaxation, hypnosis session for stress. And other stuff. I wish I hadn't given it such a long title, anxiety and panic attacks. That's it I should do is call it daily relaxation. That would have been easier. But anyway, this is, I think, day 22 that won't be any appearance from Andre, my favorite, my boy, because he's in the upper room eating his dinner. So we can have some space to just do this without him jumping all over me and causing havoc. I don't know if you noticed. As we progress with these sessions, there's certain changes that happen. For example, the picture is different than the actual picture itself. But the framing is different to what it was previous videos, because I've now got my webcam on a tripod, built specifically specifically for that webcam. So now it's behind the laptop instead of on the laptop. Just little things like that, it's gradually to be 10 years, but 11 years, gradually,
you know, moving towards making the videos a bit better. So yeah, I will be doing more editing as well as the videos before I
produce them before I upload them. But I have to learn how to use that software. So down to the session. Please get yourself into a comfortable position, lying down on a flat surface beds, or maybe sitting in a comfortable chair, making sure that you're safe, comfortable. And, you know, if you do fall asleep for whatever reason that you're supported by whatever chair or bed that you're in. And only ever watch or listen to these sessions, when you can safely Close your eyes. That's a really important thing. Because even if you were to listen to it with the intention of having your eyes open, you might, you know, get tired, and your eyes might close. And then obviously, if you're doing something that you need your attention for, then it could be very dangerous. So please don't make sure that you can safely Close your eyes. Remember, think use 2007 when I had this conversation with this man who worked for this charity that I used to lead relaxation sessions in and we might see these people so they could take them home relaxation CDs. And we were trying to think what could we come up with that would encompass everything you know, so to warn people about you know, do not use heavy machinery, do not drive do not pilot our plane, you know, don't play darts when you're listening to this. And we just hired what can we do so just basically, only listen when you can safely Close your eyes. That one sentence really does encompass everything, hopefully because you shouldn't be driving if you got your eyes closed. Yeah as an example.
So I think today's session is going to do a nice old fashioned one where were just gonna go through your body parts and there's no body scan is gonna go straight into the relaxation.
Starting with your eyes closed, starting with your forehead and I'm going to ask your forehead to relax. Moving down to your eyes, your eyes relax. Allow your mouth, your tongue and your mouth to relax. Allow your jaw to relax. Allow your throat to relax. Allow your chest to relax. Allow your stomach to relax. Allow the back of your neck to relax. Allow the top of your back to relax. Now the middle of your back to relax. Allow your lower back to relax. Allow your shoulders to relax. Allow your upper arms to relax. Allow your elbows to relax. Allow your forearms to relax. Allow your wrists to relax. Allow your hands to relax. Allow your fingers to relax. Allow your groin to relax. Allow your hips to relax. Allow your buttocks to relax. Allow your thighs to relax. Allow your knees to relax. Allow your calf muscles Relax. Allow your shins to relax. Allow the tops of your feet to relax. Allow your heels your feet to relax and allow the bottoms of your feet to relax. Allow your toes to relax. Allow all the bones in your body to relax. Allow the skin covering your body to relax. Allow every hair on your body to relax. Allow the air around your body in the room where you are allowed that to relax. Allow the air that you breathe in to your lungs to relax, allow your heart to relax. Allow all the parts of your stomach internally to relax. Allow all the veins in your body to relax. Allow your ears and the word hue here to relax. Allow your brain to relax. allow any background sounds to relax. allow any sounds that your body may be making. To relax. Allow your memory to allow your past to relax. Allow the president to relax. Allow the future to relax Allowing every connection in your brain to relax. Allow the blood in your body pumping through your heart
to relax. allow those tiny molecules in your body work tirelessly to keep you healthy to relax, allow your emotions to relax. Allow your feelings towards those who you may dislike or have problems with. To relax. allow those people in your life you feel emotionally neutral towards to relax and allow those feelings you have towards people that you feel positive and feel love towards to relax allowing the energy that surrounds your body to relax. Allow your spinal cord right from the top all the way down to the bottom to relax. Allow your reps to relax. Allow your armpits to relax sitting or lying down with the feeling you have right this second just being with yourself allowing yourself to feel relaxed. Just imagine he know that you're going to feel even more relaxed in all those parts of your body.
Increased feelings of comfort and calmness will overtake your body anjaan mind leading you into a sense of complete relaxation maybe on a level that you're not used to feeling so calm so easily to just let go because there's nothing for you to do can just enjoy knowing that these feelings become stronger as the parts of your body becomes looser let's see if we can imagine holding oil can and just pumping whereas old fashioned dole cans and pumping oil into your joints
loosening up the various joints of your body which only cause even deeper relaxation. So we're going to start with oil in of your eyes, just a little bit of oil in the corner of each eye. And you can just raise your eyebrows up to get a sense of their increased comfort and relaxation in your eyes
as they feel looser with that magic oil of relaxation and there's that feeling of comfort in your eyes continues.
