#19 Relaxation Hypnosis for Stress, Anxiety & Panic Attacks (Jason Newland)

Hello, hello. Welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason and this is your Daily relaxation hypnosis session for what is it? stress, anxiety, and panic attacks. So sometimes I do these sessions and I'll talk about sometimes How do these sessions and I'll talk a lot, today, this is going to be a technique that you can use. So it might be a bit shorter than some of the other sessions. But it's good going to be something that you can use in a short period of time, so maybe you're at work, and you need a break. So you go to the toilet, the bathroom, whatever you call it, and give yourself five minutes to reduce the stress, anxiety, and any panic feelings that you might be having. So maybe you've only got five minutes to do this. So I think it's very important that I include as many of these types of sessions as possible, because you don't always have half an hour to sit down and listen to me talk in or watch the video, there's going to be times when you're done if you know, you just got five minutes to yourself, and that's it. And something needs to happen, maybe there and then something that you can instantly change how you feel. So I lose track of what I've done in the past the sessions that I've done. But this is going to be something that I've done before. I've probably done a session like this as a video before. I've definitely done it with clients in the past when I used to do private practice. So with this, I'm just gonna Imagine you're sitting down, okay, you probably haven't got an opportunity to lay down. If you're at work, but you might not be at work, you might just, you might be at home and want to sit down or lay down. So whatever. Just make sure that you're safe. And if for any reason you did fall asleep that you you know, you're safe and you're not going to fall off or anything. So I'm gonna ask you to close your eyes, if it's safe for you to do so.
All I'm going to ask you to do is do a very, very quick body scan. It's very quick, so it's literally and it takes you know, 30 seconds to just focus on the top your head,
your forehead, your eyebrows, just focus on them. Don't do anything, don't try and cause them to relax. focus in on your cheeks, your mouth, your tongue, your jaw, your throat, the chest, your stomach, back of your neck, your upper back, middle, back and your lower back. shoulders, your arms, elbows, wrists, hands and fingers, your hips, your groin, your buttocks, your legs, ankles, feet and toes. Just remembering to focus on his stomach again, such an important area that often holds tension and stress. And just imagine looking into a mirror seeing your reflection in a mirror. We call this the magic mirror. It's in your mind, seeing your reflection in the mirror. seeing yourself as you are now let's like you to imagine seeing yourself starting to disappear. Starting at the top of your head, maybe starting your toes whichever feels right for you. just noticing those parts of your body Starting to vanish and only count from 10 down to one. When we get to one, your whole body will have just disappeared in the mirror and you won't be able to see anything 10 no 9876543 to one banished, I'd like you to step inside the mirror in your mind and feel how it feels to be completely relaxed.
To have all those body parts just vanish. without stress and anxiety gone on to count from one to 10 and want to get to 10, I'd like you to step out of that mirror,
bring him back that feeling of comfort, deep relaxation 1-234-567-8910 and step back out and bringing that feeling of complete relaxation in all parts of your body. You can see yourself in the mirror again. This time, you can see how relaxed you look. And you keep this feeling of relaxation for the rest of the day. counting from one to three when I get to free, open your eyes fill in wide awake 123. Open your eyes, snow to safe. Notice how quickly you can change how you feel. Just by doing a quick body scan, noticing how your body feels imagining the magic mirror in front of you with your eyes closed, of course. And then as you count down from 10 to one in your mind, you can just see the different parts of your body disappear in the mirror, as well as stress and strain and panic just disappears and vanishes from the mirror. Knowing that that mirror is just complete serenity and relaxation. Nia down to one, step into the mirror. Feeling that sense of complete lightness and relaxation as every part of your body is completely relaxed.
Thing count from one to 10 and step out a mirror noticing how relaxed and calm you feel. looking into the mirror, again, you can see yourself but really, maybe 1000 times more relaxed. Counting 123 open your eyes being wide awake, full of energy and relaxed.
Give it a go.
The only thing you got to lose is your stress and anxiety, anxiety as well. And any panic feelings because all goes or reduces. It's quite an amazing technique to use when you've only got a few minutes to yourself. In fact, I reckon this could probably be done in about two minutes. Maybe even a minute. Because the more you do it the quicker it happens. You get to the point where you look in the mirror and you might even get to the point reading enough to count Because all parts of your body just vanish instantly. And that stress and anxiety completely transformed into relaxation and calmness. Like an emptiness I can an empty cloud and you just step into it. So you don't need the counter maybe after that, step into it, feel the feeling. Then you can step out, see yourself feeling completely relaxed. And move on with the day. feeling calm and relaxed. I'd really notice in my back, how much more relaxed on backfields. So thank you very much. Let me know how you get on.