You can just focus on your jaw and the beside Nagel is is where the jaw begins. Maybe move your jaw around and you can feel the sensation of your ears. So just imagine sprinkle a bit of that magical healing relaxation oil in each part of your jaw, either side and maybe move in your jaw around just gently a little bit so that you can enjoy noticing those changes in sensation. As your jaw feels even more relaxed. I move in to the back of your neck healing magic relaxation oil to either side of your neck. And if you feel like it, you could gently move your neck to seek and get more in touch with that feeling of comfort and relaxation that you are experiencing. As it increases with time. Notice in the pleasure that you can have the feeling so relaxed, calm and loose in your eyes, jaw, back of your neck would come to your shoulders. Pulling that oil in both of your soul shoulders now healing magic relaxation oil. You can just if you choose, gently moving your shoulders around just enough so you can experience that feeling of continuing relaxation in both shoulders feeling relaxed and calm, increasingly loose as we now focus on your elbows and in the same way that you listened and oiled your eyes
loosens your jaw deeply relaxed the back of your neck lubricated and completely relaxed your shoulders. We can now focus on your elbows using that magical, healing, relaxing oil in both of your elbows and if you choose you can just gently move your elbows around very very gently.
Just enough to notice just how good it feels. To have that feeling of calmness and relaxation, spreading deeply into your elbows. There's that feeling in your elbows grows pleasurably and relaxed. can now focus on your wrists. Just being aware of your wrists. She sprinkle that magic healing, relaxing oil into your wrists, you can just if you choose. gently move your wrists around feeling that sensation of increasing relaxation and looseness and just enjoying it. allowing it to be there the same way as the feelings of increased relaxation that you're experiencing in your eyes and your jaw or in the back of your neck or shoulders. Enjoy elbows, your wrists. And now as you focus on your fingers focused on your knuckles focusing on the joints in your fingers and farmers just sprinkling oil into each one. Maybe you can move your fingers around very very gently. Just enough for you to appreciate that sensation of comfort and deep relaxation.
And just allow it to be there. Allow yourself to just enjoy the looseness that you can experience now.
And as you move down to your hips. such an important part of your body which is being used continuously. You can oil up your hips all around your hips in all the different joints or the different parts that you can visualize. Just experience that sensation maybe it's a tingling sensation of relief You care when you put that oil, magic oil of healing and deep relaxation
into your hips, spreading that deep loosening, feeling all over your hips increase in not just relaxation and pleasure, but also movement
allowing you to move your hips very gently if you choose to do so. So that you can really, really experience the sensations of D deep relaxation and looseness for yourself, here and now. Now focus on your spine, right from the top, all the way down and oil in either side of your spine all the way down. Just be aware of how that feels from your neck to the bottom of your bag, I guess spine as it relaxes and feels looser karma with that a healing magic well of relaxation causing your back to really, really feel calm and loose. In the same way as your eyes feel even more relaxed and calm. And they did last time you focused on them as do your jaw back to your neck, your shoulders, your elbows, your wrists and your fingers and your hips as we now focus on your knees. Being aware of how it feels when you sprinkle that magic oil of healing relaxation into your knees. And you can just move your legs around gently just enough so that your knees move just enough see can really experience this feeling of growing comfort, relaxation and looseness that grows with every second in your knees and of course in all the other parts of your body as well. As we now focus on your ankles being aware of their sensation in your ankles as we sprinkle the magic healing relaxation oil into your ankles and they should focus on your ankles. You can maybe move them gently turn in your feet from one side to the other. They're very gently allowing yourself to get in touch with that feeling of complete calmness and looseness and relaxation in your ankles just in the same way as you feel loose in your eyes. You feel loose in the back of your neck. You feel loose in your jaw. You feel loose in your shoulders. You feel loose in your elbows. You feel loose in your wrists. You feel loose in your fingers You feel loose in your spine. You feel loose in your hips. You feel loose in your knees and as you feel loose in your ankles you can now focus on your toes sensation of each joints in your toes as you sprinkle that healing
loosen in relaxing oil into each toe. And if you choose to do so, you can very gently move your toes slightly just enough for you to really get in touch with just how relaxed and loose your toes now feel in the same way the eyes feel relaxed and loose. In the same way that your jaw feels relaxed and loose in the same way that the back of your neck feels relaxed and loose. In the same way that your shoulders feel relaxed and loose in the same way that your wrists feel relaxed and place and same way that your fingers feel relaxed and loose. Same way that your spine feels relaxed and loose and the same way that your hips feel relaxed and loose. In the same way the June knee knees feel relaxed and loose in the same way that your ankles feel relaxed and loose in the same way as your toes really relaxed and beliefs. Same way that your brain feels relaxed and glows in the same way that all the muscles in your body feel relaxed and loose and the same way that all the skin covering your body feels relaxed and loose and the same way all major organs in your body feel relaxed and loose
and sane way your mind feels relaxed and loose in the same way that everything around you feels relaxed and loose. Now you got to count to three. When I get to three he can open your eyes. If you choose to do so. You will feel wonderful you will feel and continue to feel completely relaxed physically, mentally and emotionally loose and relaxed one to become more aware of your surroundings. Three, open your eyes feeling wonderful. And you can enjoy the rest of your day being grateful for just how amazing you are and I'll see you tomorrow bye
